1Pre-trained models for natural language processing: A survey显示文摘Recently, the emergence of pre-trained models(PTMs) has brought natural language processing(NLP) to a new era. In this survey, we provide a comprehensive review of PTMs for NLP. We first briefly introduce language representation learning and its research progress. Then we systematically categorize existing PTMs based on a taxonomy from four different perspectives. Next,we describe how to adapt the knowledge of PTMs to downstream tasks. Finally, we outline some potential directions of PTMs for future research. 7Electroacupuncture in the repair of spinal cord injury:inhibiting the Notch signaling pathway and promoting neural stem cell proliferation显示文摘Electroacupuncture for the treatment of spinal cord injury has a good clinical curative effect, but the underlying mechanism is unclear. In our experiments, the spinal cord of adult Sprague-Dawley rats was clamped for 60 seconds. Dazhui(GV14) and Mingmen(GV4) acupoints of rats were subjected to electroacupuncture. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay revealed that the expression of serum inflammatory factors was apparently downregulated in rat models of spinal cord injury after electroacupuncture. Hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemistry results demonstrated that electroacupuncture contributed to the proliferation of neural stem cells in rat injured spinal cord, and suppressed their differentiation into astrocytes. Real-time quantitative PCR and western blot assays showed that electroacupuncture inhibited activation of the Notch signaling pathway induced by spinal cord injury. 13Climate change regionalization in China(1961–2010)显示文摘Since climatic condition is the important foundation for human subsistence and development and the key factor in sustainable development of economy and society, climate change has been a global issue attracting great attentions of politicians, scientists, governments, and the public alike throughout the world. Existing climate regionalization in China aims to characterize the regional differences in climate based on years of the mean value of different climate indexes. However, with the accelerating climate change nowadays, existing climate regionalization cannot represent the regional difference of climate change, nor can it reflect the disasters and environmental risks incurred from climate changes. This paper utilizes the tendency value and fluctuation value of temperature and precipitation from 1961 to 2010 to identify the climate change quantitatively, and completes the climate change regionalization in China(1961–2010) with county administrative regionalization as the unit in combination with China's terrain feature. 14The combined genotypes effect of ESR and FSHβ genes on litter size traits in five different pig breeds显示文摘Estrogen receptor (ESR) and Follicular-stimula-ting hormone beta subunit (FSHβ) genes were chosen as candidates to determine whether they control litter size and some other reproductive traits in swine. 269 sows from five different pig breeds were genotyped by an established PCR-RFLPs protocol at both ESR and FSHβ loci. The effects of both ESR and FSHβ on pig reproductive traits, including total number born (TNB) and number born alive (NBA), are analyzed by SAS software (version 6.12). These computation results demonstrated that both ESR locus and FSHβ locus are the major genes influencing litter size in pigs. The sows of BBBB combined genotype of ESR and FSHβ loci generally produce 1.85-3.01 TNB and 2.0-3.0 NBA more than those of ABAA combined genotype. The notable effect of ESR locus and FSHβ locus on litter size of pigs have made it possible to improve the pig reproduction by Marker-assisted selection (MAS). 17Application of Hot Forming High Strength Steel Parts on Car Body in Side Impact显示文摘Lightweight structure is an important method to increase vehicle fuel efficiency.High strength steel is applied for replacing mild steel in automotive structures to decrease thickness of parts for lightweight.However,the lightweight structures must show the improved capability for structural rigidity and crash energy absorption.Advanced high strength steels are attractive materials to achieve higher strength for energy absorption and reduce weight of vehicles.Currently,many research works focus on component level axial crash testing and simulation of high strength steels.However,the effects of high strength steel parts to the impact of auto body are not considered.The goal of this research is to study the application of hot forming high strength steel(HFHSS) in order to evaluate the potential using in vehicle design for lightweight and passive safety.The performance of HFHSS is investigated by using both experimental and analytical techniques.In particular,the focus is on HFHSS which may have potential to enhance the passive safety for lightweight auto body.Automotive components made of HFHSS and general high strength steel(GHSS) are considered in this study.The material characterization of HFHSS is carried out through material experiments.The finite element method,in conjunction with the validated model is used to simulate the side impact of a car with GHSS and HFHSS parts according to China New Car Assessment Programme(C-NCAP) crash test.The deformation and acceleration characteristics of car body are analyzed and the injuries of an occupant are calculated.The results from the simulation analyses of HFHSS are compared with those of GHSS.The comparison indicates that the HFHSS parts on car body enhance the passive safety for the lightweight car body in side impact.Parts of HFHSS reduce weight of vehicle through thinner thickness offering higher strength of parts.Passive safety of lightweight car body is improved through reduction of crash deformation on car body by the application of HFHSS parts.The experiments and simulation are conducted to the HFHSS parts on auto body.The results demonstrate the feasibility of the application of HFHSS materials on automotive components for improved capability of passive safety and lightweight.SUN Hongtu HU Ping MA Ning SHEN Guozhe LIU Bo ZHOU Dinglu 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,2:19

19Prevention of hepatocellular carcinoma in mice by IL-2 and B7-1 genes co-transfected liver cancer cell vaccines显示文摘AIM: To study the immunoprotective effect of liver cancer vaccine with co-transfected IL-2 and B7-1 genes on hepatocarcinogenesis in mice.METHODS: The murine liver cancer cell line Hepal-6 was transfected with IL-2 and/or B7-1 gene via recombinant adenoviral vectors and the liver cancer vaccines were prepared. C57BL/6 mice were immunized with these vaccines and challenged with the parental Hepal-6 cells afterwards.The immunoprotection was investigated and the reactive T cell line was assayed.RESULTS: The immunoprotection of the tumor vaccine was demonstrated. The effect of IL-2 and B7-1 genes cotransfected Hepal-6 liver cancer vaccine (Hep6-IL2/B7vaccine) on the onset of tumor formation was the strongest.When attacked with wild Hepal-6 cells, the median survival period of the mice immunized with Hep6-IL2/B7 vaccine was the longest (68 days, χ2=7.70-11.69, P<0.05) and the implanted tumor was the smallest (z =3.20-44.10, P<0.05).The effect of single IL-2 or B7-1 gene-transfected vaccine was next to the IL2/B7 gene co-transfected group, and the mean survival periods were 59 and 54 days, respectively.The mean survival periods of wild or enhanced green fluorescence protein gene modified vaccine immunized group were 51 and 48 days, respectively. The mice in control group all died within 38 days and the implanted tumor was the largest (z=3.20-40.21, P<0.05). The cellular immunofunction test and cytotoxicity study showed that the natural killer (NK) cell, lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cell and cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) activities were significantly increased in mice immunized with the Hep6-IL2/B7 vaccine, (29.5±2.5%,65.0±2.9%, 83.1±1.5% respectively, compared with other groups, P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The Hep6-IL2/B7 liver cancer vaccines can induce the mice to produce activated and specific CTL against the parental tumor cells, and demonstrate stronger effect on the hepatocarcinogenesis than single gene modified or the regular tumor vaccine.
