| 1 | Effect of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides on streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy in rats显示文摘OBJEVTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Cyclocarya paliurus(C.paliurus)polysaccharides on streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy in rats.METHODS:Rats were divided into 6 groups,including group of normal control,group of diabetic control,group of metformin treatment,low-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,middle-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment and high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment.Histological analysis of kidney was analyzed using hematoxilin and eosin.Levels of blood glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid were determined by spectrophotometry.Anti-oxidative enzymes were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Advanced glycation end products(AGEs)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)level was measured by ELISA.RESULTS:Abnormal changes were observed in the group of diabetic control characterized by atrophy of the renal glomeruli with hypercellularity,congestion of glomerular tufts,dilation of the renal spaces,and degeneration of renal tubule.Compared with that of normal group,blood glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid level was significantly increased in the group of diabetic control.Superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase level was significantly decreased,but AGEs and TGF-β1 level was significantly increased.By contrast,administration of C.paliurus polysaccharides and metformin could reverse the above-mentioned results of the group of diabetic control,especially in the high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides.CONCLUSION:Our findings suggest that C.paliurus polysaccharides may play a protecting role for nephropathy of diabetic rats by lowering glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid level,enhancing the antioxidative ability,and reducing AGEs and TGF-β1 expression. | Xia Xichao Mao Dongxue Dai Hongmei Wu Xi Zhang Zuyuan Wang Huaying Zhou Wenwen Dong Yanmei Wang Mengqi Li Yuan Shao Xiangyang Ouyang Jingfeng | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6: | 9 |
| 2 | Microstructural and mechanical response of ZK60 magnesium alloy subjected to radial forging显示文摘Radial forging(RF)is an economical manufacturing forging process,in which four dies arranged radially around the workpiece simultaneously act on the workpiece with high-frequency radial movement.In this study,a ZK60 magnesium alloy step-shaft bar was processed under different accumulated strains by RF at350℃.The deformation behavior,microstructure evolution,and mechanical responses of this bar were systematically investigated via numerical simulations and experiments.At the early deformation stage of forging,the material undergoes pronounced grain refinement but an inhomogeneous grain structure is formed due to the strain gradient along the radial direction.The grains in different radial parts were gradually refined by increasing the RF pass,resulting in a bimodal grained structure comprising coarse(~14.1μm)and fine(~2.3μm)grains.With the RF pass increased,the initial micro-sizeβ-phases were gradually crushed and dissolved into the matrix mostly,eventually evolving to form a higher area fraction of nano-sized Zn2 Zr spheroidal particles uniformly distributed through the grain interior.The texture changed as the RF strain increased,with the c-axes of most of the deformed grains rotating in the RD.Additionally,excellent mechanical properties including higher values of tensile strengths and ductility were attained after the three RFed passes,compared to the as-received sample. | Jingfeng Zou Lifeng Ma Weitao Jia Qichi Le Gaowu Qin Yuan Yuan | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,24: | 4 |

| 5 | The tuning of pore structures and acidity for Zn/Al layered double hydroxides:The application on selective hydrodesulfurization for FCC gasoline显示文摘Co–Mo catalysts applied on the hydrodesulfurization(HDS) for FCC gasoline were prepared with Zn–Al layered double hydroxides(LDHs) to improve their performances,and the effects of pore structures and acidity on HDS performances were studied in detail. A series of Zn–Al/LDHs samples with different pore structures and acidities are synthesized on the bases of co-precipitation of OH-,CO2-,Al3+,and Zn2+. The neutralization p H is a main factor to affect the pore structures and acidity of Zn–Al/LDHs,and a series of Zn–Al/LDHs with different pore structures and acidities are obtained. Based on the representative samples with different specific surface areas(SBET) and acidities,three Co Mo/LDHs catalysts were prepared,and their HDS performances were compared with traditional Co Mo/Al2O3 catalysts. The results indicated that catalysts prepared with high SBETpossessed high HDS activity,and Br?nsted acid sites could reduce the thiol content in the product to some extent. | 6 | Development of metal-organic framework(MOF) decorated graphene oxide/Mg Al-layered double hydroxide coating via microstructural optimization for anti-corrosion micro-arc oxidation coatings of magnesium alloy显示文摘An efcient and simple in-situ growth strategy has been discovered for the preparation of highly reproducible and continuous symbiotic ZIF-8-based anticorrosion coating by using graphene oxide(GO)/Mg AlNO3layered double hydroxides(G/LDHs) buffer layer as a new type of connecting carrier based on micro-arc oxide(MAO) coating of AZ31 magnesium alloy. The components of ZIF-8 were adsorbed and bounded to the surface of the G/LDHs buffer layer-modified substrates to promote the nucleation of ZIF-8,thus growing a phase-pure, uniform, and good symbiosis ZIF-8 membrane. ZIF-8 particles with different growth times compensate for the grain boundary defects of the G/LDHs coating precursor buffer layer to different degrees. The prepared ZIF-8-based coating has excellent stability and corrosion resistance. The results demonstrate that the G/LDHs buffer layer provides a new channel for the MOF-modified MAO substrate of AZ31 magnesium alloy. | 7 | Influence of Ni interlayer on interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V/AZ91D bimetals fabricated by a solid–liquid compound casting process显示文摘The solid–liquid compound casting of Mg-AZ91D and Ti-TC4 alloys was developed by using pure Ni electro-deposited coating.The pouring temperatures of 660℃,690℃,720℃and 750℃were chosen to investigated the effects of casting temperatures on microstructural evolution,properties,and fracture behaviors of Ni-coated TC4/AZ91D bimetals by the solid–liquid compound casting(SLCC).The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and the energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)results showed that the interfacial zone mainly composed of nickel,Mg_(2)Ni and Mg-Al-Ni in the bimetals cast at 660℃.As the pouring temperature was increased to 750℃,the width of the interface zone,which mainly composed ofδ(Mg),Mg_(2)Ni,Mg-Al-Ni,Mg_(3)TiNi_(2) and Al_(3)Ni,gradually increased.The microhardness tests showed that the micro-hardness of the interface zone was smaller than that of TC4 substrate but larger than that of the cast AZ91D matrix.At the pouring temperature of 720℃,the Ni-coated TC4/AZ91D bimetals had the most typical homogeneous interface,which had granular Mg-Al-Ni ternary phase but no ribbon-like Al3Ni binary phase,and achieved the highest shear strength of 97.35MPa.Meanwhile,further fracture behavior analysis showed that most fracture failure of Ni-coated TC4/AZ91D bimetals occurred at the Mg_(2)Ni+δ(Mg)eutectic structure and Al_(3)Ni hard intermetallic. | Fulin Wen Jianhua Zhao Miaowang Yuan Jingfeng Wang Dengzhi Zheng Jinyong Zhang Ke He Jingjing Shangguan Yu Guo | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,4: | 3 |
| 8 | Spatial distribution characteristics of bacterial community structure and gene abundance in sediments of the Bohai Sea显示文摘This study investigated differences in the community structure and environmental responses of the bacterial community in sediments of the Bohai Sea.Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology and real-time PCR were used to assay the bacterial 16S rRNA genes in the surface sediments of 13 sampling stations in the Bohai Sea.The results showed that sediments at the majority of the 13 sampling stations were contaminated by heavy metal mercury.The main phyla of bacteria recorded included Proteobacteria(52.92%),Bacteroidetes(11.76%),Planctomycetes(7.39%),Acidobacteria(6.53%)and Chloroflexi(4.97%).The genus with the highest relative abundance was Desulfobulbus(4.99%),which was the dominant genus at most sampling stations,followed by Lutimonas and Halioglobus.The main factors influencing bacterial community structure were total organic carbon,followed by depth and total phosphorus.The content of lead,cadmium,chromium,copper and zinc had a consistent effect on community structure.Arsenic showed a negative correlation with bacterial community structure in most samples,while the impact of mercury on community structure was not significant.The bacterial community in sediment samples from the Bohai Sea was rich in diversity and displayed an increase in diversity from high to low latitudes.The data indicated that the Bohai Sea had abundant microbial resources and was rich in bacteria with the potential to metabolize many types of pollutants. | Quanrui Chen Jingfeng Fan Jie Su Hongxia Ming Zhihao Sun Mengfei Li Xiaohui Zhao Yantao Wang Yingxue Zhang Huizhen Zhang Yuan Jin Xiaowan Ma Bin Wang | 2020 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,2: | 2 |

| 15 | Highly Soluble Phenylethynyl-terminated Imide Oligomers and Thermosetting Polyimides Based on 2,2′3,3′-Biphenyltetracarboxylic Dianhydride显示文摘The properties of a series of imide oligomers were characterized according to their molecular weights, solubility, and thermal and rheological properties. This series of imide oligomers was synthesized via a two-step method using 2,2′,3,3′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(3,3′-BPDA) and aromatic diamines as the monomers, and 4-phenylethynyl phtlialic anhydride(PEPA) as the end-capping agent. The imide oligomers based on 3,3′-BPDA showed excellent solubility in low boiling point solvents and low melt viscosity, which were attributed to their unique bent architectures. High-performance thermosetting polyimides were produced from these oligomers via thermal crosslinking of the phenylethynyl groups. The mechanical and thermal properties of the thermosets were studied using tensile testing, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis(DMTA), and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The 3,3′EPDA-based thermosets exhibited excellent thermal properties, with glass transition temperatures of up to 455℃, and 5% mass loss temperatures of up to 569℃ in air. | 20 | Microwave diagnostics of pulsed atmospheric discharge with electrolytic electrode and long-lived luminous formation in its afterglow显示文摘The Gatchina discharge phenomenon holds significant promise as a laboratory model for simulating ball lightning.However,crucial aspects concerning the plasma components of the resulting afterglow remain unresolved.Notably,the measurement of the electron density,a critical parameter,has not been fully achieved thus far.In this study,microwave diagnostics and video recording were employed during a pulsed Gatchina discharge,along with synchronous measurement of discharge current and voltage.Distinct antennas were positioned at different heights to enable separate diagnosis of the discharge and the ensuing long-lived afterglow.The findings revealed that during the active phase of the Gatchina discharge,the plasma density was substantial enough to cause reflection of an electromagnetic wave with a frequency of 20 GHz from this highly conductive object.In the afterglow,the signal experienced only a moderate weakening of 10–20 percent,facilitating the determination of the time dependence of average electron density during the afterglow's passage between the two antennas.These measurements verified the unusually slow plasma decay in the afterglow of the Gatchina discharge,suggesting the potential significance of chemi-ionisation processes involving long-lived(metastable)particles. | Shixin Zhao Xingbao Lyu Aleksandr Astafiev Chengxun Yuan Lin Miao Jingfeng Yao Ying Wang Anatoly Kudryavtsev Aleksandr Chirtsov Gennadii Shabanov Zhongxiang Zhou | 2024 | High Voltage2024,9,1: | 0 |
