| 1 | Finite element analysis and optimization of temperature field in GaN-MOCVD reactor显示文摘The electromagnetic field distribution of the in-home GaN-MOCVD reactor heated by induction was simulated by using finite element method (FEM), and the distributions of the magnetic field and the joule heat in the graphite susceptor were obtained. Then the distribution of joule heat was used as the applied load for the simulation of temperature. Based on heat conduction and heat emission models, the temperature distribution in the reactor and the susceptor were gained. | 2 | Enrichment characteristics and exploration directions of deep shale gas of Ordovician-Silurian in the Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas,China显示文摘The enrichment characteristics of deep shale gas in the Ordovician Wufeng-Silurian Longmaxi formations in the Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas are investigated through experiments under high temperature and high pressure,including petrophysical properties analyses,triaxial stress test and isothermal adsorption of methane experiment.(1)The deep shale reservoirs drop significantly in porosity and permeability compared with shallower shale reservoirs,and contain mainly free gas.(2)With higher deviatoric stress and axial strain,the deep shale reservoirs have higher difficulty fracturing.(3)Affected by structural location and morphology,fracture characteristics,geofluid activity stages and intensity,deep shale gas reservoirs have more complicated preservation conditions.(4)To achieve the commercial development of deep shale gas reservoirs,deepening geological understanding is the basis,and exploring reservoir simulation technology befitting the geological features is the key.(5)The siliceous shale and limestone-bearing siliceous shale in the Metabolograptus persculptus-Parakidograptus acuminatus zones(LM1-LM3 graptolite zones)are the high-production intervals for deep shale gas and the most favorable landing targets for horizontal drilling.Deeps water areas such as Jiaoshiba,Wulong,Luzhou and Changning with deep shale reservoirs over 10 m thickness are the most favorable areas for deep shale gas enrichment.It is recommended to carry out exploration and development practice in deep-water shale gas areas deposited deep with burial depth no more than 5000 m where the geological structure is simple and the shale thickness in the LM1-LM3 graptolite zone is greater than 10 m.It is better to increase the lateral length of horizontal wells,and apply techniques including high intensity of perforations,large volume of proppant,far-field and near-wellbore diversions to maximize the stimulated deep reservoir volume. | NIE Haikuan LI Pei DANG Wei DING Jianghui SUN Chuanxiang LIU Mi WANG Jin DU Wei ZHANG Peixian LI Donghui SU Haikun | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4: | 3 |
| 3 | Enhanced catalysis of ultrasmall Au-MoS_2 clusters against reactive oxygen species for radiation protection显示文摘Ionizing radiation produces excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS) which impose detrimental effects on biological systems. Thus, it is important to explore clinically safe and efficacious radioprotection agents to scavenge ROS and reduce the risks of radiotherapy. Recently, emerging catalytic nanomaterials such as sulfide nanomaterials have shown capability of clearing ROS in vivo by unique electron transfers between atoms, but their catalytic activities are yet suboptimal. As such, there is an unmet need to improve catalytic properties for stronger antioxidant activities and radiation protection. Herein, we prepared ultrasmall Au-MoS_2 clusters(~2.5 nm) and they showed enhanced catalytic properties via gold intercalation facilitating increased active sites and synergistic effects. Electrocatalysis results revealed that the catalytic activity of Au-MoS_2 towards H2O_2 was superior to ultrasmall MoS_2 without Au. As a result, we found that improving the electrocatalytic property of Au-MoS_2 can effectively enhance corresponding antioxidant activities and radioprotection effects in vivo. In addition, Au-MoS_2 also showed significant radioprotection in vitro and dramatically reduced the excess of radiation-induced adverse ROS. | 6 | Comprehensive Assessment on Tourism Eco-environment of Gansu Province Based on Spatial Data显示文摘The article studies tourism eco-environment of 14 cities of Gangsu Province, China, based on GIS with many kinds of multi-subject spatial database, such as remote sensing data, observation data and literature data. The research results were as follows. First, spatial features of 14 cities' tourism eco-environment are displayed with five levels of vulnerability respectively. The vulnerability in Gansu becomes worse from Gannan City, located in southern Gansu to Hexi Corridor which lies in northwestern Gansu. Second, the areas of above the middle vulnerability level make up 75% of the total areas of Gansu Province. Third, more than 70% of high-level human and natural tourism resources are in the areas with high vulnerability eco-environment. [Method]‘Tianhong 2'Fuji/ SH40 / Malus robusta Rehd. was used as the experimental material to analyze the effects of different irrigation modes and combinations of basal fertilizer and dressing fertilizer on tree structure,leaf parameters and photosynthesis of apple saplings. [Result]The results showed that different water and fertilizer combinations exhibited varying effects on tree structure,leaf parameters and photosynthesis of apple saplings. To be specific,applying 432 000 kg / hm2 basal fertilizer,480 kg / hm2 urea and 915 kg / hm2 organic fertilizer + 0 + 915 kg / hm2 organic fertilizer as dressing fertilizer,and 1% urea as leaf fertilizer was conducive to promoting growth of branches and leaves,increasing leaf thickness,individual leaf area and SPAD,and improving photosynthesis of apple saplings under half root irrigation and whole root irrigation conditions. In addition,the effects were more significant under whole root irrigation conditions. | 14 | Effects of Different Density-reducing Methods on Canopy Microenvironment, Tree Growth and Fruit Quality in Closed Apple Orchard显示文摘In order to optimize and transform closed mature apple orchards with standard rootstocks and improve the quality of fruit,taking a closed Red Fuji apple orchard as the test object,the effects of different density-reducing methods(deinterlacing,removing every other plant in each row,removing every other plant every other row)on the canopy microenvironment,tree structure,leaf photosynthesis and fruit quality were studied.The results showed that different density-reducing methods significantly reduced the orchard coverage and increased the crown transmittance.Among them,the deinterlacing treatment was the best in improving the population structure of the closed orchard,as it reduced the orchard coverage rate by 55.68 percentage points and the canopy transmittance by 82.38 percentage points,compared with the control(CK).Different density-reducing methods all could significantly reduce the branch amount in the closed orchard and optimized the branch composition.The three density-reducing methods decreased the number of branches per plant by 18.96%,12.41%and 19.58%,respectively,compared with the CK.And compared with the CK,the proportion of short branches and leafy branches to the total branches was increased by 17.13%,14.27%and 7.37%,respectively,and the proportion of long branches and developmental branches to the total branches was decreased by 24.47%,18.04%and 10.79%,respectively.The effects of the different density-reducing methods on the temperature,relative light intensity,SPAD and leaf photosynthetic rate in canopies all followed an order of deinterlacing>removing every other plant in each row>removing every other plant every other row>CK,while those on the relative humidity showed an order of deinterlacing>removing every other plant in each row>removing every other plant every other row>CK,while those on the relative humidity showed an order of deinterlacing | Ru CHEN Xiaomin XUE Laiping WANG Hao ZHAI Peixian NIE Jinzheng WANG | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,6: | 0 |

| 17 | Assessment of the immigration effect and choice of development pattern for scenic areas:a case study of Wuyi Mountain, China显示文摘Mountainous regions face a series of conflicts between the natural resources conservation and the economic development, especially in protected areas, where are the home to some of the poorest people in the world. In China, the Protected Areas Authorities (such as Protected Areas Authorities of Wuyi Mountain) transferred the mountainous people out of the protected areas. We found that it is not a good approach of immigration project, as far as economic and ecological effect is concerned. Although remote and majestic beauty attracted many tourists, mass tourism is not a good approach to solve the development problem in mountainous areas because it can not provide enough opportunities to make local people live a comfortable life, and the high volume of tourists indicates that the resources face significant threats. Because many landscapes are run by private enterprises, local residents and gov-ernment only get limited benefits. Although ecotourism principles expatiate on economic development and resources conservation, local people income and tourists feelings, it has discordance between the theory and the practice. Therefore, the term of 'integrated ecotourism' was coined in the paper based on the ecotourism theory.
