| 1 | Microstructure and tensile behavior of hot extruded AZ91 alloys at room temperature显示文摘AZ91 alloys were prepared by hot extrusion and its microstructure and tensile behavior at room temperature were investigated. Compared to as-cast ingot, the grain size of hot-extruded material is morerefined, the intermetallic phase Mg17Al12 is broken and dispersed discontinuously. Both strength and elongation of AZ91 are improved by hotextrusion. Tensile behavior and fracture surface of the experimental material were studied. Due to the change in microstructure, the fracture mechanism of extruded material is different from that of as-cast ingot, the latter is mainly a brittle fracture. | 2 | INTERCROPPING:FEED MORE PEOPLE AND BUILD MORE SUSTAINABLE AGROECOSYSTEMS显示文摘Intercropping is a traditional farming system that increases crop diversity to strengthen agroecosystem functions while decreasing chemical inputs and minimizing negative environmental effects of crop production.Intercropping is currently considerable interest because of its importance in sustainable agriculture.Here,we synthesize the factors that make intercropping a sustainable means of food production by integrating biodiversity of natural ecosystems and crop diversity.In addition to well-known yield increases,intercropping can also increase yield stability over the long term and increase systemic resistance to plant diseases,pests and other unfavorable factors(e.g.,nutrient deficiencies).The efficient use of resources can save mineral fertilizer inputs,reduce environmental pollution risks and greenhouse gas emissions caused by agriculture,thus mitigating global climate change.Intercropping potentially increases above-and belowground biodiversity of various taxa at field scale,consequently it enhances ecosystem services.Complementarity and selection effects allow a better understanding the mechanisms behind enhanced ecosystem functioning.The development of mechanization is essential for largescale application of intercropping.Agroecosystem multifunctionality and soil health should be priority topics in future research on intercropping. | Hao YANG Weiping ZHANG Long LI | 2021 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2021,8,3: | 5 |

| 8 | Genetic abnormalities assist in pathological diagnosis and EBVpositive cell density impact survival in Chinese angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma patients显示文摘Objective:To explore the application of genetic abnormalities in the diagnosis of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma(AITL)and the reliable pathological prognostic factors.Methods:This study included 53 AITL cases,which were reviewed for morphological patterns,immunophenotypes,presence of Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg(HRS)-like cells,and co-occurrence of B cell proliferation.The Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)-positive cells in tissues were counted,and cases were classified into“EBV encoded RNA(EBER)high-density”group if>50/HPF.Targeted exome sequencing was performed.Results:Mutation data can assist AITL diagnosis:1)with considerable HRS-like cells(20 cases):RHOA mutated in 14 cases(IDH2 co-mutated in 3 cases,4 cases with rare RHOA mutation),TET2 was mutated in 5 cases(1 case comutated with DNMT3A),and DNMT3A mutated in 1 case;2)accompanied with B cell lymphoma(7 cases):RHOA mutated in 4 cases(1 case had IDH2 mutation),TET2 mutated in 2 cases and DNMT3A mutated in 1 case;3)mimic peripheral T cell lymphoma,not otherwise specified(5 cases):RHOA mutated in 2 cases(IDH2 co-mutated in 1 case),TET2 mutated in 3 cases,and DNMT3A mutated in 1 case;4)pattern 1(1 case),RHOA and TET2 co-mutated.Besides RHOAG17V(30/35),rare variant included RHOAK18N,RHOAR68H,RHOAC83Y,RHOAD120G and RHOAG17del,IDH2R172 co-mutated with IDH2M397V in one case.There were recurrent mutations of FAT3,PCLO and PIEZO1 and genes of epigenetic remodeling,T-cell activation,APC and PI3K/AKT pathway.EBER high-density independently indicated adverse overall survival and progression-free survival(P=0.046 and P=0.008,KaplanMeier/log-rank).Conclusions:Over half AITL cases might be confused in diagnosis for certain conditions without mutation data.Targeted exome sequencing with a comprehensive panel is crucial to detect both hot-spot and rare mutation variants for RHOA and IDH2 and other recurrent mutated genes in addition to TET2 and DNMT3A.EBER highdensity independently indicated adverse survival. | Yunfei Shi Haojie Wang Yanfei Liu Mengping Long Ning Ding Lan Mi Yumei Lai Lixin Zhou Xinting Diao Xianghong Li Weiping Liu Jun Zhu | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2023,35,5: | 0 |

| 10 | Molecular evidence of introgressive hybridization between related species Jankowski's Bunting(Emberiza jankowskii)and Meadow Bunting(Emberiza cioides)(Aves:Passeriformes)显示文摘Natural hybridization,which often occurs between closely related species exhibiting sympatric or parapatric distributions,is an important source of genetic variation within populations.The closely related Jankowski’s Bunting(Emberiza jankowskii)and Meadow Bunting(E.cioides)are similar in morphology and genetics,occupy overlapping niches,and are sympatric in eastern Inner Mongolia.Previous studies have reported trans-species polymorphisms of alleles between the two species,as well as an unexpectedly high genetic diversity of the endangered E.jankowskii.We speculate that introgressive hybridization has occurred between the two species and contributed to the additional unexpected variation to E.jankowskii.We used mitochondrial NADH dehydrogenase subunit 2(ND2)gene and 15 nuclear microsatellite markers to compare the genetic diversity of E.jankowskii and E.cioides,and inferred the origin of trans-species polymorphisms between the two species by phylogenetic reconstruction and Bayesian cluster analysis.The two species could be clearly distinguished by population cluster analysis.Despite the large number of mutational differences,we still detected sharing of major haplotypes and the presence of hybrids between the two species.Our study confirmed that weak introgressive hybridization has occurred between sympatric E.jankowskii and E.cioides,which may be mediated by female E.cioides individuals,and that interspecific introgression has contributed to the maintenance of high genetic diversity in E.jankowskii.While being wary of the potential negative effects of introgressive hybridization,we suggest that expanding the habitat of E.jankowskii remains the most effective conservation strategy at present. | Long Huang Lishi Zhang Dan Li Rongfei Yan Weiping Shang Yunlei Jiang Shi Li | 2022 | Avian Research2022,13,2: | 0 |

| 12 | 非免疫缺陷原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤17例临床分析(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical manifestations of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) with non-immune deficiency and explore effective methods for its diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The clinical, imaging and pathological data from 17 cases with PCNSL in our hospital from March 2006 to April 2009 were analyzed. The immunologic function test for all 17 cases was confirmed as normal. Four of them received stereotactie brain biopsy while the other patients were given full or partial resection. Fifteen of them were given both radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery. High-dose Methotrexate (HD-MTX) (2.0g/m2) was used via intravenous infusion once per week for three times. From week 4, patients began radiotherapy. Six cases with abnormal cerebrospinal fluid were given whole central nervous system radiotherapy, and 9 cases with normal cerebrospinal fluid were given only whole brain radiotherapy. Two of them were without any additional treatment after surgery. Sixteen of 17 cases were followed up for 9-48 months. Therapeutic efficacy, toxic and side effect were investigated. Results: Six cases, who were given HD-MTX chemotherapy and whole central nervous system radiotherapy, had grade 3 leukopenia, but other toxic and side effect above grade 3 were not observed. Two patients having no chemotherapy and radiotherapy recurred in one month, but there was only one recurred case in three months among 15 cases who had both chemotherapy and radiotherapy. One of them lost fellow-up. The 2-year survival rate was 69.2%. Conclusion: There is no specific clinical manifestation for PCNSL. The pathological examination is a reliable method to confirm PCNSL.
