To date, more than fourteen AIV subtypes that are able to infect human beings have been documented. Also, it is suggested that new subtypes may be reported in the future, owing to the migration of wild birds and live poultry transportation (Gao, 2018).Poultry may act as a potential incubator for novel subtypes of avian influenza virus (Bi et al., 2016a; Bi et al., 2016b; Liu et al., 2014a; Su et al., 2017). | 11 | Effects of Fuhe decoction on behaviors and monoamine neurotransmitters in different brain regions of CUMS combined with social isolation depression model rats显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of Fuhe decoction on the behavior and levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in different brain regions in a depression rat model induced by chronic unpredictable mild stimulation(CUMS)combined with social isolation.Methods:Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into a blank group,model group,fluoxetine group,Chaiqinwendan decoction group,and Fuhe decoction group.Chronic unpredictable mild stimulation combined with a social isolation method was used to replicate the depression rat model.After 42 days of administration,a tail suspension test and high-performance liquid electrochemical detection(HPLC-ECD)were used to detect the behavioral changes and changes in the content of monoamine neurotransmitters norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytrytamine(5-HT),and metabolites in different brain regions of rats in each group before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the model group,the epinephrine(E)content in the Fuhe decoction group was highly significantly increased(P<.01).Compared with the model group,the 5-HT content of the prefrontal cortex in rats in the Fuhe decoction group was highly significantly increased(P<.01).Furthermore,compared with the model group,the 5-HT content in the hippocampus of rats in the Fuhe decoction group was significantly increased(P<.05).Conclusion:Fuhe decoction can improve the depression-like behaviors of model rats,and its antidepressant effect may be related to the increase in 5-HT content in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus of rats. | Ruoyun Zheng Weifeng Xiong Juan He Xu Wang Ranran Wang Yu Hao | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,3: | 1 |

| 13 | Understanding the Moon's internal structure through moonquake observations and remote sensing technologies显示文摘Explorations for the interior structure of the Moon mainly involve three technologies: the early gravitational observations via circumlunar satellites, the moonquake observations during the Apollo period, and the recent high-resolution remote sensing observations. Based on these technologies, we divided the development of the moon's interior structure into three stages. The first stage is the discovery of high-density anomalous masses(mascons) on the lunar surface with the low-order gravitational field models, which were obtained by observing perturbations of the early lunar orbital satellites. The second stage is the preliminary understanding of the layer structure with the help of moonquake observations during the Apollo period. The third stage is the deep understanding of the structure of the lunar crust, mantle, and core, with the use of high-resolution remote sensing data and the reassessment of moonquake data from the Apollo's mission. This paper gave detailed introduction and comments on different observation technologies, gathered data, and data processing techniques used at the three stages. | 14 | Autocatalytic reduction-assisted synthesis of segmented porous PtTe nanochains for enhancing methanol oxidation reaction显示文摘Morphology engineering has been developed as one of the most widely used strategies for improving the performance of electrocatalysts.However,the harsh reaction conditions and cumbersome reaction steps during the nanomaterials synthesis still limit their industrial applications.Herein,one-dimensional(1D)novel-segmented PtTe porous nanochains(PNCs)were successfully synthesized by the template methods assisted by Pt autocatalytic reduction.The PtTe PNCs consist of consecutive mesoporous architectures that provide a large electrochemical surface area(ECSA)and abundant active sites to enhance methanol oxidation reaction(MOR).Furthermore,1D nanostructure as a robust sustaining frame can maintain a high mass/charge transfer rate in a long-term durability test.After 2,000 cyclic voltammetry(CV)cycles,the ECSA value of PtTe PNCs remained as high as 44.47 m^(2)·gPt^(-1),which was much larger than that of commercial Pt/C(3.95 m^(2)·gPt^(-1)).The high catalytic activity and durability of PtTe PNCs are also supported by CO stripping test and density functional theory calculation.This autocatalytic reduction-assisted synthesis provides new insights for designing efficient low-dimensional nanocatalysts. | Qiqi Zhang Tianyu Xia He Huang Jialong Liu Mengyuan Zhu Hao Yu Weifeng Xu Yuping Huo Congli He Shipeng Shen Cong Lu Rongming Wang Shouguo Wang | 2023 | Nano Research Energy2023,2,1: | 1 |

| 18 | Water-soluble lipopolymer delivery of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor 2B siRNA relieves chronic neuropathic pain in rats显示文摘Spinal dorsal horn N-Methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor 2B (NR2B) overexpression plays an important role in the production and maintenance of neuropathic pain.Because small interfering RNA (siRNA) can inhibit NR2B expression,siRNA may provide a novel approach to treat neuropathic pain and possibly nerve injury.However,an efficient and safe vector for NR2B siRNA has not been discov-ered.This study shows that a water soluble lipopolymer (WSLP) comprised of low molecular weight polyethyleneimine (PEI) and cholesterol can deliver siRNA targeting NR2B for the treatment of neuropathic pain.Results show that intrathecal injection of WSLP/siRNA complexes for 3 days in-hibit NR2B gene expression with reductions in mRNA and protein levels by 59% and 54%,respec-tively,compared with control rats (P < 0.01).Injection of WSLP complexed with scrambled siRNA,or PEI with siRNA did not show this inhibitory effect.Moreover,injection of WSLP/siRNA complexes significantly relieved neuropathic pain at 3,7,12,and 21 days,while injection of WSLP with scrambled siRNA or PEI with siRNA did not.These results demonstrate that WSLP can efficiently deliver siRNA targeting NR2B in vivo and relieve neuropathic pain. | Jianhua Lu Yuanxiang Tao Xue Yang Weifeng Tu Hao Chen Jiaxiang Xiong Chungui Hu | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,29: | 1 |

| 20 | Tuning bandstructure of folded MoS_(2) through fluid dynamics显示文摘The variation of interlayer coupling can greatly affect the bandstructure of few layered transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),for instance,transition of indirect-to-direct bandgap and vice versa,which is correlated with the charge carrier and optical density.However,methods that can modulate the coupling strength in a controllable way are still lacking.Here,we report a fluidic dynamic strategy to tune the interlayer coupling of folded bi-layer MoS_(2).By controlling the flow direction and particle size of the fluid,mono-layer MoS_(2)can be folded into bi-layer with a controlled folding direction for designated twist angles as well as tunable interlayer coupling.Compared with normally folded bi-layer MoS_(2),the photoluminescence(PL)peak of the direct-bandgap transition for folded bi-layer MoS_(2)by fluid flow is weakened accompanied with the re-appearance of indirect-bandgap transition peak.Besides,the fluid flow creates a clear trajectory on the folded MoS_(2),exhibiting various degrees of interlayer coupling along it.Field-effect transistors(FETs)were further fabricated on tunably coupled folded-bi-layers,proving that the bandstructure and electrical property is strongly correlated with the degree of interlayer coupling.This fluidic dynamic strategy can be extended to other TMDs on any substrate,and together with its excellent capability in controlled interlayer coupling,it will provide a new way for the development of TMDs optoelectronics. | Zihan Zhao Weifeng Zhang Yan Zhang He Hao Shishu Zhang Lianming Tong Banghua Peng Nan Liu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,3: | 0 |
