1Phenolic Composition Analysis and Gene Expression in Developing Seeds of Yellow-and Black-seeded Brassica napus显示文摘Breeders have focused on yellow-seeded Brassica napus (rapeseed) for its better quality com- pared with the black-seeded variety. Moreover, flavonoids have been associated with this kind of rapeseed. In this study, we applied lipid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spec- trometry (LC-ESI-MSn ) to compare flavonoids in developing seeds of natural black-seeded B. na- pus and yellow-seeded introgression lines selected from progenies of B. napus-Sinapis alba so- matic hybrids. Aside from the most abundant phenolic compounds (sinapine and sinapic acid) and 1, 2-disinapoylglucose, 16 different flavonoids were identified and quantified, including (-)- epicatechin, five monocharged oligomers of (-)-epicatechin ([DP 2]- , [DP 3]- , [DP 4] [DP 2]- B2 and [DP 2]- B5), quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin-dihexoside, kaempferol-sinapoyl-trihexoside, isorhamnetin- sinapoyl-trihexoside, isorhamnetin-hexoside-sulfate, and isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside. Most of the flavonoids accumulated with seed development, whereas some rapidly decreased during maturation. The content of these flavonoids was lower in the yellow-seeded materials than in the black seeds. In addition, variations of insoluble procyanidin oligomers and soluble phenolic acids were observed among both rapeseed varieties. Transcriptome changes of genes participating in the flavonoid pathway were discovered by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction analysis. 2Recent advances based on Mg anodes and their interfacial modulation in Mg batteries显示文摘Magnesium(Mg)batteries(MBs),as post-lithium-ion batteries,have received great attention in recent years due to their advantages of high energy density,low cost,and safety insurance.However,the formation of passivation layers on the surface of Mg metal anode and the poor compatibility between Mg metal and conventional electrolytes during charge-discharge cycles seriously affect the performance of MBs.The great possibility of generating Mg dendrites has also caused controversy among researchers.Moreover,the regulation of Mg deposition and the enhancement of battery cycle stability is largely limited by interfacial stability between Mg metal anode and electrolyte.In this review,recent advances in interfacial science and engineering of MBs are summarized and discussed.Special attention is given to interfacial chemistry including passivation layer formation,incompatibilities,ion transport,and dendrite growth.Strategies for building stable electrode/interfaces,such as anode designing and electrolyte modification,construction of artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layers,and development of solid-state electrolytes to improve interfacial contacts and inhibit Mg dendrite and passivation layer formation,are reviewed.Innovative approaches,representative examples,and challenges in developing high-performance anodes are described in detail.Based on the review of these strategies,reference is provided for future research to improve the performance of MBs,especially in terms of interface and anode design.Fanfan Liu Guoqin Cao Jinjin Ban Honghong Lei Yan Zhang Guosheng Shao Aiguo Zhou Li zhen Fan Junhua Hu 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,10:1

4AN ULTRA-WIDEBAND ANTENNA FOR THE REINFORCED CONCRETE DETECTION显示文摘In this paper,an Ultra-Wideband(UWB) planar antenna is proposed for the reinforced concrete detection,which consists of a pair of planar waterdrop arms,a microstrip to coplanar parallel-strips transition and a shallow rectangular cavity.In order to overcome the disadvantages of the shallow cavity,some absorbing material is loaded to weaken the narrow-band effect of the cavity and the crosstalk interference.The simulated and measured results show that the proposed antenna has a large bandwidth from 0.48 GHz to 3.6 GHz with Voltage Standing Wave Ratio(VSWR) below 2 and a fractional bandwidth about 200% under the center frequency of 1.6 GHz,directional radiation characteristics and small late-time ringing in the time domain,which can be suitable for nondestructive detection of the reinforced concrete.Shao Jinjin Xia Zhenghuan Ji Yicai Fang Guangyou Yin Hejun 2013Journal of Electronics(China)2013,30,6:0

6In-plane grain boundary induced defect state in hierarchical NiCo-LDH and effect on battery-type charge storage显示文摘Domain boundaries are regarded as the effective active sites for electrochemical energy storage materials due to defects enrichment therein.However,layered double hydroxides(LDHs)tend to grow into single crystalline nano sheets due to their unique two-dimentional(2D)lattice structure.Previously,much efforts were made on the designing hierarchical structure to provide more exposed electroactive sites as well as accelerate the mass transfer.Herein,we demonstrate a strategy to introduce low angle grain boundary(LAGB)in the flakes of Ni/Co layered double hydroxides(NiCo-LDHs).These defect-rich nano flakes were self-assembled into hydrangea-like spheres that further constructed hollow cage structure.Both the formation of hierarchical structure and grain boundaries are interpreted with the synergistic effect of Ni2+/Co2+ratio in an“etching-growth”process.The domain boundary defect also results in the preferential formation of oxygen vacancy(Vo).Additionally,density functional theory(DFT)calculation reveals that Co substitution is a critical factor for the formation of adjacent lattice defects,which contributes to the formation of domains boundary.The fabricated battery-type Faradaic NiCo-LDH-2 electrode material exhibits significantly enhanced specific capacitance of 899 C·g^(−1)at a current density of 1 A·g^(−1).NiCo-LDH-2//AC asymmetric capacitor shows a maximum energy density of 101.1 Wh·kg^(−1)at the power density of 1.5 kW·kg^(−1).Jinjin Ban Xiaohan Wen Honghong Lei Guoqin Cao Xinhong Liu Chunyao Niu Guosheng Shao Junhua Hu 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
7Geometric Structure and Tectonic Activities of Wanquan Fault,Hebei Province显示文摘Based on detailed investigations and prospecting,this paper describes the geometrical characteristics and tectonic activities of Wanquan fault in northwest of Beijing. This fault strikes mainly northeast or northeast to north,dipping southeast,and extends over a length of 15km. It is a major geological and geomorphological margin,controlling the neotectonic movement in this region. On the southeast side of Wanquan fault are the Late Quaternary unconsolidated deposits,forming a basin or deposition; but on the other side is Mesozoic volcano debris,forming lower-mountains and hills. Wanquan fault is a mid- to-high-angle normal fault dipping southeast. This fault was more active in the Quaternary. 8Molten Salt-Shielded Synthesis(MS^(3))of MXenes in Air显示文摘MXenes are two-dimensional transition metal carbides and/or nitrides with unique physiochemical properties and have attracted extensive interest in numerous fields.However,current MXene synthesis methods are limited by hazardous synthesis conditions,high production costs,or difficulty in largescale production.Therefore,a general,safe,cost-effective,and scalable synthesis method for MXenes is crucial.Here,we report the fast synthesis of MXenes in the open air using a molten salt-shielded synthesis(MS^(3))method,which uses Lewis-acid salts as etchants and a low-melting-point eutectic salt mixture as the reaction medium and shield to prevent MXene oxidation at high temperatures.Carbide and nitride MXenes,including Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x),Ti_(2)CT_(x),Ti_(3)CNT_(x),and Ti_(4)N_(3)T_(x),were successfully synthesized using the MS^(3) method.We also present the flexibility of the MS^(3) method by scaling the etching process to large batches of 20 and 60 g of Ti_(3)AlC_(2) MAX precursor in one pot.When used as negative electrodes,the prepared MS^(3)-MXenes delivered excellent electrochemical properties for high-rate Li-ion storage.Jinjin Chen Qianqian Jin Youbing Li Hui Shao Pengcheng Liu Ying Liu Pierre-Louis Taberna Qing Huang Zifeng Lin Patrice Simon 2023Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,2:0
9A COMPACT AND HANDHELD SURFACE PENETRATING RADAR FOR THE DETECTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES显示文摘Surface Penetrating Radar (SPR) is a recently developed technology for non-destructive testing. It can be used to image and interpret the inner structure of the reinforced concrete. This paper gives the details about a compact and handheld SPR developed recently for reinforced concrete structure detection. The center operation frequency of the radar is 1.6 GHz. Not only it has fast acquisition ability, but also it can display the testing result on the LCD screen in real-time. The testing results show that the radar has a penetrating range of more than 30 cm, and a lateral resolution better than 5 cm. 11Comparison of different strategies for controlling HIV/AIDS spreading in MSM显示文摘As proposed in the UNAIDSs 2014 report,to end global AIDS epidemic by 2030,90%of people living with HIV need to be diagnosed,90%of the diagnosed need to receive antiretroviral therapy(ART),and 90%of those on treatment need to achieve viral suppression(90-90-90 strategy).The strategies focus on the reservoir.It controls HIV spreading by reducing infectiousness of HIV infected individuals via diagnosis and treatment.In this manuscript,we compared the effects of HIV/AIDS interventions that focus on different individuals in MSM population through a dynamics model.Our results showed that,the success or not of the”90-90-90”strategies depends on a very important factor:the infectious strength among individuals taking ART.Without highly effective HIV treatment,the”90-90-90”strategies are likely to fail.Therefore,we call for the combination of both primary prevention among the susceptible with the 90-90-90 strategy among the infected to curb the HIV epidemic in Chinese MSM.Jie Lou Jinjin Cheng Yan Li Chen Zhang Hui Xing Yuhua Ruan Yiming Shao 2018Infectious Disease Modelling2018,3,1:0
124-ELEMENT PLANAR ARRAY ANTENNA FOR UWB APPLICATION显示文摘A novel low-cost 4-element planar array antenna directly fed by a coaxial cable for Ultra-WideBand(UWB) application is presented. The proposed antenna consists of 2×2 bowtie elements and a simple 1:4 power divider feeding network. Compared to the basic bowtie element, the impedance bandwidth of the array antenna has a significant improvement that the low cut-off frequency is extended from 6 GHz of the bowtie element to 2 GHz. 13UWB TEM HORN ANTENNA FOR THE ASPHALT PAVEMENT INVESTIGATION显示文摘A simple Ultra-WideBand(UWB)exponentially-tapered Transverse ElectroMagnetic(TEM)horn antenna is presented for the asphalt detection based on Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR).In order to reduce the reflections from the antenna aperture,some absorbing material is loaded on the outer surface of the conductor.Comparing with the traditional TEM horn antenna,the proposed antenna has a small size and a large impedance bandwidth.Simulated and measured results show that the proposed TEM horn antenna has a low Voltage Standing Wave Ratio(VSWR)below 2 over the whole band from 0.35 GHz to 12 GHz,good radiation characteristics,and small late-time ringing,which can perfectly meet the requirements of the GPR application.Shao Jinjin Liu Guochang Ji Yicai Fang Guangyou Yin Hejun 2014Journal of Electronics(China)2014,31,1:0
