| 3 | Interfacial ion regulation on 2D layered double hydroxide nanosheets for enhanced thermal insulation显示文摘Exploring new strategies to broaden the upper/lower limit of thermal conductivity is of great interest to develop thermal management materials that can adapt to extreme environments.In this work,we employ an interfacial ion regulation to enhance the thermal insulation performance of 2D layered double hydroxide nanosheets.The introduction of interfacial ion enlarges the interplanar spacing of Co(OH)_(2) nanosheets from 4.64 to 8.05 ?,which reduces phonon scattering length perpendicular to the two-dimensional plane and leads to enhanced interlayer thermal insulation.The interfacial ion-regulated Co(OH)_(2)(named as Co(OH)_(2)-M^(x-)) exhibits 3-fold enhancement of thermal insulation through decreasing the thermal conductivity to as low as 0.15 W m^(-1) K^(-1),which is among the top values in 2D solid materials.We anticipate that interfacial ion regulation for 2D nanosheets paves a new avenue to break through the thermal insulation limit. | Chun Wang Hengyu Xu Han Cheng Hao Yu Si Liu Wenjie Wang Ruilin Yuan Hongfei Liu Tianpei Zhou Wangsheng Chu HengAn Wu Yi Xie Changzheng Wu | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,5: | 0 |
| 4 | Acute Toxicity of Oxyclozanide Suspension in Mice by Oral Administration显示文摘The safety of oxyclozanide suspension was preliminarily evaluated through acute toxicity test in mice. Administration dose,formal trial grouping and group interval were determined in pre-trial using incremental method. Formal test was performed using simplified karber's method. Changes in sign of mice after administration were observed; the mortality rate was statistically calculated,and the time of death was recorded; the median lethal dose( LD_(50)) and 95% confidence limit of oxyclozanide suspension were calculated. The results showed the LD_(50) of oxyclozanide suspension in mice by oral administration was 1. 679 g/kg,and the95% confidence interval was 1. 439-1. 947 g/kg. | 6 | Review on application of phase change materials in asphalt pavement显示文摘Phase change materials(PCMs)can regulate the temperature in asphalt pavement and minimize temperature-related problems,such as rutting and thermal cracking,because of their ability to store and release latent heat.Suitable PCMs can also enable additional road surface functions,such as snow melting ability,freeze-thaw cycle resistance,and heat island reduction.These functions are helpful in achieving intelligent,green,and sustainable transportation systems.Although the research on PCMs for asphalt pavement has been carried out for more than 10 years,a systematic material system and mature application technology have not yet been formed.The main reasons for restricting the development of this technology include the lack of suitability between the PCMs and asphalt pavement,the quantitative characterization of phase change temperature regulation property,and the evaluation of the effect of phase change energy storage on improving pavement performance.Although the published review has made a comprehensive summary of the existing research,it has yet to identify the key restricting the development of this technology and carry out a review and discussion based on it.To grasp the development status of the application of PCMs in asphalt pavement,sort out the development needs and break through the technical barriers,this study systematically summarizes the preparation and performance of PCMs for asphalt pavement,compares the performance and evaluation methods of asphalt mixtures with different PCMs,and summarizes the numerical simulation methods of phase change asphalt mixtures.Finally,this study presents potential approaches to address critical technical issues and discusses possible future research. | Xiaoqing Wang Biao Ma Siqi Li Wei Si Kun Wei Hongfei Zhang Xueyan Zhou Yunfeng Fang Xingxiang Kang Wenshuo Shi | 2023 | Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2023,10,2: | 0 |
| 7 | AC vector magnetometer for space-based applications using low-resource magneto-impedance sensor显示文摘This study proposes a novel AC vector magnetometer developed using a low-resource magneto-impedance sensor for China’s Feng-Yun meteorological satellite(FY-3E).It was calibrated and characterized to determine its performance parameters.The total weight of the AC vector magnetometer is 51 g(the aluminum box excluded),while the total power consumption is 310 m W.The proposed AC vector magnetometer can detect magnetic field variations in the range of±1000 nT and noise power spectral density of≤50 pT/Hz^(1/2)@1 Hz.Furthermore,the proposed device has a maximum nonlinearity of≤0.71‰over the entire range and a nonorthogonality error of 3.07 nT or 0.15%(root mean square).The total dose hardness of the sensor is≥30 krad(Si).Furthermore,we propose the first survey results of a magnetometer equipped aboard a Chinese FY-3E satellite in a Sunsynchronous orbit.The data revealed that the AC vector magnetometer can detect transient physical signals such as quasistatic field-aligned currents(~50 nT)and waves at the auroral latitudes.These features render the proposed AC vector magnetometer suitable for space-based applications,particularly those involving the study of geomagnetic activity. | YU XiangQian HUANG Cong XIAO ChiJie LI JiaWei LIU Si WANG JingDong LI YunPeng QU YaNan WANG YongFu CHEN HongFei ZOU Hong SHI WeiHong ZONG QiuGang CHEN XiaoFei ZHANG XiaoXin ZONG WeiGuo WANG JingSong | 2023 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,12: | 0 |
| 8 | Cloning, Expression and Characterization of a Lipase Gene from Marine Bacterium Pseudoalteromonas lipolytica SCSIO 04301显示文摘Absract A lipase gene, lip1233, isolated from Pseudoalteromonas lipolytica SCSIO 04301, was cloned and expressed in E. coli. The enzyme comprised 810 amino acid residues with a deduced molecular weight of 80 k Da. Lip1233 was grouped into the lipase family X because it contained a highly conserved motif GHSLG. The recombinant enzyme was purified with Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The optimal temperature and p H value of Lip1233 were 45℃ and 8.0, respectively. It retained more than 70% of original activity after being incubated in p H ranging from 6.0 to 9.5 for 30 min. It was stable when the temperature was below 45℃, but was unstable when the temperature was above 55℃. Most metal ions tested had no significant effect on the activity of Lip1233. Lip1233 remained more than original activity in some organic solvents at the concentration of 30%(v/v). It retained more than 30% activity after incubated in pure organic solvents for 12 h, while in hexane the activity was nearly 100%. Additionally, Lip1233 exhibited typical halotolerant characteristic as it was active under 4M Na Cl. Lip1233 powder could catalyze efficiently the synthesis of fructose esters in hexane at 40℃.
