Nutritional strategies to alleviate oxidative stress in sows显示文摘The performance of high-yielding sows is directly related to the productivity of pig farming. Fetaldevelopment mainly occurs during the last month of pregnancy, and the aggressive metabolic burden ofsows during this stage eventually leads to systemic oxidative stress. When affected by oxidative stress, sows exhibit adverse symptoms such as reduced feed intake, hindered fetal development, and evenabortion. In addition, milk synthesis during the lactation period causes a severe metabolic burden. Thebiological response to oxidative stress during this period is associated with a decrease in milk production, which further affects the growth of piglets. Understanding the nutritional strategies to alleviateoxidative stress in sows is crucial to maintain their reproduction and lactation performance. Recently, advances have been made in the field of nutrition to relieve oxidative stress in sows during late pregnancyand lactation. This review highlights the nutritional strategies to relieve oxidative stress in sowsreported within the last 20 years. | Qihui Li Siwang Yang Fang Chen Wutai Guan Shihai Zhang | 2022 | Animal Nutrition2022,,2: | 4
A Game-Theoretic Perspective on Resource Management for Large-Scale UAV Communication Networks显示文摘As a result of rapid development in electronics and communication technology,large-scale unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are harnessed for various promising applications in a coordinated manner.Although it poses numerous advantages, resource management among various domains in large-scale UAV communication networks is the key challenge to be solved urgently.Specifically, due to the inherent requirements and future development trend, distributed resource management is suitable. In this article,we investigate the resource management problem for large-scale UAV communication networks from game-theoretic perspective which are exactly coincident with the distributed and autonomous manner.By exploring the inherent features, the distinctive challenges are discussed. Then,we explore several gametheoretic models that not only combat the challenges but also have broad application prospects. We provide the basics of each game-theoretic model and discuss the potential applications for resource management in large-scale UAV communication networks.Specifically,mean-field game, graphical game,Stackelberg game, coalition game and potential game are included. After that,we propose two innovative case studies to highlight the feasibility of such novel game-theoretic models. Finally,we give some future research directions to shed light on future opportunities and applications. | Jiaxin Chen Ping Chen Qihui Wu Yuhua Xu Nan Qi Tao Fang | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,1: | 3
Guarding Legal Communication with Smart Jammer:Stackelberg Game Based Power Control Analysis显示文摘This paper investigates a power control problem in a jamming system, where a separate smart jammer is deployed to ensure the communication security of the legal user. However, due to power leakage, the smart jammer may incur unintentional interference to legal users. The key is how to suppress illegal communication while limit the negative impact on legal user.A jamming counter measure Stackelberg game is formulated to model the jamming power control dynamic of the system. The smart jammer acts as a leader to sense and interfere illegal communications of the illegal user, while the illegal user acts as a follower. In the game, the impact of uncertain channel information is taken into account.According to whether illegal user considers the uncertain channel information,we investigate two scenarios, namely, illegal user can obtain statistical distribution and accurate information of interference channel gain and its own cost, respectively. This work not only proposes a jamming counter measure iterative algorithm to update parameters, but also gives two solutions to obtain the Stackelberg equilibrium(SE).The power convergence behaviours under two scenarios are analyzed and compared.Additionally, brute force is used to verify the accuracy of the SE value further. | Zhe Su Nan Qi Yongjie Yan Zhiyong Du Jiaxin Chen Zhibin Feng Qihui Wu | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,4: | 3
Laser-induced graphene for bioelectronics and soft actuators显示文摘Laser-assisted process can enable facile,mask-free,large-area,inexpensive,customizable,and miniaturized patterning of laser-induced porous graphene(LIG)on versatile carbonaceous substrates(e.g.,polymers,wood,food,textiles)in a programmed manner at ambient conditions.Together with high tailorability of its porosity, morphology, composition, and electrical conductivity,LIG can find wide applications in emerging bioelectronics(e.g.,biophysical and biochemical sensing)and soft robots(e.g.,soft actuators). In this review paper,we first introduce the methods to make LIG on various carbonaceous substrates and then discuss its electrical, mechanical, and antibacterial properties and biocompatibility that are critical for applications in bioelectronics and soft robots.Next,we overview the recent studies of LIG-based biophysical(e.g.,strain,pressure,temperature,hydration,humidity,electrophysiological)sensors and biochemical(e.g.,gases,electrolytes,metabolites,pathogens,nucleic acids, immunology)sensors. The applications of LIG in flexible energy generators and photodetectors are also introduced. In addition,LIG-enabled soft actuators that can respond to chemicals, electricity, and light stimulus are overviewed. Finally,we briefly discuss the future challenges and opportunities of LIG fabrications and applications. | Yadong Xu Qihui Fei Margaret Page Ganggang Zhao Yun Ling Dick Chen Zheng Yan | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,9: | 3
Host cell apoptosis induced by infection with duck swollen head hemorrhagic disease virus显示文摘This study aimed to examine the host cell apoptosis in the tissues of Peking ducks infected with duck swollen head hemorrhagic disease virus(DSHDV).The dynamic changes associated with apoptosis occurring in the internal tissues were evaluated at different time points postinoculation(PI) by performing hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining, followed by light microscopy, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick-end labeling(TUNEL) assay, and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results showed that DSHDV infection could induce apoptosis in host cells, including those of the bursa of Fabricius(BF),thymus, spleen, liver, intestinal tract, kidney, and esophagus. The apoptotic index(AI) values increased with time from 2 to 72 h PI,and the highest values were recorded at 72 h PI.Further, cell death due to classic necrosis was observed in the dying or deceased ducks after 72 h PI.In conclusion, host cell apoptosis can be induced by DSHDV and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of duck viral swollen head hemorrhagic disease(DVSHD). | Chuanfeng Li Anchun Cheng Mingshu Wang Chanjuan Shen Na Zhang Yi Zhou Dekang Zhu Qihui Luo Renyong Jia Xiaoyue Chen | 2009 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,1: | 3

Nerve growth factor and inducible nitric oxide synthase expression in the mesencephalon and diencephalon, as well as visual-and auditory-related nervous tissues, in a macaque model of type 2 diabetes显示文摘The present study detected distribution and expression of nerve growth factor and inducible nitric oxide synthase in the mesencephalon and diencephalon, as well as visual- and auditory-related nervous tissues, in a macaque model of type 2 diabetes using immunohistochemistry. Results showed that nerve growth factor expression decreased, but inducible nitric oxide synthase expression increased, in the mesencephalon and diencephalon, as well as visual- and auditory- related nervous tissues. These results suggested that nerve growth factor and inducible nitric oxide synthase play an important role in regulating the development of diabetic visual- and auditory-related diseases. | Qihui Luo Wentao Liu Jingyao Chen Mingshu Wang Wen Zeng Zhengli Chen Anchun Cheng | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,4: | 2
Adaptive 3D Routing Protocol for Flying Ad Hoc Networks Based on Prediction-Driven Q-Learning显示文摘The routing protocols are paramount to guarantee the Quality of Service(QoS)for Flying Ad Hoc Networks(FANETs).However, they still face several challenges owing to high mobility and dynamic topology. This paper mainly focuses on the adaptive routing protocol and proposes a Three Dimensional Q-Learning(3DQ)based routing protocol to guarantee the packet delivery ratio and improve the QoS.In 3DQ routing,we propose a Q-Learning based routing decision scheme, which contains a link-state prediction module and routing decision module. The link-state prediction module allows each Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)to predict the link-state of Neighboring UAVs(NUs),considering their Three Dimensional mobility and packet arrival. Then,UAV can produce routing decisions with the help of the routing decision module considering the link-state.We evaluate the various performance of 3DQ routing, and simulation results demonstrate that 3DQ can improve packet delivery ratio, goodput and delay of baseline protocol at most 71.36%,89.32%and 83.54%in FANETs over a variety of communication scenarios. | Min Zhang Chao Dong Simeng Feng Xin Guan Huichao Chen Qihui Wu | 2022 | China Communications2022,19,5: | 1

Morph-and hydro-dynamic effects toward flood conveyance and navigation of diversion channel显示文摘The functions of the diversion channel are usually disturbed by sediment erosion and deposition.Considering the effects of unsaturated sediment flow and narrowed cross section the diversion channel is enormously eroded. The discharge capacity, however,is deteriorated for the local deposition which lessens the water depth to satisfy the minimum navigable flow rate.In this study, the alternative diversion channel with unsaturated sediment flow at Hanjiang River,China, was taken as an example. The impacts of bed morphology for flood events and normal flow conditions were analyzed. The results show that the consideration of bed morphology is essential to design the diversion channel.Even for the unsaturated and eroded channel, the local deposition can reduce the water depth and restrict the navigable requirement under normal flow conditions. | Min Xu Li Chen Qihui Wu Dongfeng Li | 2016 | International Journal of Sediment Research2016,31,3: | 1

Rapid evaluation of heterologous chimeric RBD-dimer mRNA vaccine for currently-epidemic Omicron sub-variants as booster shot after inactivated vaccine显示文摘With continuous mutations of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),the severe immune escape of Omicron sub-variants urges the development of next-generation broad-spectrum vaccines, especially as booster jabs after high-level vaccination coverage of inactivated vaccines in China and many other countries.Previously,we developed a coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)protein subunit vaccine ZF2001?based on the tandem homo-prototype receptor-binding domain(RBD)-dimer of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. We upgraded the antigen into a hetero-chimeric prototype(PT)-Beta or Delta-BA.1 RBD-dimer to broaden the cross-protection efficacy and prove its efficiency with protein subunit and mRNA vaccine platforms.Herein,we further explored the hetero-chimeric RBD-dimer mRNA vaccines and evaluated their broad-spectrum activities as booster jabs following two doses of inactivated vaccine(Ⅳ)in mice. Our data demonstrated that the chi-meric vaccines significantly boosted neutralizing antibody levels and specific T-cell responses against the vari-ants,and PT-Beta was superior to Delta-BA.1 RBD as a booster in mice, shedding light on the antigen design for the next-generation COVID-19 vaccines. | Qian Chen Pei Du Yuxuan Han Xuehui Ma Rong Zhang Xiaoyu Rong Xu Zhao Renyi Ma Huiting Yang Anqi Zheng Qingrui Huang Jinghua Yan Hui Wang Xin Zhao Lianpan Dai George F.Gao Qihui Wang | 2023 | Biosafety and Health2023,5,2: | 1
Abnormal Aggregation of Invasive Cancer Cells Induced by Collective Polarization and ECM-Mediated Mechanical Coupling in Coculture Systems显示文摘Studiesonpattern formation in coculturecell systemscan provide insights intomany physiological and pathologicalprocesses Here,we investigate how theextracellular matrix(ECM)may influence the patterning in coculture systems.Themodel coculture system we use is composed of highly motile invasivebreast cancer cells, initially mixed with inert nonmetastatic cells on a 2D substrate and covered with a Matrigel layer introduced to mimic ECM.We observe that the invasive cells exhibit persistent centripetal motion and yield abnormal aggregation, rather than random spreading, due to a“cllective pulling”effect resultingfrom ECM-mediated transmssion of active contractile forces generated bythe polarized migration of the invasive cells along the vertical direction.Themechanism we report may open a new window for the understanding of biological processes that involve multiple types of cells. | Xiaochen Wang Shaohua Chen Hanqing Nan Ruchuan Liu Yu Ding Kena Song Jianwei Shuai Qihui Fan Yu Zheng Fangu Ye Yang Jiao Liyu Liu | 2022 | Research2022,,2: | 0

Enhanced Peroxymonosulfate Activation by NixCo1-xOOH for Efficient Catalytic Oxidation of Organic Pollutants显示文摘Peroxymonosulfate(PMS) has received increasing attention as viable technology for recalcitrant organics removal from polluted waters. Although promising, alternative heterogeneous catalysts with stable structure, strong hydrophilicity, environmental friendliness and excellent catalytic performance are highly desirable to facilitate the wide industrialization of PMS. In this work, Ni doped CoOOH catalyst was employed as PMS activator. Ni dopant had a significant influence on the morphology, structure and catalytic performance of CoOOH. NiojCoo.gOOH exhibited the best catalytic performance. Reaction rate ofNio.2Coo.8OOH was 2, 4, and 4.4 times that of CoOOH, CoFe2O4 and CO3O4, respectively. Moreover, Ni。2C00.8OOH/PMS system had potential application to organic pollutants and displayed a great catalytic activity over a broader pH value(e.g., 4-10). More importantly, Ni doping accelerated the transfonnation of Co(Ⅲ) and Co(Ⅱ) and formed active species CoOH^+ and NiOH^+ which were responsible to the enhancement of PMS activation.OH, SO4^-:O2^- and 1^O2 were detected, indicating both non-radical and radical processes in the Nio.2Coo.8OOH/PMS system. These findings provide a promising alternative to mixed-metal oxyhydroxides catalysts for PMS activation, demonstrating a great potential in environmental remediation and wastewater treatment. | LYU Cong LI Yicheng FANG Chen FENG Wei SUN Wentian ZHANG Qihui | 2019 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,3: | 0
Infection of SARS-CoV-2 causes severe pathological changes in mouse testis显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARSCoV-2),has affected more than 600 million people worldwide.Several organs including lung, intestine, and brain are infected by SARS-CoV-2.It has been reported that SARS-CoV-2 receptor angiotensin-converting enzyme-2(ACE2)is expressed in human testis. However, whether testis is also affected by SARS-CoV-2 is still unclear. In this study,we generate a human ACE2(hACE2)transgenic mouse model in which the expression of hACE2 gene is regulated by hACE2 promoter.Sertoli and Leydig cells from hACE2 transgenic mice can be infected by SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus in vitro, and severe pathological changes are observed after injecting the SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus into the seminiferous tubules.Further studies reveal that Sertoli and Leydig cells from hACE2 transgenic mice are also infected by authentic SARS-CoV-2 virus in vitro. After testis interstitium injection, authentic SARS-CoV-2 viruses are first disseminated to the interstitial cells, and then detected inside the seminiferous tubules which in turn cause germ cell loss and disruption of seminiferous tubules. Our study demonstrates that testis is most likely a target of SARS-CoV-2 virus.Attention should be paid to the reproductive function in SARS-CoV-2 patients. | Min Chen Shihua Li Shujun Liu Yuhang Zhang Xiuhong Cui Limin Lv Bowen Liu Aihua Zheng Qihui Wang Shuguang Duo Fei Gao | 2023 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,2: | 0
