1Changes of protein oxidation,lipid oxidation and lipolysis in Chinese dry sausage with different sodium chloride curing salt content显示文摘The effect of sodium chloride(NaCl)curing salt content on protein oxidation,lipid oxidation and lipolysis of Chinese dry sausage was investigated.Two groups Chinese dry sausages with 2%and 4%(m/m)salt content were studied.The degree of protein oxidation increased during the processes in two groups sausages,while the content of phospholipids decreased,neutral lipids and free fatty acids increased.The degree of protein oxidation,lipid oxidation and lipolysis in 4%NaCl content group was higher than those in 2%NaCl content group,while 4%NaCl content group has higher lipase activity.In conclusion,4%NaCl may facilitate the protein oxidation,lipid hydrolysis and oxidation in Chinese dry sausage,and the protein oxidation had strong correlation with lipid oxidation and lipolysis.The results could provide a basis for improving the technology of industrial production.Bing Zhao Huimin Zhou Shunliang Zhang Xiaoqian Pan Su Li Ning Zhu Qianrong Wu Shouwei Wang Xiaoling Qiao Wenhua Chen 2020Food Science and Human Wellness2020,9,4:22
2Quantifying the Cloud Water Resource:Methods Based on Observational Diagnosis and Cloud Model Simulation显示文摘Based on the concepts of cloud water resource(CWR)and related variables proposed in the first part of this study,this paper provides details of two methods to quantify the CWR.One is diagnostic quantification(CWR-DQ)based on satellite observations,precipitation products,and atmospheric reanalysis data;and the other is numerical quantification(CWR-NQ)based on a cloud resolving model developed at the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences(CAMS).The two methods are applied to quantify the CWR in April and August 2017 over North China,and the results are evaluated against all available observations.Main results are as follows.(1)For the CWR-DQ approach,reference cloud profiles are firstly derived based on the Cloud Sat/CALIPSO joint satellite observations for 2007–2010.The NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data in 2000–2017 are then employed to produce three-dimensional cloud fields.The budget/balance equations of atmospheric water substance are lastly used,together with precipitation observations,to retrieve CWR and related variables.It is found that the distribution and vertical structure of clouds obtained by the diagnostic method are consistent with observations.(2)For the CWR-NQ approach,it assumes that the cloud resolving model is able to describe the cloud microphysical processes completely and precisely,from which four-dimensional distributions of atmospheric water vapor,hydrometeors,and wind fields can be obtained.The data are then employed to quantify the CWR and related terms/quantities.After one-month continuous integration,the mass of atmospheric water substance becomes conserved,and the tempospatial distributions of water vapor,hydrometeors/cloud water,and precipitation are consistent with observations.(3)Diagnostic values of the difference in the transition between hydrometeors and water vapor(Cvh-Chv)and the surface evaporation(Es)are well consistent with their numerical values.(4)Correlation and bias analyses show that the diagnostic CWR contributors are well correlated with observations,and match their numerical counterparts as well,indicating that the CWR-NQ and CWR-DQ methods are reasonable.(5)Underestimation of water vapor converted from hydrometeors(Chv)is a shortcoming of the CWR-DQ method,which may be rectified by numerical quantification results or by use of advanced observations on higher spatiotemporal resolutions.Miao CAI Yuquan ZHOU Jianzhao LIU Chao TAN Yahui TANG Qianrong MA Qi LI Jietai MAO Zhijin HU 2020Journal of Meteorological Research2020,34,6:4
3Postsynthetic functionalization of covalent organic frameworks显示文摘Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)have been at the forefront of porous-material research in recent years.With predictable structural compositions and controllable functionalities,the structures and properties of COFs could be controlled to achieve targeted materials.On the other hand,the predesigned structure of COFs allows fruitful postsynthetic modifications to introduce new properties and functions.In this review,the postsynthetic functionalizations of COFs are discussed and their impacts towards structural qualities and performances are comparatively elaborated on.The functionalization involves the formation of specific interactions(covalent or coordination/ionic bonds)and chemical reactions(oxidation/reduction reaction)with pendant groups,skeleton and reactive linkages of COFs.The chemical stability and performance of COFs including catalytic activity,storage,sorption and opto-electronic properties might be enhanced by specific postsynthetic functionalization.The generality of these strategies in terms of chemical reactions and the range of suitable COFs places them as a pivotal role for the development of COF-based smart materials.Yusran Yusran Xinyu Guan Hui Li Qianrong Fang Shilun Qiu 2020National Science Review2020,7,1:4
4Development of volatiles and odor-active compounds in Chinese dry sausage at different stages of process and storage显示文摘The effect of process and storage on the volatiles and odorant profi le of Chinese dry sausage was evaluated,as well as its physicochemical parameters.Microbial esterification and wine(27.54%–43.35%),and lipid oxidation(11.30%–34.92%)played a key role in flavor profile during process and storage.A significant increase of each volatile was detected during process except gradual decrease of volatiles from spices,while a gradual decrease of each volatile was detected during storage except signifi cant increase of volatiles from lipid oxidation and esterifi cation.15 and 6 odor-active compounds were respectively correlated(P<0.05)with the process and storage time.Level of heptanal,1-octen-3-ol,the ethyl of 2-methylbutanoic,3-methylbutanoic,butanoic,benzoic,hexanoic,heptanoic,octanoic and decanoic acid were best discriminators of process stage,while(E)-2-nonenal,ethyl hexanoate,ethyl heptanoate,and methyl decanoate,were marker compounds of storage time.An objective method was established to evaluate the stages of process and storage for samples.Huimin Zhou Bing Zhao Shunliang Zhang Qianrong Wu Ning Zhu Su Li Xiaoqian Pan Shouwei Wang Xiaoling Qiao 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,3:4
5Quasi-Three-Dimensional Cyclotriphosphazene-Based Covalent Organic Framework Nanosheet for Efficient Oxygen Reduction显示文摘Metal-free carbon-based materials are considered as promising oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalysts for clean energy conversion,and their highly dense and exposed carbon active sites are crucial for efficient ORR.In this work,two unique quasi-three-dimensional cyclotriphosphazene-based covalent organic frameworks(Q3CTP-COFs)and their nanosheets were successfully synthesized and applied as ORR electrocatalysts.The abundant electrophilic structure in Q3CTP-COFs induces a high density of carbon active sites,and the unique bilayer stacking of[6+3]imine-linked backbone facilitates the exposure of active carbon sites and accelerates mass diffusion during ORR.In particular,bulk Q3CTP-COFs can be easily exfoliated into thin COF nanosheets(NSs)due to the weak interlayerπ-πinteractions.Q3CTP-COF NSs exhibit highly efficient ORR catalytic activity(half-wave potential of 0.72 V vs.RHE in alkaline electrolyte),which is one of the best COF-based ORR electrocatalysts reported so far.Furthermore,Q3CTP-COF NSs can serve as a promising cathode for Zn-air batteries(delivered power density of 156 mW cm-2 at 300 mA cm^(-2)).This judicious design and accurate synthesis of such COFs with highly dense and exposed active sites and their nanosheets will promote the development of metal-free carbon-based electrocatalysts.Jianhong Chang Cuiyan Li Xiaoxia Wang Daohao Li Jie Zhang Xiaoming Yu Hui Li Xiangdong Yao Valentin Valtchev Shilun Qiu Qianrong Fang 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,9:1

8Ovalbumin-stabilized gold nanoclusters with ascorbic acid as reducing agent for detection of serum copper显示文摘Ovalbumin-stabilized gold nanoclusters(OVA@AuNCs) were prepared with ascorbic acid as a reducing agent. This strategy could realize the synthesis of water-soluble OVA@AuNCs within 20 min. The asprepared fluorescent probe showed a red fluorescence emission at 630 nm. Moreover, the properties of the OVA@AuNCs were characterized by transmission electron microscope, dynamic light scattering,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, fluorescent spectroscopy. Based on the surface electron density decrease-induced fluorescence quenching mechanism, the OVA@AuNCs provided high sensitivity and selectivity for sensing copper ions. 11Stable Thiophene-sulfur Covalent Organic Frameworks for Oxygen Reduction Reaction(ORR)显示文摘Exploring novel materials deriving from earth resources to substitute for platinum(Pt) electrocatalyst to promote oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) of fuel cell cathode is very important. Herein, we have exploited two crystallographic thiophene-sulfur covalent organic frameworks(COFs), termed JUC-607 and JUC-608, as electrocatalysts that exhibited good ORR performances. These thiophene-sulfur COFs exhibited high stability, and their functional groups acting as active centers in the ORR can be precisely determined. Notably, due to a larger aperture for mass transfer and electrons transport, JUC-608 displayed a growing electrochemical performance, leading to a better ORR activity. 13A Nitrogen, Sulfur co-Doped Porphyrin-based Covalent Organic Framework as an Efficient Catalyst for Oxygen Reduction显示文摘Oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is a significant reaction for energy conversion systems(such as fuel cells, metal-air batteries, etc.). It is an urgent need to develop cheap, durable and highly-active catalysts for efficient ORR. Hence, we report a metal-free nitrogen and sulfur co-doped porphyrin-based covalent organic framework(COF) as a high-efficiency ORR catalyst[the onset potential(Eo) is 0.79 V and the half-wave potential(E1/2) is 0.70 V]. The double doping of N and S atoms causes uneven charge distribution around carbon atoms, which can act as catalytic active centers, improving ORR activity. Compared with single-atom doping, double atoms doping exhibits a higher activity due to the synergistic effect between different elements. 14Highly Durable MIL-96 Membranes via a One-step Active γ-Alumina Conversion Strategy for Gas Separation显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are attractive in membrane separation due to their special pore structure and suitable aperture size.The fabrication of defect-free and robust MOF membranes with excellent durability is highly demanded but remains challenging.In this work,we report a one-step activeγ-alumina conversion strategy for the facile and reliable fabrication of an MIL-96 membrane.In this case,theγ-Al_(2)O_(3) sol was dip-coated and sintered on theα-Al_(2)O_(3) disc as the active aluminum source and substrate for the nucleation and growth of MOF.A continuous and well-intergrown MIL-96 membrane was generated with exceptional stability due to the strong adhesion to the substrate.The resultant MIL-96 membrane yielded a satisfactory H_(2)/CO_(2) permselectivity and high-temperature resistance,delivering a selectivity of 12.35 with H_(2) permeance of 6.20×10^(−7) mol·m^(−2)·s^(−1)·Pa^(−1) at 150℃.Moreover,the probe membrane presented remarkable durability and recyclability under harsh hydrothermal conditions.This method paves the way for constructing highly stable and selective MOF membranes and could accelerate the development of advanced membrane separation technologies for gas purification and recycling in addressing the severe energy and environmental problems.GAO Zhuangzhuang LI Baoju OU Shuxian LI Dongsheng FANG Qianrong QIU Shilun XUE Ming 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,6:0
15Gli1 promotes epithelial-mesenchymal transition and metastasis of non-small cell lung carcinoma by regulating snail transcriptional activity and stability显示文摘Metastasis is crucial for the mortality of non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC) patients.The epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) plays a critical role in regulating tumor metastasis.Glioma-associated oncogene 1(Gli1) is aberrantly active in a series of tumor tissues. However, the molecular regulatory relationships between Gli1 and NSCLC metastasis have not yet been identified. Herein,we reported Gli1 promoted NSCLC metastasis. High Gli1 expression was associated with poor survival of NSCLC patients. Ectopic expression of Gli1 in low metastatic A549 and NCI-H460 cells enhanced their migration, invasion abilities and facilitated EMT process, whereas knock-down of Gli1 in high metastatic NCI-H1299 and NCI-H1703 cells showed an opposite effect. Notably, Gli1 overexpression accelerated the lung and liver metastasis of NSCLC in the intravenously injected metastasis model. Further research showed that Gli1 positively regulated Snail expression by binding to its promoter and enhancing its protein stability, thereby facilitating the migration, invasion and EMT of NSCLC. In addition, administration of GANT-61, a Gli1 inhibitor, obviously suppressed the metastasis of NSCLC. 16Distributed model predictive control based on adaptive sampling mechanism显示文摘In this work,an adaptive sampling control strategy for distributed predictive control is proposed.According to the proposed method,the sampling rate of each subsystem of the accused object is determined based on the periodic detection of its dynamic behavior and calculations made using a correlation function.Then,the optimal sampling interval within the period is obtained and sent to the corresponding sub-prediction controller,and the sampling interval of the controller is changed accordingly before the next sampling period begins.In the next control period,the adaptive sampling mechanism recalculates the sampling rate of each subsystem’s measurable output variable according to both the abovementioned method and the change in the dynamic behavior of the entire system,and this process is repeated.Such an adaptive sampling interval selection based on an autocorrelation function that measures dynamic behavior can dynamically optimize the selection of sampling rate according to the real-time change in the dynamic behavior of the controlled object.It can also accurately capture dynamic changes,meaning that each sub-prediction controller can more accurately calculate the optimal control quantity at the next moment,significantly improving the performance of distributed model predictive control(DMPC).A comparison demonstrates that the proposed adaptive sampling DMPC algorithm has better tracking performance than the traditional DMPC algorithm.Zhen Wang Aimin An Qianrong Li 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,11:0
17Hydrodynamic Performance of Open-frame Deep Sea Remotely Operated Vehicles Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics Method显示文摘The resistance performance and motion stability of deep sea remotely operated vehicles(ROVs)subjected to underwater motion conditions are studied on the basis of the unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes method combined with the six-degree-of-freedom equation of motion to quickly and accurately predict them.In the modeling process,we consider the complexity of ROV geometry and thus reduce the model to a series of regular geometries to maximize the position and weight of the original components.The grid and value slots of an ROV are divided,and the surface is reconstructed.The forward,backward,transverse,floating,and submerged resistance of ROVs are simulated and compared with existing experimental forces to determine the accuracy of the calculation method.Then,the oblique navigation of the ROV on the horizontal and vertical planes is studied.Furthermore,the motion response of the ROV to direct horizontal motion,heave,pitch,and yaw are studied.The force,moment,and motion time curves are obtained.The stability of ROV motion is analyzed to provide technical support for the safety of ROVs.Qianrong Li Baoji Zhang 2022Journal of Marine Science2022,4,1:0
