3STRUCTURE DESIGN OF THE BEIJING SPECTROMETERⅢBEAM PIPE显示文摘The Beijing spectrometerⅢ(BESⅢ)beam pipe is in the center of the BESⅢ,which is the detector of the upgrade project of Beijing electron and positron collider(BEPCⅡ).Electrons and positrons collide in the BESⅢbeam pipe.According to the demands of the BEPCⅡ,a key program of Chinese Academy of Sciences,the BESⅢbeam pipe is designed based on the finite elements analysis.The BESⅢbeam pipe is installed in the inner cylinder of the BESⅢdrift chamber.As a vacuum tube,the BESⅢbeam pipe is designed as 1000 mm in length,63 mm in inner diameter and 114 mm in outer diameter,respectively.The BESⅢbeam pipe consists of a central beryllium pipe cooled by EDM-1,the oil No.1 for electric discharge machining,and two extended copper pipes cooled by deionized water(DW).The three parts are jointed by vacuum welding.Factors taken into account in the design are as follows.①The wall thickness of the central beryllium pipe should be designed as small as possible to reduce the multi-scattering and improve the particle momentum resolution.And the wall thickness of the extended copper pipe should be designed as large as possible to protect the detectors from the backgrounds.②The BESⅢbeam pipe must be sufficiently cooled to avoid the damage and prevents its influence to the BESⅢdrift chamber(DC)operation.The inner surface temperature of the DC inner cylinder must be maintained at 293±2 K.③The magnetic permeability of the materials used in the BESⅢbeam pipe must be less than 1.05 H/m to avoid large magnetic field distortions.④The static pressure of the vacuum chamber of the BESⅢbeam pipe must be less than 800μPa.The simulating results show that the designed structure oftbe BESⅢbeam pipe satisfies the requirements mentioned above.The structure design scheme is evaluated and adopted by the headquarters of BEPCⅡ.ZHENG Lifang JI Quan WANG Li LI xunfeng XU Shaowang DONG Sujun ZHAO Libin LIU Jianping 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,3:3

6A novel nomogram for prognosis stratification in salvage liver transplantation:a national-wide study with propensity score matching analysis in China显示文摘Background:Salvage liver transplantation(SLT)has been reported to be an efficient treatment option for patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after liver resection(LR).However,for recipients who underwent liver transplantation(LT)due to recurrent HCC after LR in China,the selection criteria are not well established.Methods:In this study,data from the China Liver Transplant Registry(CLTR)of 4,244 LT performed from January 2015 to December 2019 were examined,including 3,498 primary liver transplantation(PLT)and 746 SLT recipients.Propensity score matching(PSM)analysis was used to minimize between-group imbalances.The overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)between PLT and SLT in recipients fulfilling the Milan or Hangzhou criteria were compared based on the multivariate analysis,nomograms were plotted to further classify the SLT group into low-and high-risk groups.Results:In this study,the 1-,3-and 5-year OS and DFS of SLT recipients fulfilling Milan criteria(OS,P=0.01;DFS,P<0.001)or Hangzhou criteria(OS,P=0.03;DFS,P=0.003)were significantly reduced when compared to that of PLT group after PSM analysis.Independent risk factors,including preoperative transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),alpha fetoprotein(AFP)level,tumor maximum size and tumor total diameter were selected to draw a prognostic nomogram.The low-risk SLT recipients(1-year,95.34%;3-year,84.26%;5-year,77.20%)showed a comparable OS with PLT recipients fulfilling Hangzhou criteria (P=0.107). Conclusions: An optimal nomogram model for prognosis stratification and clinical decision guidance of SLT was established. 7UAV search-and-rescue planning using an adaptive memetic algorithm显示文摘The use of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) is becoming more commonplace in search-and-rescue tasks,but UAV search planning can be very complex due to limited response time, large search area, and multiple candidate search modes. In this paper, we present a UAV search planning problem where the search area is divided into a set of subareas and each subarea has a prior probability that the target is present in it. The problem aims to determine the search sequence of the subareas and the search mode for each subarea to maximize the probability of finding the target. We propose an adaptive memetic algorithm that combines a genetic algorithm with a set of local search procedures and dynamically determines which procedure to apply based on the past performance of the procedures measured in fitness improvement and diversity improvement during problem-solving. 8Chinese herbal medicine combined with cognitive–behavioural therapy for avoidant paruresis:a controlled trial显示文摘Background Avoidant paruresis is a common clinical condition in urology and psychosomatic medicine.However,it has limited treatment options that are safe and effective with few side effects.Aims Our study aimed to investigate the effectiveness and safety of the Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction combined with cognitive-behavioural therapy(CBT)for avoidant paruresis.Methods Sixty-eight patients with avoidant paruresis were divided into a treatment group(33 patients)and a control group(35 patients).The control group was assigned 10 weeks of CBT and systematic desensitisation.In addition to CBT and systematic desensitisation,the treatment group was given the Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction during the 10-week study.The Shy Bladder Syndrome Scale(SBS)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were administered before and after treatment to measure any change.Results The overall efficacy in the treatment group(n=30)was 80.0%vs 62.5%in the control group(n=33).Comparing pretreatment and post-treatment measures,both groups showed improvement in SBS scores and SAS scores(treatment group:t_((SBS))=8.397,p_((SBS))<0.001,t_((SAS))=8.216,p_((SAS))<0.001;control group:t_((SBS))=6.802,p_((SBS))<0.001,t_((SAS))=5.171,p_((SAS))<0.001).Moreover,both groups’SBS and SAS scores changed significantly over time(SBS scores:F_(time)=118.299,p<0.001;SAS scores:F_(time)=92.114,p<0.001).However,the treatment group performed better than the control group(SBS scores:F_(time*group)=5.709,p=0.020;SAS scores:F_(time*group)=7.235,p=0.009).Conclusions The Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction combined with cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy positively affects the treatment of avoidant paruresis without significant adverse effects.Shijie Liang Ying Zhou Chao Yu Xiang Gao Fangbin Ji Qianyuan Fang Zhihang Zhang Libin Yang Youkang Zhao Yuhui Zhao Renwu Yin Kaimin Chen Zheng Lu 2023General Psychiatry2023,36,5:0

13Effects of hydraulic retention time on net present value and performance in a membrane bioreactor treating antibiotic production wastewater显示文摘A cost sensitivity analysis was performed for an industrial membrane bioreactor to quantify the effects of hydraulic retention times and related operational parameters on cost.Different hydraulic retention times(72-24 h)were subjected to a flat-sheet membrane bioreactor updated from an existing 72 h oxidation ditch treating antibiotic production wastewater.Field experimental data from the membrane bioreactor,both full-scale(500 m/d)and pilot(1.0 m3/d),were used to calculate the net present value(NPV),incorporating both capital expenditure(CAPEX)and operating expenditure.The results showed that the tank cost was estimated above membrane cost in the 38.2%,where capital expenditure contributed 24.2%more than operational expenditure.Tank construction cost was decisive in determining the net present value contributed 62.1%to the capital expenditure.The membrane bioreactor has the advantage of a longer lifespan flat-sheet membrane,while flux decline was tolerable.The antibiotics decreased to 1.87±0.33 mg/L in the MBR effluent.The upgrade to the membrane bioreactor also benefited further treatments by 10.1%-44.7%lower direct investment.Dawei Yu Jianxing Wang Libin Zheng Qianwen Sui Hui Zhong Meixue Cheng Yuansong Wei 2020Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2020,14,6:0
