1Evaluation of self-healing ability of Ce-V conversion coating on AZ31 magnesium alloy显示文摘This study investigated the influence of cerium nitrate in vanadate solutions on the properties of Ce–V conversion coatings on AZ31 magnesium alloys,and evaluated the self-healing behavior of the Ce–V conversion coating for AZ31 magnesium alloy.The results showed that the additions of cerium nitrate prevented pentavalent vanadium from reducing to tetravalent vanadium in the coatings during conversion reaction process.Adding appropriate cerium nitrate to vanadate solution led to a thicker coating with a more compact CeVO_(4) layer.The corrosion behavior of the Ce–V conversion coating was investigated by the electrochemical tests and the scratch immersion test in 3.5 wt.%NaCl solution.The self-healing ability of the coating was confirmed from all tests.The surface analysis revealed that the self-healing effect of the Ce–V conversion coating was only provided by the release and migration of vanadium compounds.Xiao Jiang Ruiguang Guo Shuqin Jiang 2016Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2016,4,3:6
2Biomarker evidence for changes in terrestrial organic matter input into the Yellow Sea mud area during the Holocene显示文摘We present lipid biomarker records of two cores(ZY1 and ZY3) from the central South Yellow Sea mud area to investigate the changes in sources and transport processes of the sedimentary organic matter(OM) throughout the Holocene. Based on the analysis of marine biomarker content(SPB(Phytoplankton Biomarker, total content of brassicasterol, dinosterol and C_(37)-alkenones) and crenarchaeol), and terrestrial biomarkers(Sn-alkanols and br GDGTs) as well as TMBR′ and BIT index values, the marine organic matter(MOM) and terrestrial organic matter(TOM) deposition history was reconstructed. Changes in TOM and MOM were related to variations in land vegetation density and marine productivity, as well as transport processes dominated by the oceanic circulation system. The marine biomarker contents from the South Yellow Sea have generally increased throughout the Holocene, indicating that the increased MOM contents were mainly controlled by the strengthening of the circulation system. The terrestrial biomarkers, on the other hand, were more variable, indicating more complex influence of TOM burial in the Yellow Sea. During the Early Holocene(7200–6000 cal yr BP), the moderate TOM input revealed by the terrestrial proxy records may result from abundant land source supply by strong river transport despite the lack of transport via circulation system. The Mid-Holocene(6000–3000 cal yr BP) was characterized by decreased terrestrial biomarker contents. The balance between the decrease in land source supply and increase of transportation by the current system of the TOM resulted in the lower but stable contents of TOM. 3Lymphangiogenesis contributes to exercise-induced physiological cardiac growth显示文摘Background:Promoting cardiac lymphangiogenesis exerts beneficial effects for the heart.Exercise can induce physiological cardiac growth with cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and increased proliferation markers in cardiomyocytes.However,it remains unclear whether and how lymphangiogenesis contributes to exercise-induced physiological cardiac growth.We aimed to investigate the role and mechanism of lymphangiogenesis in exercise-induced physiological cardiac growth.Methods:Adult C57 BL6/J mice were subjected to 3 weeks of swimming exercise to induce physiological cardiac growth.Oral treatment with vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR3) inhibitor SAR1 3 1 675 was used to investigate whether cardiac lymphangiogenesis was required for exercise-induced physiological cardiac growth by VEGFR3 activation.Furthermore,human dermal lymphatic endothelial cell(LEC)-conditioned medium was collected to culture isolated neonatal rat cardiomyocytes to determine whether and how LECs could influence cardiomyocyte proliferation and hypertrophy.Results:Swimming exercise induced physiological cardiac growth accompanied by a remarkable increase of cardiac lymphangiogenesis as evidenced by increased density of lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronic acid receptor 1-positive lymphatic vessels in the heart and upregulated LYVE-1 and Podoplanin expressions levels.VEGFR3 was upregulated in the exercised heart,while VEGFR3 inhibitor SAR131675 attenuated exercise-induced physiological cardiac growth as evidenced by blunted myocardial hypertrophy and reduced proliferation marker Ki67 in cardiomyocytes,which was correlated with reduced lymphatic vessel density and downregulated LYVE-1 and Podoplanin in the heart upon exercise.Furthermore,LEC-conditioned medium promoted both hypertrophy and proliferation of cardiomyocytes and contained higher levels of insulinlike growth factor-1 and the extracellular protein Reelin,while LEC-conditioned medium from LECs treated with SAR131675 blocked these effects.Functional rescue assays further demonstrated that protein kinase B(AKT) activation,as well as reduced CCAAT enhancer-binding protein beta(C/EBPβ) and increased CBP/p300-interacting transactivators with E(glutamic acid)/D(aspartic acid)-rich-carboxylterminal domain 4(CITED4),contributed to the promotive effect of LEC-conditioned medium on cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and proliferation.Conclusion:Our findings reveal that cardiac lymphangiogenesis is required for exercise-induced physiological cardiac growth by VEGFR3 activation,and they indicate that LEC-conditioned medium promotes both physiological hypertrophy and proliferation of cardiomyocytes through AKT activation and the C/EBPβ-CITED4 axis.These results highlight the essential roles of cardiac lymphangiogenesis in exercise-induced physiological cardiac growth.Yihua Bei Zhenzhen Huang Xing Feng Lin Li Meng Wei Yujiao Zhu Shuqin Liu Chen Chen Mingming Yin Huimin Jiang Junjie Xiao 2022Journal of Sport and Health Science2022,11,4:2

5Highly stable Al-doped ZnO by ligand-free synthesis as general thickness-insensitive interlayers for organic solar cells显示文摘Highly conductive and dispersible Al-doped ZnO(AZO) nanoparticles(NPs) have been successfully prepared by ligand-free colloidal synthesis at low temperature and stabilization by surfactant-aid including ethanolamine(EA), ethylenediamine(EDA),diethylenetriamine(DETA) and triethylenetetramine(TETA). Due to the strong intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between AZO NPs and the amino groups from surfactants, the inevitable aggregation was suppressed and the surface defect sites were passivated obviously. The existence of electron transfer from the nitrogen of the amino groups to the zinc of AZO,led to a dramatic increase in electrical conductivity. A homogeneous current intensity value up to ~2200 pA for AZO tread by DETA was characterized by conductive atomic force microscopy(C-AFM), which was more superior than that of the reported sol-gel synthesized AZO with the assistance of EA surfactant(refer to 170.7 pA). 9Improving Ultraviolet Stability of Perovskite Solar Cells via Singlet Fission Down-Conversion显示文摘The instability of perovskite materials under continuous ultraviolet(UV)light irradiation and high sensitivity in humid environments remain obstacles to future commercialization.Especially,the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells(PVSCs)is prone to decline under UV light exposure for sustained periods of time.However,in conventional methods,preventing UV light from entering PVSCs usually comes at the expense of reducing short circuit photocurrent(Jsc).Herein,the UV stability of PVSCs is modified by in-troducing a singlet fission down-conversion layer 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)pentacene(TIPS-PEN)via one-step anti-solvent method without sacrificing device efficiency.The introduction of down conversion layer can not only improve the Jsc by converting UV light into multiple excitons,but also enhance the open-circuit voltage(Voc)owing to a better matched energy level alignment at the perovskite/spiro-OMeTAD interface.Consequently,the TIPS-PEN incorporated PVSCs attain the champion power conversion effi-ciency(PCE)up to 22.92%accompanied with dramatically increased UV photostability which can retain 80%of its primitive PCE un-der continuous UV light soaking for 150 h.Moreover,the unencapsulated PVSCs with TIPS-PEN exhibit remarkable moisture stability which can sustain over 80%of the initial value under air conditions(50%relative humidity,25℃)after 1000 h.Yanda zhang Shuqin Xiao Wangping Sheng Jia Yang Licheng Tan Yiwang Chen 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,9:1

12Concerted regulation on vertical orientation and film quality of two-dimensional ruddlesden-popper perovskite layer for efficient solar cells显示文摘Recently,the two-dimensional(2D)ruddlesden-popper(RPP)perovskite has been successfully attracting great attention owing to their excellent electronic property and superior ambient stability.But 2D perovskite solar cells(PVSCs)with insulating large cations show a worse performance than three-dimensional(3D)PVSCs in general because of the worse charge transportation.In this work,dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)and KI were incorporated simultaneously to produce a synergistic effect on both film quality and orientation of 2D perovskite.With this strategy,a cavity-free 2D perovskite film was formed with vertically oriented crystal,and high quality film was obtained with decreased defects and increased crystallinity.Besides,profitable multiple phases were obtained for better spontaneous carrier separation and transportation.The 2D PVSCs based on(PEA)2(MA)n−1PbnI3n+1(n=5)delivered a higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 13.4%.In addition,the perovskite with KI and DMSO contained more stable low-dimension phase at the bottom of perovskite film,which could act as a barrier to prevent moisture from further eroding internal perovskites.The optimized 2D PVSCs remained 90%of the PCE after being exposed in air(50%–60%humidity,room temperature)with a continuous illumination for 300 h.Xianglan Tang Xueying Wang Ting Hu Qingxia Fu Xiaotian Hu Zengqi Huang Shuqin Xiao Yiwang Chen 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,11:1
13Middle and Late Permian palynoflora in Tianshan Township,southeast of Bogda Mountain,Xinjiang,China显示文摘The Permian is one of the most important periods during which the vegetative earth witnessed the transition from icehouse to greenhouse climate and the global environment changes.Organisms on the planet encountered great challenge and the demise of swamp caused the extinction of arborescent lycopods and the rising of Mesophytic plants accomplished the floral transition from the Paleophytic to Mesophytic vegetation.In order to depict the climatic changes and floral succession in the middle and high latitudes of the North Hemisphere,palynological investigation was engaged,and 40 samples collected from the uppermost of Taerlang Formation,Hongyanchi Formation and Quanzijie Formation in the Tianshan Town,Turpan-Hami Basin,eastern Xinjiang,China.The result shows that the palynoflora in the studied area is composed of 50 species of 33 genera,dominated by disaccites and striatiti gymnosperm pollen,and characterized by diverse Protohaploxypinus,Hamia-pollenites,Alisporites and Klausipollenites.It is quite similar to those Middle and Late Permian palynological assemblages reported in the Dalongkou section and other localities in southern margin of Junggar Basin,and aged at Middle and Late Permian.The diversity of typical Angara and sub-Angara pollen,such as Falcisporites,Alisporites,Protohaploxypinus,Vittatina,Lunatisporites,Hamiapollenites,etc.indicates that the studied palynoflora belonged to the sub-Angara phytoprovince,while the presence of Lueckisporites virkkiae implied Euramerica pollen intruded northward sometimes.The paleoclimate of the studied area might be warm and humid with fluctuated dry seasons during the late Guadalupian and early Lopingian time.Muhammad I.Asghar ZHANG Shuqin ZHANG Minda SHI Xiao SUN Yuewu 2021Global Geology2021,24,4:1

16Giant magneto-optical Faraday effect of nanometer Fe-In_2O_3 granular films显示文摘The giant magneto-optical Faraday effect of nanometer ferromagnetic metal-semiconductor matrix Fe-In2O3 granular films prepared by the radio frequency sputtering are studied. The result shows that the Faraday rotation angle θF value of the granular film samples with Fe volume fraction x = 35% is of the order of 105(°)/cm at room temperature. Temperature dependence of the Faraday rotation angle θF of Fe0.35(In2O3)0.65 granular films shows that θF value below 10 K increases rapidly with the decrease of the temperature, and when T = 4.2 K, θF value is 106(°)/cm. Through the study of the dependence of low field susceptibility on temperature and the hysteresis loops at different temperatures, it has been found that when the temperature decreases to a critical point TP = 10 K, the transformation of state from ferro- magnetic to spin-glass-like occurs in Fe0.35(In2O3)0.65 granular films. 19Complex coacervation microcapsules by tannic acid crosslinking prolong the antifungal activity of cinnamaldehyde against Aspergillus brasiliensis显示文摘The antifungal activity and encapsulation properties of cinnamaldehyde-loaded microcapsules by tannic acid were investigated.The results showed that cinnamaldehyde exhibited a high in vitro antifungal effect against Aspergillus brasiliensis through altering the morphology of the hyphae,and its inhibition zone diameter(IZD)exceeded 15 mm with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.Cinnamaldehyde-loaded microcapsules crosslinked with tannic acid have a high encapsulation efficiency(92.53±5.20%)and antifungal activity(37.82±0.63 mm),and the retention rate was 2.5 times of that of unencapsulated cinnamaldehyde after 30-d storage at 37℃.Furthermore,the antifungal stability was enhanced(IZD 25.37 mm)after 60-d storage at 37℃ as compared with that of cinnamaldehyde(IZD 22.07 mm).The results of cell membrane integrity and the extracellular protein content also indicated that the microencapsulation could effectively protect cinnamaldehyde,delay the decrease of antifungal effect and improve its long-term antifungal activity against A.brasiliensis by increasing the retention rate of cinnamaldehyde after storage.Wenyi Chen Shuqin Xia Chaogeng Xiao 2022Food Bioscience2022,47,3:1
