2Numerical Study of the Intensity Correlation between Secondary Flow and Heat Transfer of Circle Tube-Finned Heat Exchanger with Vortex Generators显示文摘The application of vortex generators in tube-finned heat exchangers is very universal.The vortex generators can generate secondary flow,and as we all know secondary flow can obviously strengthen heat transfer.To use vortex generators much more efficiently in the circle tube-finned heat exchangers,the intensity correlation study between secondary flow and heat transfer is needed.22 different structures of circle tube-finned heat exchangers were numerically studied,including the plain fin cases and the cases with vortex generators.In addition,the influence of fin spacing,transverse and longitudinal tube pitch,heights and attack angle of vortex generators,positions of vortex generators and shape of vortex generators on heat transfer and fluid flow are studied,too.The non-dimensional parameter Se is applied to quantify the secondary flow intensity.The results show that Se can describe the secondary flow intensity very well.There is very close corresponding relationship between overall averaged Nu and volumetrically averaged Se for all the researched cases and the relational expression is obtained.However,there is no one-to-one correlation not only between Re and f but also between volumetrically averaged Se and f for all the studied cases.Yong Guan Wanling Hu Yun Zhang Kewei Song Liangbi Wang 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,4:3
3Optimization method for dynamics of non-holonomic system based on Gauss’ principle显示文摘The real-time control of the non-holonomic wheel robot has put forward higher requirements for the accuracy and speed of dynamical simulation,so it is necessary to study the new dynamic modeling and calculation methods adapting to modern information processingtechnology.Different from the traditional method solving differential-algebraic equation,the objective is to establish optimization model and effective calculating scheme for dynamics of non-holonomic system based on basic dynamical principle.The optimization model cannot be obtained directly from the traditional Gauss'principle.By using Gauss'principle of variational form,this paper deduces the minimum principle in the form of generalized coordinates and quasi-coordinates,respectively,thus allowing dynamical problems of non-holonomic systems to be incorporated into the framework of solving constrained or unconstrained optimization problems.Furthermore,we study a numerical calculation scheme that uses an optimization algorithm for the second form of the above optimization models.As an example,the dynamical problem of a differential-driven wheeled mobile-robot system is discussed.The optimization dynamic model of a non-holonomic robot system and the calculation model of the optimization algorithm are established.Comparing theresults of the optimization calculation with the differential-algebraic equations commonly used in dynamical problem for non-holonomic system reveals that the method in this paper is superior in terms of calculation speed and can more effectively handle constraint violations without extra constraint revision needed.Wenli Yao Liusong Yang Kewei Song Haiming Wang 2020Acta Mechanica Sinica2020,36,5:3

10Differences between laminar convections through parallel plain planes with uniform wall temperature and heat flux in terms of process parameter显示文摘Using the process parameter description,we analyzed the difference between the characteristics of laminar convections through parallel plain planes with uniform temperature and heat flux.The results show the following.(1)On the wall surface of the developing region,under uniform heat flux boundary condition,the heat flux normal to the wall surface is transported through a convection process although the velocity is zero;the velocity gradient contributes to this transport,but under uniform temperature boundary condition,the heat flux normal to the wall surface is transported through a difussion process.(2)Inside the flow of the developing region,whether under uniform temperature or heat flux boundary condition,the heat flux along the main flow direction and the heat flux normal to the wall surface are transported through a convection process,and the contributions of velocity and velocity gradient are dependent on the thermal boundary condition.(3)On the wall surface of the fully developed region,under uniform heat flux boundary condition,the heat flux normal to the wall surface is transported through a convection process;the velocity gradient contributes to this transport,but under uniform temperature boundary condition,the heat flux normal to the wall surface is transported through a diffusion process.(4)Inside the flow of the fully developed region,under uniform temperature boundary condition,the heat flux along the main flow direction and the heat flux normal to the wall surface are transported through a convection process,and the velocity and velocity gradient contribute to these transports;under uniform heat flux boundary condition,the heat flux along the main flow direction and the heat flux normal to the wall surface are transported through a convection process.Furthermore,the transport of the heat flux along the main flow direction is a no-net convection process;the velocity gradient contributes to the transport of the heat flux only in the normal direction of the wall surface.(5)Simply because the maximum velocity gradient component on the wall surface contributes to the transport of the heat flux normal to the wall surface under uniform heat flux boundary condition,it does not contribute to this transport under uniform temperature boundary condition;thus,the heat transfer intensity under uniform heat flux boundary condition is stronger than that under uniform temperature boundary condition.WANG LiangBi,LIN ZhiMin,WU Xiang&SONG KeWei School of Mechatronic Engineering,Lanzhou Jiaotong University,Lanzhou 730070,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,3:0
11青藏高原冻土区高寒草甸能量分配及蒸散发影响因子显示文摘高寒草甸的能量分配和蒸散发对青藏高原多年冻土区水循环至关重要。然而,能量分配、蒸散发及其驱动因素的季节变化(冻融循环)仍需要明确。因此,本研究在位于青藏高原风火山流域的高寒草甸进行了为期4年的能量通量(包括潜热和感热)观测,并估算了大气边界参数(包括表面导度,解耦系数和Priestley-Taylor系数)。研究结果表明,研究区日均潜热(27.45±23.89 W/m^(2))和显热(32.51±16.72W/m^(2))分别占可利用能量的31.71%和50.14%。在降雨期,更多可利用能量被分配到潜热;而在冻结期,67.54±28.44%的可利用能量分配给显热。显热在降雨期间是潜热的一半,而由于冻结期较低的土壤水分含量及植被盖度,显热在冻结期间是潜热的7倍。研究区年均蒸散发为347.34±8.39 mm/year,接近年均降水量。较低的日均解耦系数(0.45±0.23)和Priestley-Taylor系数(0.60±0.29)表明高寒草甸的蒸散发受水分供应限制。然而,在降雨期由于降水充足,蒸散发受到可利用能量的限制。在过渡期,蒸散发和降水之间存在较大差异,表明在该季节上游冰川和雪的融水通过侧向流动补给到土壤中。本研究的结果表明,在未来模拟多年冻土区水和能量通量时应考虑大气边界参数的季节变化。Zhaoyong Hu Genxu Wang Xiangyang Sun Kewei Huang Chunlin Song Yang Li Shouqin Sun Juying Sun Shan Lin 2024Journal of Plant Ecology2024,17,1:0
12A novel dual serotonin transporter and M-channel inhibitor D01 for antidepression and cognitive improvement显示文摘Cognitive dysfunction is a core symptom common in psychiatric disorders including depression that is primarily managed by antidepressants lacking efficacy in improving cognition.In this study,we report a novel dual serotonin transporter and voltage-gated potassium Kv7/KCNQ/M-channel inhibitor D01(a 2-methyl-3-aryloxy-3-heteroarylpropylamines derivative)that exhibits both anti-depression effects and improvements in cognition.D01 inhibits serotonin transporters(K_(i)=30.1±6.9 nmol/L)and M channels(IC_(50)=10.1±2.4μmol/L).D01 also reduces the immobility duration in the mouse FST and TST assays in a dose-dependent manner without a stimulatory effect on locomotion.Intragastric administrations of D01(20 and 40 mg/kg)can significantly shorten the immobility time in a mouse model of chronic restraint stress(CRS)-induced depression-like behavior.Additionally,D01 dose-dependently improves the cognitive deficit induced by CRS in Morris water maze test and increases the exploration time with novel objects in normal or scopolamine-induced cognitive deficits in mice,but not fluoxetine.Furthermore,D01 reverses the long-term potentiation(LTP)inhibition induced by scopolamine.Taken together,our findings demonstrate that D01,a dual-target serotonin reuptake and M channel inhibitor,is highly effective in the treatment-resistant depression and cognitive deficits,thus holding potential for development as therapy of depression with cognitive deficits.Yaqin Wei Xiangqing Xu Qiang Guo Song Zhao Yinli Qiu Dongli Wang Wenwen Yu Yani Liu KeWei Wang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,3:0
13A Method to Prepare Nano-sized Copper Particles and Rods on the Surface of Cu Composite Films显示文摘Nano-sized Copper(Cu)particles and rods were prepared by annealing Cu-Zr,and Cu-Al-Zr composite films on polyimide substrates.XRD,FESEM and EDS were used to characterize their microstructure and composition.Results show that faceted Cu particles are regular and pure Cu element.Furthermore,it was interesting to find that Cu nanorods might appear on the surface of annealed Cu-Al-Zr composite thin films.Based on the experimental results and analysis,it were speculated that these Cu particles are single crystals.The particle average sizes are closely related to the content of Zr as well as annealing temperature and atmosphere.This work may provide a new approach to prepare metal particles and nanorods on the surface of Cu composite films on polyimide substrates.Sun Haoliang Ming, Wei Zhan Jingmei Song Zhongxiao Fei, Ma Xu Kewei 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:0
14Numerical study on the effect of in-situ stress on smoothwall blasting in deep tunnelling显示文摘In the present study,a numerical model is first calibrated against the crack networks and pressure attenuation data in laboratory blasting test.Then,based on the calibrated numerical model,two-hole plane models are developed and used to perform a series of sim-ulations of smoothwall blasting in deep tunnelling subjected to in-situ stress.The evolutions of rock fracture and excavation damage zone in the roof/floor and sidewalls under different far-field hydrostatic pressure and anisotropic in-situ stress conditions are numerically investigated.The findings in numerical modelling are also analytically interpreted with the stress distributions around the designed tunnel perimeter and perimeter borehole.The numerical and analytical results show that the variations of rock cracking and excavation dam-aged zone induced by smoothwall blasting with in-situ stress are mainly attributed to the high tangential compressive stress concentration around the remaining rock after inner primary blasts and the tensile stress acting on the wall of perimeter hole,which control the crack propagation and initiation respectively.At last,the implications of findings for practical smoothwall blasting in deep tunnelling are discussed.Xudong Li Kewei Liu Jiacai Yang Yanyan Sha Ruitao Song 2023Underground Space2023,,4:0
15Design and synthesis of novel α-aminoamides derivatives as Nav1.7 inhibitors for antinociception显示文摘Three novel series of α-aminoamides derivatives were designed and synthesized based on ralfinamide,and their Nav1.7 inhibitory activities were evaluated using manual patch clamp electrophysiology. Active compounds inhibited Nav1.7 with half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50)) values ranging from2.9 μmol/L to 21.4 μmol/L. Among them, the most potent compound 19h exhibited about 12-fold potency better than ralfinamide. The investigation of their structure-activity relationship gives a strategy to improve the Nav1.7 inhibition of ralfinamide analogues.
