| 1 | Clinical study using mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of patients with severe COVID-19显示文摘The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by SARS-CoV-2 was identified in December 2019.The symptoms include fever,cough,dyspnea,early symptom of sputum,and acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)therapy is the immediate treatment used for patients with severe cases of COVID-19.Herein,we describe two confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Wuhan to explore the role of MSC in the treatment of COVID-19.MSC transplantation increases the immune indicators(including CD4 and lymphocytes)and decreases the inflammation indicators(interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein).High-flow nasal cannula can be used as an initial support strategy for patients with ARDS.With MSC transplantation,the fracrion of inspired O2(Fi02)of the two patients gradually decreased while the oxygen saturation(Sa02)and partial pressure of oxygen(P02)improved.Additionally,the patients9 chest computed tomography showed that bilateral lung exudate lesions were adsorbed after MSC infusion.Results indicated that MSC transplantation provides clinical data on the treatment of COVID-19 and may serve as an alternative method for treating COVID-19,particularly in patients with ARDS. | Lingling Tang Yingan Jiang Mengfei Zhu Lijun Chen Xiaoyang Zhou Chenliang Zhou Peng Ye Xiaobei Chen Baohong Wang Zhenyu Xu Qiang Zhang Xiaowei Xu Hainv Gao Xiaojun Wu Dong Li Wanli Jiang Jingjing Qu Charlie Xiang Lanjuan Li | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,5: | 8 |
| 2 | Effects of biochar on water movement characteristics in sandy soil under drip irrigation显示文摘Biochar addition can improve the physical and hydraulic characteristics of sandy soil.This study investigated the effects of biochar on water holding capacity and water movement in sandy soil under drip irrigation.By indoor simulation experiments,the effects of biochar application at five levels(0%,1%,2%,4%and 6%)on the soil water retention curve,infiltration characteristics of drip irrigation and water distribution were tested and analyzed.The results showed that biochar addition rate was positively correlated with water holding capacity of sandy soil and soil available water.Within the same infiltration time,with an increasing amount of added biochar,the diffusion distance of the horizontal wetting front(HWF)tended to decrease,while the infiltration distance of vertical wetting front(VWF)initially declined and then rose.The features of wetted bodies changed from'broad-shallow'to'narrow-deep'type.The relationship between the transport distances of HWF and VWF and the infiltration time was described by a power function.At the same distance from the point source,the larger the amount of added biochar,the higher the soil water content.Biochar had a great influence on the water content of the layer with biochar(0–200 mm)and had some effects at 200–250 mm without biochar;but it had less influence on the soil water content deeper than 250 mm.For the application rate of biochar of 4%,most water was retained within 0–250 mm soil layer.However,when biochar application amount was high(6%),it would be helpful for water infiltration.During the improvement of sandy soil,biochar application rate of 4%in the plow layer had the best effect. | PU Shenghai LI Guangyong TANG Guangmu ZHANG Yunshu XU Wanli LIPan FENG Guangping DING Feng | 2019 | Journal of Arid Land2019,11,5: | 6 |

| 6 | Chronological and Geochemical Study of the Cenozoic Potassic Felsic Igneous Rocks in Western Yunnan,SE Tibet:Implications for their Tectonic Mechanisms显示文摘Whether there is a relationship between widespread Cenozoic igneous rocks and the activated Ailao Shan-Red River shear zone(ASRR)in western Yunnan,SE Tibet,remains highly controversial.New geochronological,and geochemical data derived from Cenozoic igneous rocks both within and far from the ASRR offers answers.Although these coeval felsic rocks(36.9-33.5 Ma)are enriched in large-ion lithophile elements relative to high field strength elements,they also display some special geochemical features,such as high Y and Yb values of syenitic porphyries,which contrast with the high Sr and low Y contents of monzoporphyries and granitic porphyries.The syenitic porphyries exhibit geochemical characteristics similar to those of coeval mafic magmas,e.g.,high K 2 O,Y,and Yb contents,indicating that the former were probably generated by fractional crystallization of the latter.However,the high Sr/Y(56.1-109)monzoporphyries and granitic porphyries,combined with their low MgO,and Cr(or Ni)contents,suggest that they were mainly derived from partial melting of a thickened mafic lower crust.Given that these Cenozoic magmatic events exhibiting planar distributions occurred outside of the activation of the ASRR(31-20 Ma),then they were not controlled by the latter.Instead,they were tied to convective removal of a thickened lower lithospheric mantle in western Yunnan during the Paleogene. | TANG Wanli CHEN Jianlin TAN Rongyu | 2022 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Effects of TiO_2 volume fraction on the microstructure and magnetic properties of CoPt-TiO_2 nanocomposite films显示文摘CoPt-TiO2 nanocomposite films were synthesized by rapid thermal annealing of CoPt/TiO2 multilayers.The effects of TiO2 volume fraction on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the nanocomposite films were studied.Results showed that the ordering and texture of the L10-CoPt particles did not change with TiO2 content up to 76 vol.% of TiO2.However,the volume of the L10-CoPt particles in the film decreased with an increase in TiO2 content.Increasing TiO2 content effectively reduced the coalescence of magnetic grains when TiO2 content was larger than 56 vol.%.Both the out-of-plane coercivity and remanence ratio of the film decreased slightly with TiO2 content,but the in-plane coercivity and remanence ratio of the film decreased firstly and then increased after TiO2 content was larger than 56 vol.%.The reduction in the coercivity of the film should be due to the reduction in the size of the L10-CoPt particles.The reduction in remanence ratio might be due to the weakening of the exchange coupling strength between the magnetic grains when TiO2 content was increased,as indicated by the MFM images. | TANG RuJun ZHANG WanLi LI YanRong | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,7: | 1 |

| 13 | Yearly variation in character istics and health risk of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and nitro-PAHs in urban shanghai from 2010-2018显示文摘This study encompassed the regular observation of nine polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and three nitro-PAHs(NPAHs)in particulate matter(PM)in Shanghai in summer and winter from 2010 to 2018.The results showed that the mean concentrations of∑PAHs in summer decreased by 24.7%in 2013 and 18.1%in 2017 but increased by 10.2%in 2015 compared to the data in 2010.However,the mean concentrations of∑PAHs in winter decreased by 39.7%from 2010(12.8±4.55 ng/m^3)to 2018(7.72±3.33 ng/m^3),and the mean concentrations of 1-nitropyrene in winter decreased by 79.0%from 2010(42.3±16.1 pg/m^3)to 2018(8.90±2.09 pg/m^3).Correlation analysis with meteorological conditions revealed that the PAH and NPAH concentrations were both influenced by ambient temperature.The diagnostic ratios of PAHs and factor analysis showed that they were mainly affected by traffic emissions with some coal and/or biomass combustion.The ratio of 2-nitrofluoranthene to 2-nitropyrene was near 10,which indicated that the OH radical-initiated reaction was the main pathway leading to their secondary formation.Moreover,backward trajectories revealed different air mass routes in each sampling period,indicating a high possibility of source effects from the northern area in winter in addition to local and surrounding influences.Meanwhile,the mean total benzo[a]pyrene-equivalent concentrations in Shanghai in winter decreased by 50.8%from 2010(1860±645 pg/m^3)to 2018(916±363 pg/m^3).These results indicated the positive effects of the various policies and regulations issued by Chinese authorities. | Lu Yang Xuan Zhang Wanli Xing Quanyu Zhou Lulu Zhang Qing Wu Zhijun Zhou Renjie Chen Akira Toriba Kazuichi Hayakawa Ning Tang | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,1: | 1 |
| 14 | Variations in traffic-related polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in PM2.5 in Kanazawa, Japan, after the implementation of a new vehicle emission regulation显示文摘A three-year sampling campaign was conducted at a roadside air pollution monitoring station in the urban area of Kanazawa, Japan. Due to a new emission regulation, PAHs levels decreased over the sampling campaign, exhibiting values of 706 ± 413 pg/m^(3) in 2017, 559 ±384 pg/m^(3) in 2018, and 473 ± 234 pg/m^(3) in 2019. In each year, similar seasonal variations in PAHs levels were observed, with higher levels observed in winter and lower levels in summer. Among the PAHs isomer ratios, we observed that the ratio of benzo[b]fluoranthene(BbF) and benzo[k]fluoranthene(BkF), [Bb F]/([BbF] + [BkF]), and the ratio of indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene(IDP) and benzo[ghi]perylene(BgPe), [IDP]/([BgPe] + [IDP]), showed stability over the sampling campaign and were less affected by the new emission regulation, seasonal variations, and regional characteristics. When using the combined ratio ranges of 0.66-0.80([Bb F]/[BbF] + [BkF]) and 0.26-0.49([IDP]/[Bg Pe] + [IDP]), traffic emissions were clearly distinguished from other PAHs emission sources. Principal component analysis(PCA) and positive matrix factorization(PMF) were also performed to further analyse the characteristics of traffic-related PAHs.
