1Early Permian Tarim Large Igneous Province in northwest China显示文摘Tarim Large Igneous Province(TLIP)is the second Late Paleozoic LIPs in China after the recognition of Emeishan LIP,and is a hot research topic in geosciences.On the basis of the analysis of research history about TLIP,this paper summarizes the research result during last twenty years and suggests the key research area in the future.The residual distribution range of TLIP is up to 250000 km2,and the largest residual thickness is 780 m.The eruption of basalt happened during 290–288 Ma and belongs to LIPs magmatic event with fast eruption of magma.The lithological units of the TLIP include basalt,diabase,layered intrusive rock,breccia pipe mica-olivine pyroxenite,olivine pyroxenite,gabbro,ultramafic dyke,quartz syenite,quartz syenite porphyry and bimodal dyke.The basalt and diabase of TLIP exhibit OIB-like trace element patterns and enrichment of LILE and HFSE,and mainly belong to high TiO2series.There is an obvious difference in isotope among the basalt from Keping and the basalt and dibase from the northern Tarim Basin.The basalt from Keping with negative Nd and high REE value derives from enriched mantle,and the diabase and basalt from the northern Tarim Basin with positive Nd and low REE value are related to depleted mantle.The crust uplifting in the Early Permian and the development of picrite and large scale dyke and formation of large scale V-Ti-Magnetite deposit in Wajilitag area support the view that the TLIP is related to mantle plume.The TLIP has a temporal-spatial relationship with Permian basic to ultra-basic igneous rock,which is distributed widely in Central Asia,and they represent a tectono-magmatic event with very important geodynamic setting.This paper also suggests that the deep geological process,the relation with mantle plume,mineralization,the relation with environmental change and biological evolution,and the geodynamics of the TLIP will be the key research topics in the future.YANG ShuFeng CHEN HanLin LI ZiLong LI YinQi YU Xing LI DongXu MENG LiFeng 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,12:12

3Synthesis and kinetics investigation of meso-microporous Cu-SAPO-34 catalysts for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with ammonia显示文摘A series of meso-microporous Cu-SAPO-34 catalysts were successfully synthesized by a one-pot hydrothermal crystallization method, and these catalysts exhibited excellent NH_3-SCR performance at low temperature. Their structure and physic chemical properties were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction patterns(XRD), Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Transmission electron microscopy(TEM), N_2 sorption-desorption, nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission spectrometer(ICP-AES), X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XPS),Temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia(NH_3-TPD), Ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS) and Temperature programmed reduction(TPR).The analysis results indicate that the high activities of Cu-SAPO-34 catalysts could be attributed to the enhancement of redox property, the formation of mesopores and the more acid sites. Furthermore, the kinetic results verify that the formation of mesopores remarkably reduces diffusion resistance and then improves the accessibility of reactants to catalytically active sites. 4Laser direct writing and characterizations of flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures显示文摘Functional materials with high viscosity and solid materials have received more and more attentions in flexible pressure sensors,which are inadequate in the most used molding method.Herein,laser direct writing(LDW)method is proposed to fabricate flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures on PDMS/MWCNTs composites with an 8%MWCNTs mass fraction.By controlling laser energy,microstructures with different geometries can be obtained,which significantly impacts the performances of the sensors.Subsequently,curved microcones with excellent performance are fabricated under parameters of f=40 kHz and v=150 mm·s^(-1).The sensor exhibits continuous multi-linear sensitivity,ultrahigh original sensitivity of 21.80%kPa^(-1),wide detection range of over 20 kPa,response/recovery time of~100 ms and good cycle stability for more than 1000 times.Besides,obvious resistance variation can be observed when tiny pressure(a peanut of 30 Pa)is applied.Finally,the flexible piezoresistive sensor can be applied for LED brightness controlling,pulse detection and voice recognition.Chenying Zhang Wei Zhou Da Geng Cheng Bai Weida Li Songyue Chen Tao Luo Lifeng Qin Yu Xie 2021Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,4:7
5High mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1) as an immune-modulating factor for polarization of human T lymphocytes显示文摘Objective This study was performed to investigate the effect of high mobility group box-1 protein (HMGB1) on immune function of human T lymphocytes in vitro and explore its potential role in cell-mediated immune dysfunction. Methods Fresh blood was obtained from healthy adult volunteers and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated, then rhHMGB1 was added to PBMCs. Four-color flow cytometric (FCM) analysis was used for the measurement of intracellular cytokine including interleukin IL-4 and interferon IFN- ? ELISA kits were employed for the determination of IL-2 and sIL-2R protein levels in cell culture supernatants. Results (1) Different stimulating time and dosage of rhHMGB1 did not alter the number of IFN- αpositive cells (Th1). rhHMGB1 stimulation provoked a dose-dependent and time-dependent increase in Th2 subset and decrease in ratio of Th1 to Th2. (2) Compared with the untreated cells, when the cells were coincubated with rhHMGB1 (10-100ng/ml) for 12 hrs, protein release of IL-2 and sIL-2R were significantly up-regulated. At 48 hrs, in contrast, protein production was relatively lower in cells after exposure to 100-1000 ng/ ml rhHMGB1. 6Urban Expansion in China Based on Remote Sensing Technology:A Review显示文摘Urban areas and its evolution are important anthropogenic indicators and human ecological footprints, and play decisive roles in environmental change analysis, global geo-conditional monitoring, and sustainable development. China has the highest rate of urban expansion and has emerged as an urban expansion hotspot worldwide. In this paper, the progress of studies on Chinese urban expansion based on remote sensing technology are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of urban area definition, remotely sensed imagery applied in urban expansion, monitoring methods of urban expansion, and urban expansion applications. Existing issues and future directions of Chinese urban expansion are discussed and proposed. Results indicate that: 1) The fusion of multi-source remotely sensed imagery is imperative to meet the needs of urban expansion with various monitoring terms and frequencies on different scales and dimensions. 2) To guarantee the classification accuracy and efficiency and describe urban expansion and its influences on local land use simultaneously, the combination of visual interpretation and automatic classification is the tendency of future monitoring methods of urban areas. 3) Urban expansion data have become the prerequisite for recognizing the urban development process, excavating its driving forces, simulating and predicting the future development directions, and also is conducive to revealing and explaining urban ecological and environmental issues. 4) In the past decades, Chinese scholars have promoted the application of remote sensing technology in the urban expansion field, with data construction, methods and models developing from the quotation stage to improvement and innovation stage; however, an independent and consistent urban expansion data on the national scale with long-term and high-frequency(such as annual monitoring) monitoring is still lacking.ZHANG Zengxiang LIU Fang ZHAO Xiaoli WANG Xiao SHI Lifeng XU Jinyong YU Sisi WEN Qingke ZUO Lijun YI Ling HU Shunguang LIU Bin 2018Chinese Geographical Science2018,28,5:6
7The effects of EGR and ignition timing on emissions of GDI engine显示文摘The effects of EGR and ignition timing on engine emissions and combustion were studied through an experiment carried out on an air-guided GDI engine.The test results showed that the ignition timing significantly affected the GDI engine emissions,that the NOx emissions significantly reduced when the ignition timing was retarded,and that NOx emissions decreased with the EGR level increasement.A higher EGR rate could reduce CO emissions while the CO emissions were less affected by the ignition timing.The HC emissions decreased at a lower EGR rate.At 2500 r/min,an appropriate EGR rate could cut down CO emissions.The exhaust gas temperature could significantly decrease with improving the EGR rate,and the exhaust gas temperature at 2500 r/min was clearly higher than that at 1850 r/min.The nucleation mode particles increased clearly,the accumulation mode particle number decreased gradually with the increase of EGR rate,and the typical particle size of nucleation mode particle was in the range of 10–25 nm.ZHAO LiFeng YU XiuMin QIAN DingChao DONG Wei SUN Ping HE Ling YANG Song 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,12:5

9Ionic liquids containing the urea moiety for recognition of halides and complex anions显示文摘A series of novel imidazolium based ionic liquids containing the urea moiety were designed and synthesized for anion recognition. 1-Ethylurea-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([Eumim]OAc) was used as the receptor for the halides and complex anions (BF4-, PF6-, BPh4-). 1H NMR spectra showed that the urea protons and imidazolium C(2) proton of the receptor ([Eumim]OAc) moved upfield on addition of various anions. A Job plot showed that the [Eumim]OAc receptor formed a 1:1 complex with BPh4-. X-ray diffraction analysis and the molecular modeling study revealed that the conformations of [Eumim]OAc and [Eumim]BPh4 were different. 11The electromechanical features of LiNbO_(3) crystal for potential high temperature piezoelectric applications显示文摘Lithium niobate(LiNbO_(3),LN)crystal is a multi-functional material with favorable piezoelectric,nonlinear optical and electro-optic properties.In this study,the electromechanical properties of the radial extensional(RE)and the thickness extensional(TE)modes of the congruent LN are studied and the temperature dependent behaviors are revealed.The RE mode electromechanical coupling factors(kp)for the Y-and Z-oriented discs are calculated and found to be 3.8%and 24.7%,respectively,which are nearly the same as the experimental results of 3.8%and 25.2%,respectively.The maximum RE and thickness shear(TS)modes electromechanical coupling factors are obtained to be 47.6%and 68.5%for the Yx/25and Yx/167crystal cuts,respectively.The LN crystal possesses good temperature stability of the electromechanical coupling factors(RE and TE modes)from 20℃ to 500℃,where the variations of kp and kt for the Y-oriented discs are<8.0%and<1.8%,respectively.Feifei Chen Lingfeng Kong Wei Song Chao Jiang Shiwei Tian Fapeng Yu Lifeng Qin Xian Zhao 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,1:3
12Integration of homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleation growth via 3D alloy framework for stable Na/K metal anode显示文摘Sodium/Potassium(Na/K)metal anodes have been considered as the promising anodes for next-generation Na/K secondary batteries owing to their ultrahigh specific capacity,low redox potential and low cost.However,their practical application is still hampered due to unstable solid electrolyte interphase,infinite volume change,and dendrite growth.Herein,we design a 3D-Na_(3)Bi/3D-K_(3)Bi alloy host which enables the homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleation growth of Na/K metal.The unique structure with periodic alternating of electron and ion conductivity improves the mass transfer kinetics and prevents the volume expansion during cycling.Meanwhile,the sodiophilicity of Na_(3)Bi/potassiophilicity of K_(3)Bi framework can avoid dendritic growth.Cycling lifespans over 700 h with 1 mAh cm^(−2)for 3D-Na_(3)Bi@Na electrode and about 450 h with 1 mAh cm^(−2)for 3D-K_(3)Bi@K electrode are achieved,respectively.3D-Na_(3)Bi@Na||Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))3 full battery shows sustainable cycle performance over 400 cycles.This design provides a simple but effective approach for achieving safety of sodium/potassium metal anodes.Shufen Ye Lifeng Wang Fanfan Liu Pengcheng Shi Yan Yu 2021eScience2021,1,1:3

17Arg462Gln and Asp541Glu polymorphisms in ribonuclease L and prostate cancer risk:a meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:The association between ribonuclease L(RNASEL)gene polymorphisms and prostate cancer risk has been widely reported,but the results of these studies remained controversial and underpowered.We performed a meta-analysis of 28 studies to evaluate the association between Arg462Gln and Asp541Glu polymorphisms in the RNASEL gene and prostate cancer risk.Methods:Odds ratios(ORs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs) were estimated to assess the association between RNASEL polymorphisms and prostate cancer risk.Results:A significantly increased prostate cancer risk was found for the Arg462Gln polymorphism in Africans(Gln/Gln vs Arg/Arg:OR=2.50,95%CI=1.28-4.87;Gln/Gln vs Gln/Arg+Arg/Arg:OR=2.54,95%CI=1.30-4.95),but not in Europeans and Asians.Additionally,the Asp541Glu polymorphism was associated with increased total prostate cancer risk(Glu-allele vs Asp-allele:OR=1.04,95%CI=1.01-1.07;Glu/Glu vs Asp/Asp:OR=1.22,95%CI= 1.03-1.46;Glu/Glu vs Glu/Asp+Asp/Asp:OR=1.09,95%CI=1.02-1.16).In the stratified analysis for the Asp541Glu polymorphism,there was a significantly increased prostate cancer risk in Africans and Europeans,and in hospital-based prostate cancer cases.Conclusion:The meta-analysis results showed evidence that RNASEL Arg462Gln and Asp541Glu polymorphisms are associated with prostate cancer risk and could be low-penetrance prostate cancer susceptibility biomarkers.Yuanyuan Mi Qianqian Yu Zhichao Min Bin Xu Lifeng Zhang Wei Zhang Ninghan Feng L ixin Hua 2010The Journal of Biomedical Research2010,24,5:2

19The RALF1-FERONIA complex interacts with and activates TOR signaling in response to low nutrients显示文摘Target of rapamycin(TOR)kinase is an evolutionarily conserved major regulator of nutrient metabolism and organismal growth in eukaryotes.In plants,nutrients are remobilized and reallocated between shoots and roots under low-nutrient conditions,and nitrogen and nitrogen-related nutrients(e.g.,amino acids)are key upstream signals leading to TOR activation in shoots under low-nutrient conditions.However,how these forms of nitrogen can be sensed to activate TOR in plants is still poorly understood.Here we report that the Arabidopsis receptor kinase FERON IA(FER)interacts with the TOR pathway to regulate nutrient(nitrogen and amino acid)signaling under low-nutrient conditions and exerts similar metabolic effects in response to nitrogen deficiency.We found that FER and its partner,RPM1-induced protein kinase(RIPK),interact with the TOR/RAPTOR complex to positively modulate TOR signaling activity.During this process,the receptor complex FER/RIPK phosphorylates the TOR complex component RAPTOR1B.The RALF1 peptide,a ligand of the FER/RIPK receptor complex,increases TOR activation in the young leaf by enhancing FER-TOR interactions,leading to promotion of true leaf growth in Arabidopsis under lownutrient conditions.Furthermore,we showed that specific amino acids(e.g.,Gin,Asp,and Gly)promote true leaf growth under nitrogen-deficient conditions via the FER-TOR axis.Collectively,our study reveals a mechanism by which the RALF1-FER pathway activates TOR in the plant adaptive response to low nutrients and suggests that plants prioritize nutritional stress response over RALF1-mediated inhibition of cell growth under low-nutrient conditions.Limei Song Guoyun Xu Tingting Li Huina Zhou Qinlu Lin Jia Chen Long Wang Dousheng Wu Xiaoxu Li Lifeng Wang Sirui Zhu Feng Yu 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,7:2
