| 1 | Numerical and experimental study of magnetic fluid seal with large sealing gap and multiple magnetic sources显示文摘To improve the pressure capability of magnetic fluid seal with more than a 0.25 mm single edge gap,a magnetic fluid sealing structure with multiple magnetic sources which has five permanent magnets was designed.Magnetic field distributions under the pole pieces of the magnetic fluid seal with single and multiple magnetic sources were simulated by finite element method and its sealing pressure difference could be calculated according to the theoretical formula of the magnetic fluid seal.The effects of sealing gap height and magnetic source amount on the sealing capability were investigated experimentally.The theoretical and experimental results were compared,analyzed and discussed.The results demonstrated that the magnetic fluid seal with multiple magnetic sources was an effective method to improve the sealing capability for the rotary shaft with large gaps.The theoretical results agreed well with the experimental results when the height of the single edge gap was equal to 0.4 mm.However,it was found that when the height of the single edge gap was larger than 0.4 mm,the difference between the theoretical values and experimental values increased with the gap height because part of magnetic source had less or even no effect on magnetic fluid sealing capability. | YANG XiaoLong ZHANG ZhiLi LI DeCai | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11: | 10 |

| 4 | Low overhead design-for-testability for scan-based delay fault testing显示文摘An efficient design-for-testability (DFT) technique is proposed to achieve low overhead for scan-based delay fault testing. Existing techniques for delay test such as skewed-load or broadside make the test generation process complex and produce lower coverage for scan-based designs as compared with non-scan designs, whereas techniques such as enhanced-scan test can make the test easy but need an extra holding latch to add substantial hardware overhead. A new tri-state holding logic is presented to replace the common holding latch in enhanced-scan test to get a substantial low hardware overhead. This scheme can achieve low delay overhead by avoiding the holding latch on the critical timing scan path. What’s more, this method can also keep the state and signal activity in the combinational circuit from the scan during data scan-in operation to reduce the power dissipation. | 5 | Reconstruction Mode of Rural Dilapidated Houses in Alpine and Gorge Area of Southwest China——A Case Study of Scientific Identification and Precision Reconstruction of Rural Dilapidated Houses in Luquan County,Yunnan Province显示文摘The transformation of dilapidated houses in rural areas is not only a livelihood project related to the broad masses of rural people,but also a major project to win the battle against poverty. Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County,Yunnan Province,located in the high mountain and gorge area along Jinsha River,is one of the key counties of poverty alleviation and development with a wide range of poverty and a deep degree of poverty. The incidence of poverty is 22. 21%. Housing security is the focus,difficulty and emphasis of poverty alleviation in this county,the number of dilapidated houses is large,the type is complex,the transformation is difficult,and the implementation cost is high.Since the beginning of 2017,Luquan County has faced difficulties,explored in depth,pioneered and innovated,and completed the renovation of 54 801 dilapidated houses in an all-round way. It created a road full of characteristics and effectiveness of rural dilapidated housing transformation,and explored a set of effective scientific identification and accurate transformation models for rural dilapidated housing worthy of reference and promotion. Successful renovation of dilapidated houses,combined with industrial poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation,health poverty alleviation and other accurate poverty alleviation measures,have made Luquan County win a decisive victory in the fight against poverty. By the end of December 2018,the incidence of poverty in the county had dropped to 0. 54%,and 115 poor villages( including 83 extremely poor villages) had successfully shaken off poverty. | 6 | Isolation of a strong matrix attachment region (MAR) and identification of its function in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Inclusion of MARs in transgene cassettes enhances their expression and reduces position-effect variations in the transgenic host. Four new MARs (TM2, TM3, AM1 and AM2) were isolated from tobacco and Arabidopsis by PCR method. The nuclei isolated from suspension-cultured cells of rice were used to prepare nuclear matrix. With a characterized MAR (TM1) as a positive control, the Matrix-MAR interactions were tested by an in vitro binding assay to identify the DNA sequences as MARs and their binding strength to nuclear matrix in vitro was compared. In this paper, we address the issue of resilient routing in unstructured P2 P networks. An efficient algorithm called Query routing tree(QRT) based on maximum mutual information is proposed to improve the performance of resource searching, which has tightly associated the resource contents of peers with the logical links in P2 P network that makes the query messages forwarded more effectively in similar peers and can hit more target resources faster. Additionally, we present an optimized routing scheme with the query conditions taken into account, to obtain the optimal routing tree with the minimal information gain from the candidate tree set so as to adapt to different query types more flexibly. The simulation results show the proposed QRT can reduce the search cost more effectively and maintain higher targets hit rate than existing typical algorithms such as Flooding, k-RW and APS.
