2High-performance all-polymer solar cells enabled by a novel low bandgap non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor显示文摘The non-fully conjugated polymer as a new class of acceptor materials has shown some advantages over its small molecular counterpart when used in photoactive layers for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs),despite a low power conversion efficiency(PCE)caused by its narrow absorption spectra.Herein,a novel non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-2TS with a low bandgap of~1.40 eV was developed,via polymerizing a largeπ-fused small molecule acceptor(SMA)building block(namely YBO)with a non-conjugated thioalkyl linkage.Compared with its precursor YBO,PFY-2TS retains a similar low bandgap but a higher LUMO level.Moreover,compared with the structural analog of YBO-based fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-DTC,PFY-2TS shows a similar absorption spectrum and electron mobility,but significantly different molecular crystallinity and aggregation properties,which results in optimal blend morphology with a polymer donor PBDB-T and physical processes of the device in all-PSCs.As a result,PFY-2TS-based all-PSCs achieved a PCE of 12.31%with a small energy loss of 0.56 eV enabled by the reduced non-radiative energy loss(0.24 eV),which is better than that of 11.08%for the PFY-DTC-based ones.Our work clearly demonstrated that non-fully conjugated polymers as a new class of acceptor materials are very promising for the development of high-performance all-PSCs.Qunping Fan Ruijie Ma Tao Liu Jianwei Yu Yiqun Xiao Wenyan Su Guilong Cai Yuxiang Li Wenhong Peng Tao Guo Zhenghui Luo Huiliang Sun Lintao Hou Weiguo Zhu Xinhui Lu Feng Gao Ellen Moons Donghong Yu He Yan Ergang Wang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,8:3
3Hyperactive PI3Kδ predisposes naive T cells to activation via aerobic glycolysis programs显示文摘Activated phosphoinositide 3-kinaseδsyndrome(APDS)is an autosomal-dominant combined immunodeficiency disorder resulting from pathogenic gain-of-function(GOF)mutations in the PIK3CD gene.Patients with APDS display abnormal T cell homeostasis.However,the mechanisms by which PIK3CD GOF contributes to this feature remain unknown.Here,with a cohort of children with PIK3CD GOF mutations from multiple regions of China and a corresponding CRISPR/Cas9 gene-edited mouse model,we reported that hyperactive PI3Kδdisrupted TNaive cell homeostasis in the periphery by intrinsically promoting the growth,proliferation,and activation of TNaive cells.Our results showed that PIK3CD GOF resulted in loss of the quiescence-associated gene expression profile in naive T cells and promoted naive T cells to overgrow,hyperproliferate and acquire an activated functional status.Naive PIK3CD GOF T cells exhibited an enhanced glycolytic capacity and reduced mitochondrial respiration in the resting or activated state.Blocking glycolysis abrogated the abnormal splenic T cell pool and reversed the overactivated phenotype induced by PIK3CD GOF in vivo and in vitro.These results suggest that enhanced aerobic glycolysis is required for PIK3CD GOF-induced overactivation of naive T cells and provide a potential therapeutic approach for targeting glycolysis to treat patients with APDS as well as other immune disorders.Yanjun Jia Qiuyun Yang Yanping Wang Wenyan Li Xuemei Chen Tao Xu Zhirui Tian Minxuan Feng Liang Zhang Wenjing Tang Na Tian Lina Zhou Wenxia Song Xiaodong Zhao 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,7:2
4Preoperative P-wave duration as a predictor of atrial fibrillation after coronary artery bypass grafting: A prospective cohort study with meta-analysis显示文摘Objectives:Reported prediction rules for postoperative atrial fibrillation(AF)have suffered from inconsistent results and controversy surrounding the predictive value of a preoperative P-wave duration(PreOPWD).This study examined PreOPWD as a predictor for AF after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods:Two-hundred-and-ninety-nine patients with sinus rhythm before off-pump CABG were recruited into the study.Patients'demographic and clinical data were evaluated prospectively.Patients were continuously monitored for the first seven postoperative days.Multiple logistic regressionwas used to determine significant predictors of AF.Findings were then combined with similar studies and a metaanalysis was performed.Results:Postoperative AF was observed in 33.1%of 299 patients.Patients with AF were older,had a prolonged PreOPWD,higher incidences of hypertension,aortic regurgitation,and mitral regurgitation.A cut-off point of PreOPWD105ms achieved a specificity of 74%,and a sensitivity of 65%for predictive of AF.Multivariate analysis showed that PreOPWD105ms(odds ratio[OR]4.63,95%confidence intervals[CI]2.66 to 8.03,P<0.001),age60 years(OR 2.72,95%CI 1.51 to 4.90,P<0.01)and hypertension(OR 2.10,95%CI 1.08 to 4.07,P<0.05)independently predicted postoperative AF.A meta-analysis of this data combined with those of ten other studies showed that PreOPWD was greater in patients with POAF,with a weighted mean difference of 3.95 ms(95%CI 1.97 to 5.92,P<0.001).Conclusion:This study confirmed,among other predictive characteristics,that PreOPWD is a powerful independent predictor of POAF.Fangqin Wu Ying Wu Wenyan Tao Haibo Zhao Dongyan Shen 2018International Journal of Nursing Sciences2018,5,2:1
5Efficient Catalytic Conversion of Polysulfides by Biomimetic Design of “Branch‑Leaf” Electrode for High‑Energy Sodium–Sulfur Batteries显示文摘Rechargeable room temperature sodium–sulfur(RT Na–S)batteries are seriously limited by low sulfur utilization and sluggish electrochemical reaction activity of polysulfide intermediates.Herein,a 3D“branch-leaf”biomimetic design proposed for high performance Na–S batteries,where the leaves constructed from Co nanoparticles on carbon nanofibers(CNF)are fully to expose the active sites of Co.The CNF network acts as conductive“branches”to ensure adequate electron and electrolyte supply for the Co leaves.As an effective electrocatalytic battery system,the 3D“branch-leaf”conductive network with abundant active sites and voids can effectively trap polysulfides and provide plentiful electron/ions pathways for electrochemical reaction.DFT calculation reveals that the Co nanoparticles can induce the formation of a unique Co–S–Na molecular layer on the Co surface,which can enable a fast reduction reaction of the polysulfides.Therefore,the prepared“branch-leaf”CNF-L@Co/S electrode exhibits a high initial specific capacity of 1201 mAh g^−1 at 0.1 C and superior rate performance.Wenyan Du Kangqi Shen Yuruo Qi Wei Gao Mengli Tao Guangyuan Du Shu‑juan Bao Mingyang Chen Yuming Chen Maowen Xu 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,3:1

7Formation and ecological response of sand patches in the protection system of Shapotou section of the Baotou-Lanzhou railway,China显示文摘The development of bare patches typically signifies a process of ecosystem degradation.Within the protection system of Shapotou section of the Baotou-Lanzhou railway,the extensive emergence of bare sand patches poses a threat to both stability and sustainability.However,there is limited knowledge regarding the morphology,dynamic changes,and ecological responses associated with these sand patches.Therefore,we analyzed the formation and development process of sand patches within the protection system and its effects on herbaceous vegetation growth and soil nutrients through field observation,survey,and indoor analysis methods.The results showed that sand patch development can be divided into three stages,i.e.,formation,expansion,and stabilization,which correspond to the initial,actively developing,and semi-fixed sand patches,respectively.The average dimensions of all sand patch erosional areas were found to be 7.72 m in length,3.91 m in width,and 0.32 m in depth.The actively developing sand patches were the largest,and the initial sand patches were the smallest.Throughout the stage of formation and expansion,the herbaceous community composition changed,and the plant density decreased by more than 50.95%.Moreover,the coverage and height of herbaceous plants decreased in the erosional area and slightly increased in the depositional lobe;and the fine particles and nutrients of soils in the erosional area and depositional lobe showed a decreasing trend.In the stabilization phases of sand patches,the area from the inlet to the bottom of sand patches becomes initially covered with crusts.Vegetation and 0-2 cm surface soil condition improved in the erosional area,but this improvement was not yet evident in the depositional lobe.Factors such as disturbance,climate change,and surface resistance to erosion exert notable influences on the formation and dynamics of sand patches.The results can provide evidence for the future treatment of sand patches and the management of the protection system of Shapotou section of the Baotou-Lanzhou railway.DUN Yaoquan QU Jianjun KANG Wenyan LI Minlan LIU Bin WANG Tao SHAO Mei 2024Journal of Arid Land2024,16,2:0
8All-polymer solar cells with over 16%efficiency and enhanced stability enabled by compatible solvent and polymer additives显示文摘Considering the robust and stable nature of the active layers,advancing the power conversion efficiency(PCE)has long been the priority for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs).Despite the recent surge of PCE,the photovoltaic parameters of the stateof-the-art all-PSC still lag those of the polymer:small molecule-based devices.To compete with the counterparts,judicious modulation of the morphology and thus the device electrical properties are needed.It is difficult to improve all the parameters concurrently for the all-PSCs with advanced efficiency,and one increase is typically accompanied by the drop of the other(s).In this work,with the aids of the solvent additive(1-chloronaphthalene)and the n-type polymer additive(N2200),we can fine-tune the morphology of the active layer and demonstrate a 16.04%efficient all-PSC based on the PM6:PY-IT active layer.The grazing incidence wideangle X-ray scattering measurements show that the shape of the crystallites can be altered,and the reshaped crystallites lead to enhanced and more balanced charge transport,reduced recombination,and suppressed energy loss,which lead to concurrently improved and device efficiency and stability.Ruijie Ma Jianwei Yu Tao Liu Guangye Zhang Yiqun Xiao Zhenghui Luo Gaoda Chai Yuzhong Chen Qunping Fan Wenyan Su Gang Li Ergang Wang Xinhui Lu Feng Gao Bo Tang He Yan 2022Aggregate2022,3,3:0
9National Perinatal Prevalence of Selected Major Birth Defects--China,2010−2018显示文摘Introduction:An estimated of 900,000 infants are born with birth defects each year in China causing a substantial disease burden.This study aimed to depict the epidemiological patterns of selected major birth defects in Chinese perinatal births and provide important baseline data for future prevention.Methods:Data from the Chinese Birth Defects Monitoring Network(CBDMN)during 2010–2018 were used to analyze the epidemiological pattern in the prevalence of 15 major birth defects and the trends over time.Results:In the period of 2010–2018,the top 10 most frequently-occurring birth defects in China included congenital heart diseases(CHDs),polydactyly,cleft lip with or without palate(CL/P),club foot,syndactyly,hydrocephalus,hypospadias,limb reduction defects(LRD),anotia/microtia,and anorectal atresia/stenosis.There was a decrease in the prevalence of neural tube defects,CL/P,hydrocephalus,LRD,gastroschisis,and omphalocele,but there were increases in the prevalence of CHDs,cleft palate,hypospadias,club foot,polydactyly,and syndactyly.The prevalence of most birth defects varied significantly by maternal age,area types(urban/rural),and geographic regions.Conclusions and Implications for Public Health Practice:The findings indicated that the comprehensive prevention of birth defects should focus on these selected birth defects,elderly pregnant women,rural areas,and western regions.Wenli Xu Changfei Deng Wenyan Li Ke Wang Jing Tao Yuyang Gao Xiaohong Li Yanping Wang Juan Liang Jun Zhu Hanmin Liu Li Dai 2020China CDC weekly2020,2,37:0
10Intermediate phase assisted sequential deposition of reverse-graded quasi-2D alternating cation perovskites for MA-free perovskite solar cells显示文摘One-step deposition approaches have been widely applied and developed in the fabrication of quasi-2D perovskites.However,the regulation of quantum wells(QWs)and crystalline orientation is difficult and complicated when using this methodology.Sequential deposition is another widespread synthetic approach for preparing perovskite films and perovskite dimension engineering.In this article,δ-CsPbI_(3)intermediate phase assisted sequential(IPAS)deposition is successfully carried out to fabricate MA-free quasi-2D ACI perovskites.The amount of theδ-CsPbI_(3)intermediate phase in the PbI2 layer and the concentration of GAI molecule in the IPA solution both play important roles in the production of MA-free quasi-2D ACI perovskite films.The n value of the MA-free quasi-2D ACI perovskites can be adjusted,which affects the photovoltaic performance and device stability.Compared with one-step deposition,the MA-free quasi-2D ACI perovskites prepared via IPAS deposition have opposite reverse-graded QW distribution and improved vertical orientation,leading to a remarkable PEC of up to 18.86%and allowing the preparation of unpackaged devices with prominent working stability(80%,400 h).The underlying mechanism and crystallization pathway of IPAS deposition confirm that sequential deposition has unique superiority in regulating the QW distribution and crystalline orientation of quasi-2D perovskites.Shaofu Wang Yumin Liu Junjie Zou Junjun Jin Yun Jiang Tao Zeng Wenyan Zhao Rong-Xiang He Bolei Chen Yu Chen Shuoxue Jin Hong-Xiang Li Zhipeng Xie Chang-An Wang Weiwei Sun Qiang Cao Xing-Zhong Zhao 2023InfoMat2023,5,3:0
