| 1 | ZIF-8/LiFePO4 derived Fe-N-P Co-doped carbon nanotube encapsulated Fe2P nanoparticles for efficient oxygen reduction and Zn-air batteries显示文摘Iron-based oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)catalysts have been the focus of research,and iron sources play an important role for the preparation of efficient ORR catalysts.Here,we successfully use LiFePO4 as ideal sources of Fe and P to construct the heteroatom doped Fe-based carbon materials.The obtained Fe-N-P co-doped coral-like carbon nanotube arrays encapsulated Fe2P catalyst(C-ZIF/LFP)shows very high half-wave potential of 0.88 V in alkaline electrolytes toward ORR,superior to Pt/C(0.85 V),and also presents a high half-wave potential of 0.74 V in acidic electrolytes,comparable to Pt/C(0.8 V).When further applied into a home-made Zn-air battery as cathode,a peak power density of 140 mW·cm^-2 is reached,exceeds commercial Pt/C(110 mW·cm^-2).Besides,it also presents exceptional durability and methanol resistance compared with Pt/C.Noticeably,the preparation method of such a high-performance catalyst is simple and easy to optimize,suitable for the large-scale production.What’s more,it opens up a more sustainable development scenario to reduce the hazardous wastes such as LiFePO4 by directly using them for preparing high-performance ORR catalysts. | Huihui Jin Huang Zhou Pengxia Ji Chengtian Zhang Jiahuan Luo Weihao Zeng Chenxi Hu Daping He Shichun Mu | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,3: | 8 |
| 2 | Preparation and characterization of NaYF_4:Er^(3+),Tm^(3+)@NaYF_4:Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+) microcrystals with dual-mode emissions at the single-particle level显示文摘Under hydrothermal environment,we synthesized lanthanide ions doped sodium yttrium fluoride(NaYF4:Er,Tm@NaYF4:Ce,Tb) luminescent microcrystals via an epitaxial growth technique.The structure and morphology of these microcrystals were examined by SEM,TEM,EDS and XRD measurements.These particles show dual-mode emissions with red upconversion(UC) and green down conversion(DC) as single particles level.The mean length and diameter of these microparticles increase from 0.43 to2.26 μm and from 1.33 to 1.86 μm,respectively.Most interestingly,the photoluminescence properties of NaYF4:Er,Tm@NaYF4:Ce,Tb phosphor crystals are highly dependent on the crystallite size.The microcrystals fluoresce emit dual-mode emissions when they are solid or dispersed in solvents.Benefiting its intensive fluorescence and uniform morphology,these materials hold great potential for security and anti-counterfeiting applications. | Xianfu Jiao Weihao Ye Qiying Huang Jie Luo Linliang Yu Xiaotang Liu | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,7: | 3 |
| 3 | Mid-infrared active metasurface based on Si/VO_(2) hybrid meta-atoms显示文摘Active metasurfaces whose optical properties can be tuned by an external stimulus have attracted great research interest recently. Introduction of VO_(2)phase change material in all-dielectric metasurfaces has been demonstrated to modulate the resonance wavelength and amplitude in the visible to near-infrared wavelength range. In this study, we report a mid-infrared active metasurface based on Si∕VO_(2)hybrid meta-atoms. By incorporating VO_(2)thin films in different locations of Si∕VO_(2)all-dielectric nanodisks, we demonstrate different modulation amplitude of the electric or magnetic resonance scattering cross sections, leading to drastically different transmission spectrum upon VO_(2)insulator to metal phase transition. The physical mechanism is originated from the field profiles of the resonance modes, which interact with VO_(2)differently depending on its locations. Based on this mechanism, we experimentally demonstrated a large modulation of the transmittance from 82% to 28% at the 4.6 μm wavelength. | 4 | Roles of nanoparticles in arsenic mobility and microbial community composition in arsenic-enriched soils显示文摘Environmental effects of nano remediation engineering of arsenic(As)pollution need to be considered.In this study,the roles of Fe_(2)O_(3)and TiO_(2)nanoparticles(NPs)on the microbial mediated As mobilization from As contaminated soil were investigated.The addition of Fe_(2)O_(3)and TiO_(2)NPs restrained As(V)release,and stimulated As(Ⅲ)release.As(V)concentration decreased by 94% and 93% after Fe_(2)O_(3)addition,and decreased by 89% and 45% after Ti O_(2)addition compared to the Biotic and Biotic+Acetate(amended with sodium acetate)controls,respectively.The maximum values of As(Ⅲ)were 20.5 and 27.1μg/L at 48 d after Fe_(2)O_(3)and TiO_(2)NPs addition,respectively,and were higher than that in Biotic+Acetate control(12.9μg/L).The released As co-precipitated with Fe in soils in the presence of Fe_(2)O_(3)NPs,but adsorbed on TiO_(2)NPs in the presence of TiO_(2)NPs.Moreover,the addition of NPs amended with sodium acetate as the electron donor clearly promoted As(V)reduction induced by microbes.The NPs addition changed the relative abundance of soil bacterial community,while Proteobacteria(42.8%-70.4%),Planctomycetes(2.6%-14.3%),and Firmicutes(3.5%-25.4%)were the dominant microorganisms in soils.Several potential As/Fe reducing bacteria were related to Pseudomonas,Geobacter,Desulfuromonas,and Thiobacillus.The addition of Fe_(2)O_(3)and TiO_(2)NPs induced to the decrease of arr A gene.The results indicated that the addition of NPs had a negative impact on soil microbial population in a long term.The findings offer a relatively comprehensive assessment of Fe_(2)O_(3)and TiO_(2)NPs effects on As mobilization and soil bacterial communities. | Ting Luo Qining Zheng Jie Yu Weihao Liang Yan Sun Guixiang Quan Feng Zhou | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4: | 0 |

| 11 | AKR1B10 protects against UVC-induced DNA damage in breast cancer cells显示文摘The cellular response to DNA damage is crucial for maintaining the integrity and stability of molecular structure.To maintain genome stability,DNA-damaged cells should be arrested so that mutations can be repaired before replication.Although several key components required for this arrest have been discovered,the majority of the pathways are still unclear.Through a number of assays,including cell viability,colony formation,and apotheosis assay,we found that AKR1B10 protected cells from UVC-induced DNA damage.Surprisingly,UVC-inducedγH2AX foci and DNA double-strand breaks in the AKR1B10-overexpressing cells were~4-5 folds lower than those in the control group.The expression levels of AKR1B10,p53,chk1,chk2,nuclear factor(NF)-κB,and p65 showed dynamic changes in response to UVC irradiation.Our results suggested that AKR1B10 is involved in the pathway of cell cycle checkpoint and NF-κB in DNA damage.Taken together,our results suggest that AKR1B10 is involved in the repair of the DNA double-strand break,which provides a new insight into the role of AKR1B10 in DNA damage repair and indicates a new trail in tumorigenesis and cancer drug resistance. | Yuanqing Zeng Jia Li Wangyuan Guo Weihao Luo Xiangting Liu Rongzhang He Zheng Hu Lili Duan Chenglai Xia Dixian Luo | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,6: | 0 |
