1Geochronological,geochemical,and Nd-Hf isotopic studies of the Qinling Complex,central China:Implications for the evolutionary history of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Qinling Complex of central China is thought to be the oldest rock unit and the inner core of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt(NQOB).Therefore,the Qinling Complex is the key to understanding the prePaleozoic evolution of the NQOB.The complex,which consists of metagraywackes and marbles,underwent regional amphibolite-facies metamorphism.In this study,we constrained the formation age of the Qinling Complex to the period between the late Mesoproterozoic and the early Neoproterozoic(ca.1062-962 Ma),rather than the Paleoproterozoic as previously thought.The LA-ICP-MS data show two major metamorphic ages(ca.499 and ca.420-400 Ma) for the Qinling Complex.The former age is consistent with the peak metamorphic age of the high- and ultra-high pressure(HP-UHP) rocks in the Qinling Complex,indicating that both the HP-UHP rocks and their country rocks experienced intensive regional metamorphism during the Ordovician.The latter age may constrain the time of partial melting in the NQOB between the late Silurian and early Devonian.The Qinling Complex is mostly affiliated with subduction-accretion processes along an active continental margin,and should contain detritus deposited in a forearc basin.The available data indicate that the NQOB was an independent micro-continent at least prior to the Neoproterozoic,and included a portion of the Grenville orogenic belt during the period of 1.2-0.8 Ga.The NQOB has experienced a unique geological history,which is obviously different from that of the North China Craton(NCC) and the Yangtze Craton during the Precambrian.The Neoproterozoic granitoids that intruded the Qinling Complex can be interpreted as the products of assembly of the supercontinent Rodinia.The NQOB was separated from Rodinia at ca.830-740 Ma.Subsequently,the NQOB moved closer to the northern margin of the NCC,and the initial accretion or collision with the NCC occurred from the late Cambrian to the early Ordovician.Chunrong Diwu Yong Sun Yan Zhao BingXiang Liu Shaocong Lai 2014Geoscience Frontiers2014,5,4:27
2Determination of trace and rare-earth elements in Chinese soil and clay reference materials by ICP-MS显示文摘Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) has become a powerful tool for providing reliable analytical results in many laboratories around the word. In this study, the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids in high-temperature and high-pressure closed-vessel digestion technique were used to decompose some Chinese reference materials, and thirty seven elements were determined by ICP-MS. Most of the results for Chinese soil reference materials were found to be in reasonable agreement with the reference values, except Cs, Ta, Li, Ge, Zn, Nd, Tb and Ta whose values need to be revised. Their precisions were typically lower than 5% RSD. However, the Precisions of Chinese clay reference materials, especially for GBW03102 and GBW03102a, were significantly different with reference values, probably reflecting the existence of a coarser-grained fraction(>70 μm) in samples, and the formation of fluorides in Al-rich samples during sample decomposition by using the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids. 3The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. 5Influence of MgO contents on silica supported nano-size gold catalyst for carbon monoxide total oxidation显示文摘A series of nano-size gold catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method using silica material promoted with different amounts of MgO as the carrier. The influences of MgO addition on the structure and property of the nano-size gold catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), O2 temperature-programmed desorption (O2-TPD), and inductively coupled with plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) techniques. The total oxidation of CO was chosen as the probe reaction. The results suggest that for the gold catalysts supported on the silica material after MgO modification, the size of the gold particles is pronouncedly reduced, the oxygen mobility is enhanced, and the catalytic activity for low-temperature CO oxidation is greatly improved. 13A DNA G-quadruplex converts SOD1 into fibrillar aggregates显示文摘Nucleic acids with G4 elements play a role in the formation of aggregates involved in intracellular phase transitions.Our previous studies suggest that different forms of DNA could act as an accelerating template in Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase(SOD1)aggregation.Here,we examined the regulation of fo rmation and cytotoxicity of the SOD1 aggregates by single-stranded 12-merdeoxynucleotide oligomers(dN)_(12)(N=A,T,G,C;ssDNAs)under acidic conditions.The ssDNAs can be divided into two groups based on their roles in SOD1 binding,exposure of hydrophobic clusters in SOD1,accelerated formation,morphology and cytotoxicity of SOD1 aggregates.G-quadruplexes convert SOD1 into fibrillar aggregates as a template,a fact which was observed for the first time in the nucleic acid regulation of protein aggregation.Moreover,the fibrillar or fibril-like SOD1 species with a G-quadruplex provided by(dG)_(12)were less toxic than the amorphous species with(dN)_(12)(N=A,T).This study not only indicates that both morphology and cytotoxicity of protein aggregates can be regulated by the protein-bound DNAs,but also help us understand roles of nucleic aid G-quadruplexes in the formation of aggregates and membrane less organelles involved in intracellular phase transitions.Wenqian Liu Yulin Xu Xue Li Yan Meng Huiling Wang Chunrong Liu Changlin Liu Li Wang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,7:0
14Study on Heredity Rules of Cyclamen persicum Colors显示文摘To identify the theoretic foundation for maintaining and improving high quality varieties and breeding new F1 hybrids, flower color segregation occurred in the offspring in both self-pollination and cross- pollination of varieties of different colors were investigated. The main results indicate that the heredity of Cyclamen persicum color follows both quantitative and qualitative hereditary regularity. All genes can be classified as two groups of the throat-gene and coronal-gene occupying different spots on the chromosome. The colored gene is the dominant gene, while the white gene is the recessive one. The gene groups and their quantity determine the color of cyclamen persicum. 15Regional characteristics of ultrasonic structural scattering in liver显示文摘In this paper, the ultrasonic spectra of liver’s structural scattering wave obtained by autoregressive model and the spectral characteristics were analyzed statisticaJly The experimellt and analysis results show that a liver can be divided into three distingulshed scattering regions. The top layer region shows approkimate Rayleigh scattering characteristic, the central region shows diffosion scattering, and the region between the top layer and centre shows random scattering. These distribution characteristics correlate with the distribution of the microstructure characteristics of liver. 16Similarity comprehensive evaluation of humanoid robot arm motion显示文摘A suitable comprehensive evaluation method for similarity comprehensive evaluation of humanoid motion(mainly to robotic arm) is proposed.For different robotic arms, a static comprehensive evaluation model is established by projection pursuit evaluation based on indexes of humanoid robot arm motion in robotics and ergonomics field. Based on projection pursuit evaluation with timing information entropy and time degrees, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method is proposed by linear weighting to each time's static model's indexes weight according to timing weighted vectors. Through comparing similarity comprehensive evaluation result based on static and dynamic comprehensive evaluation model, the results show that similarity based on dynamic comprehensive evaluation model is high. By comparing reliability, similarity and dispersion of static and dynamic comprehensive evaluation models, the results show that dynamic comprehensive evaluation result has better accuracy, stability and lower dispersion, and the result is more reasonable and real. 17Intraoperative Blood Glucose Levels and Postoperative Acute Kidney Injury in Pediatric Patients Having Congenital Heart Surgery under Cardiopulmonary Bypass显示文摘Purpose:This study sought to explore the effect of intraoperative mean blood glucose levels and variability on postoperative acute kidney injury(AKI)in children undergoing congenital cardiac surgery.Methods:We conducted a prospective nested case-control study in children(age<18 years)undergoing congenital heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)at the Fuwai Hospital between April 01,2022 and July 30,2022.Cases were individuals who developed AKI within the first postoperative 7 days(AKI group)and controls were those without AKI(Non-AKI group)according to KDIGO criteria.AKI and Non-AKI groups unmatched and 1:1 matched by age,sex,and baseline serum creatinine were separately analyzed.Multivariate logistic and conditional logistic regressions were used to assess the associations between blood glucose variables and AKI.Results:688 consecutively approached patients were included in the final analysis.On multivariate analysis,intra-CPB(adjusted odds ratio[OR]0.802;95%confidence interval[CI],0.706 to 0.912;p=0.001)and post-CPB(adjusted OR 0.830;95%CI,0.744 to 0.925;p=0.001)blood glucose levels were associated with postoperative AKI.There were no significant differences in pre-CPB blood glucose(adjusted OR 0.926;95%CI,0.759 to 1.129;p=0.446)or intraoperative glycemic fluctuations(adjusted OR 0.905;95%CI,0.723 to 1.132;p=0.382)between AKI and Non-AKI groups.Results based on matched cases and controls were consistent with those from the unmatched analyses.Conclusion:Higher intraoperative blood glucose levels during and after CPB were protective factors against postoperative AKI in pediatric patients after congenital heart surgery.Dongyun Bie Hongbai Wang Chaobin Zhang Chunrong Wang Yuan Jia Su Yuan Sheng Shi Jiangshan Huang Jianhui Wang Fuxia Yan 2023Congenital Heart Disease2023,18,4:0
