1SnO2-based electron transporting layer materials for perovskite solar cells: A review of recent progress显示文摘In recent years, due to their high photo-to-electric power conversion efficiency(PCE)(up to 23%(certified)) and low cost, perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have attracted a great deal of attention in photovoltaics field. The high PCE can be attributed to the excellent physical properties of organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite materials, such as a long charge diffusion length and a high absorption coefficient in the visible range. There are different diffusion lengths of holes in electrons in a PSC device, and thus the electron transporting layer(ETL) plays a critical role in the performance of PSCs. An alternative for TiO2, to the most common ETL material is SnO2, which has similar physical properties to TiO2 but with much higher electron mobility, which is beneficial for electron extraction. In addition, there are many facile methods to fabricate SnO2 nanomaterials with low cost and low energy consumption. In this review paper, we focus on recent developments in SnO2 as the ETL of PSCs. The fabrication methods of SnO2 materials are briefly introduced. The influence of multiple Sn O2 types in the ETL on the performance of PSCs is then reviewed. Different methods for improving the PCE and long-term stability of PSCs based on SnO2 ETL are also summarized. 2Cell concentration,viability and culture composition of airborne bacteria during a dust event in Beijing显示文摘Airborne bacteria were measured when a dust storm passed Beijing in spring 2012 with a focus on cell concentration,viability and TSA-and R2A-cultured strain composition.The concentration varied at an order of 10~7 cells/m^3 with dust loading(demonstrated with PM_(10))and they had a very close correlation(R_T^2 = 0.91,p < 0.01).At the time of highest PM_(10) of652 μg/m^3,the bacterial concentration reached 1.4 × 10~8 cells/m^3,which was larger than that before and after the dust event by one order.Bacterial viability,the ratio of number concentration of viable cells to total cells,was 32%-64%and smaller in the dust plume than that before the dust arrival.Bacterial strains from the culture ranged between 2.5 x 104 and4.6×10~5 CFU/m^3 and no correlation with PM_(10) was determined.Their composition was different before and after the dust arrival according to 16SrRNA gene sequences and strains belong to Actinomycetes and Firmicutes were the majority in the dust samples.Hongli Yuan Daizhou Zhang Yanning Shi Baozhen Li Jinshui Yang Xuejian Yu Nan Chen Makiko Kakikawa 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,5:5
3Control Effect of Different Microbial Agents on Tobacco Bacterial Wilt显示文摘[Objectives] The paper was to study effects of different microbial agents on occurrence of tobacco bacterial wilt. [Methods] Antagonistic strains against Ralstonia solanacearum were screened from in situ soil,and prepared into four different combinations. The number of soil microorganisms and incidence of bacterial wilt of four combinations were observed. [Results] The incidence rate of bacterial wilt treated by microbial agent OR-1 was significantly lower than that in control,and the control efficacy against bacterial wilt reached 67%. 4Effects of Bio-organic Fertilizer with Antagonistic Bacteria against Tobacco Bacterial Wilt on Soil Microbial Communities and Disease Resistance of Tobacco显示文摘In this study,the effects of bio-organic fertilizer with antagonistic bacteria against tobacco bacterial wilt on soil microbial communities and disease resistance of tobacco were investigated by field experiment. The results showed that the incidence of tobacco bacterial wilt in bio-organic fertilizer treatments( T3 and T4)decreased remarkably among four treatments in the field. Compared with the local conventional fertilization group,the incidence of tobacco bacterial wilt was reduced by 21. 9% and 25. 0% in T3 and T4,respectively; the yield of flue-cured tobacco was improved by 5. 7% and 5. 3%,respectively; the proportion of midhigh grade tobacco leaves increased by 2. 3% and 2. 6%,respectively. After application of bio-organic fertilizer with antagonistic bacteria against tobacco bacterial wilt,rhizosphere soil microbial communities exhibited vast amount and abundant species; the amount of rhizosphere soil bacteria of infected tobacco plants was improved by 218. 5% with fewer species. It could be concluded that the application of bio-organic fertilizer with antagonistic bacteria against tobacco bacterial wilt could improve the ecological environment of tobacco field,inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria,decrease the incidence of tobacco bacterial wilt,and enhance the quality of flue-cured tobacco. 5Effects of different loading rates and types of biochar on passivations of Cu and Zn via swine manure composting显示文摘Pollution of arable land caused by heavy metals in livestock and poultry manure has become a potential threaten to human health in China.Safe disposal of the contained toxic pollution with animal manure by co-composting with biochar is one of the alternative methods.Biochars from different sources(wheat straw,peanut shells and rice husks)amended with different loading rates were investigated for passivations of copper and zinc(Cu and Zn)in swine manure composting.Results showed that the passivation effects of the three types of biochar on Cu and Zn were enhanced with increasing biochar dose.Contents of Cu and Zn measured by diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid(DTPA)and Community Bureau of Reference(CBR)showed that wheat straw biochar with the loading rates of 10%–13%(w/w)was superior to the other two types of biochar in this study.Compared with the control,sample from wheat straw biochar was more favorable for the bacterial growth of Proteobacteria,Firmicutes and Actinobacteria.In addition,pot experiment showed that organic fertilizer amended with wheat straw biochar could significantly improve the growth of Chinese pakchoi and enzyme activities(superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase and catalase)as compared with the control.Cu and Zn contents of Chinese pakchoi in the organic fertilizer group containing wheat straw biochar reduced by 73.2%and 45.2%,65.8%and 33.6%,respectively,compared with the group without loading biochar.There was no significant difference in the contents of vitamin C and reducing sugar between the groups of organic fertilizer amended with/without wheat straw biochar,however,there was significant difference compared with the heavy metal addition group.The application of organic fertilizer formed by adding biochar can effectively reduce the adverse effects of heavy metals on crops.CHEN Yan XU Yongping QU Fangjing HOU Fuqin CHEN Hongli LI Xiaoyu 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,6:3
6Fabrication and characterization of SmO_(0.7)F_(0.2)FeAs bulk with a transition temperature of 56.5 K显示文摘The superconductivity of iron-based superconductor SmO 0.7 F 0.2 FeAs was investigated. The SmO 0.7 F 0.2 FeAs sample was prepared by the two-step solid-state reaction method. The onset resistivity transition temperature is as high as 56.5 K. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results show that the lattice parameters a and c are 0.39261 and 0.84751 nm, respectively. Furthermore, the global J c was more than 2.3 × 10 5 A/cm 2 at T = 10 K and H = 9 T, which was calculated by the formula of J c = 20ΔM/[a(1-a/(3b))]. The upper critical fields, H c2 ≈ 256 T (T = 0 K), was determined according to the Werthamer-Helfand-Hohenberg formula, indicating that the SmO 0.7 F 0.2 FeAs was a superconductor with a very promising application.LIU Zhiyong MA Lin ZHAO Junjing YAN Binjie SUO Hongli 2011Rare Metals2011,30,5:3

12Supramolecular self-assembly of nickel(Ⅱ)-substituted a-Keggin-type polyoxometalate and polyaniline coated Fe_(2)O_(3)hollow nanospindle for microwave absorption application显示文摘A general strategy has been developed here to supramolecular self-assembly of nickel(Ⅱ)-substitutedα-Keggintype polyoxometalate and polyaniline coated Fe_(2)O_(3)hollow nanospindle(Fe_(2)O_(3)hollow nanospindle@PANI/α-SiW11Ni composites)via electrostatic attraction and hydrothermal method.Fe^(3+)was first hydrolyzed and polymerized into Fe_(2)O_(3),then dissolved into[Fe(H_(2)PO_(4))_(x)]^(3-x),resulting in hollow structure.The polyoxometalate existed in polyaniline as a proton-doped counter-ion form,rather than as a separate crystalline state.The protons and anions entered the PANI main chain and combined with N atoms of amines and imines on the PANI chain((-NH^(·+)=)/α-[SiW_(11)Ni(H_(2)O)O_(39)]^(6-))to form poles and bipolar delocalization intoπbonds of the whole polyaniline molecular chain,which leaded to conductance and polarization.The Fe_(2)O_(3)hollow nanospindle@PANI/α-SiW11Ni composites were proven to be excellent microwave absorber in terms of reflection loss(RL)and bandwidth.The maximum RL value was up to-53.6 dB at 3.5 mm and 6.9 GHz.The broadest absorption bandwidth exceeding-10 dB was 6.3 GHz at a thickness of only 1.9 mm.Moreover,the ternary composites presented obvious multi-band absorption with the matching thickness range of 1.5-5 mm.The absorption peaks bandwidth reached as wide as 14.3 GHz,which included all C-Ku bands.The hollow and core-shell structures could provide non-uniform interface for the induced polarization loss and space for the reflecting and scattering of microwave.The carrier,pair-ion carrier and hydrogen bond network could lead to conduction loss.The magnetic losses were caused by eddy current effect and natural resonance.This work can lay a theoretical foundation for the design and performance regulation of new absorbing materials.Na Zhang Puzhen Chen Weixing Chen Hongli Zhang Yan Wang 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,3:1

14Large Curvature Folding Strategies of Butterfly Proboscis显示文摘Due to its real-time control,high folding ratio,and structure self-locking,flexible large curvature self-folding devices have broad application prospects,such as foldable human implants,flexible electronics,and flexible robots.Driven by this background,flexible large curvature folding butterfly(Polyura eudamippus)proboscises were studied in this work.The folding ratio of the proboscises was about 15.The curvature of coiled proboscises ranged from about 150 m_1 to 880 m The external and internal structures of the proboscises were studied by different methods.Three main strategies for large-curvature folding of proboscises were identified:a gradual decrease in thickness,a lower elastic modulus,and(most importantly)large numbers of regular corrugated cracks arranged on the surface.These corrugated cracks can effectively accommodate the coiled strain and provide space for the large curvature folding of proboscises.Finally,a 4D printed coiled sample with corrugated cracks was fabricated to mimic the proboscises stretching process.Large-curvature folding strategies,based on these proboscises,provide insights for the biomimetic design of artificial highly folded components.Daobing Chen Honglie Song Qingping Liu Jie Gan Yang Liu Keyu Che' Chong Wang Shifeng Wen Yan Zhou Chunze Yan Junqiu Zhang Yusheng Shi Zhiwu Han 2020Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,6:1
