| 1 | 4 K high frequency pulse tube cryocooler used for terahertz space application显示文摘Terahertz(THz) frequency region, defined from0.1 to 10 THz, is an important frequency band for radio astronomy and atmospheric science. As NbN Superconductor-Insulator-Superconductor(SIS) mixers used for terahertz detection, which are studied by the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), work at 8–10 K, and require condition of micro vibrations, its astronomical observation in aerospace is limited by suitable refrigeration method. 4 K high frequency pulse tube cryocooler developed by Key Laboratory of Space Energy Conversion Technologies(SECT), Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry(TIPC), CAS, offers an opportunity for the application of SIS mixers. This article introduces the progress of the two-stage high frequency pulse tube cryocooler researched by TIPC. The cryocooler has reached a no load temperature of 4.5 K which is the lowest temperature for this kind of cryocooler reported so far. | 3 | Air-sea heat flux exchange over the South China Sea under different weather conditions before and after southwest monsoon onset in 2000显示文摘With the data observed from the Second SCS Air-Sea Flux Experiment on the Xisha air-sea flux research tower, the radiation budget, latent, sensible heat fluxes and net oceanic heat budgetswere caculated before and after summer monsoon onset. It is discovered that, after summer monsoononset, there are considerable changes in air-sea fluxes, especially in latent heat fluxes and net oceanicheat budget. Furthermre, the analyzed results of five synoptic stages are compared. And the character-istics of the flux transfer during different stages around onset of South China Sea monsoon are discussed.The flux change shows that there is an oceanic heat accumulating process during the pre-onset and thebreak period, as same as oceanic heat losing process during the onset period. Moreover, latent fluxes,the water vapor moving to the continent, even the rainfall appearance in Chinese Mainland also can beinfluenced by southwester. Comparing Xisha fluxes with those obtained from the Indian Ocean and thewestern Pacific Ocean, their differences may be obeerved. | 5 | Atmospheric concentration characteristics and gas/particle partitioning of PCBs from the North Pacific to the Arctic Ocean显示文摘Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) were measured in atmospheric samples collected from the North Pacific to the Arctic Ocean between July and September 2012 to study the atmospheric concentration characteristics of PCBs and their gas/particle partitioning. The mean concentration of 26 ∑PCBs(vapor plus particulate phase)(∑PCBs) was 19.116 pg/m3 with a standard deviation of 13.833 pg/m3. Three most abundant congeners were CB-28,-52 and-77, accounting for 43.0% to ∑PCBs. The predominance of vapor PCBs(79.0% to ∑PCBs) in the atmosphere was observed. PCBs were negative correlated with the latitudes and inverse of the absolute temperature(1/T). The significant correlation for most congeners was also observed between the logarithm of gas/particle partition coefficient(log KP) and 1/T. Shallower slopes(from-0.15 to-0.46, average-0.27) were measured from the regression of the logarithm of sub-cooled liquid vapor pressures(logpo L) and log KP for all samples. The difference of the slopes and intercepts among samples was insignificant(p>0.1), implying adsorption and/or absorption processes and the aerosol composition did not differ significantly among different samples. | 6 | Mesoporous silica stabilized MOF nanoreactor for highly selective semi-hydrogenation of phenylacetylene via synergistic effect of Pd and Ru single site显示文摘Selective semi-hydrogenation of phenylacetylene to styrene is a crucial step in the polystyrene industry.Although Pd-based catalysts are widely used in this reaction due to their excellent hydrogenation activity,the selectivity for styrene remains a great challenge.Herein,we designed a mesoporous silica stabilized Pd-Ru@ZIF-8(MS Pd-Ru@ZIF-8)nanoreactor with novel Pd and Ru single site synergistic catalytical system for semi-hydrogenation of phenylacetylene.The nanoreactor exhibited a superior performance,achieving 98%conversion of phenylacetylene and 96%selectivity to styrene.Turnover frequency(TOF)of nanoreactor was up to as high as 2,188 h^(−1),which was 25 times and 5 times more than the single metal species catalysts,mesoporous silica stabilized Pd@ZIF-8 nanoreactor(MS Pd@ZIF-8),and mesoporous silica stabilized Ru@ZIF-8 nanoreactor(MS Ru@ZIF-8).This catalytic activity was attributed to the synergistic effect of Pd and Ru single site anchored strongly into the framework of ZIF-8,which reduced the desorption energy of styrene and increased the hydrogenation energy barrier of styrene.Importantly,since the ordered mesoporous silica was introduced into the nanoreactor shell to stabilize ZIF-8,MS Pd-Ru@ZIF-8 showed excellent reusability and stability.After the five cycles,the catalytical activity and selectivity still remained.This work provides insights for a synergistic catalytic system based on single-site active sites for selective hydrogenation reactions. | Zhenxing Li Mingliang Hu Jiahao Liu Weiwei Wang Yanjie Li Wenbin Fan Yixuan Gong Jiasai Yao Ping Wang Miao He Yongle Li | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,3: | 2 |

| 11 | Exploring the Evolution of Passenger Flow and Travel Time Reliability with the Expanding Process of Metro System Using Smartcard Data显示文摘Metro system has experienced the global rapid rise over the past decades. However,few studies have paid attention to the evolution in system usage with the network expanding. The paper's main objectives are to analyze passenger flow characteristics and evaluate travel time reliability for the Nanjing Metro network by visualizing the smart card data of April 2014,April 2015 and April 2016. We performed visualization techniques and comparative analyses to examine the changes in system usage between before and after the system expansion. Specifically,workdays,holidays and weekends were specially segmented for analysis.Results showed that workdays had obvious morning and evening peak hours due to daily commuting,while no obvious peak hours existed in weekends and holidays and the daily traffic was evenly distributed. Besides,some metro stations had a serious directional imbalance,especially during the morning and evening peak hours of workdays. Serious unreliability occurred in morning peaks on workdays and the reliability of new lines was relatively low,meanwhile,new stations had negative effects on exiting stations in terms of reliability. | 13 | Consolidation treatment needed for sustained HBsAg-negative response induced by interferon-alpha in HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients显示文摘Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)clearance is considered as functional cure in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).This study aimed to assess the durability of HBsAg clearance achieved by interferon-based therapies in patients with CHB who were originally positive for hepatitis B envelope antigen(HBeAg).In this prospective study,HBeAg-positive CHB patients with confirmed HBsAg loss under interferon-based therapies were enrolled within 12 weeks from end of treatment and followed up for 48 weeks.Virological markers,biochemical indicators,and liver imaging examinations were observed every 3–6 months.Sustained functional cure was analysed as primary outcome.Factor associated with sustained HBsAg loss or reversion was also investigated.The rate of HBsAg loss sustainability was 91.8%(212/231).Patients receiving consolidation treatment for 12–24weeks or≥24 weeks had higher rates of sustained HBsAg negativity than those receiving consolidation treatment for<12 weeks(98.3%and 91.2%vs.86.7%,P=0.068),and the former groups had significantly higher anti-HBs levels than the later(P<0.05).The cumulative incidence of HBsAg reversion and HBV DNA reversion was 8.2%and 3.9%,respectively.Consolidation treatment of≥12 weeks[odd ratio(OR)3.318,95%confidence interval(CI)1.077–10.224,P=0.037)was a predictor of sustained functional cure,and HBeAg-positivity at cessation of treatment(OR 12.271,95%CI 1.076–139.919,P=0.043)was a predictor of HBsAg reversion.Interferon-alpha induced functional cure was durable and a consolidation treatment of≥12–24 weeks was needed after HBsAg loss in HBeAg-positive CHB patients. | Minghui Li Fangfang Sun Xiaoyue Bi Yanjie Lin Liu Yang Yao Lu Lu Zhang Gang Wan Wei Yi Linqing Zhao Yao Xie | 2022 | Virologica Sinica2022,37,3: | 1 |

| 16 | Identification of Expression Pattern and Clinical Significance of the Small Cajal Body-specific RNA SCARNA16 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘Background and Aims:For high morbidity and mortality,hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)becomes a major health issue worldwide.Nowadays,numerous non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)are known to regulate the occurrence and patho-genesis of tumors.Some ncRNAs have also been developed as tumor biomarkers and therapeutic targets.However,the potential function of the small Cajal body-specific RNA(scaRNA)SCARNA16,a newly identified ncRNA,remains to be explored in HCC.Methods:In both HCC cell lines and specimens from 120 enrolled patients,the expression val-ues of SCARNA16 were detected.We divided patients into SCARNA16 high and low expression subgroups,and then analyzed the difference of various clinical characteristics and prognosis data between subgroups.Results:Compared to paired controls,SCARNA16 was significantly down-regulated in HCC cell lines and clinical specimens(p<0.01).Besides,HCC patients with lower SCARNA16 expression commonly presented with larger and more tumor lesions,more ves-sel carcinoma emboli,more capsular invasion and higher TNM stages(p<0.05).Moreover,SCARNA16 expression was negatively correlated with postoperative prognosis of HCC patients in 5-year follow-up,including tumor-free survival(TFS)(median time of low vs.high subgroups:14 vs.48 months,p=0.006)and overall survival(OS)(median time of low vs.high subgroups:39 vs.52 months,p=0.001).Besides,SCARNA16 acted as an independent prognostic bio-marker in TFS(hazard ratio[HR]:0.578,95%CI:0.345-0.969,p=0.038)and OS(HR:0.366,95%CI:0.178-0.752,p=0.006).Conclusions:Low expression patterns of SCAR-NA16 remarkably associated with severe clinical status and poor survival of patients,suggesting that SCARNA16 pos-sesses potency as a novel biomarker for HCC. | Sitong Zhang Yuan Ding Zhongquan Sun Yao Ge Yanjie Li Xin Han Qianhui Xu Liuzhi Zhou Yining Chen Hao Xu Yang Bai Chang Xu Hao Ding Sheng Yan Weilin Wang | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,1: | 0 |

The vertical excitation energies and the electronic structures were explored. Their distinct properties of absorption and fluorescence spectra in solvent phase were explained according to the electronic coupling matrix elements calculated by the Mulliken-Hush theory. The sub-stituent on the oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridines will remarkably change their spectra properties and increase the first excited-state dipole moments. The effect of protonation on the absorption and fluorescence spectra was also investigated systematically. | 20 | Reinforced Lewis covalent bond by twinborn nitride heterostructure for lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The practical application of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries,as promising next-generation batteries,is hindered by their shuttle effect and the slow redox kinetics.Herein,a tungsten and molybdenum nitride heterostructure functionalized with hollow metal-organic framework-derived carbon(W_(2)N/Mo_(2)N)was proposed as the sulfur host.The hollow spherical structure provides storage space for sulfur,enhances electrical conductivity,and inhibits volume expansion.The metal atoms in the nitrides bonded with lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)through Lewis covalent bonds,enhancing the high catalytic activity of the nitrides and effectively reducing the energy barrier of Li PSs redox conversion.Moreover,the high intrinsic conductivity of nitrides and the ability of the heterostructure interface to accelerate electron/ion transport improved the Li+transmission.By leveraging the combined properties of strong adsorption and high catalytic activity,the sulfur host effectively inhibited the shuttle effect and accelerated the redox kinetics of Li PSs.High-efficiency Li+transmission,strong adsorption,and the efficient catalytic conversion activities of Li PSs in the heterostructure were experimentally and theoretically verified.The results indicate that the W_(2)N/Mo_(2)N cathode provides stable,and long-term cycling(over 2000 cycles)at 3 C with a low attenuation rate of 0.0196%per cycle.The design strategy of a twinborn nitride heterostructure thus provides a functionalized solution for advanced Li-S batteries. | Yaochen Song Pengkai Tang Yanjie Wang Yi Wang Linnan Bi Qi Liang Liang He Qingyu Xie Yiyong Zhang Peng Dong Yingjie Zhang Yao Yao Jiaxuan Liao Sizhe Wang | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,88,1: | 0 |
