2Retrospective study on Professor Zhongying Zhou's experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment on diabetic nephropathy显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To study and analyze the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and prescription for cases of diabetic nephropathy(DN) treated by Professor Zhongying Zhou(Prof.Zhou) with the help of dada mining technique,so as to inherit his clinical experience and academic thoughts.METHODS:After pretreatment of the medical record information,statistical software SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze and process the standardized data using the descriptive analysis,cluster analysis and association rules.RESULTS:Ninety-four entries derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) four-diagnostic information were selected.Through data mining,the highest frequency was yellow-thin-greasy tongue coating,followed by dark tongue,and then by thready-slippery pulse.The main self-conscious symptoms were limb numbness,dry mouth,frequent micturition,etc.With respect to pathogenesis,the etiology related to kidney reached 73.46%.The frequency of pathological factors for deficiency,blood stasis,heat,dampness,phlegm and dryness were 137.65%,80.25%,78.40%,48.77%,21.60%,and 14.20% respectively.A total of 236 kinds of herbs were used 2913 person times,averaging 17.98 herbs per prescription.CONCLUSION:The pathological location of DN is in the kidney.The pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the former of which include deficiency of the liver and kidney,and deficiency of both Qi and Yin.The main pathological factors are blood stasis,heat,dampness,phlegm,and dryness;and they act upon each other to form the complex pathogenesis in terms of blood stasis-heat,dampness-heat,phlegm-heat,and dryness-heat.All the above factors are always crucial in the aggravation of DN throughout the whole course of its pathological evolution.Kelei Su Fangshi Zhu Lizhong Guo Yao Zhu Wenlin Li Xingjiang Xiong 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:11
3Dendrite-free all-solid-state lithium batteries with lithium phosphorous oxynitride-modified lithium metal anode and composite solid electrolytes显示文摘Dendrite formation on lithium (Li) metal anode is a key issue which hinders the development of rechargeable Li battery seriously. A novel method for suppress!ng Li dendrites via using Li phosphorous oxynitride (UPON) modified Li anode and Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3-poly(ethylene oxide)(Li bistrifluoromethane-sulfonimide)(LAGP-PEO(LiTFSI)) composite solid electrolyte in all-solid-state Li battery is proposed, and the effect of the thickness of UPON on Li anode performarice is also studied. LiPON film with a thickness of 500 nm exhibits satisfactory interface property between Li metal anode and the LAGP-PEO(LiTFSI) solid electrolyte. The LiPON film provides a uniform Li^+ flux across the interface and effectively inhibits the formation of Li dendrites in all-solid-state Li batteries. 4A novel monoclinic manganite/multi-walled carbon nanotubes composite as a cathode material of lithium-air batteries显示文摘A novel composite of monoclinic manganite/multi-walled carbon nanotubes(c-MnOOH/MWCNTs)composite as a cathode material of lithium-air batteries was successfully synthesized by a simple one-step hydrothermal method.Owing to the unique three-dimensional network of c-MnOOH embedded in the porous structure of MWCNTs,the c-MnOOH/MWCNTs composite could have an advantage of high electrocatalytic activities over those of two other kinds of cathode materials(MWCNTs and c-MnOOH/MWCNTs mixture).The results of chargedischarge tests showed that the c-MnOOH/MWCNTs composite as a cathode material of lithium-air batteries could effectively enhance the catalytic activity for the oxygen evolution reduction(OER)process.The lithium-air battery based on c-MnOOH/MWCNTs composite exhibits low charge potential and high discharge capacity.Ming Zhang Qiang Xu Lin Sang Fei Ding Xingjiang Liu 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,24:6
5Casting structure of pure aluminum by electric pulse modification at different superheated temperatures显示文摘Electric pulse modification (EPM) is a novel technique that reduces grain size by altering the structure of a melt. It was investigated that the response of the casting structure of high pure aluminum to EPM in different superheated melts. The results indi- cate that the grain refining effect of a given pulse electric field holds an optimal temperature range, moreover, a lower or higher su- perheated temperature will both disadvantage the improvements of casting structure. 9Relationship between the parent charge transfer gap and maximum transition temperature in cuprates显示文摘One of the biggest puzzles concerning the cuprate high temperature superconductors is what determines the maximum transition temperature(Tc,max), which varies from less than 30 to above 130 K in different compounds.Despite this dramatic variation, a robust trend is that within each family, the double-layer compound always has higher Tc,maxthan the single-layer counterpart. Here we use scanning tunneling microscopy to investigate the electronic structure of four cuprate parent compounds belonging to two different families. We find that within each family, the double layer compound has a much smaller charge transfer gap size(DCT), indicating a clear anticorrelation between DCTand Tc,max. 14Electronic structure of exfoliated millimeter-sized monolayer WSe2 on silicon wafer显示文摘The mono layer WSe2 is in teresting and important for future application in nanoelectronics,spintronics and valleytronics devices,because it has the largest spin splitting and Ion gest valley coherence time among all the known monolayer transition-metal dichalcogenides(TMDs).Toobtain the large-area monolayer TMDs'crystal is the first step to manu facture scalable and high-performance electronic devices.In this letter,we have successfully fabricated millimeter-sized mono layer WSe2 single crystals with very high quality,based on our improved mecha nicalexfoliation method.With such superior samples,using standard high resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we didcomprehe nsive electronic band structure measurements on our mono layer WSe2.The overall band features point it to be a 1.2 eV direct bandgap semico nductor.Its spin splitting of the valence band at K point is found as 460 meV,which is 30 meV less than the corresponding band splitting in its bulk counterpart.The effective hole masses of valence bands are determined as 2.344 me atГ,and 0.529 me as well as 0.532 meat K for the upper and lower branch of splitting ban ds,respectively.And screening effect from substrate is shown to substa ntially impact onthe electronic properties.Our results provide importa nt insights into band structure engineering in mono layer TMDs.Our mono layer WSe2 crystals may constitute a valuable device platform.Wenjuan Zhao Yuan Huang Cheng Shen Cong Li Yongqing Cai Yu Xu Hongtao Rong Qiang Gao Yang Wang Lin Zhao Lihong Bao Qingyan Wang Guangyu Zhang Hongjun Gao Zuyan Xu Xingjiang Zhou Guodong Liu 2019Nano Research2019,12,12:2

18Effectiveness and safety of Suxiao Jiuxin pill in treating acute coronary syndrome:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Suxiao Jiuxin pill(SX)in acute coronary syndrome(ACS)treatment.METHODS:An extensive search of four English databases(Medline/PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registration Platform)and four Chinese databases(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,China Science and Technology Journal,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System)was performed.Randomized,controlled trials(RCTs)involving SX combined with conventional therapy versus conventional therapy were included.The extracted data included populations,interventions,outcomes,and risk of bias.The cardiovascular events served as the primary outcome.Review Manager 5.3 software was used for data analysis.Relative risks(RRs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)were the effect measure.RESULTS:A total of eight RCTs with 979 patients were included.There were 559 patients with unstable angina(UA)in six RCTs and 420 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in two RCTs.Our review showed that SX plus conventional therapy might reduce the incidence of the total endpoint(RR:0.34,95%CI:0.17,0.68,P=0.002),with no obvious adverse events(RR:1.29,95%CI:0.60,2.77,P=0.52)compared with conventional therapy for patients with UA.Additionally,SX plus conventional therapy also reduced the incidence of the total endpoint(RR:0.35,95%CI:0.18,0.68,P=0.002)compared with conventional therapy in patients with AMI.SX plus conventional therapy also reduced the incidence of ventricular fibrillation(RR:0.23,95%CI:0.10,0.57,P=0.001)compared with conventional therapy in patients with AMI.CONCLUSION:Our results suggest that SX is beneficial for treating patients with UA or AMI.However,our findings should be treated with caution because of the poor methodological quality of the included trials.Therefore,more multicenter,large-sample,high-quality RCTs are required to provide high-quality evidence.Liu Chao Duan Lian Huang Mingyan Li Jun Xiong Xingjiang Chen Guang He Haoqiang Zhang Zhenpeng Wang Jie 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:1
19Emergence of superconductivity from fully incoherent normal state in an iron-based superconductor (Ba_(0.6)K_(0.4))Fe_2As_2显示文摘In unconventional superconductors, it is generally believed that understanding the physical properties of the normal state is a pre-requisite for understanding the superconductivity mechanism. In conventional superconductors like niobium or lead, the normal state is a Fermi liquid with a well-defined Fermi surface and well-defined quasipartcles along the Fermi surface. Superconductivity is realized in this case by the Fermi surface instability in the superconducting state and the formation and condensation of the electron pairs(Cooper pairing). The high temperature cuprate superconductors, on the other hand, represent another extreme case that superconductivity can be realized in the underdoped region where there is neither well-defined Fermi surface due to the pseudogap formation nor quasiparticles near the antinodal regions in the normal state. Here we report a novel scenario that superconductivity is realized in a system with well-defined Fermi surface but without quasiparticles along the Fermi surface in the normal state.High resolution laser-based angle-resolved photoemission measurements have been performed on an optimally-doped iron-based superconductor(Ba_(0.6)K_(0.4))Fe_2As_2. We find that, while sharp superconducting coherence peaks emerge in the superconducting state on the hole-like Fermi surface sheets, no quasiparticle peak is present in the normal state. Its electronic behaviours deviate strongly from a Fermi liquid system. The superconducting gap of such a system exhibits an unusual temperature dependence that it is nearly a constant in the superconducting state and abruptly closes at Tc.
