5Effects of Exposure to Lead and Cadmium on the Oxidative Damage of Livers in Laying Hens显示文摘[Objective] To detect the effects of exposure to lead and cadmium on the oxidative damage of livers in laying hens. [Methods] One hundred and twenty 40-week-old Hyline brown hens were randomly divided into four groups. 100 mg / L Pb and / or 50 mg / L Cd was added into the drinking water for eight weeks. [Results] Compared with control group,AST and ALT activities in Pb group enhanced; but there were no significant differences. AST and ALT activities in Cd group and( Pb + Cd) group significantly or extremely significantly increased( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). SOD activity,GSH- Px activity and GSH content in( Pb + Cd) group,Cd group and Pb group were significantly or extremely significantly lower than those in control group( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). Among them,( Pb + Cd) group showed the greatest reduction( P <0. 01). MDA contents in the three groups were significantly higher than that of control group; and( Pb +Cd) group was significantly higher than Pb group and Cd group. Cu,Fe and Zn contents in three groups were higher than those in control group in different degrees( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). Se contents in Cd group and( Pb + Cd) group were significantly lower than that in control group( P <0. 01). Residue contents in livers in Pb group and Cd group were significantly greater than that in control group; while residue content in( Pb + Cd) group was significantly higher than those in Pb group and Cd group. Ultrastructure showed that there were symptoms of mitochondrial swelling and fractured cristae in liver cells of laying hens after the exposure to Cd and Pb. In( Pb + Cd) group,these symptoms were even greater. 9Solar cells sensitized by porphyrin dyes containing a substituted carbazole donor with synergistically extended absorption and suppressed the dye aggregation显示文摘To achieve high power conversion efficiency(PCE),three porphyrin sensitizers have been synthesized and explored to simultaneously enhance the photocurrent(JSC)and photovoltage(VOC).On basis of the XW4,a benzothiadiazole(BTD)unit has been introduced to afford XW57 with the aim to extend the absorption wavelength and enhance the light harvesting ability.As a result,a JSC of 13.72 mA/cm^2 has been obtained for XW57,higher than that of XW4.On this basis,XW58 has been prepared by modifying the carbazole-based donor with two bulky dihexyloxyphenyl groups,and the superior anti-aggregation character raises the VOC from 781 mV(XW4)to 844 mV.When both the BTD unit and the bulky groups are introduced to the acceptor and donor units,respectively,the resulting sensitizer XW59 exhibits a highest PCE value of 7.34%with synergistically enhanced JSC of 13.19 mA/cm^2 and VOC of 793 mV.These results provide further insight into developing high performance dye-sensitized solar cells.Yunyu Tang Xiujun Liu Yueqiang Wang Qingyun Liu Xin Li Chengjie Li Xiaosheng Shen Yongshu Xie 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,7:1

12Identification of Avian-Derived Ingredients in Livestock and Poultry Meat by PCR Technology显示文摘In order to establish a quick and specific method which could identify the avian-derived ingredients,this study used 16 S rRNA gene sequence as target site,and designed the specific primers of chicken,pigeon meat and quail meat. The DNA of common livestock and poultry meat( including mutton,beef,pork,rabbit meat,pigeon meat,quail meat,chicken,duck and goose) was used as template. Though PCR amplification and specific detection,a quick determination method was established to identify the avian-derived ingredients. The results showed that the selected primers could identify the ingredients of animal origin effectively and quickly. 13Residual Regularity in Tissues of Layer after Combined Exposure to Lead(Pb)and Cadmium(Cd)显示文摘[Objective]The study was to investigate residual regularity in tissues of layer after combined exposure to lead (Pb)and/or cadmium (Cd).[Method]Lead acetate (100 mg/L)and/or cadmium chloride (50 mg/L)were administered in drinking water to 120 individuals of 40-week-old hyline layers for 8 weeks.[Result]Compared with the Cd group,the Cd content in various tissues,except kidney and femur,in Cd+Pb group all increased,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).The Cd contents in kidney and femur in Cd group were significantly higher than that in Cd+Pb group.Compared with the group Pb,the Pb contents in breast muscle and kidney in Cd+Pb group decreased significantly (P<0.05);the Pb contents in femur decreased extremely (P<0.01);while the Pb contents in leg muscle,heart and spleen increased significantly (P<0.05);the Pb contents in liver and glandular stomach were almost the same.Compared with the control group,the Cd content in various tissues in Pb group increased significantly (P<0.05);no significant changes were observed for Pb content in Cd group.[Conclusion]Deposit of Pb and Cd in poultry body had complex interaction.Chen Dawei Liu Yinyin Wang Qianqian Pu Junhua Ma Lina Ge Qinglian Tang Xiujun Gao Yushi 2016Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2016,8,5:0
14Complete Sequence Determination and Origin of Mitochondrial DNA Control Region in Dehua Black Chicken显示文摘Primers were designed according to the genomic DNA of red jungle fowl,and the complete sequence of mt DNA D-loop region in Dehua black chicken was obtained.Combined with the D-loop region complete sequence of red jungle fowl in Gen Bank,the maternal origin of Dehua black chicken was explored.The results showed that the complete sequence of mt DNA D-loop region in Dehua black chicken was 1 231 bp,and the average contents of T,C,A and G were33.5%,26.5%,26.7% and 13.3%,respectively.Phylogenetic analysis showed that Dehua black chicken clustered with red jungle fowl (Gallus gallus spadiceus),suggesting Dehua black chicken probably originated from G.g.spadiceus in Yunnan Province or nearby areas.Lu Junxian Jia Xiaoxu Tang Xiujun Fan Yanfeng Gu Rong Ge Qinglian Gao Yushi 2016Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2016,8,5:0
15In vivo Implantation of Hydrophobic Acrylic Intraocular Lenses with Surface Modification显示文摘Purpose:To assess the surface properties of modified hydrophobic acrylic intraocular lenses (IOL) implanted in rabbits.Methods:.The hydrophobic acrylic IOLs were modified with monomer vinyl pyrrolidone by surface modification technique.Phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation was conducted in 9 rabbits (18 eyes).Postoperative responses were observed by slit-lamp microscope at 3,.7,.15,.30,.90 days after surgery.Results:.During the early stage after IOL implantation,corneal edema and anterior chamber fibrin exudation were observed.The exudate fluid was almost absorbed at the 15th day postoperatively.At 7th day,the anterior chamber exudation in the modification group was significantly less severe than that in non-modification group(P<0.05).Posterior capsular opacification occurred at 30th day after surgery and was aggravated90 days later.IOL dislocation was seen in 5 eyes and occlusion of pupil in 3 eyes.Conclusion:The hydrophobic acrylic IOLs with surface modification have improved surface properties and higher uveal biocompatibility.Guiqin Wang Liqun Cao Na Li Xiujun Peng Huiqin Tang Rongxin Wan Hanqing Gu 2013Eye Science2013,28,4:0
16Experiment and analysis of the formation,expansion and dissipation of gasbag in fine sediments based on pore water pressure survey显示文摘Deep-seated gas in seabed sediments migrates upwards from effect of external factors,which easily accumulates to form gasbags at interface of shallow coarse-fine sediments.Real-time monitoring of this process is important to predict disaster.However,there is still a lack of effective monitoring methods,so we attempt to apply multi-points pore water pressure monitoring technology when simulating forming and dissipation of gasbags in sediments through laboratory experiment.This study focuses on discussion of sensitivity of pore water pressure monitoring data,as well as typical changing characteristics and mechanisms of excess pore water pressure corresponding to crack generation,gasbag formation and gas release.It was found that the value of excess pore water pressure in sediments is negatively correlated with vertical distance between sensors and gas source,and the evolution of gasbag forming and dissipation has a good corresponding relationship with the change of excess pore water pressure.Gasbag formation process is divided into three stages:transverse crack development,longitudinal cavity expansion,and oblique crack development.Formation of gasbag begins with the transverse crack at the interface of coarse-fine sediments while excess pore water pressure attenuates rapidly and then drops,pressure remains almost unchanged when cavity expanses longitudinally,oblique crack appeared in final stage of gasbag evolution while excess pore water pressure accumulated and dissipated again.The variation curve of excess pore water pressure in gas release stage has saw-tooth fluctuation characteristics,and the value and time of pressure accumulation are also fluctuating,indicating the uncertainty and non-uniqueness of gas migration channels in sediments.Shiyun Lei Xiujun Guo Haoru Tang 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,4:0
