1Petrogenetic contrastive studies on the Mesozoic early stage ore-bearing and late stage ore-barren granites from the southern Anhui Province显示文摘Yanshanian magmatisms are intensive in the southern Anhui Province and can be divided into early(152–137 Ma)and late(136–122 Ma) stages. A Yanshanian granitic zone was found to crop out along Qingshan to Changgai areas in the Tunxi district in Field investigation which has a genetic link with molybdenum multiple metal mineralization. To be a representative syenitic granite in the southern Anhui Province, the Huangshan pluton has not been found so far to have any genetic link with mineralization. Zircon LA-ICP-MS dating indicate that the four granitic bodies from the Qingshan-Changgai zone have concurrent formed ages from 140±4 to 141±2 Ma, belonging to the Yanshanian early stage magmatism. However, the Huangshan granite is dated to be 129±2 Ma, belonging to the Yanshanian late stage magmatism. The Qingshan-Changgai granites show high SiO2 and K2 O contents, low P2O5 contents and middle Al2O3 contents and are high-K calc-alkaline series metaluminum I-type granite. These rocks are characterized by enrichments in the large ion lithophile elements and light rare earth elements(REE), depletions in the high field-strength elements, and middle degree negative anomalies of Eu, geochemical features of arc or continent crustal derived magma affinities. These rocks have 87Sr/86Sr(t) ratios from 0.7120 to 0.7125, εNd(t) values from.7.24 to.4.38 and zircon εHf(t) values of.4.4 to 6.7, similar to that of the coeval ore-bearing granodiorites in the southern Anhui Province. Integrated geochemical studies indicate that the Yanshanian ore-bearing granodiorites were formed by partial melting of the Meso-Neoproterozoic accreted thickened low crust. Meanwhile, the Qingshan-Changgai granites were formed through a AFC process of plagioclase+amphibole+Shangxi Group of magmas that formed the ore-bearing granodiorites. The Huangshan granites are characterized by high SiO2 and K2 O contents, moderate Al2O3 contents, seagull shape REE distributed pattern and distinct Eu negative abnormities. Comparing with the Qingshan-Changgai granites, the Huangshan granites show more Ba, Sr, P,and Ti negative abnormities with no Nb and Ta depletions and are high-K calc-alkaline series metaluminum A-type granite. εHf(t)values of the Huangshan granites are from.6.6 to.1.2, similar to that of the early stage ore-bearing granodiorites, indicating that they were also formed by anatexis of the Meso-Neoproterozoic accreted crust, but their magma sources might be residual granulitic crust which ever underwent Yanshanian early stage I-type intermediate-acid magma extraction. Comparing studies on the two stages granites indicate that the early stage granites derived from a relative thickened low crust under a lower temperature condition. Their magma sources were Meso-Neoproterozoic accreted crust which enriched in ore-forming materials and further became more enriched through processes of magma AFC evolution. However, the late stage A-type granites originated from relative shallow crust under a higher temperature condition. Their magma source was depleted in ore-forming materials due to the early stage magma extraction and thus had weak ore-forming capacity. 2Epidemiology of urticaria in China:a population-based study显示文摘Background:Urticaria is a common skin disease characterized by episodes of wheals,and it has a negative effect on patients’quality of life.Large-scale population-based epidemiological studies of urticaria are scarce in China.The aim of this survey was to determine the prevalence,clinical forms,and risk factors of urticaria in the Chinese population.Methods:This survey was conducted in 35 cities from 31 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities of China.Two to three communities in each city were selected in this investigation.Participants completed questionnaires and received dermatological examinations.We analyzed the prevalence,clinical forms,and risk factors of urticaria.Results:In total,44,875 questionnaires were distributed and 41,041 valid questionnaires were collected(17,563 male and 23,478 female participants).The lifetime prevalence of urticaria was 7.30%,with 8.26%in female and 6.34%in male individuals(P<0.05).The point prevalence of urticaria was 0.75%,with 0.79%in female and 0.71%in male individuals(P<0.05).Concomitant angioedema was found in 6.16%of patients.Adults had a higher prevalence of urticaria than adolescents and children.Living in urban areas,exposure to pollutants,an anxious or depressed psychological status,a personal and family history of allergy,thyroid diseases,and Helicobacter pylori infection were associated with a higher prevalence of urticaria.Smoking was correlated with a reduced risk of urticaria.Conclusion:This study demonstrated that the lifetime prevalence of urticaria was 7.30%and the point prevalence was 0.75%in the Chinese population;women had a higher prevalence of urticaria than men.Various factors were correlated with urticaria.Jiaqing Li Dandan Mao Shuoshuo Liu Ping Liu Jing Tian Chenhong Xue Xiaojing Liu Ruiqun Qi Bingxue Bai Jianjun Nie Siqi Ye Yu Wang Yuye Li Qing Sun Juan Tao Shuping Guo Hong Fang Jianqin Wang Qiri Mu Quanzhong Liu Yan Ding Jianzhong Zhang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,11:6
3Effect of minocycline on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury显示文摘Minocylcine, a tetracycline derivate, has been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier and enter the central nervous system. In this study, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury models were established using the suture method, and minocycline was immediately injected intraperitoneally after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (22.5 mg/kg, initially 45 mg/kg) at a 12-hour interval. Results showed that after minocycline treatment, the volume of cerebral infarction was significantly reduced, the number of surviving cell in the hippocampal CA1 region increased, the number of apoptotic cells decreased, the expression of caspase-3 and poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose) polymerase-1 protein was down-regulated, and the escape latency in the water maze test was significantly shortened compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group. 4ClC-3 chloride channel in hippocampal neuronal apoptosis显示文摘Over-production of nitric oxide is pathogenic for neuronal apoptosis around the ischemic area following ischemic brain injury.In this study,an apoptotic model in rat hippocampal neurons was established by 0.5 mmol/L 3-morpholinosyndnomine(SIN-1),a nitric oxide donor.The models were then cultured with 0.1 mmol/L of 4,4'-diisothiocyanostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid(DIDS;the chloride channel blocker) for 18 hours.Neuronal survival was detected using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol- 2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay,and apoptosis was assayed by Hoechst 33342-labeled neuronal DNA fluorescence staining.Western blot analysis and immunochemiluminescence staining were applied to determine the changes of activated caspase-3 and CIC-3 channel proteins.Real-time PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of CIC-3.The results showed that SIN-1 reduced the neuronal survival rate,induced neuronal apoptosis,and promoted ClC-3 chloride channel protein and mRNA expression in the apoptotic neurons.DIDS reversed the effect of SIN-1.Our findings indicate that the increased activities of the ClC-3 chloride channel may be involved in hippocampal neuronal apoptosis induced by nitric oxide.Lijuan Xu Shuling Zhang Hongling Fan Zhichao Zhong Xi Li Xiaoxiao Jin Quanzhong Chang 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,32:3
5Permeability variation characteristics of coal after injecting carbon dioxide into a coal seam显示文摘A theoretical basis for the optimization of carbon dioxide injection parameters and the development of the drainage system can be provided by identifying the permeability change characteristic of coal and rock after injection of carbon dioxide into the coal seam. Sihe, Yuwu, and Changcun mines were used as research sites. Scanning electron microscopy and permeability instruments were used to measure coal properties such as permeability and surface structure of the coal samples at different p H values of carbon dioxide solution and over different timescales. The results show that the reaction between minerals in coal and carbonate solution exhibit positive and negative aspects of permeability-the dissolution reaction between carbonate minerals in coal and acid solution improves the conductivity of coal whilst, on the other hand, the clay minerals in the coal(mainly including montmorillonite, illite and kaolinite) exhibit expansion as a result of ion exchange with the H+in acid solution, which has a negative effect on the permeability of the coal. The permeability of coal samples increased at first and then decreased with immersion time, and when the soaking time is 2–3 months the permeability of the coal reached a maximum. In general, for coals with permeabilities less than 0.2 m D or greater than 2 m D, the effect on the permeability is low; when the permeability of the coal is in the range 0.2–2 m D, the effect on the permeability is highest. 7Non-invasive measurement and validation of tissue oxygen saturation covered with overlying tissues显示文摘In this paper, the biological tissue oxygen saturation (rSO2) is obtained non-invasively and in real time based on near infrared spec-troscopy (NIRS) using two emitting wavelengths and two detectors, where the tissue is covered with overlying tissues.Our group devel-oped an NIRS oximeter based on the above principle independently, and validated it using liquid tissue model calibrations and animal experiments.The results indicate that (1) in the normal range of tissue oxygen saturation (40-70%), the rSO2 measured by NIRS is accu-rate enough and little infiuenced by the background absorptions (such as the absorption of water) and overlying tissues (such as fat);(2) during cerebral hypoxia and recovery of three piglets, there is excellent correlation (p < 0.001) between cerebral rSO2 and jugular venous oxygen saturation (SjO2), meaning that the rSO2 can be indicated by the SjO2 to a large extent;during the death of the three piglets induced by heart beat stopping, cerebral rSO2 decreases continuously to significantly low levels (<25%) because cerebral blood supply does not exist any more.All the above results are of explicit physiological importance.Yichao Teng Haishu Ding Lan Huang Yue Li Quanzhong Shan Datian Ye Haiyan Ding Jenchung Chien Betau Hwang 2008Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2008,18,9:1

9Dissolution kinetics of Si and Al from montmorillonite in carbonic acid solution显示文摘The reaction between carbonic acid and montmorillonite minerals was studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for analyzing changes in the physical properties of coal seams after CO_(2)injection and for optimizing CO_(2) pumping parameters.A single montmorillonite mineral of purity[90%was selected and subjected to reactions at 25,35,and 45℃in carbonic acid solutions of varying acidity.The Si and Al concentrations in the solutions and the structure and elemental compositions of the montmorillonite before and after the reactions were analyzed using a spectrophotometer,an X-ray diffractometer,and an energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer;kinetic reaction models were established for the dissolution of Si and Al in carbonic acid solutions in order to estimate the apparent activation energy of Si dissolution under different acidity conditions.The results indicate that Al dissolved rapidly and soon reached solubility equilibrium.On the other hand,Si concentration in the solutions increased rapidly and then gradually declined with vibrations,with maximum values at 25,35,and 45℃,which were observed at approximately 96,72,and 48 h,respectively.In addition,Si dissolution fitted the diffusion-controlled reaction model well;as the pH value decreased,the apparent activation energy of Si dissolution decreased,and Si became easier to dissolve.Furthermore,it was concluded that as a weak acid,carbonic acid causes little damage to the mineral structure of montmorillonite.Xiaoming Ni Quanzhong Li Wenxue Chen 2014International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2014,1,1:1

11Impact of short-term organic amendments incorporation on soil structure and hydrology in semiarid agricultural lands显示文摘Soil structure plays an important role in edaphic conditions and the environment. In this study, we investigated the effects of organic amendment on soil structure and hydraulic properties. A corn field in a semiarid land was separately amended with sheep manure compost at five different rates (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 t/ha) and corn stover (6 t/ha) in combination with two decomposing agents. The soil structure of different amended soils was analyzed from the aggregate and pore domain perspectives. The internal pore structure of the soil was visualized through X-ray computed tomography and quantified using a pore-network model. Soil aggregate-size distribution and stability, saturated hydraulic conductivity, and water-retention curves were measured by sampling or in situ. The gas permeability and diffusivity of different amended soils were simulated based on the extracted pore networks. The aggregate stability of the amended soils was improved compared with the control, that is, the mean weight diameter increased and the percentage of aggregate destruction decreased. The stability of soil aggregates varied non-monotonically with the application rate of compost and decreased after treatment with corn stover and decomposing agents. The pore-network parameters including air-filled porosity, pore radius, throat length, and coordinate number increased for the amended soils compared with the control. The mean pore size increased with increasing compost incorporation rate. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of the compost-amended soils was higher than that of the control but varied quadratically with the application rate. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of soil treated with corn stover and decomposing agents was clearly higher than that without the agent and the control. The greater gas diffusivity and air permeability indicate that soil aeration improved following the incorporation of organic amendments. The air permeability versus air-filled porosity relationship followed a power law, and the gas diffusivity versus air-filled porosity relationship was characterized by a generalized density-corrected model regardless of amendment.
