Comparing the Diagnostic Criteria for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus of World Health Organization 2013 with 1999 in Chinese Population显示文摘INTRODUCTION Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) was earlier defined as 'hyperglycemia first recognized during pregnancy' and has more recently been described by American Diabetes Association (ADA) (2012) as diabetes diagnosed during pregnancy that is not clearly overt diabetes.[1] The hyperglycemia and adverse pregnancy outcomes study (HAPO) demonstrated that the risk of adverse maternal, fetal, and neonatal outcomes continuously increase as a function of maternal glycemia at 24-28 weeks, even within ranges previously considered normal for pregnancy.[2] After reviewing the results of the HAPO study, many international diabetes study groups, including the International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups and ADA have adopted the 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) at 24-28 weeks as a screening and diagnostic test and defined new cut-off values for GDM diagnosis. The Ministry of Health of China published the criteria for GDM,that is the same as the ADA criteria on July 1,2011.World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended the 75 g OGTT with different cut-offvalues as a diagnostic test since 1999,changed its recommendation on 2013.In Hongkong and Yunnan province in China, most hospital adopted the WHO 1999 criteria, nevertheless, there is no evidence of multicenter and large sample to show that the GDM population within the same ethnic group diagnosed by the new WHO criteria matches those diagnosed by the old one and consistency between the two criteria has not been reported. Thus,we conducted this study to analyze the two criteria in Chinese pregnant women.Weiwei Zhu Huixia Yang Yumei Wei Zilian Wang Xuelan Li Hairong Wu Nan Li Meihua Zhang Xinghui Liu Hua Zhang Yunhui Wang Jianmin Niu Yujie Gan Liruo Zhong Yunfeng Wang Anil Kapur 2015Chinese Medical Journal2015,,1:42
Improvement of luminescent stability from carbon nanotube field emission display based on printed CNT film显示文摘Aiming at the influences of poor contact at carbon nanotube (CNT)/electrode interface on luminescence stability in printed CNT film, a new co-sintering process for cathode fabrication was presented to improve the luminescent stability of fully printed CNT-FED. By co-sintering the printed silver and CNT layers, CNTs geometrically matched with Ag surface and/or embedded into Ag layer at the bottom of the co-sintered film, large CNTs block and bulk silver nested each other at the top of the co-sintered film. All these structures increased the contact area at CNT/Ag interface, which could increase the probability of forming ohmic contact at CNT/Ag interface. The luminescent stability of printed CNT-FED with co-sintered cathode could be improved as 5.6 times high as that of common devices.ZENG Fanguang ZHU Changchun LIU Xinghui LIU Weihua 2006Science China(Technological Sciences)2006,49,3:8
Seismic attributes and integrated prediction of fractured and caved carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,China显示文摘The carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin are characterized by anisotropy and strong heterogeneity.Combined with an integrated analysis of data from seismic, geology, and drilling results,a series of attributes which are suitable for fractured and caved carbonate reservoir prediction is discussed, including amplitude, coherence analysis, spectra decomposition, seismic absorption attenuation analysis and impedance inversion.Moreover,3-D optimization of these attributes is achieved by integration of multivariate discriminant analysis and principle component analysis, where the logging data are taken as training samples.Using the optimized results, the spatial distribution and configuration features of the caved reservoirs can be characterized in detail. This technique not only improves the understanding of the spatial distribution of current reservoirs but also provides a significant basis for the discovery and production of carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin.Liu Lifeng Sam Zandong Sun Yang Haijun Han Jianfa Gao Hongliang Jing Bing Zhu Xinghui 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,4:6
Post-marketing safety surveillance and reevaluation of Motherwort injection:A clinical study of 10094 cases显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety profiles of Motherwort injection(MI).METHODS:A multi-center,prospective and drugderived hospital intensive monitoring method was conducted to assess the safety of MI in real world applications. This study was based on a very large population after the injection was approved and marketed in China. All patients using the injection in participating hospitals were monitored to determine the incidence, pattern, severity and outcome of associated adverse events.RESULTS:The post-marketing surveillance was performed in 10 094 female patients from April to December,2015.The incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) was 0.79‰(8/10 094).Among the 8 patients, the reported adverse events mainly included systemic abnormalities, such as fever, chills and eyelid edema;skin and appendages disorders, such as pruritus and rash;gastrointestinal disorders, such as nausea, abdominal distension and pain;heart rate and rhythm disorders, such as palpitation and increased heart rate. All of these ADRs were mild in severity.CONCLUSION:In this study the ADRs incidence rate of MI is very low, which supports that it is generally safe for use in obstetric and gynecological diseases. However, the total number of 8 ADRs recorded over a relatively short time span seems limited, and the low number of reports could not represent an absolute guarantee of safety.Cao Shan Zhang Wenhao Zhao Ziwei Heng Mingli Bu Huaien Wang Hongwu Liu Xinghui Wang Zhong Cai Yan Ma Yuyan Cui Shihong Deng Jihong Ding Guifeng Ding Yajuan Dong Linhong Duan Zhentao Fan Ling Fan Yang Fu Fen He Jing Ji Shuying Jin Lin Li Hong Li Hongying Liao Tao Lu Wei Luo Xiucui Lü Zhihui Ma Fengchun Ma Dafeng Shi Tianyun Sun Juying Sun Xiaotong Teng Hong Wang Jinhua Wang Ruihua Wang Ying Wang Zhengling Xi Jie Xu Minjuan Xu Zhihong Yan Qian Yang Cuirong Yang Yimei Yin Jie Yu Jinhua Yuan Wenjun Zhang Guanli Zhang Meihua Zhao Renfeng Zhong Yonghong Zhou Jian 2018Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,4:4
Noncoding RNAs and Their Potential Therapeutic Applications in Tissue Engineering显示文摘Tissue engineering is a relatively new but rapidly developing field in the medical sciences. Noncoding RNAs(ncRNAs) are functional RNA molecules without a protein-coding function; they can regulate cellular behavior and change the biological milieu of the tissue. The application of ncRNAs in tissue engineering is starting to attract increasing attention as a means of resolving a large number of unmet healthcare needs, although ncRNA-based approaches have not yet entered clinical practice. In-depth research on the regulation and delivery of ncRNAs may improve their application in tissue engineering. The aim of this review is: to outline essential ncRNAs that are related to tissue engineering for the repair and regeneration of nerve, skin, liver, vascular system, and muscle tissue; to discuss their regulation and delivery; and to anticipate their potential therapeutic applications.Shiying Li Tianmei Qian Xinghui Wang Jie Liu Xiaosong Gu 2017Engineering2017,3,1:4
CSOG MFM Committee Guideline: Management of Hepatitis B During Pregnancy and Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission of Hepatitis B Virus (2020)显示文摘Mother-to-child transmission (MTCT) of hepatitis B virus (HBV) is the main cause of chronic hepatitis B. The prevention of MTCT plays a critical role in control chronic hepatitis B. The main purpose of the present clinical guidelines is to aid healthcare providers in managing pregnant women with positive HBsAg and in preventing MTCT of HBV. We recommend: (1) all pregnant women require prenatal screen for hepatitis B serological markers;(2) newborn infants of mothers with negative hepatitis B surface (HBsAg) require administration of hepatitis B vaccine on a 0, 1, and 6 month-schedule;(3) newborn infants of mothers with positive HBsAg need hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HBIG) and birth dose vaccine within 12 hours (the sooner the better) after birth, followed by injection of the second and third dose of hepatitis B vaccine at the age of one and six months respectively;(4) in preterm neonates or neonates with poor health conditions born to HBsAg-positive mothers, the immunoprophylaxis measures should be appropriately taken;(5) to further reduce MTCT of HBV, pregnant women with HBV DNA levels >2×105 IU/mL or positive hepatitis B e antigen may receive oral antivirals, starting from 28 to 32 weeks of gestation and discontinuing the drug on the delivery day;(6) cesarean section is not recommended to reduce MTCT of HBV;(7) breastfeeding is recommended in infants of HBsAg-positive mothers, regardless of maternally positive hepatitis B e antigen, maternal nipple injury or bleeding, oral mucosal injury in neonates or infants;(8) breastfeeding is recommended in infants born to HBsAg-positive mothers who require continuation of antiviral therapy after delivery, and the infants should be followed up to observe whether adverse effects develop;and (9) the infants born to HBsAg-positive mothers should be tested for hepatitis B serological markers at the age of 7-12 months, and those who are negative for HBsAg and anti-HBs should receive three doses of hepatitis B vaccine on the 0, 1, and 6 month-schedule as soon as possible.Maternal-Fetal Medicine Committee,Chinese Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Chinese Medical Association Chinese Society of Perinatal Medicine,Chinese Medical Association Chinese Academy of Maternal-Fetal Medicine Yi-Hua Zhou Yali Hu Xinghui Liu Huixia Yang 2021Maternal-Fetal Medicine2021,3,1:3
Hydrothermal Synthesized Co-Ni3S2 Ultrathin Nanosheets for Efficient and Enhanced Overall Water Splitting显示文摘We used the one-step hydrothennal controlled synthesis method for Co-Ni3S2 ultrathin nanosheets grown directly on nickel foam(NF).The as-synthesized Co-Ni3S2/NF showed eiilianced activities in the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and better overall water splitting(OWS)efficiency than the iin-doped Ni3S2/NF.the voltage of Co-Ni3S2/NF for OWS was only 1.58 V at the current density of 10 niA/cm^2 and with long time(>30 h)current output during the current-density(i-t)test.The good i-t pertonnance was also observed in both HER and OER processes.Additionally, the Co-Ni3S2/NF showed a large current density(>1A/cm^2)for both HER and OER.Wlien the current densities reached 100 and 1000 mA/cm^2,the required overpotentials tor Co-Ni3S2/NF were 0.35 and 0.75 V for OER and 0.30 and 0.85 V for HER.Therefore, after introducing Co,the activity of Ni3S2-based material was strongly enhanced.JIAN Juan YUAN Long LI He LIU Huanhuan ZHANG Xinghui SUN Xuejiao YUAN Hongming FENG Shouhua 2019Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,2:2

Estimation of seawater movement based on reflectors from a seismic profile显示文摘Seismic oceanography is a new cross-discipline of reflection seismology and physical oceanography. The biggest difference between seismic oceanography and traditional reflection seismology is its research object of time-varied seawater. How to estimate the temporal variations of reflectors in water structure and make some corrections in seismic data are basic problems in seismic oceanography research. Here a method of estimation for seawater movement is provided based on the reflectors. The application results of this method to the simulated and field seismic data turn out to be acceptable. As compared with the previous research, this method has the advantages of low-dependence on migration velocity and dip of reflectors, and it is very suitable for correction in a spectral analysis using seismic data, which is very useful in the research of ocean energy budget.HUANG Xinghui SONG Haibin BAI Yang CHEN Jiangxin LIU Boran 2012Acta Oceanologica Sinica2012,31,5:1
Dynamic degradation patterns of porous polycaprolactone/β-tricalcium phosphate composites orchestrate macrophage responses and immunoregulatory bone regeneration显示文摘Biodegradable polycaprolactone/β-tricalcium phosphate(PT)composites are desirable candidates for bone tissue engineering applications.A higherβ-tricalcium phosphate(TCP)ceramic content improves the mechanical, hydrophilic and osteogenic properties of PT scaffolds in vitro.Using a dynamic degradation reactor,we estab-lished a steady in vitro degradation model to investigate the changes in the physio-chemical and biological properties of PT scaffolds during degradation.PT46 and PT37 scaffolds underwent degradation more rapidly than PT scaffolds with lower TCP contents. In vivo studies revealed the rapid degradation of PT(PT46 and PT37)scaffolds disturbed macrophage responses and lead to bone healing failure.Macrophage co-culture assays and a subcutaneous implantation model indicated that the scaffold degradation process dynamically affected macro-phage responses, especially polarization.RNA-Seq analysis indicated phagocytosis of the degradation products of PT37 scaffolds induces oxidative stress and inflammatory M1 polarization in macrophages.Overall, this study reveals that the dynamic patterns of biodegradation of degradable bone scaffolds highly orchestrate immune responses and thus determine the success of bone regeneration. Therefore, through evaluation of the biological effects of biomaterials during the entire process of degradation on immune responses and bone regeneration are necessary in order to develop more promising biomaterials for bone regeneration.Hao Wu Xinghui Wei Yichao Liu Hui Dong Zhen Tang Ning Wang Shusen Bao Zhigang Wu Lei Shi Xiongfei Zheng Xiaokang Li Zheng Guo 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,3:1

Immunoinhibitory effect of soluble HLA-G1 on the cytotoxicity of NK92 cells显示文摘HLA-G (human leukocyte antigen-G) is a non-classical HLA class I molecule, playing an important immuno-modulatory role in maintaining maternal immune tolerance of the semiallogenic fetus and organ transplantation. In this study, the cDNA sequence of extracellular domain of HLA-G1 was subcloned into the pET28a vector and a soluble 35 kD fusion protein (His-sHLA-G1) with six histine residues was obtained. In the 4 h 51Cr-release assay the fusion protein obviously inhibited the cytotoxicity of NK92 cells in a dose-dependent manner. These results indicated that sHLA-G1, as an activated immunoinhibitor, may provide an effective approach to overcoming the immune rejection of transplantation.TIAN Xinghui, LI Zhiwei, LIU Yabing, WANG Yun, TANG Haiyang and FENG Meifu(The National Key Laboratory of Biomembrane and Membrane Biotechnology, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100080, China) 2003Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2003,13,3:1

The E3 ubiquitin ligase NEDD4-1 protects against acetaminophen-induced liver injury by targeting VDAC1 for degradation显示文摘Acetaminophen(APAP)overdose is a major cause of liver injury.Neural precursor cell expressed developmentally downregulated 4—1(NEDD4-1)is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that has been implicated in the pathogenesis of numerous liver diseases;however, its role in APAP-induced liver injury(AILI)is unclear. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the role of NEDD4-1 in the pathogenesis of AILI.We found that NEDD4-1 was dramatically downregulated in response to APAP treatment in mouse livers and isolated mouse hepatocytes.Hepatocyte-specific NEDD4-1 knockout exacerbated APAP-induced mitochondrial damage and the resultant hepatocyte necrosis and liver injury, while hepatocyte-specific NEDD4-1 overexpression mitigated these pathological events both in vivo and in vitro.Additionally, hepatocyte NEDD4-1 deficiency led to marked accumulation of voltage-dependent anion channel 1(VDAC1)and increased VDAC1 oligomerization.Furthermore,VDAC1 knockdown alleviated AILI and weakened the exacerbation of AILI caused by hepatocyte NEDD4-1 deficiency.Mechanistically,NEDD4-1 was found to interact with the PPTY motif of VDAC1 through its WW domain and regulate K48-linked ubiquitination and degradation of VDAC1.Our present study indicates that NEDD4-1 is a suppressor of AILI and functions by regulating the degradation of VDAC1.Yiwei Zhu Lin Lei Xinghui Wang Linfang Chen Wei Li Jinxia Li Chenchen Zhao Xiliang Du Yuxiang Song Wenwen Gao Guowen Liu Xinwei Li 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,4:1
NONLINEAR VIBRATION RESPONSE AND BIFURCATION OF CIRCULAR CYLINDRICAL SHELLS UNDER TRAVELING CONCENTRATED HARMONIC EXCITATION显示文摘The nonlinear vibration of a cantilever cylindrical shell under a concentrated harmonic excitation moving in a concentric circular path is proposed. Nonlinearities due to largeamplitude shell motion are considered, with account taken of the effect of viscous structure damping. The system is discretized by Galerkin's method. The method of averaging is developed to study the nonlinear traveling wave responses of the multi-degrees-of-freedom system. The bifurcation phenomenon of the model is investigated by means of the averaged system in detail. The results reveal the change process and nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the periodic solutions of averaged equations.Yanqing Wang Li Liang Xinghui Guo Jian Li Jing Liu Panglun Liu 2013Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2013,26,3:1
