1Phase evolution in(1x)(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))TiO_(3)-xSrTiO_(3) solid solutions:A study focusing on dielectric and ferroelectric characteristics显示文摘In the present work,the nature of phase evolution of(1x)(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))TiO_(3)-xSrTiO_(3)(NBT-xST)solid solutions with x of 0e0.6 is revealed by characterizing the dielectric and ferroelectric properties.Two unique dielectric anomalies associated with high-temperature nanoregions(PNRs)in the ergodic relaxor(ER)state and low-temperature PNRs in the nonergodic relaxor(NR)state are identified.Characteristic temperatures,including TB,TRT*,Tm,Td and TT*,are determined in fresh and poled states on the basis of the characteristics of the evolution of these two dielectric anomalies.The whole evolution of the transition from the NR state to the ER state is reflected by the temperature-dependent polarization versus electric field(P-E)hysteresis loops,i.e.,from the square loops,via the double-like loops,to the slim loops.The characteristic temperatures,including TP-N,TN-R and TR-dis,are determined by the characteristics of the evolution of P-E loops.Accordingly,a phase diagram of NBT-xST was constructed according to these characteristic temperatures.Most importantly,the relationship between polarization responses and heterogeneous polar phase coexistence has been established and a schematic diagram is given.This work will help to understand the phase evolution and its impact on the macroscopic properties of NBT and the associated NBT-based solid solutions.Gang Liu Jia Dong Leiyang Zhang Yan Yan Ruiyi Jing Li Jin 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,4:5

6Evaluation and Exploration of Se-enriching Effects of Microbial Nano-selenium on Several Kinds of Vegetable显示文摘[Objectives] This study was carried out to explore the selenium-enriching effect of different crops,and provide certain references for production of selenium-enriched agricultural products. [Methods]Four kinds of crops( tomato,leaf mustard,peanut,and carrot) were exogenous selenium fertilizer treated,to explore the selenium-enriching effects on these crops. [Results]Exogenous application of microbial nano-selenium can significantly increase the selenium content of the crops,of which the effects on big tomato( Weiyanuo) were the best. After spraying,the selenium content increased by 1. 39 times,and at the same time the sugar content of tomato was also increased. 7Reduced smooth muscle-fibroblasts transformation potentially decreases intestinal wound healing and colitis-associated cancer in ageing mice显示文摘Cancer and impaired tissue wound healing with ageing are closely related to the quality of life of the elderly population.Given the increased incidence of cancer and the population ageing trend globally,it is very important to explore how ageing impairs tissue wound healing and spontaneous cancer.In a murine model of DSS-induced acute colitis and AOM/DSS-induced colitis-associated cancer(CAC),we found ageing significantly decreases intestinal wound healing and simultaneous CAC initiation,although ageing does not affect the incidence of AOM-induced,sporadic non-inflammatory CRC.Mechanistically,reduced fibroblasts were observed in the colitis microenvironment of ageing mice.Through conditional lineage tracing,an important source of fibroblasts potentially derived from intestinal smooth muscle cells(ISMCs)was identified orchestrating intestinal wound healing and CAC initiation in young mice.However,the number of transformed fibroblasts from ISMCs significantly decreased in ageing mice,accompanied by decreased intestinal wound healing and decreased CAC initiation.ISMCs-fibroblasts transformation in young mice and reduction of this transformation in ageing mice were also confirmed by ex-vivo intestinal muscular layer culture experiments.We further found that activation of YAP/TAZ in ISMCs is required for the transformation of ISMCs into fibroblasts.Meanwhile,the reduction of YAP/TAZ activation in ISMCs during intestinal wound healing was observed in ageing mice.Conditional knockdown of YAP/TAZ in ISMCs of young mice results in reduced fibroblasts in the colitis microenvironment,decreased intestinal wound healing and decreased CAC initiation,similar to the phenotype of ageing mice.In addition,the data from intestine samples derived from inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients show that activation of YAP/TAZ also occurs in ISMCs from these patients.Collectively,our work reveals an important role of the ageing stromal microenvironment in intestinal wound healing and CAC initiation.Furthermore,our work also identified a potential source of fibroblasts involved in colitis and CAC.Yi Liu Yanhong Ji Ruiyi Jiang Chao Fang Gang Shi Lin Cheng Yinan Zuo Yixin Ye Xiaolan Su Junshu Li Huiling Wang Yuan Wang Yi Lin Lei Dai Shuang Zhang Hongxin Deng 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,9:0

10Switching of CO_(2)hydrogenation selectivity via chlorine poisoning over Ru/TiO_(2)catalyst显示文摘It is fascinating to explore the distribution of CO_(2)hydrogenation products regulated by heterogeneous catalysts,as both the chemical state of surface metals and structure of the support itself of the supported catalysts may affect the performance of CO_(2)hydrogenation.Herein,the complete switching of CO_(2)hydrogenation products from CH4 to CO can be realized by induction of Cl into Ru/TiO_(2)catalyst.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicated that Cl ions were mainly located on the Ru metal sites of Ru/TiO_(2)catalysts.Bader charge analysis and Ru 3p X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS)results suggested that electrons transferred from Ru to Cl,resulting in the decrease of electron density of Ru.In situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)of CO_(2)hydrogenation and CO adsorption proved that with the increase of the Cl ion content,the adsorption of CO on the catalyst surface was significantly weakened,and resulted in the high CO selectivity.Our work demonstrates the role of Cl ions in regulating the distribution of CO_(2)hydrogenation products,and provides new ideas for regulating other catalytic processes.Jin Zhang Mengting Gao Ruiyi Wang Xincheng Li Tianfen Huang Jing Wang Yunwei Wang Zhanfeng Zheng 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
11Enhanced magnetic properties of Ce_(17)Fe_(76.5)Co_1Zr_(0.5)B_6 alloys by magnetic field heat treatment显示文摘In the present work,Ce_(17)Fe_(76.5)Co_1Zr_(0.5)B_6 ribbons were prepared by a direct melt spinning method.The effects of chamber pressure and magnetic field annealing temperature on the magnetic properties and microstructures of the alloys were investigated.The grain size and content of Ce_(2)Fe_(14)B phase can be changed by adjusting the chamber pressure,and the optimal magnetic performance is obtained at0.04 MPa.The magnetic properties can be influenced under magnetic field heat treatment.When the annealing temperature is lower than the Curie temperature,the refinement and a uniform distribution of the grains is obtained.The irreversible magnetic susceptibility curve reveals that magnetic field heat treatment enhances the exchange coupling interaction between grains of the Ce_(2)Fe_(14)B phase.When the magnetic field annealing temperature is 438 K,the alloy displays the optimal magnetic properties.Compared with the as-spun sample,the values of intrinsic coercivity(H_(ci)),remanence(B_r) and maximum energy product((BH)max) increase by 3.4%,9.8% and 18.7%,respectively.This work provides an effective approach by which to enhance the magnetic properties of Ce-Fe-B alloys.Yong Yang Bin Li Mengya Chen Zhongyuan Wu Ruiyi Zheng Xiaohua Tan Hui Xu 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,9:0

13Quality of experience evaluation of HTTP video streaming based on user interactive behaviors显示文摘User interactive behaviors play a dual role during the hypertext transfer protocol(HTTP) video service: reflection and influence. However, they are seldom taken into account in practices. To this end, this paper puts forward the user interactive behaviors, as subjective factors of quality of experience(QoE) from viewer level, to structure a comprehensive multilayer evaluation model based on classic network quality of service(QoS) and application QoS. First, dual roles of user behaviors are studied and the characteristics are extracted where the user experience is correlated with user interactive behaviors. Furthermore, we categorize QoE factors into three dimensions and build the metric system. Then we perform the subjective tests and investigate the relationships among network path quality, user behaviors, and QoE. Ultimately, we employ the back propagation neural network(BPNN) to validate our analysis and model. 17Phase evolution and relaxor to ferroelectric phase transition boosting ultrahigh electrostrains in (1-x)(Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2))TiO_(3)-x(Bi_(1/2)K_(1/2))TiO_(3) solid solutions显示文摘Owing to the complex composition architecture of these solid solutions,some fundamental issues of the classical(1-x)(Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2))TiO_(3) -x(Bi_(1/2)K_(1/2))TiO_(3)(BNT-xBKT)binary system,such as details of phase evolution and optimal Na/K ratio associated with the highest strain responses,remain unresolved.In this work,we systematically investigated the phase evolution of the BNT-xBKT binary solid solution with x ranging from 0.12 to 0.24 using not only routine X-ray diffraction and weak-signal dielectric characterization,but also temperature-dependent polarization versus electric field(P-E)and current versus electric field(I-E)curves.Our results indicate an optimal Na/K ratio of 81/19 based on high-field polarization and elec-trostrain characterizations.As the temperature increased above 100?C,the x¼0.19 composition pro-duces ultrahigh electrostrains(>0.5%)with high thermal stability.The ultrahigh and stable electrostrains were primarily due to the combined effect of electric-field-induced relaxor-to-ferroelectric phase tran-sition and ferroelectric-to-relaxor diffuse phase transition during heating.More specifically,we revealed the relationship between phase evolution and electrostrain responses based on the characteristic tem-peratures determined by both weak-field dielectric and high-field ferroelectric/electromechanical property characterizations.This work not only clarifies the phase evolution in BNT-xBKT binary solid solution,but also paves the way for future strain enhancement through doping strategies.Ruiyi Jing Leiyang Zhang Qingyuan Hu DOAlikin VYa Shur Xiaoyong Wei Lin Zhang Gang Liu Haibo Zhang Li Jin 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:0
18Moderate Fields, Maximum Potential: Achieving High Records with Temperature‑Stable Energy Storage in Lead‑Free BNT‑Based Ceramics显示文摘The increasing awareness of environmental concerns has prompted a surge in the exploration of leadfree,high-power ceramic capacitors.Ongoing efforts to develop leadfree dielectric ceramics with exceptional energystorage performance(ESP)have predominantly relied on multicomponent composite strategies,often accomplished under ultrahigh electric fields.However,this approach poses challenges in insulation and system downsizing due to the necessary working voltage under such conditions.Despite extensive study,bulk ceramics of(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_(3)(BNT),a prominent lead-free dielectric ceramic family,have seldom achieved a recoverable energy-storage(ES)density(Wrec)exceeding 7 J cm^(−3).This study introduces a novel approach to attain ceramic capacitors with high ESP under moderate electric fields by regulating permittivity based on a linear dielectric model,enhancing insulation quality,and engineering domain structures through chemical formula optimization.The incorporation of SrTiO_(3)(ST)into the BNT matrix is revealed to reduce the dielectric constant,while the addition of Bi(Mg_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3)(BMN)aids in maintaining polarization.Additionally,the study elucidates the methodology to achieve high ESP at moderate electric fields ranging from 300 to 500 kV cm^(−1).In our optimized composition,0.5(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.4)K_(0.1))TiO_(3)–0.5(2/3ST-1/3BMN)(B-0.5SB)ceramics,we achieved a Wrec of 7.19 J cm^(−3) with an efficiency of 93.8%at 460 kV cm^(−1).Impressively,the B-0.5SB ceramics exhibit remarkable thermal stability between 30 and 140℃ under 365 kV cm^(−1),maintaining a Wrec exceeding 5 J cm^(−3).This study not only establishes the B-0.5SB ceramics as promising candidates for ES materials but also demonstrates the feasibility of optimizing ESP by modifying the dielectric constant under specific electric field conditions.Simultaneously,it provides valuable insights for the future design of ceramic capacitors with high ESP under constraints of limited electric field.Wenjing Shi Leiyang Zhang Ruiyi Jing Yunyao Huang Fukang Chen Vladimir Shur Xiaoyong Wei Gang Liu Hongliang Du Li Jin 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,5:0
19Ultra-slim electrostrains with superior temperature-stability in leadfree sodium niobate-based ferroelectric perovskite显示文摘Large electrostrains with high temperature stability and low hysteresis are essential for applications in high-precision actuator devices.However,achieving simultaneously all three of the aforementioned features in ferroelectric ceramics remains a considerable challenge.In this work,we firstly report a high unipolar electrostrain(0.12%at 60 kV/cm)in(1ex)NaNbO_(3)-x[(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_(3)](NN-xBCZT)ferroelectric polycrystalline ceramics with excellent thermal stability(variation less than 10%in the temperature range of 30-160℃)and ultra-low hysteresis(<6%).Secondly,the high-field electrostrain response is dominated by the intrinsic electrostrictive effect,which may account for more than 80%of the electrostrain.Furthermore,due to the thermal stability of the polarization in the pure tetragonal phase,the large electrostrain demonstrates extraordinarily high stability from room temperature to 140℃.Finally,in-situ piezoelectric force microscopy reveals ultra-highly stable domain structures,which also guarantee the thermal stability of the electrostrain in(NN-xBCZT ferroelectrics ceramics.This study not only clarifies the origin of thermally stable electrostrain in NN-xBCZT ferroelectric perovskite in terms of electrostrictive effect,but also provides ideas for developing applicable ferroelectric ceramic materials used in actuator devices with excellent thermal stability.Ruiyi Jing Qingyuan Hu Leiyang Zhang Yuan Sun Jiagang Wu D.O.Alikin V.Ya Shur Xiaoyong Wei Hongliang Du Yunfei Chang Li Jin 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,6:0
20Preliminary Study on the Quality Difference of Local Broad-shoulder Bitter Gourd Landraces in Foshan显示文摘[Objectives]The study aims to provide important reference for the breeding and research of new varieties of functional broad-shoulder bitter gourd.[Methods]8 pure varieties of local broad-shoulder bitter gourd landraces in Foshan were used as experimental materials,in which polysaccharide,cellulose and vitamin C content were measured.[Results]Among the 8 varieties of local self-selected broad-shoulder bitter gourd in Foshan,the polysaccharide content of Foxuan 6 was the highest,up to 113.78 mg/100 (g·FW),which was significantly higher than that of the other 7 varieties.The polysaccharide content of Foxuan 2 was the lowest.The cellulose content of Foxuan 8 was the highest,reaching 24.50 mg/100 (g·FW),which was significantly higher than that of the other 7 varieties.The cellulose content of Foxuan 4 was the lowest.The vitamin C content of Foxuan 5 was the highest,reaching 74.24 mg/100 (g·FW),which was significantly higher than that of the other 7 varieties.The vitamin C content of Foxuan 4 was the lowest,only 7.05 mg/100 (g·FW).In a word,there were big differences between the 8 varieties of broad-shoulder bitter gourd in terms of polysaccharide,cellulose and vitamin C content.[Conclusions]It is possible to make full use of their own quality differences and develop new varieties of functional broad-shoulder bitter gourd by means of cross combination.Qiang LI Jing ZHANG Xiangni LI Zujiang GAO Ruiyi YANG Puxing LIANG 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,3:0
