2First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 3An Encapsulation of the Rare Earth Complex in Modified Mesoporous Molecular Sieve MCM-41显示文摘The encapsulation of a rare earth (RE) complex Eu(DBM)3phen in modified Si- MCM41 with 3 -aminopropyltriethoxy st.lane is reported for the first time. 14A Novel Anonymous Authentication Scheme Based on Edge Computing in Internet of Vehicles显示文摘The vehicular cloud computing is an emerging technology that changes vehicle communication and underlying trafc management applications.However,cloud computing has disadvantages such as high delay,low privacy and high communication cost,which can not meet the needs of realtime interactive information of Internet of vehicles.Ensuring security and privacy in Internet of Vehicles is also regarded as one of its most important challenges.Therefore,in order to ensure the user information security and improve the real-time of vehicle information interaction,this paper proposes an anonymous authentication scheme based on edge computing.In this scheme,the concept of edge computing is introduced into the Internet of vehicles,which makes full use of the redundant computing power and storage capacity of idle edge equipment.The edge vehicle nodes are determined by simple algorithm of dening distance and resources,and the improved RSA encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the user information.The improved RSA algorithm encrypts the user information by reencrypting the encryption parameters.Compared with the traditional RSA algorithm,it can resist more attacks,so it is used to ensure the security of user information.It can not only protect the privacy of vehicles,but also avoid anonymous abuse.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme has lower computational complexity and communication overhead than the traditional anonymous scheme.Xiaoliang Wang Xinhui She Liang Bai Yang Qing Frank Jiang 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,6:0

16Expression and function of transcription factor RUNX2 in synovial tissues of rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to explore the expression profile of transcription factor Runt-related transcription factor 2(RUNX2)in the synovial tissues of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and its effect on the apoptosis of RA fibroblast-like synovial cells(RA-FLS),and to screen new targets for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of RA.Methods:The expression and localization of mRNA and protein of RUNX2 in the synovial tissues were detected by real-time quantitative PCR(q PCR)and immunohistochemical staining,respectively.The effect of the expression of exogenous RUNX2 on the apoptosis process of RA-FLS cell line MH7A was investigated by flow cytometry,and the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway was detected by western blotting.Results:The expression of RUNX2 mRNA was significantly higher in the synovial tissues from RA patients,compared to that in the OA patients(P<0.05).RUNX2 protein was mainly localized in the nuclear of the RA synovial cells.Overexpression of exogenous RUNX2 could notably decrease the apoptosis of RA-FLS,which was substantially reversed by pretreatment with SN50,a specific inhibitor of NF-κB pathway.Compared with blank group and negative control group(p CMV6-AC-GFP-vector),the apoptotic rate of exogenous RUNX2 overexpressing(pCMV6-AC-GFP-RUNX2)MH7A cells was significantly decreased(P<0.05).NF-κB signaling pathway activity was significantly increased(P<0.05),and this effect could be effectively reversed by NF-κB signal pathway-specific inhibitor SN5.Conclusion:The high expression of UNX2 in RA synoviocytes could significantly inhibit the spontaneous apoptosis of cells,and it was related to the abnormal activation of NF-κB signaling pathway.In-depth studies of RUNX2/NF-κB signaling pathways will help to identify novel therapeutic targets for RA.Jin Zhang Xinhu Wang Xiajun Liu Yuanchi Huang Qing She 2017广西医科大学学报2017,34,10:0

The pre-intercalation of p-methoxyaniline into α-ZrP makes the interlayer separation large enough to exchange PMA with europium complex, thus, the luminescent assembly was prepared. 20DNA analysis of a pedigree with Myotonic Dystrophy in Songiang county Shanghai显示文摘Objective To make the molecular analysis of a pedigree with myotonic dystrophy (DM) in Songjiang county Shanghai China, and to observe the connection between CTG trinucleotide repeat number and clinical features in a pedigreee with DM. Beckground Previous reports of CTG repeat numbers in a pedigree with DM was less in China. The study showed normal and expanded CTG repeat numbers in a Chinese patients with DM. Methods CTG trinucleotide repeat numbers were analyzed by using Long Expand TM Template PCR system. Results Four of eight clinical patients had expanded DM allele, the other four had no expanded CTG copies. Seven of eight suspicious DM cases had expanded CTG repeat numbers and were therefore genetically diagnosed DM, and an asymptomatic individual was dianosed a doubted DM patient by DNA analysis. High risk of DM in six of seven individuals was ruled out, and a clinical doubted DM individual was ascertained a normal person by molecular analysis. A positive correlation was found between early onset and expanded CTG repeat number in six parent(or grandparent)/child pairs, but in the pair No Ⅱ2/NoⅣ7 CTG repeat numbers were reduced from 3100 in the grandmother to 175 in her grandson and there was no anticipation phenomenon. Discussion it is possible that these patients represent a form of allelic heterogeneity for DM.
