| 2 | Significantly improved corrosion resistance of Mg-15Gd-2Zn-0.39Zr alloys: Effect of heat-treatment显示文摘The effects of heat-treatment on corrosion behavior of Mg-15Gd-2Zn-0.39Zr alloys were investigated through microstructure characterization, corrosion tests, and scanning Kelvin probe force microscope(SKPFM) analysis. In long-term corrosion experiments, the corrosion rates of Mg-Gd-Zn-Zr alloys were mainly determined by the effects of micro-galvanic corrosion. During heat-treatment, the β-(Mg,Zn)3Gd eutectic phase in as-cast alloys transformed into a long-period stacking ordered(LPSO) phase, coupled with the precipitation of small precipitates. As heat-treatment proceeded, the local potential and the volume fraction of the LPSO phases reduced gradually compared with the eutectic phase, which resulted in a remarkable decrease of the micro-galvanic effect between the second phase and Mg matrix. | 3 | Identification of QTL and candidate genes involved in early seedling growth in rice via high-density genetic mapping and RNA-seq显示文摘Early seedling vigor(ESV)is a major breeding target in rice,especially under direct seeding.To identify quantitative trait locus(QTL)affecting ESV,a recombinant inbred line population derived from a cross between 02428 and YZX,two cultivars differing in vigor during early seedling growth,was used for QTL analysis.Nine traits associated with ESV were examined using a high-density map.Of 16 additive loci identified,three were detected in two generations and thus considered stable.Four epistatic interactions were detected,one of which was repeated in two generations.Further analysis of the pyramiding effect of the three stable QTL showed that the phenotypic value could be effectively improved with an increasing number of QTL.These results were combined with results from our previous QTL analysis of the germination index.The lines G58 and G182 combined all the favourable alleles of all three stable QTL for ESV and three QTL for germination speed.These two lines showed rapid germination and strong ESV.A total of 37 candidate differentially expressed genes were obtained from the regions of the three stable QTL by analysis of the dynamic transcriptomic expression profile during the seedling growth period of the two parents.The QTL are targets for ESV breeding and the candidate genes await functional validation.This study provides a theoretical basis and a genetic resource for the breeding of directseeded rice. | Jing Yang Zhenhua Guo Lixin Luo Qiaoli Gao Wuming Xiao Jiafeng Wang Hui Wang Zhiqiang Chen Tao Guo | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021，9，2： | 6 |
| 4 | Effects of spatial distribution of soil parameters on soil moisture retrieval from passive microwave remote sensing显示文摘In this paper,we studied the effect of spatial distribution of soil parameters on passive soil moisture retrieval at pixel scale.First,we evaluated the forward microwave emission model and soil moisture retrieval algorithm accuracy through the observa-tion of field experiments.Then,we used soil parameters in different spatial distribution patterns,including random,normal,and uniform distribution,to determine the different levels of heterogeneity on soil moisture retrieval,in order to seek the rela-tionship between heterogeneity and soil moisture retrieval error.Finally,we conducted a controlled heterogeneity effect ex-periment measurements using a Truck-mounted Multi-frequency Radiometer(TMMR) to validate our simulation results.This work has proved that the soil moisture retrieval algorithm had a high accuracy(RMSE=0.049 cm3 cm 3) and can satisfy the need of this research.The simulation brightness temperatures match well with observations,with RMSE=9.89 K.At passive microwave remote sensing pixel scale,soil parameters with different spatial distribution patterns could have different levels of error on soil moisture estimation.Overall,we found that soil moisture with a random distribution in a satellite pixel scale can cause the largest error,with a normal distribution being the second,and a uniform distribution the least due to the smallest het-erogeneity. | ZHANG Tao ZHANG LiXin JIANG LingMei ZHAO ShaoJie ZHAO TianJie LI YunQing | 2012 | Science China Earth Sciences2012，55，8： | 5 |

| 7 | Cloning and characterization of the gene cluster required for beauvericin biosynthesis in Fusarium proliferatum显示文摘Beauvericin, a cyclohexadepsipeptide-possessing natural product with synergistic antifungal, insecticidal, and cytotoxic activities. We isolated and characterized the fpBeas gene cluster, devoted to beauvericin biosynthesis, from the filamentous fungus Fusarium proliferatum LF061. Targeted inactivation of the F. proliferatum genomic copy of fpBeas abolished the production of beauvericin. Comparative sequence analysis of the FpBEAS showed 74% similarity with the BbBEAS that synthesizes the cyclic trimeric ester beauvericin in Beauveria bassiana, which assembles N-methyl-dipeptidol monomer intermediates by the programmed iterative use of the nonribosomal peptide synthetase modules. Differences between the organization of the beauvericin loci in F. proliferaturm and B. bassiana revealed the mechanism for high production of beauvericin in F. proliferatum. | 12 | 北斗卫星自主完好性监测及在轨性能评估显示文摘With the development of satellite navigation technology,the user demands for the integrity of Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)have increased more and more.A ground-based monitoring system can hardly report an alarm message to GNSS users during the valid alarming period due to the satellite-Earth propagation delay.It is beneficial to monitor abnormal events and report the corresponding alarms from orbit.Adopting this approach,which is an important feature for future GNSS integrity monitoring,the time needed to provide an alarm is shorter and the system integrity capability is strengthened.The BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)new generation satellites have the capabilities of satellite autonomous integrity monitoring(SAIM).This paper presents the technical scheme of SAIM,and proposes the integrity monitoring method of both navigation signals and the clocks onboard.The proposed method was verified through the onboard test on the BDS satellites.In addition,we analyzed the integrity telemetry data from the new generation of BDS satellite,including signal delay,power,carrier phase measurement,correlation peak,consistency of pseudo-code and carrier phase,clock phase and frequency step.The analysis results indicated that the quality of the data on orbit met the requirements,and SAIM could monitor effectively any abnormal change of satellite clocks and navigation signal,generate rapidly an alarm message,and transmit it to the user.The alarm time was less than 6 s through the message,and 2 s through non-standard code(NSC).Finally,we present future opportunities for improving the SAIM technology of BDS. | BIAN Lang LIU Xiao LIU Wenshan YAN Tao LEI Wenying JIA Yizhe MENG Yansong ZHANG Lixin | 2020 | Aerospace China2020，21，4： | 2 |
