| 2 | Progress and prospects of innovative coal-fired power plants within the energy internet显示文摘The development of electrical engineering and electronic, communications, smart power grid, and ultra-high voltage transmission technologies have driven the energy system revolution to the next generation: the energy internet. Progressive penetration of intermittent renewable energy sources into the energy system has led to unprecedented challenges to the currently wide use of coal-fired power generation technologies. Here, the applications and prospects of advanced coal-fired power generation technologies are analyzed. These technologies can be summarized into three categories:(1) large-scale and higher parameters coal-fired power generation technologies, including 620/650/700 oC ultra-supercritical thermal power and double reheat ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation technologies;(2) system innovation and specific, highefficiency thermal cycles, which consist of renewable energy-aided coal-fired power generation technologies, a supercritical CO_2 Brayton cycle for coal-fired power plants, large-scale air-cooling coal-fired power plant technologies, and innovative layouts for waste heat utilization and enhanced energy cascade utilization;(3) coal-fired power generation combined with poly-generation technologies, which are represented by integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC) and integrated gasification fuel cell(IGFC) technologies. Concerning the existing coal-fired power units, which are responsible for peak shaving, possible strategies for enhancing flexibility and operational stability are discussed. Furthermore, future trends for coal-fired power plants coupled with cyber-physical system(CPS) technologies are introduced. | 3 | Sensitivity Analysis of Energy Consumption for Cylinder Efficiency of A 1 000 MW Steam Turbine Unit显示文摘以东汽1000MW汽轮机为研究对象,采用汽轮机组定功率变工况计算方法,对汽轮机各汽缸效率在THA、70%THA、50%THA、40%THA滑压工况进行敏度分析,得到相应工况下各汽缸效率变化对汽轮机热耗率和机组发、供电煤耗率的影响规律。分析表明,缸效率的能耗敏度随缸效率变化基本呈线性关系;低压缸效率的能耗敏度最大,高压缸效率次之,中压缸效率较小;随机组负荷降低,高压缸效率的能耗敏度增加,中、低压缸效率的能耗敏度变化较小。在THA工况下低压缸效率下降1%,供电煤耗敏度绝对值增加1.246g/(kW·h),相对值升高0.433%;高压缸效率下降1%,供电煤耗敏度的绝对值增加0.44g/(kW.h),相对值升高0.154%;中压缸效率下降1%,供电煤耗敏度的绝对值增加0.352g/(kW.h),相对值升高0.122%。分析结果可对同类型机组进行节能诊断,进而指导机组的优化运行。 | YANG Zhiping YANG Yongping WANG Ningling | 2012 | 中国电机工程学报2012,32,26: | 5 |
| 4 | Energy hub-based optimal planning for integrated energy systems considering part-load characteristics and synergistic effect of equipment显示文摘Integrated energy systems(lESs)represent a promising energy supply model within the energy internet.However,multi-energy flow coupling in the optimal configuration of IES results in a series of simplifications in the preliminary planning,affecting the cost,efficiency,and environmental performance of IES.A novel optimal planning method that considers the part-load characteristics and spatio-temporal synergistic effects of IES components is proposed to enable a rational design of the structure and size of IES.An extended energy hub model is introduced based on the“node of energy hub”concept by decomposing the IES into different types of energy equipment.Subsequently,a planning method is applied as a two-level optimization framework-the upper level is used to identify the type and size of the component,while the bottom level is used to optimize the operation strategy based on a typical day analysis method.The planning problem is solved using a two-stage evolutionary algorithm,combing the multiple-mutations adaptive genetic algorithm with an interior point optimization solver,to minimize the lifetime cost of the IES.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed planning method is demonstrated using a case study.The life cycle costs of the IES with and without consideration of the part-load characteristics of the components were$4.26 million and$4.15 million,respectively,in the case study.Moreover,ignoring the variation in component characteristics in the design stage resulted in an additional 11.57%expenditure due to an energy efficiency reduction under the off-design conditions. | Chengzhou Li Yongping Yang Zhuo Wang Ningling Wang Ligang Wang Zhiping Yang | 2021 | Global Energy Interconnection2021,4,2: | 3 |
| 5 | YTHDF2 is essential for spermatogenesis and fertility by mediating a wave of transcriptional transition in spermatogenic cells显示文摘The dynamic and reversible regulation roles of m^(6)A modification and the characterization of m^(6)A readers have provided new insights into spermatogenesis at the post-transcriptional level.YTHDF2,as an m^(6)A reader,has been reported to mediate the m^(6)A-containing transcript decay during the mouse oocyte maturation,embryonic stem cell differentiation,neural development,and zebrafish maternal-to-zygotic transition.However,the roles of YTHDF2 in mammalian spermatogenesis are uncertain.Here,we generated germ cell-specific Ythdf2 mutants(Ythdf2-vKO)at a C57BL/6J background and demonstrated that YTHDF2 is essential for mouse spermatogenesis and fertility.Ythdf2-vKO provides oligoasthenoteratozoospermia phenotype with increased apoptosis in germ cells.High-throughput RNA-seq analysis showed that a group of mRNAs is upregulated in Ythdf2-vKO mouse testis;further analysis and MeRIP-qPCR data showed that most of the upregulated genes in Ythdf2-vKO mouse testis are modified with m^(6)A and are YTHDF2 candidate binding genes.Interestingly,RNA-seq analysis combined with our previous single-cell transcriptomics data of mouse spermatogenesis pointed out the failure of a wave of transcript transition during the spermatogenesis of Ythdf2-vKO mice,which was confirmed by gene expression analysis using qPCR of diplotene spermatocytes and round spermatids obtained through fluorescence-activated cell sorting.Our study demonstrates the fundamental role of YTHDF2 during mouse spermatogenesis and provides a potential candidate for the diagnosis of male infertility with the oligoasthenoteratozoospermia syndrome. | Xinxi Zhao Zhen Lin Yong Fan Wenzhi Li Yujie Zhang Fei Li Tong Hong Hua Feng Minghan Tong Ningling Wang Yanping Kuang Qifeng Lyu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,12: | 2 |

| 9 | Mapping of de novo mutations in primary biliary cholangitis to a disease-specific co-expression network underlying homeostasis and metabolism显示文摘Primary biliary cholangitis(PBC) is an autoimmune disease involving dysregulation of a broad array of homeostatic and metabolic processes. Although considerable single-nucleotide polymorphisms have been unveiled, a large fraction of risk factors remains enigmatic. Candidate genes with rare mutations that tend to confer more deleterious effects need to be identified. To help pinpoint cellular and developmental mechanisms beyond common noncoding variants, we integrate whole exome sequencing with integrative network analysis to investigate genes harboring de novo mutations. Prominent convergence has been revealed on a network of disease-specific co-expression comprised of 55 genes associated with homeostasis and metabolism. The transcription factor gene MEF2 D and the DNA repair gene PARP2 are highlighted as hub genes and identified to be up-and down-regulated, respectively, in peripheral blood data set. Enrichment analysis demonstrates that altered expression of MEF2 D and PARP2 may trigger a series of molecular and cellular processes with pivotal roles in PBC pathophysiology. This laboratory consists of a 1-MW and a 4-MW CFB combustion test facilities and a laboratory for limestone desulphurization performance evaluation. It carried out tests on CFB combustion and desulphurization for Chinese typical coals and limestone and research on heat-transfer characteristics and key parts, and developed the first home-made 100-MW CFB boiler. Based on the experience of R&D, the laboratory further researched key techniques for enlarging capacity systematically, and cooperating with Harbin Boiler Co. | 15 | Green heating:Theory and practice显示文摘Energy conservation in heating systems has great influence on overall sustainable development strategy. Heating technology, especially combined heat and power(CHP, cogeneration), has been attracting increased interest and rapidly developing in recent years. However, the theoretical potential of heating from the perspective of thermodynamics has not been clearly illustrated. This paper presents a theoretical analysis of heating systems based on the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics using the specific fuel consumption(SFC) analysis method, clarifies the theoretical potential limitation of heating systems and illustrates the process of reversible heating on the basis of the total energy system. A novel concept(green heating, GH) and a new indicator(green-heating index, GH Index) are scientifically defined to characterise different options for heating and to quantitatively evaluate their fuel consumption levels. Thereafter, the fuel consumptions of four typical space heating modes are compared and discussed to present the application of GH theory and validate the power of the proposed concept and index. | 20 | Tempospacial energy-saving effect-based diagnosis in large coal-fired power units:Energy-saving benchmark state显示文摘The energy-saving analytics of coal-fired power units in China is confronting new challenges especially with even more complicated system structure, higher working medium parameters, time-dependent varying operation conditions and boundaries such as load rate, coal quality, ambient temperature and humidity. Compared with the traditional optimization of specific operating parameters, the idea of the energy-consumption benchmark state was proposed. The equivalent specific fuel consumption(ESFC) analytics was introduced to determine the energy-consumption benchmark state, with the minimum ESFC under varying operation boundaries. Models for the energy-consumption benchmark state were established, and the endogenous additional specific consumption(ASFC) and exogenous ASFC were calculated. By comparing the benchmark state with the actual state, the energy-saving tempospacial effect can be quantified. As a case study, the energy consumption model of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical power unit was built. The results show that system energy consumption can be mainly reduced by improving the performance of turbine subsystem. This nearly doubles the resultant by improving the boiler system. The energy saving effect of each component increases with the decrease of load and has a greater influence under a lower load rate. The heat and mass transfer process takes priority in energy saving diagnosis of related components and processes.
