| 1 | Diagenesis and Their Succession of Gas-bearing and Non-gas-bearing Reservoirs in the Sulige Gas Field of Ordos Basin,China显示文摘Comparisons have been made among lithology, diagenesis, and reservoir characteristics of gas-bearing and non-gas-bearing ones in the Sulige gas field of the Ordos Basin based on the laboratory analysis of thin sections, scanning electron microscope, and liquid inclusion of the reservoirs. The reservoirs of the Sulige gas field are now in the middle stage of diagenesis and have undergone compaction, cementation and dissolution. The secondary pore of the reservoir originated from the dissolution of the feldspar and tuff because of the organic acid action from the source rocks during the diagenetic middle stage. Gas-bearing reservoirs are common in soluble pore diagenetic facies of coarse detritus quartzose sandstone, whereas non-gas-bearing ones are common in tense compaction diagenetic facies of mud-bearing medium-fine detritus quartzose sandstone and residual intergranular pore diagenetic facies of mud-bearing medium-coarse detritus quartzose sandstone. The secondary pore is developed in gas-bearing reservoirs of the Sulige gas-field as the medium-coarse grain reservoirs formed in a powerful sedimentary environment and experienced strong dissolution. | 2 | A New Oviraptorid Dinosaur (Theropoda: Oviraptorosauria) from the Late Cretaceous of Jiangxi Province, Southern China显示文摘A new oviraptorid dinosaur Jiangxisaurus ganzhouensis gen. et sp. nov., is erected based on a partial skeleton from the Upper Cretaceous Nanxiong Formation of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The new taxon differs from other oviraptorids in the weakly downturned rostrum of the lower jaw, much-elongated mandible with a height-to-length ratio being about 20% and the length ratio of radius to humerus of about 0.70. | 3 | Three Tiaobu Feishen therapies protect human alveolar epithelial cells against cigarette smoking and tumor necrosis factor-mlear factor-kappa B pathwayα-induced inflamation by nuc显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Tiaobu Feishen formulae(TBFS), including Bufei Jianpi formula(BJF), Bufei Yishen formula(BYF), and Yiqi Zishen formula(YZF), on inflammatory response, protease-anti-protease imbalance and collagen deposition in rats.METHODS: In present work, we used an in vitro model of cigarette smoking extract(CSE)-and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)-induced A549 cellsto examine the efficacy of BJF, BYF and YZF on the production of inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α and interleukin(IL)-8, IL-6, matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)-9, and IL-10 in CSE or TNF-ls. And their related transcripα-induced A549 celtion factors and signaling pathway were also analyzed.RESULTS: The results showed that BJF, BYF and YZF could significantly decrease the expression levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines induced by CSE or TNF-α. Furthermore, BJF, BYF and YZF could suppress CSE-or TNF-α-induced activation of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) transcription factors and its corresponding pathways. Taken together, these data implied that BJF, BYF and YZF effectively inhibited CSE-or TNF-α-induced inflammatory response in alveolar epithelial cell, which was due to their inhibition effect on NF-κB pathways.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that the Tiaobu Feishen therapies may protect human alveolar epithelial cells against cigarette smoking and TNF-α-induced inflammation. | 4 | Chemical composition of walnuts from three regions in China显示文摘To reveal the characteristic chemicals of walnuts from different origins, we analyzed fatty acid composition,tocopherols, phytosterols and total phenolic content (TPC) of walnuts from three main producing regions inChina. The results showed that walnuts were rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, and the ratio of ω-6 to ω-3 fattyacids was close to the recommendation of Chinese Nutrition Society. Moreover, walnuts contain high contents oftocopherols (331.20–414.71 mg/kg), phytosterols (97.17–110.35 mg/100 g) and phenols (38.51–48.08 mg GAE/kg). Significant chemical differences exist among walnuts from three production regions. The highest content ofpolyunsaturated fatty acids was found in walnuts from the northern China, the highest content of tocopherols inwalnuts from southwest China, and the highest contents of phytosterol and TPC in walnuts from northwest China.However, there was no significant difference in the tocopherol, phytosterol and TPC content of walnuts betweenthe Northern China and Northwest China. The proposed method divides the decision variable into a few blocks based on certain rules.Then the candidate solution is iteratively obtained by updating one block at each iteration. | 14 | Reconstructing interfacial manganese deposition for durable aqueous zinc-manganese batteries显示文摘Low-cost,high-satety,and broad-prospect aqueous zinc-manganese batteries(ZMBs)are limited by complex interracial reactions.The solid-liquid interfacial state of the cathode dominates the Mn dissolution/deposition process of aqueous ZMBs,especially the important influence on the mass and charge transfer behavior of Zn2+and Mn2+.We proposed a quasi-eutectic electrolyte(QEE)that would stabilize the reversible behavior of interracial deposition and favorable interracial reaction kinetic of manganese-based cathodes in a long cycle process by optimizing mass and charge transfer.We emphasize that the initial interfacial reaction energy barrier is not the main factor affecting cycling performance,and the good reaction kinetics induced by interfacial deposition during the cycling process is more conducive to the stable cycling of the battery,which has been confirmed by theoretical analysis,quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation monitoring,depth etching X-ray photon-electron spectroscopy,etc.As a result,the QEE electrolyte maintained a stable specific capacity of 250 mAh g-1 at 0.5 A g-1 after 350 cycles in zinc-manganese batteries.The energy density retention rate of the ZMB with QEE increased by 174%compared to that of conventional aqueous electrolyte.Furthermore,the multi-stacked soft-pack battery with a cathodic mass load of 54.4 mg maintained a stable specific capacity of 200 mAh g-1 for 100 cycles,demonstrating its commercial potential.This work proves the feasibility of adapting lean-water QEE to the stable aqueous ZMBs. | Yida Hu Zhexuan Liu Lanyan Li Shan Guo Xuefang Xie Zhigao Luo Guozhao Fang Shuquan Liang | 2023 | National Science Review2023,10,10: | 0 |

Through the experiment on observation positions,gas collection devices and sampling depths,the paper presents the observation method for fault gas hydrogen concentration by using an online automatic trace hydrogen analyzer. Comparative tests are conducted on the stability and optimum conditions of this type of instrument in the field environment, and the hydrogen concentrations at different measuring points of the same fault are observed. The results show that it is technically feasible to carry out continuous hydrogen concentration on a fault zone. | 17 | Dynamic emission characteristics and control strategies of air pollutants from motor vehicles in downtown Beijing,China显示文摘This study combined the real-time monitoring and investigation of traffic flows to comprehensively analyze the road traffic flow and vehicle structure in downtown Beijing.A dynamic emission inventory of motor vehicle air pollutants in downtown Beijing in 2021 was established,and the impact of these emissions on air quality was simulated and quantified,and different emission reduction control scenarios were proposed to evaluate their environmental improvement effects and explore measures to mitigate the impact of pollution emissions.The results show that the high traffic flow and the structure of the motor vehicle emissions in downtown Beijing are the main causes of severe motor vehicle pollution.Monitoring data shows that traffic flow in central Beijing is dominated by small passenger vehicles,while the vehicle mix is better than in other regions,with 72.0%of vehicles meeting'National V'or higher emission standards.However,to achieve higher air quality goals,further reducing vehicle emissions is necessary.Based on dynamic traffic flow,the average daily emissions of nitrogen oxides(NOX),particulate matters(PM_(2.5))and volatile organic compounds(VOC)from motor vehicles in central Beijing are 17.7 tons,0.6 tons and 14.0 tons,respectively,accounting for 23.0%of the city’s average daily motor vehicle emissions.If a zero-emission zone for motor vehicles were implemented in central Beijing,the annual average emission level of pollutants will be reduced by 10.4%to 21.0%.The designation of ultra-low emission zones for motor vehicles could be effective in improving the air quality in the center of Beijing. | Yan Shen Tongran Wu Aiping Lian Jie Gao Fei Peng Guohua Song Xuefang Wu Yangyang Cui Xinyu Liu Yunfei Wan Jing Yan Yifeng Xue | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,2: | 0 |
| 18 | Tiaobu Feishen therapy inhibits inflammation induced by cigarette smoke extracts in a human monocyte/macrophage cell line显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To study the mechanistic effects of Tiaobu Feishen therapy(TBFS) on inflammation induced by cigarette smoke extract(CSE) in a human monocyte/macrophage cell line.METHODS: The human monocyte/macrophage cell line THP-1 was stimulated with 10% CSE in the presence or absence of Bufei Yishen formula(BYF),Bufei Jianpi formula(BJF) and Yiqi Zishen formula(YZF). All formulations contained serum. Pro-inflammatory cytokines were measured in the supernatants using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The activity of STAT3 DNA binding was detected using electrophoretic mobility shift assay and janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK/STAT) pathway activation was assessed using Western blotting.RESULTS: The results showed that BYF, BJF and YZF treatment strongly decreased the CSE-induced secretion of interleukin(IL)-6, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor-α and matrix metalloproteinase-9 by THP-1 cells.
