1A high-precision phase-derived range and velocity measurement method based on synthetic wideband pulse Doppler radar显示文摘Development of radar technology needs to address the two-dimensional high resolution of range and velocity simultaneously for high-speed targets. Taking advantage of the superior coherent performance of synthetic wideband pulse Doppler radar, this paper elaborates the principles of phase-derived range and velocity measurements. Moreover, this paper explores the key technologies of unwrapping phase ambiguity, and discusses the phase unwrapping strategy at a low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR). The proposed method can be applied to the conditions of low SNR and has comparatively strong practicality in engineering. Both the ejection ball and civil aircraft experiments have validated the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method. 2Through-space charge transfer blue polymers containing acridan donor and oxygen-bridged triphenylboron acceptor for highly efficient solution-processed organic light-emitting diodes显示文摘Three kinds of through-space charge transfer(TSCT)blue polymers containing non-conjugated polystyrene backbone together with spatially-separated acridan donor and oxygen-bridged triphenylboron acceptors having different substituents of tert-butyl,hydrogen and fluorine are designed and synthesized.The designed TSCT blue polymers possess photoluminescence quantum yields up to 70%in solid-state film,single-triplet energy splitting below 0.1 eV,and typical thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)effect.Meanwhile,the resulting polymers exhibit aggregation-induced emission(AIE)effect with emission intensity increased by up to^27 folds from solution to aggregation state.By changing the substituent of acceptors to tune the charge transfer strength,blue emission with peaks from 444 to 480 nm can be realized for the resulting polymers.Solution-processed organic light-emitting diodes based on the polymers exhibit excellent device performance with Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage(CIE)coordinates of(0.16,0.27),together with the maximum luminous efficiency of 30.7 cd A-1 and maximum external quantum efficiency of 15.0%,which is the best device efficiency for blue TADF polymers.Fan Chen Jun Hu Xingdong Wang Shiyang Shao Lixiang Wang Xiabin Jing Fosong Wang 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,8:2

4Alkyl-chain branched effect on the aggregation and photophysical behavior of polydiarylfluorenes toward stable deep-blue electroluminescence and efficient amplified spontaneous emission显示文摘The control of the condensed superstructure of light-emitting conjugated polymers(LCPs)is a crucial factor to obtain high performance and stable organic optoelectronic devices.Side-chain engineering strategy is an effective platform to tune inter chain aggregation and photophysical behaviour of LCPs.Herein,we systematically investigated the alkyl-chain branched effecton the conformational transition and photophysical behaviour of polydiarylfluorenes toward efficient blue optoelectronic devices.The branched side chain will improve materials solubility to inhibit interchain aggregation in solution according to DLS and optical analysis,which is useful to obtain high quality film.Therefore,our branched PEODPF,POYDPF pristine film present high luminance efficiency of 36.1%and 39.6%,enhanced about 20%relative to that of PODPF.Compared to the liner-type sides'chain,these branched chains also suppress chain planarization and improve film morphological stability effectively.Interestingly,the branched polymer also had excellent stable amplified spontaneous emission(ASE)behaviour with low threshold(4.72μJ/cm2)and a center peak of 465 nm,even thermal annealing at 220℃in the air atmosphere.Therefore,side-chain branched strategy for LCPs is an effective means to control interchain aggregation,film morphology and photophysical property of LCPs.Lili Sun Ning Sun Lubing Bai Xiang An Bin Liu Chen Sun Lixiang Fan Chuanxin Wei Yamin Han Mengna Yu Jinyi Lin Dan Lu Ning Wang Linghai Xie Kang Shen Xinwen Zhang Yanan Xu Juan Cabanillas-Gonzalez Wei Huang 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,11:1

7Histopathological analysis of infiltrating T cell subsets in acute T cell-mediated rejection in the kidney transplant显示文摘AIM To compare the differential immune T cell subset com-position in patients with acute T cell-mediated rejection in the kidney transplant with subset composition in the absence of rejection, and to explore the association of their respective immune profiles with kidney transplant outcomes.METHODS A pilot cross-sectional histopathological analysis of the immune infiltrate was performed using immunohistochemistry in a cohort of 14 patients with acute T cellmediated rejection in the kidney transplant and 7 kidney transplant patients with no rejection subjected to biopsy to investigate acute kidney transplant dysfunction. All patients were recruited consecutively from 2012 to 2014 at the Singapore General Hospital. Association of the immune infiltrates with kidney transplant outcomes at up to 54 mo of follow up was also explored prospectively.RESULTS In a comparison to the absence of rejection, acute T cell-mediated rejection in the kidney transplant was characterised by numerical dominance of cytotoxic T lymphocytes over Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells, but did not reach statistical significance owing to the small sample size in our pilot study. There was no obvious difference in absolute numbers of infiltrating cytotoxic T lymphocytes, Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells and Th17 cells between the two patient groups when quantified separately. Our exploratory analysis on associations of T cell subset quantifications with kidney transplant outcomes revealed that the degree of Th17 cell infiltration was significantly associated with shorter time to doubling of creatinine and shorter time to transplant loss.CONCLUSION Although this was a small pilot study, results support our suspicion that in kidney transplant patients the immune balance in acute T cell-mediated rejection is tilted towards the pro-rejection forces and prompt larger and more sophisticated studies.Francisco Salcido-Ochoa Susan Swee-Shan Hue Siyu Peng Zhaoxiang Fan Reiko Lixiang Li Jabed Iqbal John Carson Allen Jr Alwin Hwai Liang Loh 2017World Journal of Transplantation2017,7,4:1

10Enhanced multiple anchoring and catalytic conversion of polysulfides by SnO_(2)-decorated MoS_(2) hollow microspheres for high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-Sulfur(Li-S)batteries are very competitive in energy storage equipment due to their high theoretical capacity and low cost of raw materials.However,the serious polysulfide'shuttle effect',volume expansion effect and slow conversion reaction kinetics of Li-S batteries during the charge/discharge cycle process still need to be resolved urgently.Herein,we prepared a novel sulfur host of SnO_(2)-decorated MoS_(2) hollow microspheres(SnO_(2)-MoS_(2) HMSs).The unique hollow structure provides enough space to accommodate a large amount of sulfur and effectively adapts to its large volume expansion during charge and discharge process.On the other hand,the SnO_(2) nanoparticles that attached to the surface of the MoS_(2) nanosheets will accelerate the catalysis of MoS_(2) and enhance the bonding strength with the polysulfide intermediates through the S-Sn-O chemical bond,which further inhibits the shuttle effect.The newly synthesized SnO_(2)-MoS_(2) HMSs cathode has achieved excellent electrochemical performance.The initial discharge specific capacity of 1326.4 mAh g^(-1) was obtained at 0.2 C,and after 100 cycles,the specific capacity of the SnO_(2)-MoS_(2) HMSs/S cathode only decreased slightly to 1183.8 mAh g^(-1),its capacity retention rate reaching as high as 89.2%.We expect the newly synthesized hollow structured MoS_(2) with SnO_(2) decoration provides a new strategy for the construction of Li-S battery cathode materials.Yun Tian Zhengyu Wei Fan Li Songjie Li Lixiang Shao Mengyuan He Panfei Sun Yuanyuan Li 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,5:0
11An Improved Training Algorithm Based on Ensemble Penalized Cox Regression for Predicting Absolute Cancer Risk显示文摘Introduction:Biases in cancer incidence characteristics have led to significant imbalances in databases constructed by prospective cohort studies.Since they use imbalanced databases,many traditional algorithms for training cancer risk prediction models perform poorly.Methods:To improve prediction performance,we introduced a Bagging ensemble framework to an absolute risk model based on ensemble penalized Cox regression(EPCR).We then tested whether the EPCR model outperformed other traditional regression models by varying the censoring rate of the simulated data.Results:Six different simulation studies were performed with 100 replicates.To assess model performance,we calculated mean false discovery rate,false omission rate,true positive rate,true negative rate,and the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)values.We found that the EPCR procedure could reduce the false discovery rate(FDR)for important variables at the same true positive rate(TPR),thereby achieving more accurate variable screening.In addition,we used the EPCR procedure to build a breast cancer risk prediction model based on the Breast Cancer Cohort Study in Chinese Women database.AUCs for 3-and 5-year predictions were 0.691 and 0.642,representing improvements of 0.189 and 0.117 over the classical Gail model,respectively.Discussion:We conclude that the EPCR procedure can overcome challenges posed by imbalanced data and improve the performance of cancer risk assessment tools.Liyuan Liu Fu Yang Yeye Fan Chunyu Kao Fei Wang Lixiang Yu Yong He Jiadong Ji Zhigang Yu 2023China CDC weekly2023,5,9:0

13Universal architecture and defect engineering dual strategy for hierarchical antimony phosphate composite toward fast and durable sodium storage显示文摘Antimony(Sb)-ba sed anode materials are feasible candidates for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) due to their high theoretical specific capacity and excellent electrical conductivity.However,they still suffer from volume distortion,structural collapse,and ionic conduction interruption upon cycling.Herein,a hierarchical array-like nanofiber structure was designed to address these limitations by combining architecture engineering and anion tuning strategy,in which SbPO_(4-x) with oxygen vacancy nanosheet arrays are anchored on the surface of interwoven carbon nanofibers(SbPO_(4-x)@CNFs).In particular,bulky PO_(4)^(3-) anions mitigate the large volume distortion and generate Na_(3)PO_(4) with high ionic conductivity,collectively improving cyclic stability and ionic transport efficiency.The abundant oxygen vacancies substantially boost the intrinsic electronic conductivity of SbPO_4,further accelerating the reaction dynamics.In addition,hierarchical fibrous structures provide abundant active sites,construct efficient conducting networks,and enhance the electron/ion transport capacity.Benefiting from the advanced structural design,the SbPO_(4-x)@CNFs electrodes exhibit outstanding cycling stability(1000 cycles at 1.0 A g^(-1) with capacity decay of 0.05% per cycle) and rapid sodium storage performance(293.8 mA h g^(-1) at 5.0 A g^(-1)).Importantly,systematic in-/ex-situ techniques have revealed the 'multi-step conversion-alloying' reaction process and the 'battery-capacitor dual-mode' sodium-storage mechanism.This work provides valuable insights into the design of anode materials for advanced SIBs with elevated stability and superior rate performance.Jiawei Wu Gaoyu Wang Wei Zhang Lixiang Wang Jian Peng Qinghua Li Zhixin Liang Wenbo Fan Jiazhao Wang Shaoming Huang 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,90,3:0
14Novel boron-and sulfur-doped polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon as multiple resonance emitter for ultrapure blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence polymers显示文摘Boron(B)-and sulfur(S)-doped polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are developed as a novel kind of multiple resonance emitters for ultrapure blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)polymers with narrowband electroluminescence.The combination of electron-deficient B atom and electron-rich S atom in PAH can form an intramolecular push-pull electronic system in a rigid aromatic framework,leading to reduced singlet-triplet energy splitting and limited structure relaxation of excited states.The critical roles of S atom in determining emission properties with respect to the oxygen analogues are in two aspects:(i)reducing energy bandgap to shift emission from human-eye-insensitive ultraviolet zone to blue region,and(ii)promoting reverse intersystem crossing process by heavy-atom effect to activate TADF effect.The resulting polymer containing B,S-doped PAH as emitter and acridan as host exhibits efficient blue electroluminescence at 458 nm with small full-width at halfmaximum of 31 nm,representing the first example for ultrapure TADF polymer with narrowband electroluminescence.Fan Chen Lei Zhao Xingdong Wang Qingqing Yang Weili Li Hongkun Tian Shiyang Shao Lixiang Wang Xiabin Jing Fosong Wang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,4:0
15Detector-grade perovskite single-crystal wafers via stress-free gel-confined solution growth targeting high-resolution ionizing radiation显示文摘Solution-processed organic‒inorganic halide perovskite(OIHP)single crystals(SCs)have demonstrated great potential in ionizing radiation detection due to their outstanding charge transport properties and low-cost preparation.However,the energy resolution(ER)and stability of OIHP detectors still lag far behind those of melt-grown inorganic perovskite and commercial CdZnTe counterparts due to the absence of detector-grade high-quality OIHP SCs.Here,we reveal that the crystallinity and uniformity of OIHP SCs are drastically improved by relieving interfacial stress with a facial gel-confined solution growth strategy,thus enabling the direct preparation of large-area detector-grade SC wafers up to 4 cm with drastically suppressed electronic and ionic defects.The resultant radiation detectors show both a small dark current below 1 nA and excellent baseline stability of 4.0×10^(-8) nA cm^(-1) s^(-1) V^(-1),which are rarely realized in OIHP detectors.Consequently,a record high ER of 4.9% at 59.5 keV is achieved under a standard 241Am gamma-ray source with an ultralow operating bias of 5 V,representing the best gamma-ray spectroscopy performance among all solution-processed semiconductor radiation detectors ever reported.Yilong Song Lixiang Wang Yongqiang Shi Weihui Bi Jianwu Chen Mingwei Hao Anran Wang Xueying Yang Yuan Sun Fan Yu Liansheng Li Yanjun Fang Deren Yang Qingfeng Dong 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,5:0
