| 2 | Optical properties of carbon materials filled HDPE composites in THz region显示文摘The optical and electrical properties of several composites, formed by filling the high density polyethylene (HDPE) with similar amount of carbon black (CB), multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) and fullerene (C60), respectively, were characterized using a THz-TDS setup. It was found that the optical parameters and the details of their variation with frequency differ significantly for different kinds of carbon materials. The results are analyzed by using Cole-Cole formula of dipole relaxation under the assumption that carbon particles dispersed in the matrix behave like dipoles and contribute mainly to the dielectric loss in the THz frequency range. Fitting results indicate that MWNT and CB filled composites have a broader distribution of the relaxation time compared with C60 which possesses a nearly single relaxation time. Compared with CB and C60, MWNT filled composite possesses the larger relaxation strength due to its higher electron density and larger conductive clusters. The real part of conductivity for three kinds of composites all follows power law behavior with respect to frequency but the exponents are quite different. | 5 | HUSS:A Heuristic Method for Understanding the Semantic Structure of Spreadsheets显示文摘Spreadsheets contain a lot of valuable data and have many practical applications.The key technology of these practical applications is how to make machines understand the semantic structure of spreadsheets,e.g.,identifying cell function types and discovering relationships between cell pairs.Most existing methods for understanding the semantic structure of spreadsheets do not make use of the semantic information of cells.A few studies do,but they ignore the layout structure information of spreadsheets,which affects the performance of cell function classification and the discovery of different relationship types of cell pairs.In this paper,we propose a Heuristic algorithm for Understanding the Semantic Structure of spreadsheets(HUSS).Specifically,for improving the cell function classification,we propose an error correction mechanism(ECM)based on an existing cell function classification model[11]and the layout features of spreadsheets.For improving the table structure analysis,we propose five types of heuristic rules to extract four different types of cell pairs,based on the cell style and spatial location information.Our experimental results on five real-world datasets demonstrate that HUSS can effectively understand the semantic structure of spreadsheets and outperforms corresponding baselines. | Xindong Wu Hao Chen Chenyang Bu Shengwei Ji Zan Zhang Victor S.Sheng | 2023 | Data Intelligence2023,5,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Education Platform of Congenital Heart Disease Based on Mixed Reality Technology显示文摘Recently the Mixed Reality (MR) technology has a rapid development and strong application prospect in various fields. This technology has been successfully applied in clinical work by means of surgical navigation and puncture positioning. However, there is few reports about MR technology’s applications in China. Therefore, based on the MR technology, a medical education platform was designed for related professions through the reconstruction of 3D heart model. Because of the various types of congenital heart diseases and the comprehensive medical knowledge system involved, it will start from congenital heart disease and expand to other organs later. The teaching mode was enriched and basic and clinical teaching materials were provided. And students’ interests were motivated and learning efficiency was strengthened. An equal communication mechanism between teachers and students was constructed. | 7 | SNG-TE: Sports News Generation with Text-Editing Model显示文摘Currently,the amount of sports news is increasing,given the number of sports available.As a result,manually writing sports news requires high labor costs to achieve the intended efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the automatic generation of sports news.Most available news gen-eration methods mainly rely on real-time commentary sentences,which have the following limitations:(1)unable to select suitable commentary sentences for news generation,and(2)the generated sports news could not accurately describe game events.Therefore,this study proposes a sports news generation with text-editing model(SNG-TE)is proposed to generate sports news,which includes selector and rewriter modules.Within the study context,a weight adjustment mechanism in the selector module is designed to improve the hit rate of important sentences.Furthermore,the text-editing model is introduced in the rewriter module to ensure that the generated news sentences can cor-rectly describe the game events.The annotation and generation experiments are designed to evaluate the developed model.The study results have shown that in the annotation experiment,the accuracy of the sentence annotated by the selector increased by about 8%compared with other methods.Moreover,in the generation experiment,the sports news generated by the rewriter achieved a 49.66 ROUGE-1 score and 21.47 ROUGE-2,both of which are better than the available models.Additionally,the proposed model saved about 15 times the consumption of time.Hence,the proposed model provides better performance in both accuracy and efficiency,which is very suitable for the automatic generation of sports news. | Qiang Xu Wei Zhang Hui Ding Shengwei Ji HeFei | 2023 | Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,,7: | 0 |
