| 1 | Paleoclimate Modeling in China: A Review显示文摘This paper provides a review of paleoclimate modeling activities in China. Rather than attempt to cover all topics, we have chosen a few climatic intervals and events judged to be particularly informative to the international community. In historical climate simulations, changes in solar radiation and volcanic activity explain most parts of reconstructions over the last millennium prior to the industrial era, while atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations play the most important role in the20 th century warming over China. There is a considerable model–data mismatch in the annual and boreal winter temperature change over China during the mid-Holocene [6000 years before present(ka BP)], while coupled models with an interactive ocean generally perform better than atmospheric models. For the Last Glacial Maximum(21 ka BP), climate models successfully reproduce the surface cooling trend over China but fail to reproduce its magnitude, with a better performance for coupled models. At that time, reconstructed vegetation and western Pacific sea surface temperatures could have significantly affected the East Asian climate, and environmental conditions on the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau were most likely very different to the present day. During the late Marine Isotope Stage 3(30–40 ka BP), orbital forcing and Northern Hemisphere glaciation, as well as vegetation change in China, were likely responsible for East Asian climate change. | 2 | Induction of OTUD4 by viral infection promotes antiviral responses through deubiquitinating and stabilizing MAVS显示文摘The activity and stability of the adapter protein MAVS (also known as VISA, Cardif and IPS-1), which critically mediates cellular antiviral responses, are extensively regulated by ubiquitination. However, the process whereby MAVS is deubiquitinated is unclear. Here, we report that the ovarian tumor family deubiquitinase 4 (OTUD4) targets MAVS for deubiquitination. Viral infection leads to the IRF3/7-dependent upregulation of OTUD4 which interacts with MAVS to remove K48-linked polyubiquitin chains, thereby maintaining MAVS stability and promoting innate antiviral signaling. Knockout or knockdown of OTUD4 impairs RNA virus-triggered activation of IRF3 and NF-κB, expression of their downstream target genes, and potentiates VSV replication in vitro and in vivo. Consistently, Cre-ER Otud4fl/fl or Lyz2-Cre Otud4fl/fl mice produce decreased levels of type I interferons and proinflammatory cytokines and exhibit increased sensitivity to VSV infection compared to their control littermates. In addition, reconstitution of MAVS into OTUD4-deficient cells restores virus-induced expression of downstream genes and cellular antiviral responses. | 14 | AHNAK2 is a biomarker and a potential therapeutic target of adenocarcinomas显示文摘Adenocarcinoma is the second largest histological type of cervical cancer,second only to cervical squamous cell carcinoma.At present,despite the clinical treatment strategies of cervical adenocarcinoma and cervical squamous cell carcinoma being similar,the outcome and prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma are significantly poor.Therefore,it is urgent to find specific biomarker and therapeutic target for cervical adenocarcinoma.In this study,we aim to reveal and verify the potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets of cervical adenocarcinoma.Weighted correlation network analysis(WGCNA)reveals the differentially-expressed genes significantly related to the histological characteristics of the two cervical cancer subtypes.We select the genes with the top 20 significance for further investigation.Through microarray and immunohistochemical(IHC)analyses of a variety of tumor tissues,we find that among these 20 genes,AHNAK2 is highly expressed not only in cervical adenocarcinoma,but also in multiple of adenocarcinoma tissues,including esophagus,breast and colon,while not in normal gland tissues.In vitro,AHNAK2 knockdown significantly inhibits cell proliferation and migration of adenocarcinoma cell lines.In vivo,AHNAK2 knockdown significantly inhibits tumor progression and metastasis of various adenocarcinomas.RNA-sequencing and bioinformatics analyses suggest that the inhibitory effect of AHNAK2 knockdown on tumor progression is achieved by regulating DNA replication and upregulating Bim expression.Together,we demonstrate that AHNAK2 is a biomarker and a potential therapeutic target for adenocarcinomas. | Meng Xu Anyi Cheng Liya Yu Wei Wei Jinpeng Li Cheguo Cai | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,11: | 0 |

| 18 | Spiro-based triphenylamine molecule with steric structure as a cathode material for high-stable all organic lithium dual-ion batteries显示文摘Redox p-type organic compounds are promising cathode materials for dual-ion batteries.However,the triphenylamine-based polymers usually with agglomerate and intertwined molecular chain nature limit the maximum reaction of their active sites with large-sized anions.Herein,we demonstrate the application of a small molecule with rigid spirofluorene structu re,namely 2,2’,7,7’-tetrakis(diphenylamine)-9,9’-spirobifluorene(Spiro-TAD),as a cathode material for lithium dual-ion batteries.The inherent sterical structure endows the Spiro-TAD with good chemical stability and large internal space for fast diffusion kinetics of anions in the organic electrolyte.As a result,the Spiro-TAD electrode shows significant insolubility and less steric hindrance,and gives a high actual capacity of 109 mA h g^(-1)(active groups utilization ratio approximately 100%) at 50 mA g^(-1)with a high discharge voltage of 3.6 V(vs.Li+/Li),excellent rate capability(60 mA h g^(-1)at 2000 mA g^(-1)) and extremely stable cycling life(98.4% capacity retention after 1400 cycles at 500 mA g^(-1)) in half cells.Such good electrochemical performance is attributed to the robust and rapid adsorption/desorption of ClO4-anions,which can be proved by the in-situ FTIR and XPS.Moreover,an all-organic lithium dual-ion battery(a-OLDIBs) is constructed using the Spiro-TAD as cathode and 3,4,9,10-Perylenetetracarboxylic diimide(PTCDI) as anode and displays long-term cycling performance of 87.5 mA h g^(-1)after 800 cycles.This study will stimulate further developments in designing all organic battery systems. | Liya Huang Zehao Yu Liubin Wang Bin Qin Fengshi Cai Zhihao Yuan Zhiqiang Luo | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,8: | 0 |

| 20 | Effects of Different Water Treatment on Yield and Agronomic Traits of Wheat显示文摘In order to make clear the effects of water on yield and agronomic traits of wheat in Cangzhou,18 wheat cultivars from north part of Huanghuai Plain were collected for spring irrigation. The indoor and field surveys were used to analyze the effects of irrigation frequency on stem tiller situation,leaf area coefficient,yield and other traits of different wheat cultivars. The results indicated that the average yield of irrigation 1 increased by 68. 07 kg compared with that of irrigation 0,while the average yield of irrigation 2 increased by 60. 00 kg compared with that of irrigation 1. The survey of flag leaf area of wheat cultivars at the grain filling stage showed that the leaf area of irrigation 0 was the smallest( 18. 15 cm^2 on average),the leaf area of irrigation 1 was 20. 34 cm^2,and the leaf area of irrigation 2 was 24. 05 cm^2. With the increase in the irrigation times,the volume weight of wheat cultivars declined,the number of infertile spikelet dropped,and the plant height gradually increased.
