2基于二模复杂网络的隐性知识发现方法研究——以潜在药物靶点挖掘为例显示文摘[目的/意义]通过构建二模复杂网络模型,揭示隐藏在海量文献中的隐性知识。[方法/过程]通过NetworkX复杂网络工具包,依据任意两个节点的共现关系构建二模复杂网络模型;对网络模型中节点的共现关系进行加权,计算网络的拓扑信息并进行AP聚类,提取节点间的直接关系;采用AUC方法对AA、JC、加权改进的wAA和wJC等4种链路预测算法进行评价,遴选出最合适的预测算法,并对复杂网络的隐性关系进行预测分析。[结果/结论]以潜在药物靶点挖掘为例进行的实证研究结果表明,wAA链路预测算法为最优的链路预测算法;二模复杂网络模型、指标和方法体系在美国化学文摘社数据库中的药物靶点挖掘中具有一定的有效性。下一步计划在其他数据库中或其他研究领域中进行尝试,以进一步验证该模型的通用性和有效性。李东巧 陈芳 韩涛 杨艳萍 王学昭 王燕鹏 Cynthia Liu Yingzhu Li 2020图书情报工作2020,64,21:6

5Short-term environmental enrichment exposure induces proliferation and maturation of doublecortin-positive cells in the prefrontal cortex显示文摘Previous studies have demonstrated that doublecortin-positive immature neurons exist predominantly in the superficial layer of the cerebral cortex of adult mammals such as guinea pigs, and these neurons exhibit very weak properties of self-proliferation during adulthood under physiological conditions. To verify whether environmental enrichment has an impact on the proliferation and maturation of these immature neurons in the prefrontal cortex of adult guinea pigs, healthy adult guinea pigs were subjected to short-term environmental enrichment. Animals were allowed to play with various cognitive and physical stimulating objects over a period of 2 weeks, twice per day, for 60 minutes each. Immunofluorescence staining results indicated that the number of doublecortin-positive cells in layer II of the prefrontal cortex was significantly increased after short-term environmental enrichment exposure. In addition, these doublecortin-positive cells co-expressed 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine(a marker of cell proliferation), c-Fos(a marker of cell viability) and NeuN(a marker of mature neurons). 7Dietary Bacillus spp.enhanced growth and disease resistance of weaned pigs by modulating intestinal microbiota and systemic immunity显示文摘Background:Previous research has shown that dietary supplementation of Bacillus spp.probiotics exerts beneficial effects on animals’growth.However,limited studies have evaluated the efficacy of Bacillus spp.on weaned pigs and their effects on host gut health and microbiome,and systemic immunity using a disease challenge model.The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of two Bacillus spp.strains(Bacillus subtilis DSM 32540 and Bacillus pumilus DSM 32539)on growth performance,diarrhea,intestinal health,microbiome,and systemic immunity of weaned pigs experimentally infected with an enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC).Results:Pigs in PRO1(Bacillus subtilis DSM 32540)had greater(P<0.05)body weight on d 7 and 14 PI,greater(P<0.05)ADG from d 0 to 7 and d 7 to 14 PI,compared with pigs in CON(Control).Pigs in PRO1 had milder(P<0.05)diarrhea on d 2 and 3 PI compared with pigs in CON.However,no differences were observed in growth performance and diarrhea score between PRO2(Bacillus pumilus DSM 32539)and CON groups.Supplementation of PRO1 decreased(P<0.05)lymphocyte counts on d 7 and 14 PI,compared with CON.Supplementation of PRO1 and PRO2 both reduced(P<0.05)total coliforms in mesenteric lymph nodes on d 21 PI.Pigs in PRO2 had greater(P<0.05)goblet cell number and sulfomucin percentage in duodenal villi and greater(P<0.05)sialomucin percentage in jejunal villi than pigs in CON.Supplementation of PRO1 up-regulated(P<0.05)MUC2 gene expression in jejunal mucosa and reduced(P<0.05)PTGS-2 and IL1B gene expression in ileal mucosa on d 21 PI,compared with CON.Pigs in PRO1 had reduced(P<0.05)relative abundance of families Lachnospiraceae,Peptostreptococcaceae and Pasteurellaceae in the ileum.Conclusions:Supplementation of Bacillus subtilis DSM 32540 improved growth performance,alleviated diarrhea severity,enhanced gut health,and reduced systemic inflammation of weaned pigs infected with ETEC F18.Although Bacillus pumilus DSM 32539 was able to alleviate systemic inflammation,it had limited impacts on growth performance and severity of diarrhea of ETEC F18 challenged weaned pigs.Yijie He Cynthia Jinno Kwangwook Kim Zhaohai Wu Bie Tan Xunde Li Rose Whelan Yanhong Liu 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,2:2
8Agricultural cooperatives and the role of organisational models in new intelligent traceability systems and big data analysis显示文摘Traceability systems are key to assuring food safety,creating a benefit for food supply chain components.Currently,the appearance of new technologies such as IoT and Big Data Analysis leads to a new generation of more functional,but complex,traceability systems.Organisational models based on cooperation of multiple small/medium size agents,for example of small/family farming cooperatives,play an important role in high standard agricultural production and commercialization processes.These function as both social and economic networks,with high social and economic impact in the rural areas.The case of Almeria as an example of this model was used to analyze its cooperative model.The actual traceability systems in the Almeria model were studied,taking account of the different networked agents and their interrelation.This study includes two main parts:a)analysis of the net-chains that constitute the food supply chains and their different relationships,and b)actual traceability.The next step studied how the net-chain model,including many diverse agents,may be applied to develop a new generation of traceability systems based of IoT and Big Data.This implies extending the special and functional scope of the actual systems and defining clear rules of exchange of the results of the Big Data Analysis,taking account of the adequate Privacy Rules.This work analyses the current organisation as a base for a new generation of traceability systems considered in the European project IoF2020(Internet of the Food and Farm 2020).Some parallels between Almeria’s model and certain areas in China,mainly in the areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Shandong were detected.Another of the objectives of this work is to deepen the understanding of these similarities and analyze the possible adaptation of the results from Almeria to China.Cynthia Giagnocavo Fernando Bienvenido Li Ming Zhao Yurong Jorge Antonio Sanchez-Molina Yang Xinting 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,5:2
