| 1 | Single grain Rb-Sr dating of euhedral and cataclastic pyrite from the Qiyugou gold deposit in western Henan, central China显示文摘The Rb-Sr isotopic dating of pyrite mineral from ore deposits can directly provide mineralization age. However, many geological factors may affect the Rb-Sr isotopic system,which baffles application of this method. Employing ultra-low procedural blank Rb-Sr method,we have dated pyrites separated from the No. 4 breccia pipe of the Qiyugou gold deposit,western Henan Province. Single grains of euhedral pyrite crystal with few microcracks yield an isochron age of 126 ± 11 Ma, which represents time of the main mineralization stage of the deposit. Pyrite grains of cataclastic type show nevertheless scattered Rb-Sr isotopic composition and no reasonable isochron can be defined. Crystal morphology and mineral inclusion studies reveal that Rb and Sr of pyrite mineral probably are preserved mainly in biotite, K-feldspar, and sericite mineral inclusions. | 2 | Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study of Heat-fluid-solid Coupling of Double Flapper-nozzle Servo Valve显示文摘The double flapper-nozzle servo valve is widely used to launch and guide the equipment. Due to the large instantaneous flow rate of servo valve working under specific operating conditions, the temperature of servo valve would reach 120℃ and the valve core and valve sleeve deform in a short amount of time. So the control precision of servo valve significantly decreases and the clamping stagnation phenomenon of valve core appears. In order to solve the problem of degraded control accuracy and clamping stagnation of servo valve under large temperature difference circumstance, the numerical simulation of heat-fluid-solid coupling by using finite element method is done. The simulation result shows that zero position leakage of servo valve is basically impacted by oil temperature and change of fit clearance. The clamping stagnation is caused by warpage-deformation and fit clearance reduction of the valve core and valve sleeve. The distribution rules of the temperature and thermal-deformation of shell, valve core and valve sleeve and the pressure, velocity and temperature field of flow channel are also analyzed. Zero position leakage and electromagnet's current when valve core moves in full-stroke are tested using Electro-hydraulic Servo-valve Characteristic Test-bed of an aerospace sciences and technology corporation. The experimental results show that the change law of experimental current at different oil temperatures is roughly identical to simulation current. The current curve of the electromagnet is smooth when oil temperature is below 80℃, but the amplitude of current significantly increases and the hairy appears when oil temperature is above 80℃. The current becomes smooth again after the warped valve core and valve sleeve are reground. It indicates that clamping stagnation is caused by warpage-deformation and fit clearance reduction of valve core and valve sleeve. | 4 | Study on the velocity structure of the crust in Southwest Yunnan of the north-south seismic belt—Results from the Menghai-Gengma-Lushui deep seismic sounding profile显示文摘Southwest Yunnan, located in the southern segment of the north-south seismic belt, is one of the regions with strong tectonic movement and seismic activity in China. Study on the characteristics of tectonic setting and deep geophysical field in the region is an important issue in basic science. In 2013, we conducted a 600-km-long Menghai-Gengma-Lushui profile of deep seismic wide-angle reflection/refraction and high-resolution seismic refraction in Southwest Yunnan. In this paper, we use 6 groups of clear intracrustal P-wave phases picked from the seismic record sections of 11 shots to build a velocity structure model of basement and 2D crustal P-wave of the region by using finite difference inversion and ray travel time forward fitting technology. The results show that, from south to north, the crust gradually thickens along the profile and its basement shows a significant lateral heterogeneity. In the vicinity of the Nanting River fault, the basement structure shows the character of alternate depressions and uplifts, and the shallowest basement is about 1.0 km. In the vicinity of Tengchong and Lancang, the basement is about 5.0 km deep. The velocity of the middle and lower crust in the region generally increases with the increasing of depth. At the block boundary and beneath the fault tectonic belt, the velocity contours show apparent irregularity and the P-wave velocity changes sharply. In this region, the Moho gradually deepens from south to north with relatively large lateral undulations. The shallowest point of the Moho is located near Menghai at a depth of about 32.0 km. The deepest point of the Moho is located near Tengchong at a depth of about 40.5 km. Between Gengma and Yongde, the Moho shows significantly fast uplifting and depressing with an amplitude of about 4.0 km. Beneath the Nanting River fault, Longling-Ruili fault, Dayingjiang fault and Tengchong volcano, the basement velocity structure, 2D crustal P-wave velocity structure, distribution of average profile velocity and intracrustal interface spreading also show significant changes from the basement to the top of the Moho, indicating that the crustal velocity and medium physical properties beneath the fault tectonic belt are apparently different from the crustal materials on its both sides, which suggests that these faults should be in a certain scale and may extend to the lower crust or the top of the upper mantle. The earthquakes in the region mainly occurred at a depth of 10–20 km, and the seismic activity is related to the intracrustal medium velocity difference and fault belt distribution. | 7 | ACPAs promote IL-1β production in rheumatoid arthritis by activating the NLRP3 inflammasome显示文摘OBJECTIVES:Anti-citrullinated protein antibodies(ACPAs)are a group of autoantibodies targeted against citrullinated proteins/peptides and are informative rheumatoid arthritis(RA)biomarkers.ACPAs also play a crucial role in RA pathogenesis,and their underlying mechanism merits investigation.METHODS:Immunohistochemical(IHC)assays were carried out to determine IL-1βlevels in ACPA+and ACPA−RA patients.PBMCderived monocytes were differentiated into macrophages before stimulation with ACPAs purified from RA patients.The localization and interaction of molecules were analyzed by confocal microscopy,co-IP,and surface plasmon resonance.RESULTS:In our study,we found that IL-1βlevels were elevated in ACPA+RA patients and that ACPAs promoted IL-1βproduction by PBMC-derived macrophages.ACPAs interacted with CD147 to enhance the interaction between CD147 and integrinβ1 and,in turn,activate the Akt/NF-κB signaling pathway.The nuclear localization of p65 promoted the expression of NLRP3 and pro-IL-1β,resulting in priming.Moreover,ACPA stimulation activated pannexin channels,leading to ATP release.The accumulated ATP bound to the P2X7 receptor,leading to NLRP3 inflammasome activation.CONCLUSIONS:Our study suggests a new hypothesis regarding IL-1βproduction in RA involving ACPAs,which may be a potential therapeutic target in RA treatment. | Xiwen Dong Zhaohui Zheng Peng Lin Xianghui Fu Fanni Li Jianli Jiang Ping Zhu | 2020 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,3: | 11 |

| 9 | Shuganjieyu capsule increases neurotrophic factor expression in a rat model of depression显示文摘Shuganjieyu capsule has been approved for clinical treatment by the State Food and Drug Administration of China since 2008. In the clinic, Shuganjieyu capsule is often used to treat mild to moderate depression. In the rat model of depression established in this study, Shuganjieyu capsule was administered intragastrically daily before stress. Behavioral results confirmed that depressive symptoms lessened after treatment with high-dose(150 mg/kg) Shuganjieyu capsule. Immunohistochemistry results showed that high-dose Shuganjieyu capsule significantly increased phosphorylation levels of phosphorylation cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element binding protein and brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression in the medial prefrontal cortex and hippocampal CA3 area. In this study, the combined effect of coating and texturing on the performance of ring/liner conjunction is numerically investigated. A thermal mixed lubrication model is presented. The effects of the coating's thermal and mechanical properties on the tribological performance are studied under the cold and warm engine operating conditions. Along with the increasing coating thickness, the effects of the coating's thermal properties on friction loss are found to be significant, as well as the effects of the coating's mechanical properties. | 14 | Characterization of Carotenoid Accumulation and Carotenogenic Gene Expression During Fruit Development in Yellow and White Loquat Fruit显示文摘Accumulation of carotenoids in peel and pulp of the yellow-fleshe loquat ‘Zaozhong 6'(ZZ6) and the white-fleshe loquat ‘Baiyu'(BY) were tracked during different fruit development stages, and the expression of 15 carotenogenic genes were analyzed. During loquat fruit ripening the fresh weight content of β-carotene in peel and pulp of ZZ6 increased gradually and peaked at the fully ripe stage, reaching 68.53 μg·g^(-1)FW in the peel and 11.92 μg·g^(-1)FW in the pulp. In BY, the content of β-carotene in the peel increased and peaked at the fully ripe stage, reaching38.89 μg·g^(-1)FW, while it decreased in the pulp from the original 0.47 μg·g~(^(-1))FW and reduced to 0.29 μg·g~(^(-1))FW. The content of β-cryptoxanthin in the peel and pulp of ZZ6 and BY both increased steadily, and peaked at the fully ripe stage; however, the content of lutein decreased in the peel of ZZ6 and increased in the pulp, but in BY, it dropped and then rose in the peel. There was no significan change of β-cryptoxanthin in the pulp of BY. After the breaker stage, the m RNA levels of phytoene synthase(PSY) and chromoplast-specifi lycopene β-cyclase(CYCB) were higher in the peel, while CYCB and β-carotene hydroxylase(BCH) m RNAs were higher in the fles of ZZ6, compared with BY. | 18 | In vitro and in vivo biocompatibility of Mg–Zn–Ca alloy operative clip显示文摘At present,titanium(Ti)and its alloys are most commonly use in hemostasis clip clinical applications.However,the Ti Clip cannot be absorbed in human body and produce artifacts on computed tomography(CT),and induce clinically relevant hypersensitivity in patients.In order to overcome the drawbacks of the non-degradable Ti clips,an Mg-Zn-Ca alloy operative clip was fabricated by combining hot extrusion and blanking processing.In vitro and in vivo biocompatibility of Mg-Zn-Ca alloy operative clip were evaluated by L-929 Cells and SD rat model respectively.It was found that Mg-Zn-Ca alloy exhibited non-cytotoxic to L929 cells.In vivo implantation showed that the newly designed Mg-Zn-Ca clip can successfully ligated carotid artery and no blood leakage occurred post-surgery.During the period of the clip degradation,a small amount of H2 gas formation and no tissue inflammation around the clips were observed.The degradation rate of the clip near the heart ligated the arteries faster than that of clip far away the heart due do the effect of arterial blood.Histological analysis and various blood biochemical parameters in rat serum samples collected at different times after clip implantation showed no tissue inflammation around the clips. | Pengfei Ding Yuanchao Liu Xianghui He Debao Liu Minfang Chen | 2019 | Bioactive Materials2019,4,1: | 5 |
| 19 | Devonian Sequence Stratigraphy and Relative Sea Level Changes in Longmenshan Area, Sichuan显示文摘The Longmenshan area is located at the western margin of Yangtze platform, where the Devonian is composed of clastic rocks, mixed clastic-carbonate rocks and carbonate rocks in ascending order, and was formed in the marine environment from nearshore to outer shelf. Based on a study of six sections the Devonian in Longemenshan area is divided into 18 sequences and 5 sequence sets. The maximum transgressive high in the Devonian of this area occurred in Early Frasnian, corresponding to asymmetricus zone. The boundaries among the sequence sets are roughly corresponding to the bottom boundaries of Ⅰa’,Ⅰc’,Ⅱa, and Ⅱd in the Devonian of West Europe and North America, respectively. | 20 | Control System Development and Experimental Study on Ultrasonic Vibration Feeding显示文摘Ultrasonic vibration feeding(UVF) method which can quantitatively feed and precisely deposit fine powder is a potential technique for micro feeding.The excitation sources transmit vibration to capillary though the third medium for most UVF devices.The vibrator is directly touched with the capillary can transmit mechanical energy on the capillary as much as possible,and the powder feeding can be controlled more precise.However,there are few reports about it.A direct UVF system which integrates the function of micro feeding,process observing,and powder forming was developed in this work.In order to analyze the effect of the system factors on feeding,a group of L9(33) orthogonal experiments are selected to confirm the effect of level change of factors.The three factors are capillary nozzle diameter,amplitude and signal.The flow rate was stable for each combined factors,and the optimum combination for the minimum flow rate are choosing small capillary,small amplitude,and triangular wave orderly.The whole process of feeding includes start point,middle stage and stop stage.Starting of feeding was synchronized to vibration when the amplitude of capillary nozzle is larger than critical amplitude.Then,the feeding process enters the middle stage,the feeding state is observed by the CCD,and it is very stable in the middle stage.Overflow of feeding can't be eliminated during the stop stage.The features of the deposited powder lines are analyzed;the overflow can be diminished by choosing small capillary and appropriate ratio of the capillary nozzle diameter to the particle size.Chinese characters lattices were deposited to validate the ability of quantitatively feeding and fixed feeding of UVF.Diameters of all powder dots show normal distribution,and more than 60% dots are concentrated from 550 μm to 650 μm,and the average diameter for all the dots is 597 μm.Most dots positions are well approached to their scheduled positions,and the maximum deviation is 0.27 mm.The new direct UVF system is used to implement experiments,which confirms the precise controllable of feeding.According improve the feeding technique,it suits well for rapid prototyping,chemistry,pharmaceutics and many other fields,which require precise measurement and feed minim powder. | ZENG Xianghui QI Lehua HUANG Hua LI Yang YANG Fang | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,6: | 5 |
