| 6 | 光敏灭菌辅助龈下刮治后不同深度牙周袋的恢复率比较研究显示文摘目的评价PERIOWAVETM光敏灭菌法治疗慢性牙周炎后≥4mm牙周袋的恢复效果。方法经伦理委员会同意后,选择45例患者(每位患者口腔内至少有4个以上≥5mm的牙周袋并分布在2个以上口腔区域内),在接受基础检查以及根面平整术(SRP)治疗后,随机分入3组,A组在SRP之后接受1次PERIOWAVETM光敏灭菌治疗,B组在SRP后及6周后各接受1次PERIOWAVETM治疗,而C组仅接受SRP治疗。在基础检查及12周后测量牙周袋深度。结果在基础检查中共有1851个≥5mm牙周袋,经过治疗后,C组有212(36.7%)个牙周袋≤3mm,A组有160(62.5%)个牙周袋≤3mm,而B组有187(84.6%)个牙周袋≤3mm;705个4mm的牙周袋,治疗后PD≤3mm的C组147(66.5%)个,A组160(62.5%)个,B组187(84.6%)个。经两样本二项分布检验,对于基础检查中为测量为4mm及≥5mm牙周袋,B组的恢复均明显好于A组及C组(P<0.0001)。结论在SRP基础上加以2次光敏灭菌治疗牙周炎对于浅(4mm)及深(≥5mm)牙周袋深度的恢复均明显大于单独使用SRP。 | 王莹 朱形好 林芝 张秀华 陈宏 丁熙 王靖虓 李一鸣 S. However, the therapeutic effects of human umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells in guiding peripheral nerve regeneration remain poorly understood. This study was designed to investigate the effects of human umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells on neural regeneration using a rat sciatic nerve crush injury model. Human umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells (1 × 10 6 ) or a PBS control were injected into the crush-injured segment of the sciatic nerve. Four weeks after cell injection, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and tyrosine kinase receptor B mRNA expression at the lesion site was increased in comparison to control. Furthermore, sciatic function index, Fluoro Gold-labeled neuron counts and axon density were also significantly increased when compared with control. For wrougth alloys, over the last seven years the author et al have made extensive efforts to remove their deficiencies, and to achieve an improved balance of properties, across three interrelated task areas. The first effort was directed toward understanding fundamentals, such as phase relations, microstructure evolution, and microstructure property relationships. The second task was then directed to improve the balance of properties through designing refined lamellar microstructures and microalloying. The third effort was to explore the production methods to develop desired microstructures and to optimize the alloy compositions.
