2Graphic theory on interval stability of networked control systems显示文摘A new method on the interval stability of networked control systems (NCSs) with random delay and data packet dropout is studied.Combining interval systems and NCSs,a graphic condition on judging interval stabil- ity is presented in terms of the weighted diagraph theory in graph theory.Furthermore,utilizing the graph-theoretic algorithm,the delay-depended controller gains are obtained.Aiming at the same delay and data packed dropout, several controller gains are obtained,simultaneously.The example and simulation illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Li Jinna Zhang Qingling 2008Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2008,19,6:3

4Controllability and observability of networked control systems with time-varying delays显示文摘The controllability and observability of networked control systems are studied.Aiming at the networked control system with time-varying delay,the sufficient and necessary conditions for complete controllability and complete observability of the system are presented,respectively.Because of Markov characteristic of the network-induced delay,in terms of stochastic theory,a sufficient and necessary condition for completely mean value controllability of networked control systems is obtained.Further,the conditions that the controllability and observability of networked control systems are equivalent to the initial time-invariant system are given.Controllability and observability realization indexes are also discussed,respectively.The numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed theory.Li Jinna Zhang Qingling Li Yuan 2009Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2009,20,4:2

6Enhancing magnetic properties of anisotropic NdDyFeCoNbCuB powder by applying magnetic field at high temperature during hydrogen desorption显示文摘Anisotropic powder was prepared with precursor(NdDy)-(FeCoNbCu)-B sintered magnets by hydrogen decrepitation,desorption,and subsequent annealing treatment.The hydrogen desorption was performed in magnetic fields of 0,1,3,and 5 T.The orientation of tetragonal phase grains of the powder was evaluated from the hysteresis loops measured by extraction magnetometer.Residual hydrogen content of the powder was evaluated by thermal-magnetic analysis.The powder with Hcj,Br,and(BH)max of 1138 kA·m-1,1.029 T,and 172.5 kJ·m-3,respectively,was achieved under the condition of the magnetic field of 3 T.Magnetic properties of the powder,especially,the remanence of the powder,are enhanced upon magnetic fields,which is due to better orientation of powder particles and less residual hydrogen in the powder resulted from the magnetic field during the hydrogen desorption process.LUO Jianjun P. 8Pd-Sn alloy nanoparticles for electrocatalytic methanol oxidation: Phase evolution from solid solution to intermetallic compounds显示文摘Developing efficient catalysts with high activity and durability via alloying strategy is essential to the energy conversion in various electro-catalytic reactions.Among the different alloy structures,intermetallic compounds(IMCs)have received much attention recently due to the special geometric and electronic effects and outstanding activity and durability,endowed by their ordered structure.Herein,A series of hollow-structured nanocrystals of Pd-Sn alloy,including face-centered cubic solid solution of Pd(Sn),IMCs of Pd_(2)Sn,and IMCs of Pd_(3)Sn2,are fabricated via a solvothermal strategy by varying the precursor ratio of Pd and Sn.The structure difference of the nanocrystals has been investigated via combined electron microscopy and spectroscopy,assisted by local elemental separation analysis and X-ray spectroscopy.Among all,Pd_(3)Sn_(2)IMCs show outstanding methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)activity in terms of mass activity(1.3 A·mgPd^(−1))and specific activity(5.03 mA·cm^(−2)).Through density functional theory(DFT)simulation calculations on three different Pd-Sn alloy models,the performance has been well understood.As compared with Pd(Sn)and Pd2Sn,the high MOR kinetics on Pd_(3)Sn_(2)is featured by its weaker CO adsorption and favorable CO–OH co-adsorption.Jinna Xue Zheng Hu Hui Li Yu Zhang Chang Liu Min Li Qiuhua Yang Shi Hu 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:0
9State feedback control of network-based systems with packet disordering显示文摘A new method that stabilizes network-based systems with both bounded delay and packet disordering is discussed under the state feedback controller. A novel model, fully describing the dynamic characteristic of network-based systems with packet disordering, is constructed. Different from the existing models of network-based systems, the number of delay items is time-varying in the model proposed. Further, this model is converted into a parameter-uncertain discrete-time system with time-varying delay item numbers in terms of matrix theory. Moreover, the less conservative stability condition is obtained by avoiding utilisation of Moon et al.’ inequality and bounding inequalities for quadratic functional terms. By solving a minization problem based on linear matrix inequalities, the state feedback controller is presented. 10Genetic polymorphisms in genes regulating cell death and prognosis of patients with rectal cancer receiving postoperative chemoradiotherapy显示文摘Objective:The identification of biomarkers for predicting chemoradiotherapy efficacy is essential to optimize personalized treatment.This study determined the effects of genetic variations in genes involved in apoptosis,pyroptosis,and ferroptosis on the prognosis of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer receiving postoperative chemoradiotherapy(CRT).Methods:The Sequenom MassARRAY was used to detect 217 genetic variations in 40 genes from 300 patients with rectal cancer who received postoperative CRT.The associations between genetic variations and overall survival(OS)were evaluated using hazard ratios(HRs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)computed using a Cox proportional regression model.Functional experiments were performed to determine the functions of the arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase(ALOX5)gene and the ALOX5 rs702365 variant.Results:We detected 16 genetic polymorphisms in CASP3,CASP7,TRAILR2,GSDME,CASP4,HO-1,ALOX5,GPX4,and NRF2 that were significantly associated with OS in the additive model(P<0.05).There was a substantial cumulative effect of three genetic polymorphisms(CASP4 rs571407,ALOX5 rs2242332,and HO-1 rs17883419)on OS.Genetic variations in the CASP4 and ALOX5 gene haplotypes were associated with a higher OS.We demonstrated,for the first time,that rs702365[G]>[C]represses ALOX5 transcription and corollary experiments suggested that ALOX5 may promote colon cancer cell growth by mediating an inflammatory response.Conclusions:Polymorphisms in genes regulating cell death may play essential roles in the prognosis of patients with rectal cancer who are treated with postoperative CRT and may serve as potential genetic biomarkers for individualized treatment.Hongxia Chen Luxi Yin Jie Yang Ningxin Ren Jinna Chen Qixuan Lu Ying Huang Yanru Feng Weihu Wang Shulian Wang Yueping Liu Yongwen Song Yexiong Li Jing Jin Wen Tan Dongxin Lin 2023Cancer Biology & Medicine2023,20,4:0
11CUDC-101 as a dual-target inhibitor of EGFR and HDAC enhances the anti-myeloma effects of bortezomib by regulating G2/M cell cycle arrest显示文摘CUDC-101,an effective and multi-target inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),histone deacetylase(HDAC),and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2),has been reported to inhibit many kinds of cancers,such as acute promyelocytic leukemia and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.However,no studies have yet investigated whether CUDC-101 is effective against myeloma.Herein,we proved that CUDC-101 effectively inhibits the proliferation of multiple myeloma(MM)cell lines and induces cell apoptosis in a time-and dose-dependent manner.Moreover,CUDC-101 markedly blocked the signaling pathway of EGFR/phosphoinositide-3-kinase(PI3K)and HDAC,and regulated the cell cycle G2/M arrest.Moreover,we revealed through in vivo experiment that CUDC-101 is a potent anti-myeloma drug.Bortezomib is one of the important drugs in MM treatment,and we investigated whether CUDC-101 has a synergistic or additive effect with bortezomib.The results showed that this drug combination had a synergistic anti-myeloma effect by inducing G2/M phase blockade.Collectively,our findings revealed that CUDC-101 could act on its own or in conjunction with bortezomib,which provides insights into exploring new strategies for MM treatment.Wen CAO Shunnan YAO Anqi LI Haoguang CHEN Enfan ZHANG Liqin CAO Jinna ZHANG Yifan HOU Zhenfeng DAI Jing CHEN Xi HUANG Li YANG Zhen CAI 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,5:0
12Reinforcement learning for optimal tracking of large-scale systems with multitime scales显示文摘This paper aims to solve an optimal tracking control(OTC)problem of large-scale systems with multitime scales and coupled subsystems using singular perturbation(SP)theory and reinforcement learning(RL)techniques.A considerable contribution of this paper is the development of a data-driven SP-based RL method for the OTC of unknown large-scale systems with multitime scales.To achieve this,a multitime scale tracking problem was decomposed into a linear quadratic tracker problem for slow subsystems and a dynamical game problem for fast subsystems using the SP theory.Then,the distributed composite feedback controllers were found using a distributed off-policy integral RL algorithm that uses only measured data from the system in real time.Thus,the operational index can follow its prescribed target value via an approximately optimal approach.Theoretical analysis and proof are presented to demonstrate that the sum of the performances of reduced-order subsystems is approximately equal to the performance of the original large-scale system.Finally,numerical and practical examples are provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Jinna LI Hao NIE Tianyou CHAI Frank LLEWIS 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,7:0
13Recent Progress in Reinforcement Learning and Adaptive Dynamic Programming for Advanced Control Applications显示文摘Reinforcement learning(RL) has roots in dynamic programming and it is called adaptive/approximate dynamic programming(ADP) within the control community. This paper reviews recent developments in ADP along with RL and its applications to various advanced control fields. First, the background of the development of ADP is described, emphasizing the significance of regulation and tracking control problems. Some effective offline and online algorithms for ADP/adaptive critic control are displayed, where the main results towards discrete-time systems and continuous-time systems are surveyed, respectively.Then, the research progress on adaptive critic control based on the event-triggered framework and under uncertain environment is discussed, respectively, where event-based design, robust stabilization, and game design are reviewed. Moreover, the extensions of ADP for addressing control problems under complex environment attract enormous attention. The ADP architecture is revisited under the perspective of data-driven and RL frameworks,showing how they promote ADP formulation significantly.Finally, several typical control applications with respect to RL and ADP are summarized, particularly in the fields of wastewater treatment processes and power systems, followed by some general prospects for future research. Overall, the comprehensive survey on ADP and RL for advanced control applications has d emonstrated its remarkable potential within the artificial intelligence era. 14RSPSSL:A novel high-fidelity Raman spectral preprocessing scheme to enhance biomedical applications and chemical resolution visualization显示文摘Raman spectroscopy has tremendous potential for material analysis with its molecular fingerprinting capability in many branches of science and technology.It is also an emerging omics technique for metabolic profiling to shape precision medicine.However,precisely attributing vibration peaks coupled with specific environmental,instrumental,and specimen noise is problematic.Intelligent Raman spectral preprocessing to remove statistical bias noise and sample-related errors should provide a powerful tool for valuable information extraction.Here,we propose a novel Raman spectral preprocessing scheme based on self-supervised learning(RSPSSL)with high capacity and spectral fidelity.It can preprocess arbitrary Raman spectra without further training at a speed of~1900 spectra per second without human interference.The experimental data preprocessing trial demonstrated its excellent capacity and signal fidelity with an 88%reduction in root mean square error and a 60%reduction in infinite norm({L}_{{\infty}})compared to established techniques.With this advantage,it remarkably enhanced various biomedical applications with a 400%accuracy elevation(ΔAUC)in cancer diagnosis,an average 38%(few-shot)and 242%accuracy improvement in paraquat concentration prediction,and unsealed the chemical resolution of biomedical hyperspectral images,especially in the spectral fingerprint region.It precisely preprocessed various Raman spectra from different spectroscopy devices,laboratories,and diverse applications.This scheme will enable biomedical mechanism screening with the label-free volumetric molecular imaging tool on organism and disease metabolomics profiling with a scenario of high throughput,cross-device,various analyte complexity,and diverse applications.Jiaqi Hu Gina Jinna Chen Chenlong Xue Pei Liang Yanqun Xiang Chuanlun Zhang Xiaokeng Chi Guoying Liu Yanfang Ye Dongyu Cui De Zhang Xiaojun yu Hong Dang Wen Zhang Junfan Chen Quan Tang Penglai Guo Ho-Pui Ho Yuchao Li Longqing Cong Perry Ping Shum 2024Light(Science & Applications)2024,13,2:0
