| 2 | Experimental far-field imaging properties of high refractive index microsphere lens显示文摘The far-field imaging properties of a high index microsphere lens spatially separated from the object are experimentally studied. Our experimental results show that, for a Blu-ray disk whose spacing is 300 nm, the high index microsphere lens also can discern the patterns of the object sample when the distance between the lens and the object is up to 5.4 μm. When the distance is increased from 0 to 5.4 μm, for the microsphere lens with a diameter of 24 μm, the lateral magnification increases from 3.5× to 5.5×, while the field of view decreases from 5.1 to 3.0 μm. By varying the distance between the lens and the object, the optical image can be optimized. | 3 | Progress in the beam commissioning of separated function RFQ accelerator显示文摘Separated Function RFQ (SFRFQ) was proposed as a post accelerator of RFQ to accelerate heavy ions at low frequency. It introduces gap accelerating in the quadrupole electrodes, and therefore it has higher accelerating efficiency than the conventional RFQ accelerator. The first SFRFQ prototype cavity has been specially designed and constructed as a post accelerator to accelerate O+ beam from 1.03 MeV to 1.64 MeV. Based on accomplishment of low power measurement and high power test, the beam commissioning was carried out to verify its feasibility. | 4 | Study on Preventive Effect of Cecropin and Lysozyme on Skin Fester Disease in Trionyx sinensis显示文摘[Objective] This study was to investigate the preventive effect of cecropin and lysozyme on skin fester disease in Trionyx sinensis.[Method]By employing intramuscular injection method,the preventive effect of mixtures of cecropin( 10 mg/kg) and lysozyme( 10 mg/kg) and of cecropin( 6 mg/kg) and lysozyme( 5 mg/kg) were challenged on Aeromonas encheleia-caused skin fester disease in T.sinensis.The mortality and relative percent survival were used evaluate the preventive effect of different drugs.The serum agglutination titer,cytophagocytosis and bactericidal activity were detected to compare the effect of drugs on the immunity and disease resistance of T.sinensis.[Result]The residue concentrations of gentamicin and lysozyme in serum were compared to evaluate the side effect of drugs used challenged.The results showed that combined use of cecropin and lysozyme gave the best preventive effect and immunity in T.sinensis,with an extremely significant difference from other treatments( P < 0.01).Analysis of drug residue in serum indicated that lysozyme was completely metabolized 6 days after medication,while gentamicin residue was still observed 12 days later.[Conclusion] The combined application of cecropin and lysozyme showed better preventive effect than antibiotics in fester disease of T.sinensis.Moreover,no drug residue and side effect were observed in the combined use treatment.This method avoids the side effect of antibiotics,worthy of extension at commercial scale. | Chen Chunshan Guo Minglei Wei Kai Ma Long Geng Yan | 2017 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2017,9,6: | 1 |

| 6 | Risk Assessment and Management of Electricity Markets: A Review with Suggestions显示文摘Power industry deregulation has changed the determination of electricity prices from administration approval to market clearing.Affected by multiple random factors,the market prices may fluctuate sharply or significantly increase under extreme conditions,jeopardizing the normal operation of markets.In order to effectively deal with market risks,it is essential to develop the corresponding risk-control mechanisms,especially for spot market pilots.Therefore,this paper presents an overview on the risk assessment and management schemes which are widely used in the electricity markets.First,the key issues for evaluating market risks through inherent uncertainties and market power are summarized,including analysis models and quantitative metrics.Moreover,a comprehensive review of risk management and market supervision in typical electricity markets is presented.Specifically,a multi-time risk-control framework utilized by regulators is introduced to demonstrate the available schemes to reduce market risks.In addition,the various derivative contracts and portfolio optimizations are reviewed to help market participants hedge against market risks.Finally,suggestions for the development of risk management measures in spot market pilots are proposed.The summarized experience in this paper can provide useful references and guidelines for developing risk-control mechanisms in electricity markets. | Minglei Bao Yi Ding Xiaoxin Zhou Chao Guo Changzheng Shao | 2021 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,6: | 1 |

| 9 | Tuner design and RF test of a four-rod RFQ显示文摘A mini-vane four-rod radio frequency quadruple (RFQ) accelerator has been built for neutron imaging. The RFQ will operate at 201.5 MHz, and its length is 2.7 m. The original electric field distribution along the electrodes is not flat. The resonant frequency needs to be tuned to the operating value. And the frequency needs to be compensated for temperature change during high power RF test and beam test. As tuning such a RFQ is difficult, plate tuners and stick tuners are designed. | 10 | GroupⅢmetabotropic glutamate receptors and drug addiction显示文摘Neuroadaptations of glutamatergic transmission in the limbic reward circuitry are linked to persistent drug addiction.Accumulating data have demonstrated roles of ionotropic glutamate receptors and groupⅠandⅡmetabotropic glutamate receptors(mGluRs)in this event.Emerging evidence also identifies Gαi/o-coupled groupⅢmGluRs(mGluR4/7/8 subtypes enriched in the limbic system)as direct substrates of drugs of abuse and active regulators of drug action.Auto-and heteroreceptors of mGluR4/7/8 reside predominantly on nerve terminals of glutamatergic corticostriatal and GABAergic striatopallidal pathways,respectively.These presynaptic receptors regulate basal and/or phasic release of respective transmitters to maintain basal ganglia homeostasis.In response to operant administration of common addictive drugs,such as psychostimulants(cocaine and amphetamine),alcohol and opiates,limbic groupⅢmGluRs undergo drastic adaptations to contribute to the enduring remodeling of excitatory synapses and to usually suppress drug seeking behavior.As a result,a loss-of-function mutation(knockout)of individual groupⅢreceptor subtypes often promotes drug seeking.This review summarizes the data from recent studies on three groupⅢreceptor subtypes(mGluR4/7/8)expressed in the basal ganglia and analyzes their roles in the regulation of dopamine and glutamate signaling in the striatum and their participation in the addictive properties of three major classes of drugs(psychostimulants,alcohol,and opiates). | Limin Mao Minglei Guo Daozhong Jin Bing Xue John Q.Wang | 2013 | Frontiers of Medicine2013,7,4: | 0 |
