| 1 | Comparative kinetics of coal and oil shale pyrolysis in a micro fluidized bed reaction analyzer显示文摘The characteristics and kinetics of coal and oil shale pyrolysis were comparatively studied by using a micro fluidized bed reaction analyzer(MFBRA).The isothermal differential model was first applied to calculate the kinetic parameters of activation energy and frequency factor according to the major gas components during pyrolysis.The results showed that the major gas components released from coal and oil shale under the isothermal condition had different initiating and ending time points,and the difference was more significant under the programmed heating conditions.The shrinking core model allowed better fitting relevance for the coal pyrolysis,while the three-dimension model was more suitable for oil shale pyrolysis,indicating that the gases from the pyrolysis process of coal and oil shale might go through different reaction paths.The activation energy of oil shale pyrolysis was 36.96 kJ·mol^(−1),larger than the value of pyrolysis of the two coals,which was 21.16 and 32.17 kJ·mol^(−1),respectively.The above results justified that the oil shale pyrolysis with high ash contents was somehow more difficult to take place in terms of higher activation energy and the MFBRA could be a useful tool to give some insight into the intrinsic kinetics and reaction mechanisms of coal and oil shale pyrolysis. | Yuming Zhang Mengxuan Zhao Rongxuan Linghu Chengxiu Wang Shu Zhang | 2019 | Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,3: | 7 |

| 3 | Experimental study on removing NO from flue gas using microwave irradiation over activated carbon carried catalyst显示文摘Nitrogen oxides(NOx) from flue gas can be removed efficiently by activated carbon continuously irradiated by microwave,which,however,needs high temperature and consumes excessive carbon. If catalyst is added into activated carbon,then reaction temperature can be reduced and selectivity of reaction enhanced. The effects on flue gas denitrification by adding different catalysts to microwave reactor were studied in this paper. It was found that the addition of catalyst could reduce the microwave power required by the same removal efficiency obviously;the difference of removal efficiency was different due to different catalysts,and the Cu-based catalyst has more catalytic action efficiency. Reaction temperature decreased by about 200℃ and removal efficiency increased by 25% after adding Cu-based catalyst. | 4 | Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals a high-resolution cell atlas of xylem in Populus显示文摘High-throughputsingle-cellRNAsequencing(sc RNA-seq) has advantages over traditional RNA-seq to explore spatiotemporal information on gene dynamic expressions in heterogenous tissues. We performed Drop-seq, a method for the dropwise sequestration of single cells for sequencing, on protoplasts from the differentiating xylem of Populus alba × Populus glandulosa. The sc RNA-seq profiled9,798 cells, which were grouped into 12 clusters.Through characterization of differentially expressed genes in each cluster and RNA in situ hybridizations,we identified vessel cells, fiber cells, ray parenchyma cells and xylem precursor cells. Diffusion pseudotime analyses revealed the differentiating trajectory of vessels, fiber cells and ray parenchyma cells and indicated a different differentiation process between vessels and fiber cells, and a similar differentiation process between fiber cells and ray parenchyma cells. We identified marker genes for each cell type(cluster) and key candidate regulators during developmental stages of xylem cell differentiation. | 12 | Combined Adaptive Multiple Subtraction Based on Optimized Event Tracing and Extended Wiener Filtering显示文摘The surface-related multiple elimination(SRME) method is based on feedback formulation and has become one of the most preferred multiple suppression methods used. However, some differences are apparent between the predicted multiples and those in the source seismic records, which may result in conventional adaptive multiple subtraction methods being barely able to effectively suppress multiples in actual production. This paper introduces a combined adaptive multiple attenuation method based on the optimized event tracing technique and extended Wiener filtering. The method firstly uses multiple records predicted by SRME to generate a multiple velocity spectrum, then separates the original record to an approximate primary record and an approximate multiple record by applying the optimized event tracing method and short-time window FK filtering method. After applying the extended Wiener filtering method, residual multiples in the approximate primary record can then be eliminated and the damaged primary can be restored from the approximate multiple record. This method combines the advantages of multiple elimination based on the optimized event tracing method and the extended Wiener filtering technique. It is an ideal method for suppressing typical hyperbolic and other types of multiples, with the advantage of minimizing damage of the primary. | 17 | Comparative Experimental Analysis on Coal Spontaneous Combustion显示文摘The goal of this study was to investigate coal quality features and their relationship to coal spontaneous combustion characteristics in multi-seam coal mines to better predict when coal spontaneous combustion is likely to occur.To that end,coal samples of various particle sizes were obtained from five coal seams(Nos.6,8,9,12 and 20)in the Shuangyashan City Xin’an Coal Mine.The samples were then respectively heated using a temperature programming system to observe and compare similarities and differences in the sponta-neous combustion process of different particle sizes in response to rising temperature.The experimental results show,that in all five coal seams,the concentration of CO,C_(2)H_(4),and C_(2)H_(6) increased with a certain degree of regularity as a function of rising temperature.However,of these three gasses,only CO and C_(2)H_(4) can be used as indicators to predict coal mine spontaneous combustion.The critical temperature for samples from all five coal seams ranged from 50–85℃,while the dry cracking temperature of coal seams 8 and 12(80–100℃)were lower than those of 6,9,and 20(100–120℃).Furthermore,the production rate of CO,C_(2)H_(4),and C_(2)H_(6) is related to both coal particle size and temperature.The smaller the particle size,the faster the production rate;and the higher the temperature,the more gas that gets produced.All five coal seems are mainly com-posed of long flame coal.However,they differ in that the No.12 coal seam contains weak cohesive coal;the No.8 coal seam contains lean and gas coal;and the Nos.6,9,and 20 coal seams contain a certain amount of anthracite.During the programmed coal heating,the CO,C_(2)H_(4),and C_(2)H_(6) release trend for the coal seams was No.12>No.8>Nos.6,9,and 20.These results demonstrate that the presence of weak cohesive coal and anthracite highly influence the concentration of CO,C_(2)H_(4),and C_(2)H_(6) released during coal spontaneous combustion. | Haitao Wang Yongli Liu Bin Shen Mengxuan Ren Qiyuan Shan | 2022 | Energy Engineering2022,119,5: | 0 |

| 20 | The monkey microbial biobank brings previously uncultivated bioresources for nonhuman primate and human gut microbiomes显示文摘Impact statement Nonhuman primates(NHPs)such as monkeys are the closest living relatives to humans and are the best available models for causative studies of human health and diseases.Gut microbiomes are intensively involved in host health.In this study,by large-scale cultivation of microbes from fecal samples of monkeys,we obtained previously uncultured bacterial species and constructed a Macaca fascicularis Gut Microbial Biobank(MfGMB).The MfGMB consisted of 250 strains that represent 97 species of 63 genera,25 families,and 4 phyla.The information of the 250 strains and the genomes of 97 cultured species are publicly accessible.The MfGMB represented nearly 50% of core gut microbial compositions at the genus level and covered over 80% of the KO-based known gut microbiome functions of M.fascicularis.Data mining showed that the bacterial species in the MfGMB were prevalent not only in NHPs gut microbiomes but also in human gut microbiomes.This study will help the understanding and future investigations on how gut microbiomes interact with their mammalian hosts. | Danhua Li Chang Liu Rexiding Abuduaini Mengxuan Du Yujing Wang Haizhen Zhu Honghe Chen Nan Zhou Yuhua Xin Linhuan Wu Juncai Ma Yuguang Zhou Yong Lu Chengying Jiang Qiang Sun Shuang-Jiang Liu | 2022 | mLife2022,1,2: | 0 |
