1Design and test of tray-seedling sorting transplanter显示文摘In order to improve the automatic sorting and transplanting of tray-seedling and reduce labors strength,a new sorting transplanter was designed.According to the feature of normal seedling tray and manual grading method,the mechanical sorting procedure was defined.The key parts of sorting transplanter are as follows:an efficient transfer mechanism with aerodynamic buffer,a seedling identifying and measuring unit based on linear-structured vision,the extendible multi-grasper with wireless technology and the system controller.The experiments were conducted and showed that the transplanting success rate was 90.0% on the tray of 6×12 holes under the speed of 700 cycles per hour.The vision unit’s failed identifying rate for the superior pepper seedlings on five different trays was less than 10%,and the measurement error of seedling height was about 5 mm.Feng Qingchun Zhao Chunjiang Jiang Kai Fan Pengfei Wang Xiu 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,2:12
2Prospects of Carboniferous Shale Gas Exploitation in the Eastern Qaidam Basin显示文摘Shale gas is a resource of emerging importance in the energy field. Many countries in the world have been making big financial investments in this area. Carboniferous shale in the eastern Qaidam Basin shows good exploration prospects, but limited research and exploration work for shale oil and gas resources has been undertaken. Geochemical analyses were performed on shale derived from the Upper Carboniferous Hurleg Formation in the eastern Qaidam Basin, Qinghai Province, and secondary electron imaging capability of a Field Emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) was used to characterize the microstructure of the shale. The reservoir and exploitation potential of the studied shale was assessed by comparison with research results obtained from the Barnett Formation shale in Fort Worth Basin, North America and the Basin shale of Sichuan province. The results indicate that the eastern Qaidam Basin Carboniferous shale is high-quality source rock. There are four major microstructural types in the study area: matrix intergranular pores, dissolution pores, intergranular pores, and micro-fractures. The size of the micropores varies from 6–633 nm, the majority of which is between 39–200 nm, with a relatively small number of micro-scale pores ranging from 0.13–1 μm. The pore characteristics of the studied shales are similar to the North American and Sichuanese shales, indicating that they have good reservoir potential. No micropores are present in the organic matter, which is induced by its composition; instead we found an important lamellar structure in the organic matter. These micropores and microfractures are abundant, and are connected to natural visible cracks that form the network pore system, which controls the storage and migration of shale gas. 3Development of high-resolution chloroplast markers for intraspecific phylogeographic studies of Phaeocystis globosa显示文摘Phaeocystis globosa is an important harmful algal bloom causative species distributing widely in temperate and tropical coastal waters in the world.The morphological,physiological,and biochemical characteristics are different among geographic strains,which can not be distinguished with nuclear ribosomal DNA markers at present.Therefore,the genetic distance and phylogeographic relationships of nuclear 28S rDNA D1–D2 and ITS regions,and three chloroplast intergenic spacers(petN-trnS1,trnM1-psbA,and rbcS-rpl27)were analyzed and compared among 13 strains of P.globosa isolated from the Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean in this study.In addition,the nucleotide polymorphisms of 28S rDNA D1–D2,ITS,and rbcS-rpl27 regions were evaluated in two P.globosa strains.The various levels of nucleotide polymorphism were in the nuclear 28S rDNA D1–D2 region and ITS region,but no polymorphism was in the chloroplast rbcS-rpl27 intergenic spacer.A reasonable intraspecific phylogeographic relationship was presented by rbcS-rpl27 intergenic spacer,which had the strongest distinction to geographic strains compared to those of 28S rDNA D1–D2 and ITS regions.In the phylogenetic tree of rbcS-rpl27 intergenic spacer,the two strains from the North Sea of the Atlantic Ocean were divided firstly from the species of P.globosa,and then formed an independent clade,while the other Atlantic strains and all of Pacific strains joined up to build the other clade.It was implied that at least two genetically distant populations of P.globosa existed in the Atlantic coastal regions.This study provided a high-resolution chloroplast marker to analyze intraspecific phylogeographic populations of P.globosa,and preliminarily clarified the genetic relationships of the Pacific and Atlantic strains of P.globosa.Qingchun ZHANG Zhuang NIU Jinxiu WANG Chao LIU Fanzhou KONG Xiaokun HU Jiayu ZHAO Rencheng YU 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,2:3
4Primary environmental factors controlling gully distribution at the local and regional scale:An example from Northeastern China显示文摘Gully erosion is the main cause of global land degradation.The factors controlling gully erosion at watershed scale have been extensively studied,but the spatial pattern of gullies and their primary environmental factors are unclear.In order to explore the primary factors at the regional scale of over thousands of square kilometers,34 sample areas were selected in northeastern China and 10 environ-mental factors were proposed.Based on gully interpretations from high-resolution Google Earth images and spatial analysis,kernel density estimation(with polyline features),and correlation analysis,the results show that the maximum kernel density(KD)of the 34 sample areas ranged from 0.11 to 87.16,and there were significant positive correlations between the average KD and the maximum value and standard deviation.At the regional scale,topography(relief amplitude,slope,surface roughness,surface incision,and elevation with correlation coefficients(p)of 0.60,0.59,0.57,0.48,and 0.41 respectively)was the primary environmental factor,with a significant positive correlation with KD.The correlation co-efficients of the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)(p=032),annual precipitation(p=0.19),and soil(silt,sand,and clay content with p of 0.139,-0.117,and 0.085,respectively)decreased succes-sively with the KD.At sample area scale,there were six areas with weak correlations between envi-ronmental factors and KD,20 areas with topographic factors,six areas with annual precipitation,and two areas with NDVI as the primary factor.The correlation between soil texture and KD was low.There were different positive or negative correlations between the environmental factors and KD.The spatial dis-tribution of gullies in northeastern China is heterogeneous,and the primary environmental factors were diverse.This study will help to understand the spatial pattern and formation mechanism of gullies at large scale.Yushu Zhou Bin Zhang Wei Qin Qingchun Deng Jun Luo Hui Liu Dan Yang Houling Wang Ying Zhao 2021International Soil and Water Conservation Research2021,9,1:2
5Evaluation of cerebrovascular reactivity by ultrasonography in type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension显示文摘BACKGROUND: Cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR) reflects cerebrovascular reserve capacity, and cerebrovascular reactivity damage prognosticates a very high risk of stroke. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate CVR by detecting the increase rate of blood flow volume of middle cerebral artery (MCA) before and after breathholding in diabetic patients with hypertension, and observe the effects of hypertension on cerebrovascular reserve capacity of diabetic patients. DESIGN: Controlled observation. SETTINGS: Department of Function, Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University; Department of Special Diagnosis, the 202 Hospital of Chinese PLA. PARTICIPANTS: Inpatients or outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) or primary hypertension admitted to Departments of Gastroenterology and Cardiology, Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University and the 202 Hospital of Chinese PLA from April to December 2004 were involved in this experiment. Inclusive criteria: type 2 DM met the criteria of the report on diabetes diagnosis announced in 1999 by WHO expert committee, totally 88 patients were involved. Primary hypertension met the diagnosis criteria announced in 1999 by WHO/ISH, totally 42 patients were involved. Another group of 43 concurrent subjects who received physical examination served as controls. According to the disease condition, the involved patients were assigned into 3 groups: DM group (only diabetic patients), hypertension group (only hypertension patients) and DM complicated with hypertension group (diabetic patients with hypertension). Informed consent for the examination was obtained from all the involved subjects. METHODS: Before MCA of subjects was detected, bilateral carotid artery was routinely detected by high-frequency ultrasonography. Subjects were rejected when stenosis rate of unilateral internal carotid artery or common carotid artery ≥ 70%. Vessels were expanded with transcranial color Duplex Doppler by breath holding test for detecting vascular reactivity. Hypercapnia was created by BHT. The mean velocity and diameter of blood flow were detected under the quiescent condition and 25 s after breath holding with transcranial color-coded duplex sonography. The volume of blood flow of MCA was calculated according to the following formula: Volume of blood flow of MCA (mL/ min) = (the diameter of blood flow /2) 2×π× mean blood flow velocity×60. The increase rates of mean blood flow velocity and blood flow volume of patients with hypercapnia were calculated as compared with under the quiescent condition to evaluate cerebrovascular reactivity. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Mean blood flow velocity, blood flow diameter and MCA blood flow volume as well as the increase rates of them. RESULTS: Among the 173 participates, 103 patients and 39 healthy controls were involved in the final analysis, and the other 31 dropped out due to not accomplishing the examination. ①Comparison of blood flow parameter of MCA under the quiescent condition: The mean blood flow velocity of DM complicated by hypertension group was significantly higher than that of DM group (P < 0.05) and control group (P < 0.05); The blood flow diameter of DM complicated by hypertension group was significantly smaller than that of control group (P < 0.01). Under the quiescent condition, significant difference was not found in the intergroup comparison of blood flow volume of MCA. ② Comparison of increase rate of blood flow parameter: In the DM group, hypertension group, DM complicated by hypertension group and control group, the increase rate of mean blood flow velocity of was (29.34±4.50)%,(29.35±4.35)%,(26.68±4.99)% and (30.99±3.54)%, respectively, the increase rate of blood flow volume of MCA was (35.32±5.08)%, (35.36±6.16)%,(31.78±7.11)% and(37.26±4.17)%, respectively, and the increase rate of blood flow diameter was (2.29±1.09)%,(2.27±0.95)%,(1.97±1.05)% and(2.36±0.46)%, respectively. The increase rate of mean blood flow velocity and that of blood flow volume of MCA in the DM complicated byhypertension group were significantly lower than those in the other 3 groups (P < 0.05). 17Air pollutant emissions from the asphalt industry in Beijing,China显示文摘Improving our understanding of air pollutant emissions fromthe asphalt industry is critical for the development and implementation of pollution control policies.In this study,the spatial distribution of potential maximum emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the complete life cycle of asphaltmixtures,as well as the particulate matter(PM),asphalt fume,nonmethane hydrocarbons(NMHCs),VOCs,and benzoapyrene(BaP)emissions from typical processes(e.g.,asphalt and concrete mixing stations,asphalt heating boilers,and asphalt storage tanks)in asphalt mixing plants,were determined in Beijing in 2017.The results indicated that the potential maximum emissions of VOCs in the complete life cycle of asphalt mixtures were 18,001 ton,with a large contribution from the districts of Daxing,Changping,and Tongzhou.The total emissions of PM,asphalt fume,NMHC,VOCs,and BaP from asphalt mixing plants were 3.1,12.6,3.1,23.5,and 1.9×10^(−3)ton,respectively.The emissions of PMfromasphalt and concretemixing stations contributed themost to the total emissions.The asphalt storage tankwas the dominant emission source of VOCs,accounting for 96.1%of the total VOCs emissions in asphalt mixing plants,followed by asphalt heating boilers.The districts of Daxing,Changping,and Shunyi were the dominant regions for the emissions of PM,asphalt fume,NMHC,and BaP,while the districts of Shunyi,Tongzhou,and Changping contributed the most emissions of VOCs.Song Qu Shoubin Fan Gang Wang Wanqing He Kangli Xu Lei Nie Yuncheng Zhao Qingchun Zhu Tingting Li Guohao Li 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,11:1

19A generic approach yields organic solar cells with enhanced efficiency and thermal stability显示文摘The use of deuterium are critical for promoting the fundamental understanding of aggregate materials and their new functions.Particularly,the solution structure of conjugated polymers can be hardly resolved without deuteration.However,studies about the isotopic effects of casting solvents on the aggregated structures of photovoltaic polymers and their bulk-heterojunction blends are deficient.Here,the impact of deuterated solvents on the thermal behavior,aggregated structures,and device performance of photovoltaic polymers is clearly delineated for the first time by multiple techniques.The enhanced π-π stacking order of photovoltaic polymers is highly relevant to their relatively poor miscibility with deuterated solvents.Benefiting from higher crystallinity and optimized morphology of deuterated solvents processed films,the devices are able to achieve better efficiency and notable improvement in thermal stability.Our results highlight the isotopic effects of solvents on the aggregated structure of conjugated polymer systems and reveal the potential of innovative approaches to fabricate thermally stable high-efficiency solar cells.Mengyuan Gao Kai Zhang Chunyong He Hanqiu Jiang Xiong Li Qingchun Qi Kangkang Zhou Yu Chen Wenchao Zhao Long Ye 2023Aggregate2023,4,2:0
20Geological conditions, reservoir evolution and favorable exploration directions of marine ultra-deep oil and gas in China显示文摘By analyzing the structural background,petroleum geological conditions,and typical regional(paleo) oil and gas reservoirs in marine ultra-deep oil and gas regions in China,this paper reveals the evolution processes of the marine ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs and the key controlling factors of accumulation.The marine ultra-deep oil and gas resources in China are buried at depth of greater than 6000 m,and are mainly distributed in the Precambrian and Lower Paleozoic strata in the Sichuan,Tarim and Ordos cratonic basins.The development of marine ultra-deep source rocks in China is controlled by cratonic rifts and cratonic depressions with the background of global supercontinent breakup-convergence cycles.The source rocks in Sichuan Basin have the most developed strata,followed by Tarim Basin,and the development strata and scale of Ordos Basin needs to be further confirmed.The marine ultra-deep reservoir in China is dominated by carbonate rocks,and the reservoir performance is controlled by high-energy sedimentary environment in the early stage,superimposed corrosion and fracture in the later stage.The regional caprocks are dominated by gypsum salt rocks,shale,and tight carbonate rock.The ultra-deep oil and gas fields in China have generally experienced two stages of oil-reservoir forming,cracking(or partial cracking) of paleo-oil reservoirs,and late finalization of cracked gas(or highly mature to over mature oil and gas).The oil and gas accumulation is controlled by static and dynamic geological elements jointly.Major hydrocarbon generation center,high quality and large-scale reservoir resulted from karstification of high energy facies belt,thick gypsum rock or shale caprock,and stable trapping and preservation conditions are the key factors for accumulation of ultra-deep oil and gas.We propose three favorable exploration directions,i.e.the areas around intracratonic rift and intracratonic depression,and craton margin.LI Jianzhong TAO Xiaowan BAI Bin HUANG Shipeng JIANG Qingchun ZHAO Zhenyu CHEN Yanyan MA Debo ZHANG Liping LI Ningxi SONG Wei 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1:0
