| 1 | Reliability Evaluation of Electricity-heat Integrated Energy System with Heat Pump显示文摘Integrated energy system(IES)has the advantages of improving the efficiency of energy utilization and promoting the consumption of renewable energy.It is of great importance to evaluate the reliability of an IES.This paper proposes a novel reliability evaluation method for the electricity-heat IES with heat pump.First,the load-point reliability indices and systemlevel reliability indices are defined according to the characteristics of electricity-heat IES.Second,the model of maximum output heat power of heat pump at the user-side considering the safety criterion of distribution network is established,and the stepvaried repeated power flow method is applied to solve the model.Third,the reliability evaluation procedure of electricityheat IES with heat pump based on the Monte Carlo simulation is presented.Case studies are carried out on the electricityheat IES of an industrial park,and the results show that the configuration site,capacity and coefficient of performance of heat pump as well as the security constraints of distribution network can significantly affect the reliability indices. | Shenxi Zhang Min Wen Haozhong Cheng Xiao Hu Guodong Xu | 2018 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,4: | 7 |

| 3 | Targeting a novel inducible GPX4 alternative isoform to alleviate ferroptosis and treat metabolic-associated fatty liver disease显示文摘Metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),which is previously known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),represents a major health concern worldwide with limited therapy.Here,we provide evidence that ferroptosis,a novel form of regulated cell death characterized by iron-driven lipid peroxidation,was comprehensively activated in liver tissues from MAFLD patients.The canonical-GPX4(cGPX4),which is the most important negative controller of ferroptosis,is downregulated at protein but not mRNA level.Interestingly,a non-canonical GPX4 transcript-variant is induced(inducible-GPX4,iGPX4)in MAFLD condition.The high fat-fructose/sucrose diet(HFFD)and methionine/choline-deficient diet(MCD)-induced MAFLD pathologies,including hepatocellular ballooning,steatohepatitis andfibrosis,were attenuated and aggravated,respectively,in cGPX4-and iGPX4-knockin mice.cGPX4 and iGPX4 isoforms also displayed opposing effects on oxidative stress and ferroptosis in hepatocytes.Knockdown of iGPX4 by siRNA alleviated lipid stress,ferroptosis and cell injury.Mechanistically,the triggered iGPX4 interacts with cGPX4 to facilitate the transformation of cGPX4 from enzymatic-active monomer to enzymatic-inactive oligomers upon lipid stress,and thus promotes ferroptosis.Co-immunoprecipitation and nano LC–MS/MS analyses confirmed the interaction between iGPX4 and cGPX4.Our results reveal a detrimental role of non-canonical GPX4 isoform in ferroptosis,and indicate selectively targeting iGPX4 may be a promising therapeutic strategy for MAFLD. | Jie Tong Dongjie Li Hongbo Meng Diyang Sun Xiuting Lan Min Ni Jiawei Ma Feiyan Zeng Sijia Sun Jiangtao Fu Guoqiang Li Qingxin Ji Guoyan Zhang Qirui Shen Yuanyuan Wang Jiahui Zhu Yi Zhao Xujie Wang Yi Liu Shenxi Ouyang Chunquan Sheng Fuming Shen Pei Wang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9: | 3 |

| 5 | Endogenous auxin and its manipulation influence in vitro shoot organogenesis of citrus epicotyl explants显示文摘Endogenous auxin is an important regulator of in vivo organ development,but its role in in vitro organogenesis is unclear.It has been observed that the basal end of epicotyl cuttings of juvenile citrus seedlings produces fewer shoots than the apical end.Here,we report that elevated endogenous auxin levels in the basal end of citrus epicotyl cuttings are inhibitory for in vitro shoot organogenesis.Using transgenic citrus plants expressing an auxin-inducible GUS reporter gene,we have observed elevated levels of auxin at the basal end of stem cuttings that are mediated by polar auxin transport.Depleting endogenous auxin or blocking polar auxin transport enhances shoot organogenesis.An auxin transport inhibitor,N-1-naphthylphthalamic acid(NPA),can also enhance shoot organogenesis independent of its action on polar auxin transport.Finally,we demonstrate that the promotional effects of depleting endogenous auxin or blocking polar auxin transport on shoot organogenesis are cytokinin-dependent.Our study thus provides meaningful insights into possible roles of endogenous auxin and polar auxin transport,as well as auxin–cytokinin interactions,in in vitro shoot organogenesis.Meanwhile,our results may also provide practical strategies for improving in vitro shoot organogenesis for citrus and many other plant species. | Wei Hu Sabrina Fagundez Lorenzo Katin-Grazzini Yanjun Li Wei Li Yingnan Chen Xiaomin Wang Ziniu Deng Shenxi Xie Richard J McAvoy Yi Li | 2017 | Horticulture Research2017,4,1: | 1 |

| 9 | Targeting GRP78 enhances the sensitivity of HOS osteosarcoma cells to pyropheophorbide-α methyl ester-mediated photodynamic therapy via the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT),which is a new method for treating tumors,has been used in the treatment of cancer.In-depth research has shown that PDT cannot completely kill tumor cells,indicating that tumor cells are resistant to PDT.Glucose regulatory protein 78(GRP78),which is a key regulator of endoplasmic reticulum stress,has been confirmed to be related to tumor resistance and recurrence,but there are relatively few studies on the further mechanism of GRP78 in PDT.Our experiment aimed to observe the role of GRP78 in HOS human osteosarcoma cells treated with pyropheophorbide-αmethyl ester-mediated photodynamic therapy(MPPα-PDT)and to explore the possible mechanism by which the silencing of GRP78 expression enhances the sensitivity of HOS osteosarcoma cells to MPPα-PDT.HOS osteosarcoma cells were transfected with siRNA-GRP78.Apoptosis and reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels were detected by Hoechst staining and flow cytometry,cell viability was detected by Cell Counting Kit-8 assay,GRP78 protein fluorescence intensity was detected by immunofluorescence,and apoptosis-related proteins,cell proliferation-related proteins,and Wnt pathway-related proteins were detected by western blot.The results showed that MPPα-PDT can induce HOS cell apoptosis and increase GRP78 expression.After successful siRNA-GRP78 transfection,HOS cell proliferation was decreased,and apoptosis-related proteins expressions was increased,Wnt/β-catenin-related proteins expressions was decreased,and ROS levels was increased.In summary,siRNA-GRP78 enhances the sensitivity of HOS cells to MPPα-PDT,the mechanism may be related to inhibiting Wnt pathway activation and increasing ROS levels. | Qiang Zuo Yunsheng Ou Shenxi Zhong Haoyang Yu Fangbiao Zhan Muzi Zhang | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,10: | 1 |
