1Analysis of petrophysical cutoffs of reservoir intervals with production capacity and with accumulation capacity in clastic reservoirs显示文摘Methodologies have been developed for calculating cutoffs of reservoir intervals with production capacity(RIPC) and reservoir intervals with accumulation capacity(RIAC) according to the types of pore throat structures and dynamic force by using data from petrophysical analysis, production tests and mercury injection. The data are from clastic reservoirs in the third member(Es3) and the fourth member(Es4) of the Shahejie Formation in the Shengtuo area on the North Slope of the Dongying Sag, Jiyang Depression, China. The method of calculating cutoffs of RIPC is summarized as follows: 1) determination of permeability cutoffs of RIPC; 2) classification of types of pore-throat structures according to mercury injection data and then relating porosity to permeability and determining the relationship between porosity and permeability according to each type of pore-throat structure; and 3) calculating porosity cutoffs of RIPC using established correlation between porosity and permeability according to the type of pore throat structure. The method of calculating cutoffs of RIAC includes: 1) establishing a functional relationship between oil-water interfacial tension and formation temperature; 2) calculating limiting values of maximum connected pore-throat radii according to formation temperature and dynamic forces of each reservoir interval; 3) correlating permeability with maximum connected pore-throat radius and then obtaining permeability cutoffs of RIAC; and 4) calculating porosity cutoffs on the basis of permeability cutoffs according to specific correlations, suitable for the type of porethroat structure. The results of this study show that porosity and permeability cutoffs of clastic reservoirs decrease with depth. For a fixed permeability cutoff, the porosity cutoff of RIPC varies because the type of pore throat is different. At a fixed temperature, porosity and permeability cutoffs of RIAC decrease as dynamic force increases. 7Experimental studies on the utilization of steel slag in the steam-cured concrete显示文摘The possibility of applying steel slag as mineraladmixture in steam-cured concrete was investigated. Thecompressive strength, chloride permeability, carbonationdepth and drying shrinkage of concrete and the microstructurecharacteristics of hardened paste were studied. Results showthat the steam-cured concrete containing steel slag at a highwater-to-binder ratio has low compressive strength, coarsepore structure, moderate permeability, large carbonation depthand great drying shrinkage. The negative effects of steel slagon the mechanical and durability performance of steam-curedconcrete become smaller at a low water-to-binder ratio or byadding ultrafine ground granulated blast furnace slag(UGGBS). The later-age hydration of cement is significantlypromoted by adding steel slag. The pozzolanic reaction andmicro-filler effect of UGGBS result in dense structure, whichmakes great contribution to the strength development anddurability performance of steam-cured concrete. These effectsof steel slag and UGGBS are significant at a low water tobinder ratio. 12Effects of CFB Ash on the Adsorption Mechanism of Polycarboxylate Superplasticiser显示文摘The effects of circulating fluid bed(CFB) ash on the adsorption performance of polycarboxylate superplasticiser and the mechanism of this influence on the dispersive property of the polycarboxylate superplasticiser were investigated by determing the cement paste fluidity, total organic carbon adsorption, infrared spectroscopic analyses and ζ potential test. The experimental results show that the addition of an inorganic salt into the mixture to change the content of SO_4^(2-)and Fe_2 O_3 can improve the adaptability between the CFB ash and polycarboxylate superplasticiser. Adsorption may occur between the polycarboxylate superplasiciser and Fe_2 O_3, SO_4^(2-)or other components in CFB ash, leading to a significant reduction in paste fluidity. As the content of Na_2 SO_4 in CFB ash reaches 3% or Fe_2 O_3 reaches 9%, the paste loses its liquidity. The organic carbon content in the liquor decreases with an increase in Na2_ SO_4 or Fe_2 O_3 content. Adding some Ba(NO_3)_2 and Na_2 S to the liquor can recover the organic carbon content to a certain extent, and the absolute value of ζ potential will increase. 14Antibiotic-based small molecular micelles combined with photodynamic therapy for bacterial infections显示文摘The appearance of multidrug-resistant bacteria and the formation of bacterial biofilms have necessitated the development of alternative antimicrobial therapeutics.Antibiotics conjugated with or embedded in nano-drug carriers show a great potential and advantage over free drugs,but the mass proportion of carriers generally exceeds 90%of the nano-drug,resulting in low drug loading and limited therapeutic output.Herein,we fabricated a nanocarrier using antibiotics as the building blocks,minimizing the use of carriermaterials,significantly increasing the drug loading content and treatment effect.Firstly,we conjugated betaine carboxylate with ciprofloxacin(CIP)through an ester bond to form the amphiphilic conjugate(CIP-CB),which self-assembled into micelles(CIP-CBMs)in aqueous solutions,with a CIP loading content as high as 65.4%and pH-induced surface charge reversal properties.Secondly,a model photosensitizer(5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin(TPP))was encapsulated in CIP-CBMs,generating infection-targeted photodynamic/antibiotic combined nanomedicines(denoted as TPP@CIP-CBMs).Upon accumulation at infection sites or in deep bacterial biofilms,the ester bond between the betaine carboxylate and CIP is cleaved to release free TPP and CIP,leading to a synergetic antibacterial and antibiofilm activity in vitro and in vivo.Lijiao Yang Shaomin Song Meihui Yin Min Yang Daoping Yan Xiaohui Wan Jipeng Xiao Yuchen Jiang Yongchao Yao Jianbin Luo 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,3:0

16Effect of Y:Zn ratio on microstructure and emission of Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+) codoped Y_(2)O_(3)-ZnO ceramic phosphors显示文摘In this study,Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)codoped Y_(2)O_(3)-ZnO ceramic phosphors were prepared by sol-gel method.The samples had two emission bands,namely,green(535 nm) and red(660 nm),which are attributed to Er^(3+):^(2)H_(11/2)(^(4)S_(3/2))→^(4)I_(15/2)and Er^(3+):^(4)F_(9/2)→^(4)I_(15/2)radiative transitions,respectively.The samples exhibited green-and red-emission intensity enhancement by 1.728 and 2.286 times that of the pure Y2O3host,respectively and by 514.468 and 214.341 times that of the pure ZnO host.The emission intensities are first enhanced by lattice expansion.With the change of Y:Zn ratio,the high surface energy is converted into low crystal surface resulting in the change of asymmetry crystal field for matrix.When the intensity of the asymmetric crystal field reaches maximum,both emissions are further boosted.When the high surface energy transforms into crystal surface energy,the microstructure changes into a compact mesoporous structure.Consequently,the chemical stability of the samples improves significantly,and the final emission band of the three samples with mesoporous structures is continuously red.Boxu Xu Chao Song Jie Song Rui Huang Shaomin Lin Zhenxu Lin Yi Zhang Dejian Hou Jun Song 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,12:0
17Construction of Angularly Fused Tricyclic Compounds via Photo-induced Radical Cascade Cyclization显示文摘Photo-induced electron transfer (PET) of silyl enol ethers has been employed to synthesize several fused ring systems. However, the method has limited applicability due to its narrow substrate scope, low product yields, unsatisfactory stereo- and regioselectivity. Herein, we report a PET-triggered cascade reaction of silyl enolates that leads to the formation of angularly fused tricyclic scaffolds. The reaction exhibits broad substrate scope and excellent stereoselectivity.
