1CD147 regulates antitumor CD8^(+)T-cell responses to facilitate tumor-immune escape显示文摘Negative regulation of antitumor T-cell-immune responses facilitates tumor-immune escape.Here,we show that deletion of CD147,a type I transmembrane molecule,in T cells,strongly limits in vivo tumor growth of mouse melanoma and lung cancer in a CD8^(+)T-cell-dependent manner.In mouse tumor models,CD147 expression was upregulated on CD8^(+)tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs),and CD147 was coexpressed with two immune-checkpoint molecules,Tim-3 and PD-1.Mining publicly available gene-profiling data for CD8^(+)TILs in tumor biopsies from metastatic melanoma patients showed a higher level of CD147 expression in exhausted CD8^(+)TILs than in other subsets of CD8^(+)TILs,along with expression of PD-1 and TIM-3.Additionally,CD147 deletion increased the abundance of TILs,cytotoxic effector function of CD8^(+)T cells,and frequency of PD-1^(+)CD8^(+)TILs,and partly reversed the dysfunctional status of PD-1^(+)Tim-3^(+)CD8^(+)TILs.The cytotoxic transcription factors Runx3 and T-bet mediation enhanced antitumor responses by CD147^(-/-)CD8^(+)T cells.Moreover,CD147 deletion in T cells increased the frequency of TRM-like cells and the expression of the T-cell chemokines CXCL9 and CXCL10 in the tumor microenvironment.Analysis of tumor tissue samples from patients with non-small-cell lung cancer showed negative correlations between CD147 expression on CD8^(+)TILs and the abundance of CD8^(+)TILs,histological grade of the tumor tissue samples,and survival of patients with advanced tumors.Altogether,we found a novel function of CD147 as a negative regulator of antitumor responses mediated by CD8^(+)TILs and identified CD147 as a potential target for cancer immunotherapy.Yatong Chen Jing Xu Xiaodong Wu Hui Yao Zhou Yan Ting Guo Wenjing Wang Peixiao Wang Yu Li Xiangmin Yang Hao Li Huijie Bian Zhi-Nan Chen 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,8:4

8Analysis of Short-Shoot Fuji Apple Tree Structure and Correlative Factors显示文摘In order to clarify the correlation between short-shoot Fuji apple tree structure and different factors under different trimming and pruning modes,we investigate the trunk taperingness of free-spindle short-shoot Fuji and slender-spindle short-shoot Fuji,respectively,as well as the total thickness,average thickness,total length and average length of small main branches in the standard demonstration apple garden in Xingtang County of Hebei Province. By SPSS analysis,we study the correlation between trunk taperingness of trees with different shapes and the growth indices of their small main branches. The results show that the trunk taperingness of free-spindle short-shoot Fuji apple is negatively correlated with the total thickness,average thickness,total length and average length of small main branches,but the correlation is not significant; the trunk taperingness of slender-spindle short-shoot Fuji apple is negatively correlated with the total thickness but positively correlated with other factors,and the correlation with average length reaches a significant level. 9Analysis on Free Spindle Pruning Mode and Related Factors in Fuji Apple显示文摘In order to clarify the correlations between the free spindle pruning mode and various factors in Fuji apple,the growth data of the free spindle-shaped short branch Fuji apple Tianhong No. 2 and the free spindle-shaped long branch Fuji apple Changfu No. 2 in the Apple Demonstration Park of Xingtang County,Hebei Province were investigated. Using SPSS statistical software,the correlations between the stem tapering grade and various growth traits were analyzed. The results showed that in Tianhong No. 2,the stem tapering grade was negatively correlated with various growth traits of the central shaft,and the correlation coefficients between the stem tapering grade and the central shaft total thickness,the central shaft average thickness,the central shaft total length and the central shaft average length were-0. 228,-0. 033,-0. 411 and-0. 430,respectively; and in Changfu No. 2,the stem tapering grade was positively correlated with various growth traits of the central shaft,and the correlation coefficients between the stem tapering grade and the central shaft total thickness,the central shaft average thickness,the central shaft total length and the central shaft average length were 0. 475,0. 181,0. 120 and 0. 258,respectively. 10Analysis on Factors Related with Slender Spindle Shaped Apple Trees显示文摘[Objectives] This study was to determine the correlations of stem taperingness with small central shaft total roughness,average roughness,total length,and average length by slender spindle pruning mode on different apple cultivars. [Methods]A total of 2 tree structures were selected,namely,the slender spindleshaped Zhongqiuwang from Shen County of Hebei Province and slender spindle-shaped short shoot Fuji from Xingtang County of Hebei Province,to investigate the growth indicators of the small central shafts. SPSS analysis was used to compare the correlations between the taperingness with the growth factors of the small central shafts. [Results]The stem taperingness on slender spindle-shaped Zhongqiuwang was positively correlated with the various growth factors of the small central shaft,and the difference in the positive correlation with average roughness reached the extremely significant level. The stem taperingness of slender spindle-shaped short shoot Fuji was negatively correlated with the total roughness of small central shaft,but was positively correlated with the average roughness,total length and average length. 11Value of Coronary Sinus During Computed Tomography Pulmonary Angiography for Predicting Pulmonary Hypertension in Patients with Acute Pulmonary Embolism显示文摘Objective:Computed tomography pulmonary angiography(CTPA)parameters are valuable for predicting pulmonary hypertension(PH)in patients with pulmonary embolism(PE).However,few studies have used the coronary sinus ostium area(CSOA),derived from CTPA,to detect PH.This study aimed to compare the prognostic values of the CSOA,coronary sinus ostium diameter(CSOD),and right ventricular(RV)/left ventricular(LV)ratio for PH.Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed 78 patients(mean age,(51.94±12.33)years;53.8%male)with acute PE confirmed by CTPA at the Sixth and Eighth Medical Centers of the People’s Liberation Army General Hospital between June 2018 and June 2020.Patients were categorized into 2 groups using a pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP)cut-off of 30 mmHg.CTPA parameters were compared between these groups.Results:Patients with PASP>30 mmHg(n=22)had a larger CSOA,CSOD,RV diameter,RV/LV ratio,and inferior vena cava diameter compared with patients with PASP≤30 mmHg(n=56).The CSOA had an area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve(AUC,0.84;95%confidence interval(CI),0.74–0.94;P<0.001)similar to that of the RV/LV ratio(AUC,0.85;95%CI,0.73–0.99;P<0.001),while that of the CSOD was smaller(AUC,0.66;95%CI,0.51–0.81;P<0.05).Conclusion:Both CSOA and CSOD demonstrated a good ability to predict PH,while CSOA better predicted PASP>30 mmHg.Chuang Zhang Qian Xin Hongling Xu Xiangyu Wang Zhiqiang Yan Shengtao Sun Xiangmin Shi Mei Tian 2023Cardiology Discovery2023,3,2:0

16Investigation on Occurrence of Lithocolletis ringoniella Adults in New and Aged Apple Orchards in Shijiazhuang Area显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to investigate the occurrence of Lithocolletis ringoniella adults in aged and new apple orchards in Shijiazhuang area.[Method]The growth and decline dynamics of L.ringoniella adults in 3a apple orchard and 17a apple orchard in Shijiazhuang were monitored by sex attractant trapping method.Meantime,the trapping effects of sex attractant on L.ringoniella were compared with that of sweet-sour liquor.[Result]L.ringoniella occurred five generations annually in Shijiazhuang area.The adults emerged in April,and entered into peak occurrence period during May and June,with overlapping generations.Comparison between sex attractant and sweet-sour liquor tests showed that the trapping effect of sweet-sour liquor received little effect,but was expensive.Therefore,it is not recommended to use sweet-sour liquor for prevention and treatment of L.ringoniella in production.[Conclusion]In the actual production,sex attractant trapping should be combined with appropriate agricultural control measures to control the damage of L.ringoniella.Suo Xiangmin Wang Jinxin Hao Jie Huang Jingmiao Feng Jianzhong Yan Xinmin Wang Xiange Li Xueying 2020Plant Diseases and Pests2020,11,5:0
