Its single crystal structure indicates enhanced planarity compared with the carbon-bridged analogue indacenodithiophene(IDT). Owing to the stronger electron-donating capability of CO5 than IDT, CO5-based donor and acceptor materials show narrower bandgaps. | 3 | Visible calculation of mining index based on stope 3D surveying and block modeling显示文摘Aimed at the CMS laser scanning theory and characteristic, a combined actual situation of stope N4-5 of Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine and complementary monitoring of the stope were carried out by carefully choos- ing two measuring points. The cavity 3D visible model was created by large-scale mining industry soft- ware Surpac after changing the measured data. The stope mine design model, bottom structural model and backfill model of the south and north sides of the stope N4-5 were established according to the stope design data. On this basis, the stope block model was established, and then block attribute was estimated. The amount the ore remains, mullock, backfill and total mined ore were calculated through the solid model restrains. Finally, the stope mining dilution rate and loss rate reached 8.2% and 1.47%, respectively. The practice indicates that the mining index visible calculation method based on cavity 3D monitoring and stope block modeling can make up the deficiency of adopting the solid model to directly carry out the Boolean operation. | 5 | The effect of aneurismal-wall mechanical properties on patient-specific hemodynamic simulations:two clinical case reports显示文摘Hemodynamic factors such as the wall shearstress play an important role in the pathogenesis and treatmentof cerebral aneurysms. In present study, we apply computationalfluid-structure interaction analyses on cerebralaneurysms with two different constitutive relations for aneur-ismalwall in order to investigate the effect of the aneur-ismal wall mechanical properties on the simulation results.We carry out these analyses by using two patient-specificmodels of cerebral aneurysms of different sizes located indifferent branches of the circle of Willis. The models areconstructed from 3D rotational angiography image data andblood flow dynamics is studied under physiologically representativewaveform of inflow. From the patient models analyzedin this investigation, we find that the deformations ofcerebral aneurysms are very small. But due to the nonlinearcharacter of the Navier-Stokes equations, these smalldeformations could have significant influences on the flowcharacteristics. In addition, we find that the aneurismal-wallmechanical properties have great effects on the deformationdistribution of the aneurysm, which also affects the wall shearstress distribution and flow patterns. | 7 | Host-Associated Quantitative Abundance Profiling Reveals the Microbial Load Variation of Root Microbiome显示文摘Plant-associated microbes are critical for plant growth and survival under natural environmental conditions.To date,most plant microbiome studies involving high-throughput amplicon sequencing have focused on the relative abundance of microbial taxa.However,this technique does not assess the total microbial load and the abundance of individual microbes relative to the amount of host plant tissues.Here,we report the development of a host-associated quantitative abundance profiling(HA-QAP)method that can accurately examine total microbial load and colonization of individual root microbiome members relative to host plants by the copy-number ratio of microbial marker gene to plant genome.We validate the HAQAP method using mock experiments,perturbation experiments,and metagenomic sequencing.The HA-QAP method eliminates the generation of spurious outputs in the classical method based on microbial relative abundance,and reveals the load of root microbiome to host plants.Using the HA-QAP method,we found that the copy-number ratios of microbial marker genes to plant genome range from 1.07 to 6.61 for bacterial 16S rRNA genes and from 0.40 to 2.26 for fungal internal transcribed spacers in the root microbiome samples from healthy rice and wheat.Furthermore,using HA-QAP we found that an increase in total microbial load represents a key feature of changes in root microbiome of rice plants exposed to drought stress and of wheat plants with root rot disease,which significantly influences patterns of differential taxa and species interaction networks.Given its accuracy and technical feasibility,HA-QAP would facilitate our understanding of genuine interactions between root microbiome and plants. | Xiaoxuan Guo Xiaoning Zhang Yuan Qin Yong-Xin Liu Jingying Zhang Na Zhang Kun Wu Baoyuan Qu Zishan He Xin Wang Xinjian Zhang Stephane Hacquard Xiangdong Fu Yang Bai | 2020 | Plant Communications2020,1,1: | 3 |
| 8 | Optimizing energy harvesting performance by tailoring ferroelectric/relaxor behavior in KNN-based piezoceramics显示文摘Piezoelectric energy harvesters(PEHs)fabricated using piezoceramics could convert directly the mechanical vibration energy in the environment into electrical energy.The high piezoelectric charge coefficient(d_(33))and large piezoelectric voltage coefficient(g_(33))are key factors for the high-performance PEHs.However,high d_(33)and large g_(33)are difficult to simultaneously achieve with respect to g_(33)=d_(33)/(e_(0)e_(r))and d_(33)=2Qe_(0)e_(r)P_(r).Herein,the energy harvesting performance is optimized by tailoring the CaZrO_(3)content in(0.964−x)(K_(0.52)Na_(0.48))(Nb_(0.96)Sb_(0.04))O_(3)-0.036(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))ZrO_(3)-xCaZrO_(3)ceramics.First,the doping CaZrO_(3)could enhance the dielectric relaxation due to the compositional fluctuation and structural disordering,and thus reduce the domain size to~30 nm for x=0.006 sample.The nanodomains switch easily to external electric field,resulting in large polarization.Second,the rhombohedral-orthorhombic-tetragonal phases coexist in x=0.006 sample,which reduces the polarization anisotropy and thus improves the piezoelectric properties.The multiphase coexistence structures and miniaturized domains contribute to the excellent piezoelectric properties of d_(33)(354 pC/N).Furthermore,the dielectric relative permittivity(ε_(r))reduces monotonously as the CaZrO_(3)content increases due to the relatively low ion polarizability of Ca^(2+)and Zr^(4+).As a result,the optimized energy conversion coefficient(d_(33)×g_(33),5508×10^(−15)m^(2)/N)is achieved for x=0.006 sample.Most importantly,the assembled PEH with the optimal specimen shows the excellent output power(~48 mW)and lights up 45 red commercial light-emitting diodes(LEDs).This work demonstrates that tailoring ferroelectric/relaxor behavior in(K,Na)NbO_(3)-based piezoelectric ceramics could effectively enhance the electrical output of PEHs. | Yu HUAN Xinjian WANG Wenyu YANG Limin HOU Mupeng ZHENG Tao WEI Xiaohui WANG | 2022 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,6: | 3 |

| 10 | Endovascular treatment of bilateral intracranial vertebral artery aneurysms: an algorithm based on a 10- year neurointerventional experience显示文摘Background The management of bilateral intracranial vertebral artery dissecting aneurysms(IVADAs)is controversial,and requires the development of endovascular treatment modalities and principles.We aim to investigate the endovascular treatment strategy and outcomes of bilateral IVADAs.Methods We identified all bilateral IVADAs at a high-volume neurointerventional centre over a 10-year period(from January 2009 to December 2018).Radiographic and clinical data were recorded,and a treatment algorithm was derived.Results Twenty-seven patients with bilateral IVADAs(54 IVADAs in total,51 unruptured,3 ruptured)were diagnosed.Four patients(14.8%)received single-stage endovascular treatment,12 patients(44.4%)with staged endovascular treatment and 11 patients(40.8%)with unilateral endovascular treatment of bilateral IVADAs.Thirty-six IVADAs(85.7%)have complete obliteration at the follow-up angiography.Two of three ruptured IVADAs with stent-assisted coiling recanalised,and had further recoiling.Three patients(11.1%)have intraprocedural or postprocedural complications(two in single-stage and one in staged).Twenty-five patients(92.6%)had a favourable clinical outcome,and two patients(7.4%,all in single-stage)showed an unfavourable clinical outcome at follow-up.For the patients with unilateral reconstructive endovascular treatment,the contralateral untreated IVADAs were stable and had no growth or ruptured during follow-up period.None of all IVADAs had rebleeding during the clinical follow-up.Conclusions Endovascular treatment can be performed in bilateral IVADAs with high technical success,high complete obliteration rates and acceptable morbidity/mortality.Contralateral IVADAs had low rates of aneurysm growth and haemorrhage when treated in a staged/delayed fashion. | Yisen Zhang Zhongbin Tian Wei Zhu Jian Liu Yang Wang Kun Wang Ying Zhang Xinjian Yang Wenqiang Li | 2020 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,3: | 2 |

| 13 | Significant flow velocity reduction at the intracranial aneurysm neck after endovascular treatment leads to favourable angiographic outcome:a prospective study显示文摘Background With widely usage of flow diverter in intracranial aneurysm treatment,some previously used predictors may not be effective in evaluating the recurrence risk.We aimed to comprehensively re-evaluate the predictors of intracranial aneurysm outcome with various endovascular treatment methods and devices.Methods This is a prospective registered study.We analysed 6-month and 18-month follow-up angiographic data from the prospective study.Data on patient demographics,aneurysm morphology and type of treatment were recorded.Patient-specific haemodynamic simulations were performed.An unfavourable angiographic outcome was defined as recurrence of aneurysm in cases with coiling or stent-assisted coiling,patency of aneurysm in cases with flow diverters or retreatment during follow-up.Results In total,165 patients(177 intracranial aneurysms)with at least one angiographic follow-up data were analysed.For the short-term(6-month)results,after univariate analysis,the demographic,morphological and treatment-related factors did not achieve significantly statistical differences.The reduction ratio(RR)of velocity at aneurysm neck after embolisation was significantly lower in the unfavourable angiographic group than the favourable angiographic outcome group(p=0.002).After the Cox regression analysis,the RR of velocity at aneurysm neck was the only independent factor associated with favourable angiographic outcome(OR 0.028;p=0.001)and had an acceptable area under the curve(0.714)with a clear cut-off value(46.14%).Similarly,for the analysis of midterm(18-month)results,the RR of velocity at the aneurysm neck was the only independent significant factor for the unfavourable angiographic outcome(OR 0.050;p=0.017).The area under the curve was 0.754 and the cut-off value was 48.20%.Conclusions The haemodynamics showed an independent effect on angiographic follow-up results and may provide helpful suggestions for clinical practice in the future. | Zhongbin Tian Jian Liu Jay Kumar Wenqiang Li Yisen Zhang Ying Zhang Kun Wang Shengzhang Wang Zeguang Ren Xinjian Yang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,3: | 1 |

| 15 | A flexible organohydrogel-based humidity sensor for noncontact artificial sensation显示文摘In this paper,we propose a simple organohydrogel based capacitive humidity sensor for noncontact artificial sensation applications.The sensor is simple in design and consists of a transparent polyacrylamide organohydrogel thin film attached on a flexible inter-digit electrode layer.The process of water absorption and desorption is reversible,thus the dielectric of the organohydrogel film as well as the overall capacitance is dependent on environmental humidity.The water absorption capacity and structural reliability of the device have been largely improved by adding glycerol in the organohydrogel network.By optimizing both the glycerol concentration and organohydrogel film thickness,the sensor can respond to cyclic humidity changes in a period of 300 ms.In addition,this sensor achieves a high relative capacitance increase(by 20 folds)in a wide relative humidity range(12%-95%).The sensor also exhibits high stability under different bending curvatures(up to 6.81 mm),wide temperature changes(20℃-40℃)and external pressures(0-8 N).To demonstrate the applications in wearable electronics,we found that the sensor was successful in detecting respiration intensity and rate as well as the difference in moisture content in various objects,i.e.,human skin and leaf surface.This sensor is highly sensitive and can be useful in the detection of the widerange of humidity changes. | ZHANG Yu LI Chen YANG Han ZHAO Rui CHEN XinJian NIE BaoQing HU Liang | 2022 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,1: | 1 |

| 17 | Active dry yeast supplementation benefits ruminal fermentation,bacterial community,blood immunoglobulins,and growth performance in young dairy goats,but not for intermittent supplementation显示文摘This study evaluated the effects of active dry yeast(ADY)supplementation and supplementation stra-tegies on ruminal fermentation,bacterial community,blood metabolites,and growth performance in young dairy goats.Sixty young female Guanzhong dairy goats of similar age(4.00±0.50 months)and BW(19.65±0.41 kg)were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=20):(1)basal diet group(CON);(2)basal diet continuously supplemented with 3.0 g/goat per day commercial ADY(a proprietary strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae with 5.0×10^(9)cfu/g)group(CSY);(3)basal diet with intermittently supple-mented ADY group(ISY;5 d supplementation with ADY at 4.5 g/goat per day following 5 d of no sup-plementation).The experiment lasted 67 d with the first 7 d as an adaptive period.Rumen fluid and blood samples were collected bi-weekly.Data were analyzed using the MIXED procedure combined with the SLICE option in SAS.Specific orthogonal contrasts of ADY vs.CON and CSY vs.ISY were also analyzed.During the experimental period,ADY supplementation resulted in greater DMI(P=0.03),ruminal ac-etate proportion(P<0.01)and acetylesterase activity(P=0.01),and blood contents of glucose(P=0.01)and IgM(P=0.02)and tended to have greater ADG(P=0.05)and paunch girth(P=0.06)than the CON,despite the propionate proportion(P=0.03)and contents of total protein(P=0.04)and IgA(P=0.03)being lower.The lower ruminal NH_(3)-N(P<0.01)and blood urea nitrogen(P=0.07)contents indicated greater nitrogen utilization with ADY supplementation.ADY supplementation showed persistent effects after it was stopped because the BW at 12 months of age(P=0.03)and birth weight of lambs(P=0.02)were greater than the CON.However,the ISY did not show those benefits and had significantly lower relative abundances of fiber-degrading related bacteria than the CSY.In conclusion,ADY supplementa-tion,especially continuously supplemented,may enhance ADG and ADG:DMI ratio by improving DMI,ruminal cellulolytic bacteria abundance and enzyme activity,nitrogen utilization,and immune status.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the rational application of ADY and have important practical implications for the design of nutritional strategies in growing dairy goats. | Jun Zhang Yuntian Yang Xinjian Lei Yannan Wang Yanhua Li Zhiqiang Yang Junhu Yao | 2023 | Animal Nutrition2023,,2: | 1 |
