| 1 | Russell body duodenitis with immunoglobulin kappa light chain restriction显示文摘Russell bodies are eosinophilic intracytoplasmic globules which are likely the result of disturbed secretion of immunoglobulins that accumulate within the plasma cell. Russell body collections have been identified within the stomach, known as Russell body gastritis. Similar lesions within the duodenum are referred to as Russell body duodenitis, which is rare. Several Russell body gastritis case reports are associated with Helicobacter pylori. However, the etiology of Russell body duodenitis remains unclear. | 2 | A Vaccine Based on the Receptor-Binding Domain of the Spike Protein Expressed in Glycoengineered Pichia pastoris Targeting SARS-CoV-2 Stimulates Neutralizing and Protective Antibody Responses显示文摘In 2020 and 2021,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),a novel coronavirus,caused a global pandemic.Vaccines are expected to reduce the pressure of prevention and control,and have become the most effective strategy to solve the pandemic crisis.SARS-CoV-2 infects the host by binding to the cellular receptor angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE2)via the receptor-binding domain(RBD)of the surface spike(S)glycoprotein.In this study,a candidate vaccine based on a RBD recombinant subunit was prepared by means of a novel glycoengineered yeast Pichia pastoris expression system with characteristics of glycosylation modification similar to those of mammalian cells.The candidate vaccine effectively stimulated mice to produce high-titer anti-RBD specific antibody.Furthermore,the specific antibody titer and virus-neutralizing antibody(NAb)titer induced by the vaccine were increased significantly by the combination of the double adjuvants Al(OH)_(3) and CpG.Our results showed that the virus-NAb lasted for more than six months in mice.To summarize,we have obtained a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine based on the RBD of the S glycoprotein expressed in glycoengineered Pichia pastoris,which stimulates neutralizing and protective antibody responses.A technical route for fucose-free complex-type N-glycosylation modified recombinant subunit vaccine preparation has been established. | Bo Liu Ying Yin Yuxiao Liu Tiantian Wang Peng Sun Yangqin Ou Xin Gong Xuchen Hou Jun Zhang Hongguang Ren Shiqiang Luo Qian Ke Yongming Yao Junjie Xu Jun Wu | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,6: | 1 |
| 3 | Fluorescence characterization and microbial degradation of dissolved organic matter leached from salt marsh plants in the Yellow River Delta显示文摘盐沼植被是沿海水体中溶解有机物(Dissolved Organic Matter,DOM)的重要贡献者。然而,不同盐沼植物释放DOM的动力学特征尚缺乏系统研究和比较。黄河三角洲湿地是中国东海岸面积最大,保护最完善的沿海生态系统之一。本论文研究了2016年10月从黄河三角洲(Yellow River Delta,YRD)盐沼中采集的三种常见沼泽植物(芦苇(Phragmites australis),碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)和獐茅(Aeluropus littoralis)的DOM释放过程。通过测定溶解有机碳(Dissolved Organic Carbon,DOC)和溶解氮(Dissolved Nitrogen,DN)发现,植物叶片释放的DOM浓度远高于其根和茎。在27天的培养期内,平均有15%的生物碳和30%的生物氮以DOC和DN的形式通过植物叶片释放。从植物中释放的DOM非常不稳定,在27天的培养期内,细菌共消耗了92.4%-98.1%的DOC和88.0%-94.6%的DN。植物释放DOM的荧光特性表明,发色溶解的有机物(Chromophoric Dissolved Organic Matter,CDOM)是DOM的主要组分,而类蛋白组分是植物释放CDOM的主要组分。细菌的降解作用改变了DOM的荧光性质和化学组成。上述的室内研究结果得到了实地调查的充分支撑,表明在深秋时期黄河口湿地有大量DOM溢出。本研究结果表明,盐沼植物释放的DOM是沼泽和沿海水域DOC和DN的重要来源,而且易降解DOC和DN为黄河口湿地和邻近沿海水域中的微生物群落提供了重要的食物来源。 | Tao Zhang Zhihua Feng Chunle Luo Yixin Sun Jinzhen Li Juntian Xu Xuchen Wang | 2020 | Journal of Plant Ecology2020,13,5: | 1 |

| 6 | Urban Development Boundary Simulation Based on“Double Evaluation”and FLUS Model显示文摘The delimitation of urban development boundaries plays an important role in optimizing the nation land space.“Double evaluation”is one of the important means to study and predict the scale of new construction land in the future and to determine the spatial distribution of urban construction land.This study combines the“double evaluation”with the FLUS(Future Land-Use Simulation)model to study the delimitation of the urban development boundary of Yichang.The results show that:(1)the“double evaluation”method comprehensively considers the carrying capacity of the resource environmental bear and the suitability of urban development;(2)the FLUS model can better couple the“double evaluation”method for Land Use/Land Cover(LULC)suitability evaluation,Land Use/land Cover Change(LUCC)simulation and urban development boundary delineation,and the overall accuracy of the simulation reaches 96%;(3)according to the requirements of relevant national policies,this study divides the urban development boundary of the study area into concentrated construction areas,elastic development areas and special purpose areas.This function-based division can meet the requirements of urban flexible development,ecological protection and urban safety.This research combines the FLUS model,which is widely used in the simulation of LUCC,with the double evaluation method used in China’s new round of land and space planning to obtain the result of the urban development boundary.This result is consistent with the existing plan of the study area. | Xuchen JIANG Meng WANG Gang XU Bingwang FANG Kun QIN Rui XIAO | 2022 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,2: | 1 |
| 7 | Surgical strategies for peripheral nerve schwannoma based on the intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring显示文摘Objective:To present our classification for peripheral nerve schwannomas as well as explore the surgical strategies and operative management of peripheral nerve schwannomas based on the intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring(INM)technique and to decrease the risk of postoperative neurological deficits in the management of these schwannomas.Materials and methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 92 cases of peripheral nerve microsurgery performed,using the INM technique.We also made the classification for peripheral nerve schwannomas into two types according to operative findings and proceeded corresponding surgical strategies.Results:All tumors were removed completely under microscopy and INM.Three patients developed residual neurological deficits at final follow-up.There were different results about temporary(18/92,19.6%)and permanent(3/92,3.3%)neurological deficits.The incidence of temporary and permanent neurological deficits in type II group was significantly higher than that in type I group(p<0.01).The incidence of permanent neurological deficits in larger size tumors was significantly higher than that of smaller size(p<0.01).Conclusions:We made the classification for peripheral nerve schwannomas according to operative findings based on INM that is helpful to our surgical strategies.Intracapsular enucleation was the preferred strategy with satisfactory results and low risk of nerve injury.The size and location of tumors seem to be related to the risk of fascicular injury. | Xinwei Li Guohua Zhong Xueying Xu Kun Wang Yinxin Zhu Xuchen Qi Junhui Lv Yirong Wang Sen Shao | 2019 | Laparoscopic, Endoscopic and Robotic Surgery2019,2,3: | 0 |

| 9 | Expression of human erythropoietin directed by mWAP promoter in m鈓mary gland of transgenic mice显示文摘The present work has generated transgenic mice with a hybrid gene construct consisting of genomic sequences encoding human erythropoietin (hEPO) and governed by regulatory sequences of mouse whey acidic protein (mWAP). The construct proved effective by transient expression in lactating animal. After introducing hybrid gene construct into single-cell embryo via pronuclear microinjection, surviving embryo are reimplanted into pseudopregnant foster mother mouse. 58 mice of 86 generation zero mice obtained were identified to be positive by PCR-Southern blot and genomic DNA Southern blot methods. | 10 | Facile immobilization of heparin on bioabsorbable iron via mussel adhesive protein(MAPs)显示文摘Motivated by adhesive proteins in mussels, strategies using dopamine to modified surface have become particularly attractive. In the present work, we developed a novel and convenient method to modify the biodegradable Fe plates with heparin. Iron was first treated by a facile one-step p H-induced polymerization of dopamine, and then a high density heparin was successfully grafted onto the surface via coupling with polydopamine(PDA) active layer. Heparin immobilization contributed much longer blood clotting coagulation time than the pure Fe sample, and hence reduced the risk of thrombosis. Cell viability tests suggested that the heparin modified Fe plates were more favorable to the proliferation of ECV304 cells.
