| 1 | Application of a microseismic monitoring system in deep mining显示文摘A microseismic monitoring system was used in the Donggua Shan underground copper mine, and its application was intro- duced. The spacial distribution of the seismic event was monitored effectively during mining with this system. The distribution of the seismic intensity in different time periods and in the different mining districts was obtained via the clustering analysis of the monitored results, and the different intensity concentration districts of seismicity were compartmentalized. The various characteristics and wave- forms of different vibrations in the underground mine were revealed with the help of the micro-seismic monitoring system. | 2 | A chromosome-scale genome assembly of Artemisia argyi reveals unbiased subgenome evolution and key contributions of gene duplication to volatile terpenoid diversity显示文摘Artemisia argyi Le´vl.et Vant.,a perennial Artemisia herb with an intense fragrance,is widely used in traditional medicine in China and many other Asian countries.Here,we present a chromosome-scale genome assembly of A.argyi comprising 3.89 Gb assembled into 17 pseudochromosomes.Phylogenetic and comparative genomic analyses revealed that A.argyi underwent a recent lineage-specificwhole-genomeduplication(WGD)event after divergence fromArtemisia annua,resulting in two subgenomes.Wedeciphered the diploid ancestral genome of A.argyi,and unbiased subgenome evolution was observed.The recent WGD led to a large number of duplicated genes in the A.argyi genome.Expansion of the terpene synthase(TPS)gene family through various types of gene duplication may have greatly contributed to the diversity of volatile terpenoids in A.argyi.In particular,we identified a typical germacrene D synthase gene cluster within the expanded TPS gene family.The entire biosynthetic pathways of germacrenes,(+)-borneol,and(+)-camphor were elucidated in A.argyi.In addition,partial deletion of the amorpha-4,11-diene synthase(ADS)gene and loss of function of ADS homologs may have resulted in the lack of artemisinin production in A.argyi.Our study provides newinsights into the genome evolution of Artemisia and lays a foundation for further improvement of the quality of this important medicinal plant. | Hongyu Chen Miaoxian Guo Shuting Dong Xinling Wu Guobin Zhang Liu He Yuannian Jiao Shilin Chen Li Li Hongmei Luo | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,3: | 2 |

| 5 | Gas accumulation conditions and key technologies for exploration & development of Sinian and Cambrian gas reservoirs in Anyue gasfield显示文摘Exploration of the Sinian-Lower Paleozoic formations in the Sichuan Basin starts from the 1950s,and is tortuous and complex.To summarize the exploration experiences is of great significance of reference for exploration of oil and gas in deep carbonate rocks of the Sichuan Basin.Gas accumulation in the Anyue oversize gasfield is chiefly controlled by the Deyang-Anyue intra-platform rift and central Sichuan paleouplift.The intra-platform rift controls the scale hydrocarbon generation center and effective hydrocarbon plays.The Anyue gasfield is characterized by near-source hydrocarbon accumulation.The marginal zone of intra-platform rift and high part of the paleouplift control the scale distribution of favorable facies belts of reservoir development,and overlapped by paleokarstic reformation,the reservoirs are widely distributed.The intra-platform rift and paleouplift jointly control formation of the scale traps and hydrocarbon enrichment.Gas reservoir features and major controlling factors for hydrocarbon accumulation have some differences in the main play strata,such as Longwangmiao Formation,and Member 4 and Member 2 of Dengying Formation.The gas reservoir in the Longwangmiao Formation is a lithologic gas reservoir under the tectonic setting,and the inherited paleouplift is a key for reservoir formation and hydrocarbon accumulation.The gas reservoir in the Member 4 of Dengying Formation is mainly controlled by large structural-stratigraphic composite traps,and the gas reservoir in the Member 2 of Dengying Formation is the structural trap.Distribution of the large gasfields in the Dengying Formation is controlled by the intra-platform rift,near-source hydrocarbon-reservoir configuration controlled by the ancient erosion plane and stratigraphic sealing in the updip direction.For exploration and development of the Anyue gasfield,four series of technologies are developed,namely,reservoir seismic fine description technology,well logging fine evaluation technology of gas layers,fast drilling technology of complex strata,and stimulation technology for high temperature and high pressure gas layers.Technical progresses provide powerful guarantee for efficient exploration and development of the oversize gasfields. | Yueming Yang Yu Yang Guang Yang Jiarong Song LongWen Chuanguang Deng Maolong Xia Qi Ran Guobin Duan Bing Luo Bing Xie | 2018 | Petroleum Research2018,3,3: | 1 |

| 10 | Regulating ethane and ethylene synthesis by proton corridor microenvironment for CO_(2) electrolysis显示文摘Electrocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide is one of the most effective strategies to achieve carbon neutrality and energy sustainability.Although high-value multi-carbon products have been widely studied,limited electrocatalysts have been reported for the selective conversion of ethane.More importantly,the factors tuning the selectivity between ethane and ethylene have not been clarified.Here,Zn@Cu nanowire arrays(Zn@Cu-NWAs) catalyst is proposed to stimulate the maintenance of efficient CO_(2)-to-C_(2)H_(6) conversion at high current densities.Meanwhile,in order to investigate the factors affecting the interconversion between ethane and ethylene,the counterpart catalyst that facilitates C–C coupling to ethylene was also synthesized.Time-of-flight secondary-ion mass spectroscopy(TOF-SIMS),in-situ Raman spectroscopy,and simulation results show that Zn@Cu-NWAs can provide a localized proton corridor environment for the formation of ethane,accelerating the further proton-coupled CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)kinetics.Hence,this catalyst delivered an ethane Faraday efficiency of over 65% at-1.14 V vs.RHE with a total current density of 142.3 mA/cm^(2).This work provides a new perspective on regulating the local microenvironment to modify the selectivity of multi-carbon products. | Xiaowen Zhang Bohua Ren Hao Li Shuxuan Liu Haoyang Xiong Silong Dong Yifan Li Dan Luo Yi Cui Guobin Wen Xin Wang | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12: | 0 |
| 11 | 动脉持续灌注化疗与静脉全身化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌的疗效分析(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the curative effectiveness of continuous transarterial infusion chemotherapy and systemic venous chemotherapy in treating patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, and to evaluate the value of selective continu-ous transarterial infusion chemotherapy in treating advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods: Of the 51 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer receiving chemotherapy with gemcitabine and 5-fluorouracil, 25 patients were treated with selective con-tinuous transarterial infusion chemotherapy, 26 were treated with systemic venous chemotherapy, and curative effective-ness was analyzed retrospectively. Curative effectiveness included tumor volume, clinical benefit response (CBR), acute and subacute toxic reactions of antitumor drugs, survival rate and median survival time. Results: The objective effective rate in transarterial group was 32.0% versus 23.1% in systemic group without any significant difference (P = 0.475). Clinical benefit rates in transarterial group and systemic group were 80.0% and 50.0% respectively (P = 0.025). The 6-, 9-and 12-month accumulated survival rates and median survival time in transarterial group were higher than those of the systemic group (P = 0.002), the differences were statistically significant. However, the adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant. | 12 | Cysteine dioxygenase and taurine are essential for embryo implantation by involving in E2-ERαand P_(4)-PR signaling in mouse显示文摘Background Taurine performs multiple physiological functions,and the maintenance of taurine level for most mammals relies on active uptake from diet and endogenous taurine synthesis through its synthesis enzymes,including cysteine dioxygenase(CDO).In addition,uterus tissue and uterus fluid are rich in to urine,and to urine synthesis is regulated by estrogen(E2)and progesterone(P_(4)),the key hormones priming embryo-uterine crosstalk during embryo implantation,but the functional interactions and mechanisms among which are largely unknown.The present study was thus proposed to identify the effects of CDO and taurine on embryo implantation and related mechanisms by using Cdo knockout(KO)and ovariectomy(OVX)mouse models.Results The uterine CDO expression was assayed from the first day of plugging(d 1)to d 8 and the results showed that CDO expression level increased from d 1 to d 4,followed by a significant decline on d 5 and persisted to d 8,which was highly correlated with serum and uterine taurine levels,and serum P_(4) concentration.Next,Cdo KO mouse was established by CRISPER/Cas9.It was showed that Cdo deletion sharply decreased the taurine levels both in serum and uterus tissue,causing implantation defects and severe subfertility.However,the implantation defects in Cdo KO mice were partly rescued by the taurine supplementation.In addition,Cdo deletion led to a sharp decrease in the expressions of P_(4)receptor(PR)and its responsive genes Ihh,Hoxa10 and Hand2.Although the expression of uterine estrogen receptor(ERa)had no significant change,the levels of ERa induced genes(Muc1,Ltf)during the implantation window were upregulated after Cdo deletion.These accompanied by the suppression of stroma cell proliferation.Meanwhile,E2inhibited CDO expression through ERa and P_(4)upregulated CDO expression through PR.Conclusion The present study firstly demonstrates that taurine and CDO play prominent roles in uterine receptivity and embryo implantation by involving in E2-ERa and P_(4)-PR signaling.These are crucial for our understanding the mechanism of embryo implantation,and infer that taurine is a potential agent for improving reproductive efficiency of livestock industry and reproductive medicine. | Di Zhang Zhijuan Wang Xuan Luo Hongzhou Guo Guobin Qiu Yuneng Gong Hongxu Gao Sheng Cui | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,3: | 0 |
