1Zircon chronology and REE geochemistry of granulite xenolith at Hannuoba显示文摘The lower crustal xenolith of mafic two_pyroxene granulite (the majority) and hypersthene granulite in the Cenozoic basalt at Hannuoba have the characteristics of igneous blastic structure and granulite facies metamorphic recrystallization. Study on the zircon chronology and REE geochemistry of granulite xenolith shows that the underplating of basic magma into the lower crust during late Mesozoic led to the formation of mafic accumulate, which further through metamorphism of granulite facies formed the high_density and high_velocity crustal bottom layer at the lower crust. 33D hierarchically porous NiO/Graphene hybrid paper anode for long-life and high rate cycling flexible Li-ion batteries显示文摘With the rapid emergence of wearable devices, flexible lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) are much more needed than ever. Free-standing graphene-based composite paper electrodes with various active materials have appealed wide applications in flexible LIBs. However, due to the prone-to-restacking feature of graphene layers, a long cycle life at high current densities is rather difficult to be achieved. Herein, a unique threedimensional(3D) hierarchically porous NiO micro-flowers/graphene paper(fNiO/GP) electrode is successfully fabricated. The resulting fNiO/GP electrode shows superior long-term cycling stability at high rates(e.g., storage capacity of 359 mAh/g after 600 cycles at a high current density of 1 A/g). The facile 3D porous structure combines both the advantages of the graphene that is highly conductive and flexible to ensure rapid electrons/ions transfer and buffer the volume expansion of NiO during charge/discharge,and of the micro-sized NiO flowers that induces hierarchical between-layer pores ranging from nanomicro meters to promote the penetration of the electrolyte and prevent the re-stacking of graphene layers. 9Sedimentary characteristics of distributive fluvial system in arid area: A case study of the Shule River distributive fluvial system, NW China显示文摘Based on detailed investigation of the modern sedimentation of the distributive fluvial system of Shule River and the data of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)aerial photography and satellite remote sensing,the sedimentary characteristics and differences of distributive fluvial system in arid areas are analyzed.By comparing the changes in slope,river morphology and sedimentary characteristics in different sections from the apex to the toe,the distributive fluvial system of Shule River can be divided into three facies belts:'proximal','middle'and'distal'.The proximal belt has the largest slope and strongest hydrodynamic condition,mainly appears as large-scale braided river deposits;the fluvial bars in this belt are mainly composed of gravels,the gravels have good roundness and certain directionality,and are medium-large boulders,with low sand content;the main microfacies in this belt are braided channel and flood plain.The middle belt with slope smaller than the proximal belt,is mainly composed of braided bifurcating river deposits.Due to branching and infiltration,this belt has weaker hydrodynamic conditions,so some of the distributive rivers dry up,appearing as ephemeral rivers.This belt has small lenticular sandbodies,fine to medium gravels,higher sand content,and mainly braided channel,flood plain and aeolian dune microfacies.The distal belt has the smallest slope and flat terrain,where the river begins to transform from braided river to meandering river,the sediment is mainly sand.Due to the influence of slope,this belt has weaker erosion toward source and stronger lateral erosion,and point bars developing around the edge of the active lobes.In this belt,the river is completely meandering,and the main microfacies are braided channel,meandering channel,flood plain,aeolian dune,lake and swamp.ZHANG Xianghui ZHANG Changmin FENG Wenjie XU Qinghai ZHU Rui LIU Shuai HUANG Ruoxin 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,4:1
10Revealing the Distribution of Aggregation-Induced Emission Nanoparticles via Dual-Modality Imaging with Fluorescence and Mass Spectrometry显示文摘Aggregation-induced emission nanoparticles(AIE NPs)are widely used in the biomedical field.However,understanding the biological process of AIE NPs via fluorescence imaging is challenging because of the strong background and poor penetration depth.Herein,we present a novel dual-modality imaging strategy that combines fluorescence imaging and label-free laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging(LDI MSI)to map and quantify the biodistribution of AIE NPs(TPAFN-F127 NPs)by monitoring the intrinsic photoluminescence and mass spectrometry signal of the AIE molecule.We discovered that TPAFN-F127 NPs were predominantly distributed in the liver and spleen,and most gradually excreted from the body after 5 days.The accumulation and retention of TPAFN-F127 NPs in tumor sites were also confirmed in a tumor-bearing mouse model.As a proof of concept,the suborgan distribution of TPAFN-F127 NPs in the spleen was visualized by LDI MSI,and the results revealed that TPAFN-F127 NPs were mainly distributed in the red pulp of the spleen with extremely high concentrations within the marginal zone.The in vivo toxicity test demonstrated that TPAFN-F127 NPs are nontoxic for a long-term exposure.This dual-modality imaging strategy provides some insights into the fine distribution of AIE NPs and might also be extended to other polymeric NPs to evaluate their distribution and drug release behaviors in vivo.Liucheng Mao Yuming Jiang Hui Ouyang Yulin Feng Ruoxin Li Xiaoyong Zhang Zongxiu Nie Yen Wei 2021Research2021,,1:1

13Variations in the substrate composition and microbial community structure in the anaerobic fermentation process using the green algae Enteromorpha prolifera显示文摘Enteromorpha prolifera is a nutrient-rich green alga and abound in the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea of China. In this study, E. prolifera was anaerobically digested for biogas production. The variations of chemical compositions and microbial community structure as well as the physical structure of E. prolifera in anaerobic digestion process were investigated. This is the first report of multiple ways to deeply analysis the process of E. prolifera anaerobic digestion. Results from the present work showed that the biogas obtained from E. prolifera anaerobic digestion could achieve 409.7 mL•g− 1 TS with an average methane concentration of 53.2%, and the VFAs content in substrate played a vital role for driving the biogas production of flora. 14circCAPRIN1 interacts with STAT2 to promote tumor progression and lipid synthesis via upregulating ACC1 expression in colorectal cancer显示文摘Background:Circular RNAs(circRNAs)generated by back-splicing of precursor mRNAs(pre-mRNAs)are often aberrantly expressed in cancer cells.Accumulating evidence has revealed that circRNAs play a critical role in the progression of several cancers,including colorectal cancer(CRC).However,the current understandings of the emerging functions of circRNAs in CRC lipid metabolism and the underlying molecular mechanisms are still limited.Here,we aimed to explore the role of circCAPRIN1 in regulating CRC lipid metabolism and tumorigenesis.Methods:circRNA microarray was performed with three pairs of tumor and non-tumor tissues from CRC patients.The expression of circRNAs were determined by quantitative PCR(qPCR)and in situ hybridization(ISH).The endogenous levels of circRNAs in CRC cells were manipulated by transfection with lentiviruses overexpressing or silencing circRNAs.The regulatory roles of circRNAs in the occurrence of CRC were investigated both in vitro and in vivo using gene expression array,RNA pull-down/mass spectrometry,RNA immunoprecipitation assay,luciferase reporter assay,chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis,and fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH).Results:Among circRNAs,circCAPRIN1 was most significantly upregulated in CRC tissue specimens.circCAPRIN1 expression was positively correlated with the clinical stage and unfavorable prognosis of CRC patients.Downregulation of circCAPRIN1 suppressed proliferation,migration,and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of CRC cells,while circCAPRIN1 overexpression had opposite effects.RNA sequencing and gene ontology analysis indicated that circCAPRIN1 upregulated the expressions of genes involved in CRC lipid metabolism.Moreover,circCAPRIN1 promoted lipid synthesis by enhancing Acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1(ACC1)expression.Further mechanistic assays demonstrated that circCAPRIN1 directly bound signal transducer and activator of transcription 2(STAT2)to activate ACC1 transcription,thus regulating lipid metabolism and facilitating CRC tumorigenesis.Conclusions:These findings revealed the oncogenic role and mechanism of circCAPRIN1 in CRC.circCAPRIN1 interacted with STAT2 to promote CRC tumor progression and lipid synthesis by enhancing the expression of ACC1.circCAPRIN1 may be considered as a novel potential diagnostic and therapeutic target for CRC patients.Yufei Yang Dakui Luo Yang Shao Zezhi Shan Qi Liu Junyong Weng Weijing He Ruoxin Zhang Qingguo Li Ziliang Wang Xinxiang Li 2023Cancer Communications2023,43,1:0

16Transporting and Deposition Dynamics in the Plinian Column of Tianchi Volcano,Changbaishan显示文摘The huge comendite ignimbrite-forming eruption of Tianchi Volcano maintained a stable plinian column during its earlier stage of eruption, and succeeded a collapsing of the column producing pumiceous ignimbrite deposits. It is estimated that the column height (Hb) varied from 20km to 10km in its eruption period, with a maximum height of 25km in the eruption peak. Its umbrella cloud spread into the stratosphere with a top height of 35km (Ht). The dense lithics whose diameter exceeded 8cm followed a ballistics trajectory in a 3km-high gas thrust region, while the smaller lithics and pumices entered the convection region in the column. The initial magma temperature was 780℃. The comendite magma had an exit velocity of 300m/s, volatile content of about 1wt% and lithics of 8.5wt%. From a 400m-wide vent the magma was expelled out with a mass eruption rate of 108.36kg/s, corresponding to a volume rate of 104.95m 3/s. Over 1.3436×10 19 J of energy had been released from Tianchi Volcano, of which the kinetic proportion was about 8%. The plume had a temperature of -50℃ at the base focus of the cloud and a upward speed of 215m/s. The cloud spread out at a gradually downspeed with the increasement of distance from its center. For example, at a distance of 25km from its center the spreading velocity is about 250m/s, and is about 60m/s at distance of 100km. 17Effectively Modulating Oxygen Vacancies in Flower‑Likeδ‑MnO_(2)Nanostructures for Large Capacity and High‑Rate Zinc‑Ion Storage显示文摘In recent years,manganese-based oxides as an advanced class of cathode materials for zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have attracted a great deal of attentions from numerous researchers.However,their slow reaction kinetics,limited active sites and poor electrical conductivity inevitably give rise to the severe performance degradation.To solve these problems,herein,we introduce abundant oxygen vacancies into the flower-likeδ-MnO_(2)nanostructure and effectively modulate the vacancy defects to reach the optimal level(δ-MnO_(2)-x-2.0).The smart design intrinsically tunes the electronic structure,guarantees ion chemisorption-desorption equilibrium and increases the electroactive sites,which not only effectively accelerates charge transfer rate during reaction processes,but also endows more redox reactions,as verified by first-principle calculations.These merits can help the fabricatedδ-MnO_(2)-x-2.0 cathode to present a large specific capacity of 551.8 mAh g^(-1) at 0.5 A g^(-1),high-rate capability of 262.2 mAh g^(-1) at 10 A g^(-1) and an excellent cycle lifespan(83%of capacity retention after 1500 cycles),which is far superior to those of the other metal compound cathodes.In addition,the charge/discharge mechanism of theδ-MnO_(2)-x-2.0 cathode has also been elaborated through ex situ techniques.This work opens up a new pathway for constructing the next-generation high-performance ZIBs cathode materials.Yiwei Wang Yuxiao Zhang Ge Gao Yawen Fan Ruoxin Wang Jie Feng Lina Yang Alan Meng Jian Zhao Zhenjiang Li 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,12:0

19Significance of K-Ar age of bimodal volcanic rocks at Wangtian'e volcano,Changbaishan area显示文摘Wangtian’ e volcano, about 30 km south of Tianchi volcano is another large scale volcano center on the south slope of Changbaishan with its nearly 4 000 km^2 area of volcanic rocks distributed over the border area of the Chinese side. Based on the field occurrence, petrology and K-Ar age dating of its volcanic rocks, it can be shown that the Wangtian’e volcano had experienced two developing stages of shield forming and cone forming, while its volcanic activities can be divided into three periods: Changbai period (? —2.87 Ma), Wangtian’e period (2.69—2.41 Ma) and Hongtoushan period (2.12 Ma). Its petrographic change goes from trachybasalt→basaltic trachyandesite, trachyte→alkalic rhyolite, with a feature of bimodal volcanic rock combination similar to yet a bit different from that of Tianchi volcano, and is a new scene for study of volcanic magma evaluation of Changbaishan volcanoes.Qicheng Fan Ruoxin Liu Daming Li Qi Li 1999Chinese Science Bulletin1999,44,7:0
