| 1 | Intrinsic component filtering for fault diagnosis of rotating machinery显示文摘Fault diagnosis of rotating machinery has always drawn wide attention.In this paper,Intrinsic Component Filtering(ICF),which achieves population sparsity and lifetime consistency using two constraints:l1=2 norm of column features and l3=2-norm of row features,is proposed for the machinery fault diagnosis.ICF can be used as a feature learning algorithm,and the learned features can be fed into the classification to achieve the automatic fault classification.ICF can also be used as a filter training method to extract and separate weak fault components from the noise signals without any prior experience.Simulated and experimental signals of bearing fault are used to validate the performance of ICF.The results confirm that ICF performs superior in three fault diagnosis fields including intelligent fault diagnosis,weak signature detection and compound fault separation. | Zongzhen ZHANG Shunming LI Jiantao LU Yu XIN Huijie MA | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,1: | 3 |
| 2 | The influence of substrate and atmosphere on the properties of FeSiB(Cu,Nb) alloy melts显示文摘The surface tensions and contact angles of Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13) and Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9 alloy melts were studied as a function of temperature in various atmospheres(vacuum, Ar and N_2 gas) and on different substrates(Si C, Al_2O_3 and BN). It is indicated that Si_3N_4, NbN, Fe_2 Al B and B_(13)C_2 are generated as new phases at the interface between the melt and substrate, and reactive wetting behaviour exists during the heating process. The surface tensions of two alloy melts on BN substrate both firstly decrease and then increase along with increasing temperature, leading to V-shaped surface tension versus temperature, which results from atomic diffusion effects in the surface layer during the oxidation of BN and formation of C-rich layer. Comparably, the surface tensions on Al_2O_3 and Si C substrates decrease with increasing temperature throughout the entire temperature range. Among three substrates, BN exhibits the mildest wetting behaviour. The vacuum environment has the strongest protective effect on melt stability among the tested atmospheres. It was found that the introduction of Cu can result in the formation of a large number of α-Fe(Si)clusters(less than 3 nm) embedded in the glassy matrix, which greatly improved the primary crystallization of α-Fe(Si) nanocrystals during subsequent annealing. | 10 | Magnetic behaviors and magnetocaloric effects in rare earth high-entropy amorphous/nanocrystalline alloys显示文摘Rare earth high-entropy alloys(RE-HEAs)exhibit great potential to be applied as refrigerants due to their good comprehensive magnetocaloric properties.In this work,octary GdTbDyHoErTmCoAl and GdTbDyHoErTmCoNi RE-HEAs with amorphous/nanocrystalline structure exhibiting comparable magnetocaloric effect were synthesized.Both RE-HEAs show a second-order magnetic phase transition in the temperature range of hydrogen liquefaction.Due to the complex magnetic interactions,a spin glasslike behavior at low temperatures is observed in the RE-HEAs.A superior magnetocaloric effect is obtained in the nanocrystalline GdTbDyHoErTmCoNi high-entropy alloy that is multiphase attributed to a stronger magnetic exchange interaction when compared with the other that exhibits single amorphous structure.Despite heterogeneous microstructure,homogeneous chemical distributions are observed in the partially crystallized high-entropy alloy.In addition,the magnetocaloric effect and magnetic transition behavior of rare earth medium-and high-entropy alloys,including the RE-HEAs in this study,are summarized and discussed.The results in this work provide a helpful guide for the design of RE-HEAs for hydrogen liquefaction applications with excellent magnetocaloric effects. | Lin Xue Liliang Shao Baosen Zhang Zongzhen Li Jiangbo Cheng Baolong Shen | 2024 | Journal of Rare Earths2024,42,1: | 0 |

| 19 | 二氧化铪基电容器件的辐照效应研究显示文摘Response of high dielectric-constant hafnium oxide(HfO2)under heavy ions irradiation is important for the antiradiation study of the electronic devices in space application.Modifications of heavy ions on the dielectric properties of HfO2-metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)capacitors were investigated in this study.The typical sample structure is W(75 nm)/TiN(5 nm)/HfO2(8 nm)/p-Si(substrate).The samples were irradiated by 25 MeV/u 86Kr26+ions at room temperature with electronic energy loss from 12.58 to 19.53 keV/nm to a fluence of 1×10^(10) ions/cm^(2).The capacitance-voltage(C-V)characteristics of the devices before and after irradiation were performed using Keithley 4200 integrated system analyzer and shielding probe station at 100 kHz AC frequency(Fig.1).The values of the capacitance in the accumulation region decrease with increasing of electron energy loss.No obvious shift or“stretch out”was observed in C-V curves after irradiation with different electronic energy losses,which suggests that heavy ion irradiation does not introduce enough oxide trap charge and interface state trap charge at fluence up to 1×10^(10) ions/cm^(2)[1].To explain the influence of radiation-induced defects and interface states on electrical characterization of the device,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was used to investigate the micro-structure of the HfO_(2) gate dielectric.From TEM observation,the degradation of the electrical properties of the devices can be attributed to the recrystallization of the amorphous HfO_(2) after irradiation,which changes the dielectric constant and the insulation properties of the HfO_(2) gate dielectric layer(Fig.2). | Li Zongzhen Liu Jie Zhai Pengfei Liu Tianqi Yao Huijun Xu lijun Zhang Shengxia Hu Peipei | 2017 | IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2017,,1: | 0 |
