12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Landscape of DILI-related adverse drug reaction in China Mainland显示文摘Drug-induced liver injury(DILI)is a type of bizarre adverse drug reaction(ADR)damaging liver(L-ADR)which may lead to substantial hospitalizations and mortality.Due to the general low incidence,detection of L-ADR remains an unsolved public health challenge.Therefore,we used the data of 6.673 million of ADR reports from January 1st,2012 to December 31st,2016 in China National ADR Monitoring System to establish a new database of L-ADR reports for future investigation.Results showed that totally 114,357 ADR reports were retrieved by keywords searching of liver-related injuries from the original heterogeneous system.By cleaning and standardizing the data fields by the dictionary of synonyms and English translation,we resulted 94,593 ADR records reported to liver injury and then created a new database ready for computer mining.The reporting status of L-ADR showed a persistent 1.62-fold change over the past five years.The national population-adjusted reporting numbers of L-ADR manifested an upward trend with age increasing and more evident in men.The annual reporting rate of L-ADR in age group over 80 years old strikingly exceeded the annual DILI incidence rate in general population,despite known underreporting situation in spontaneous ADR reporting system.The percentage of herbal and traditional medicines(H/TM)L-ADR reports in the whole number was 4.5%,while 80.60%of the H/TM reports were new findings.There was great geographical disparity of reported agents,i.e.more cardiovascular and antineoplastic agents were reported in higher socio-demographic index(SDI)regions and more antimicrobials,especially antitubercular agents,were reported in lower SDI regions.In conclusion,this study presented a large-scale,unbiased,unified,and computer-minable L-ADR database for further investigation.Age-,sex-and SDI-related risks of L-ADR incidence warrant to emphasize the precise pharmacovigilance policies within China or other regions in the world.Jiabo Wang Haibo Song Feilin Ge Peng Xiong Jing Jing Tingting He Yuming Guo Zhuo Shi Chao Zhou Zixin Han Yanzhong Han Ming Niu Zhaofang Bai Guangbin Luo Chuanyong Shen Xiaohe Xiao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12:12
3Discrete chaos in Banach spaces显示文摘This paper is concerned with chaos in discrete dynamical systems governed by continuously Frechet differentiable maps in Banach spaces. A criterion of chaos induced by a regular nondegenerate homoclinic orbit is established. Chaos of discrete dynamical systems in the n-dimensional real space is also discussed, with two criteria derived for chaos induced by nondegenerate snap-back repellers, one of which is a modified version of Marotto's theorem. In particular, a necessary and sufficient condition is obtained for an expanding fixed point of a differentiable map in a general Banach space and in an n-dimensional real space, respectively. 4Size fractionated biomass and productivity of phytoplankton and new production in the Prydz Bay and the adjacent Indian sector of the Southern Ocean during the austral summer 1998/1999显示文摘The paper deals with the studies on the cell abundance, the composition of dominant species, size fractionated biomass and productivity of phytoplankton, new production, the environmentally restricted mechanism in the Prydz Bay and the adjacent Indian sector of the Southern Ocean during the austral summer 1998/1999. The results showed that there was marked feature of spatial zonation in the sea areas investigated. In the Prydz Bay and its adjacent continental shelf, the biomass and productivity of phytoplankton were high; those of continental slope and open ocean area were obviously low. The nutrient concentration had opposite distribution trend, due to the consumption of phytoplankton. It mainly affected by the vertical stability of water column, grazing pressure of zooplankton, temperature and light etc.The results of size-fractionation showed that the average contribution of netplankton to total chlorophyll a in studied sea areas was 52.2%, those of nano- and picoplankton were 29.4% and 18.4%, respectively. The average contribution of netplankton to total primary production was 52.4%, those of nano- and picoplankton were 28.7% and 18.9%, separately. It is same as previous conclusion that the contribution of picoplankton to productivity is slightly larger than that to biomass of phytoplankton communities. 6Bacterioplankton production in dilution zone of the Changjiang (Yangtze) Estuary显示文摘The bacterioplankton production and bacterioplankton abundance were surveyed in dilution zone of the Changjiang Estuary and a mesocosm experimental device for enriched phosphate experiment and oil contaminated experiment was placed in the waters nearby Luhua Island during October 1997 and May 1998. The results showed that the average bacterioplankton production in spring was higher than that in autumn, the production at the surface water was higher than that at the bottom in the surveyed area; the higher values appeared in the middle of the area. 7Study on co-occurrence character networks from Chinese essays in different periods显示文摘Co-occurrence networks of Chinese characters are constructed from collections of essays in different periods of China:the ancient Chinese language,the Chinese language in Wei,Jin,and Southern-Northern Dynasties,the recent Chinese language,and the modern Chinese language,and their statistical parameters are studied.It has been found that 99.6% networks have the scale-free feature and 95.0% networks have the smallworld e?ect.This study reveals some commonalities and di?erences among articles in different periods of China from a complex network perspective.There has been a controversial question as to whether the literatures in Wei,Jin,and Southern-Northern Dynasties should belong to the ancient Chinese language or the recent Chinese language in the linguistic study.Our work shows that the statistical parameters of networks in Wei,Jin,and Southern-Northern Dynasties are clearly different from those of networks in the other periods of China,and it seems more reasonable that the literatures in Wei,Jin,and Southern-Northern Dynasties belong to the recent Chinese language.LIANG Wei SHI YuMing TSE Chi K WANG YanLi 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,11:2
8Study of relationship between wave transport and sea surface temperature anomaly(SSTA) in the tropical Pacific显示文摘Large-scale water transport is one of the key factors that affect sea surface temperature anomaly(SSTA) in the eastern equatorial Pacific(EEP).The relationship between the wave transport in the tropical Pacific and the SSTA in the EEP is examined by different methods,including band-pass filtering,period analysis,correlation analysis,significant analysis,and empirical orthogonal function(EOF) analysis.We have found that the eastward shift of the wave transport anomaly in the tropical Pacific,with a period of 2 a and enhancing the transport of warm waters from the western Pacific warm pool,precedes the increase of sea surface temperature(SST) in the EEP.The wave transport and the SSTA in the EEP have a maximum correlation of 0.65 with a time-lag of 6 months(transport variation precedes the temperature).The major periods(3.7 a and 2.45 a) of the wave transport variability,as revealed by the EOF analysis,appear to be consistent with the SSTA oscillation cycle in the EEP.Based on the first occurrence of a significant SSTA in the Ni?o 3 region(5°S–5°N,90°–150°W),two types of warm events are defined.The wave transport anomalies in two types present predominantly the west anomaly in the tropical Pacific,it is that the wave transport continues transport warm water from west to east before the onset of the warm event.The impact of wave-induced water transport on the SSTA in the EEP is confirmed by the heat flux of the wave transport.The wave transport exerts significant effect on the SSTA variability in the EEP and thus is not neglectable in the further studies.SHI Yongfang WU Kejian ZHU Xianye YANG Fan ZHANG Yuming 2016Acta Oceanologica Sinica2016,35,9:2

18A Comparative Study About the Neuroprotective Effects of EPA-Enriched Phosphoethanolamine Plasmalogen and Phosphatidylethanolamine Against Oxidative Damage in Primary Hippocampal Neurons显示文摘s Oxidative stress is involved in the progression of neurodegenerative diseases.Previous evidences showed that plasma-logens could improve neurodegenerative diseases.In this study,we investigated the function of phosphoethanolamine plasmalogens enriched with EPA(EPA-pPE)and phosphatidylethanolamine enriched with EPA(EPA-PE)on oxidative damage prevention after hy-drogen peroxide(H2O2)and tert-butylhydroperoxide(t-BHP)challenge in primary hippocampal neurons.Results showed that neurons pretreated with EPA-pPE and EPA-PE demonstrated the ability to alleviate oxidative damage,which was proved by the in-creased cell viability.Moreover,the shape and number of neurons were more similar to those of the control group.Antioxidant acti-vity,apoptosis,as well as TrkB/ERK/CREB signaling pathway were investigated to explore the mechanisms.The results suggested that EPA-PE was superior to EPA-pPE in regulating mitochondrial apoptosis.EPA-pPE was more prominent than EPA-PE in upre-gulating TrkB/ERK/CREB signaling pathway.Phospholipids with EPA exerted neuroprotective effects via inhibiting oxidative stress,suppressing apoptosis,and regulating TrkB/ERK/CREB signaling pathway.Therefore,the results provide a scientific basis for utili-zation of phospholipids enriched with EPA on the treatment of neurodegenerative disease.ZHU Yunfang ZHANG Tiantian DING Lin SHI Haohao XUE Changhu XIE Wancui CHE Hongxia WANG Yuming 2021Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,5:1
19Standing stock of phytoplankton and primary productivity in Penaeus orientalis larval multiplication releasing area of the Xiangshan Bay显示文摘The standing stock of phytoplankton (phy. ) and primary productivity (pp) in the Xiangshan Bay were observed in 1992. The results showed higher biological parameters in the bay. The average chlorophyll a (chl a) concentration was (3. 50 5. 93 ) mg/m3 and the primary productivity (444. 5 871. 0) mg/(m2 d). The distribution of chl a and productivity showed distinct spatial and temporal patterns in the bay. The continent influence was Obvious at the top of the bay, lower seawater exchange and higher stability led to higher standing stock of phytoplankton and productivity. At the bay mouth, seawater exchanged continuously with adjacent waters by rapid currents, resulting in fast and unstable exchange and lower standing stock of phytoplankton and primary productivity. The seasonal characters of those parameters were pronounced, in the sequence of spring, summer, autumn and winter. The results of size--fractionated showed that the average contribution of the nano--and picoplankton (< 20pm) to total chl a and productivity were 75 % and 87%, respectively, indicating their importance in phytoplankton community biomass and productivity of the Xiangshan Bay.Liu Zilin Cai Yuming Shi Junxiang Ning Xiuren (1. 20Dietary Supplementation with Sea Cucumber Saponins and Exercise Can Significantly Suppress Adipose Accumulation in Mice Fed with High-Fat Diet显示文摘Dietary supplementation with sea cucumber saponins(SCS)and exercise have been confirmed to be effective in pre-venting the development of obesity and its related diseases.However,the combined effectiveness of these interventions has not been explored.Here,we studied whether the beneficial influences of exercise could be further enhanced by dietary supplementation with SCS in high-fat diet-fed KM(Kunming)mice.Mice were randomly divided into four groups,including the high-fat diet group(HF),the SCS group(HF-S),the exercise group(HF-E),and the combination of dietary SCS and exercise group(HF-S+E).There were eight mice in every group.The results demonstrated that the combination of dietary SCS and exercise could synergistically reduce fat accumulation.In particular,white adipose tissue decreased by 63%in the HF-S+E group compared with that in the HF group.SCS supplementation with exercise also improved peripheral markers,such as serum parameters and hepatic TG levels.Further mechani-cal testing indicated that the combined effects of dietary SCS and exercise on inhibiting fat accumulation might be attributed to the inhibition of lipid synthesis in the liver and the activation of lipolysis in white adipose tissue to increase energy consumption.LI Rong MENG Jing SHI Haohao WANG Chengcheng LI Zhaojie XUE Changhu WANG Yuming ZHANG Tiantian 2021Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,3:1
