1Phenotypic variation in Phoebe bournei populations preserved in the primary distribution area显示文摘Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.) Yang is a rare and protected plant in China. This study was conducted to determine the phenotypic variation in this species and to document phenotypic variation within and among populations of P. bournei. Nested analysis of variance, coefficient of variation, multiple comparisons, principal component analysis(PCA) and correlation analysis were used to analyze ten phenotypic traits in ten natural populations of P.bournei from both the northeastern and the primary region of the range of this species. Significant differences among and within populations were observed in leaf and seed phenotypic traits. Variation among populations(34.92%)was greater than that within populations(26.19%). The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient was 53.77%among populations, indicating that variation among populations comprised the majority of the phenotypic variation of P. bournei. The coefficient of variance(CV) of ten traits varied from 6.44 to 18.45%, with an average of 12.03%.The CV of leaf traits among populations(15.64%) was higher than that of seed traits(8.60%), indicating that seed traits were more stable. The results from CV and PCA indicated that leaf area, leaf length and thousand seed weight were the main factors accounting for the observed phenotypic variations. Significant or highly significant correlations were observed among most leaf and/or in seed phenotypic traits, whereas no significant correlations were observed between phenotypic traits and geographic factors.Based on cluster analysis, the ten populations can be divided into three clusters. 2Effect of processing parameters on the densification of an additively manufactured 2024 Al alloy显示文摘Understanding the densification behaviours and formation mechanisms of defects are essential to fabricate high quality and high strength aluminium components using selective laser melting(SLM) technology. In this work, the effects of laser power and scanning speed on the densification, defects evolution and their formation mechanisms in a SLMed 2024 aluminium(Al) alloy were investigated in consideration of the corresponding laser energy input, melting mode transition and microstructural evolution. The results showed that optimizing the processing parameters effectively reduced the porosity level below1% by avoiding the lack of fusion and keyhole melting mode, and minimizing the gas pores. However,optimization of the processing parameters could not eliminate the columnar structure associated with the SLMed 2024 Al alloy, which contributed to the hot-tearing cracks in the SLMed parts. It was found that the dependence of porosity formation on SLM processing parameters was contrary to the crack density. 3Effect of Silicon on Growth, Physiology, and Cadmium Translocation of Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) in Cadmium-Contaminated Soil显示文摘Silicon(Si) offers beneficial effect on plants under cadmium(Cd) stress such as promoting plant growth and increasing resistance to heavy metal toxicity. In this study, a pot experiment was performed to study the role of Si in alleviating Cd toxicity in tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.) plants on a yellow soil taken from Guiyang, China. Nine treatments consisting of three concentrations of Cd(0, 1, and 5 mg kg^(-1)) together with three Si levels(0, 1, and 4 g kg^(-1)) were established. Plant growth parameters, Cd concentration,and the malondialdehyde(MDA), chlorophyll, and carotenoid contents were determined 100 d after transplanting of tobacco seedlings.Application of exogenous Si enhanced the growth of tobacco plants under Cd stress. When 5 mg kg^(-1) Cd was added, Si addition at 1 and 4 g kg^(-1) increased root, stem, and leaf biomass by 26.1%–43.3%, 33.7%–43.8%, and 50.8%–69.9%, respectively, compared to Si addition at 0 g kg^(-1). With Si application, the transfer factor of Cd in tobacco from root to shoot under both 1 and 5 mg kg^(-1) Cd treatments decreased by 21%. The MDA contents in the Si-treated tobacco plants declined by 5.5%–17.1% compared to those in the non-Si-treated plants, indicating a higher Cd tolerance. Silicon application also increased the chlorophyll and carotenoid contents by 33.9%–41% and 25.8%–47.3% compared to the Cd only treatments. 4空间预应力钢桁架火灾响应及火灾后受力性能试验研究显示文摘对一组空间预应力钢桁架结构开展了火灾行为试验研究。模型的主杆件选用奥氏体304无缝不锈钢管,张拉钢索采用7×12+IWR镀锌高强钢绞线,通过置于模型下端中心处的伸缩小立柱施加预应力。试验采用烬类燃烧火灾模型,利用荷重块模拟施加均布荷载。结构模型两端简支,另两边自由。试验测定了火灾下桁架弦杆和腹杆的温度响应及上弦节点位移。对火灾后尚未破坏的结构模型进一步开展了原位卸载及加载试验,得到测点位移及典型单元应变。结果表明,受火时预应力钢桁架模型的位移响应处于动态变化状态,且当结构模型的最大挠度超过1/100L时,也未见发生整体坍塌。受火时预应力钢桁架的主要变形特征为部分受压杆弯曲及整体结构扭曲,且受火后的结构模型产生一定的残余变形及刚度退化,这些特性与桁架自身刚度及外荷载大小等因素有关。王新堂 孙宏亮 Yingang Du 王万祯 2013土木工程学报2013,46,8:5
5The study of migration of bone mesenchymal stem cells transplanted in intervertebral discs of rabbits and expression of exogenous gene显示文摘Objective: To explore the survival and migration of bone mesenchymal stem cells transplantated in intervertebral disc of rabbits and expression of the exogenic genes. Methods: Thirty-two rabbits were used, A randomized block design was used and discs in the same rabbit were one block,the lumbar discs from L2-3 to L5-6 were randomly divided into blank group, saline group, cell transplantation groupⅠ and cell transplantation groupⅡ. The fluorescence microscopy was used to determine the fluorescence of the maker protein GFP and DNA-PCR was used to analyze the copies of DNA of neomycin-resistant gene at 1, 3, 6, months after transplantation. Results: There was fluorescence in cell transplantation group Ⅰand Ⅱ and none in blank group, saline group at 1, 3, 6 months after transplantation. In cell transplantation groups,the fluorescent distribution was more scatter with time, but no significant difference between cell groups Ⅰand Ⅱ. The test of neomycin resistant gene expressed in cell transplantation group ⅠandⅡ and quantitative analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the cell groups Ⅰand Ⅱ(P > 0.05). 7常温及火灾后自应力轻骨料钢管混凝土柱轴压力学性能试验研究显示文摘自应力钢管陶粒混凝土不仅具有轻质、高强的特点,并可弥补轻集料混凝土因弹性模量较小而导致钢管约束不足的缺陷。本文通过对4组12根受火后的钢管自应力陶粒混凝土短柱及9根未受火钢管混凝土短柱受力性能的对比试验,分析了不同参数的钢管自应力陶粒混凝土短柱火灾后轴压承载力和破坏形态。重点讨论了试件的自应力大小(膨胀剂掺量)、含钢率及受火条件等因素对钢管自应力陶粒混凝土短柱火灾后轴压承载力及相关力学性能的影响。结果表明,自应力大小对钢管陶粒混凝土短柱火灾后轴压承载力的影响与试件含钢率有关,且初始自应力对含钢率相对较低试件的火灾后轴压性能的改善效果更加显著;试件含钢率越高,轴压力作用下的火灾后钢管自应力陶粒混凝土短柱的延性则越好。膨胀剂掺量为51 kg/m3(P2型)的试件,无论受火温度为700℃还是900℃,其火灾后的线弹性刚度受试件含钢率影响的规律基本一致。王新堂 Yingang Du 谢志国 2014自然灾害学报2014,23,1:4
8Hd1,Ghd7,and DTH8 synergistically determine the rice heading date and yield-related agronomic traits显示文摘Heading date determines the seasonal and regional adaptation of rice(Oryza sativa L.)varieties and is mainly controlled by photoperiod sensitivity(PS).The core heading date genes Hd1,Ghd7,DTH8,and PRR37 act synergistically in regulating the PS.In this study,we systematically analyze the heading date,PS,and agronomic traits of eight homozygous lines with various combinations of Hd1,Ghd7,and DTH8 alleles in the prr37 background under long-day(LD)and short-day(SD)conditions,respectively.We find that Hd1 alone promotes heading,regardless of the day length.However,under LDs,Hd1 suppresses flowering,in coordination with functional Ghd7 or with Ghd7 and DTH8.These loci cooperate to negatively regulate the Ehd1-Hd3 a/RFT1 pathway and delay heading.Under SDs,Hd1 competes with various heading suppressors to promote heading.Therefore,the dual function of Hd1 is vital for PS.The lines carrying Hd1 alone show reduced plant height with fewer primary and secondary branches in panicles.Lines carrying Ghd7 and DTH8(with hd1)show delayed heading and improve agronomic traits.Overall,our results reveal the regulation of rice PS flowering by the core heading date genes and their effects on agronomic traits,providing valuable information for the selection of rice varieties for adaptation to different light and temperature conditions.Kangli Sun Minghui Huang Wubei Zong Dongdong Xiao Chen Lei Yanqiu Luo Yingang Song Shengting Li Yu Hao Wanni Luo Bingqun Xu Xiaotong Guo Guangliang Wei Letian Chen Yao-Guang Liu Jingxin Guo 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,5:4

1000Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢高温力学性能显示文摘利用高温炉对00Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢开展了一系列高温下的稳态拉伸试验、瞬态拉伸试验和蠕变试验,测得了不锈钢在不同高温温度下的弹性模量、屈服强度、极限强度、极限应变、伸长率和蠕变应变.利用MATLAB软件对00Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢各力学性能(弹性模量、屈服强度、极限强度、极限应变、伸长率)与温度关系曲线和蠕变曲线进行了拟合.结果表明:当应力水平为0.2fu(fu为不锈钢常温极限强度)时,00Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢在较高温度(600℃)下的短期蠕变应变相当明显,在钢结构抗火计算时应考虑短期蠕变应变对钢结构响应的影响.所建立的00Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢各力学性能与温度关系方程均能较好地拟合试验结果.王新堂 张金一 DU Yingang 2015建筑材料学报2015,18,5:3

16Pathways related to mitochondrial dysfunction in cartilage of endemic osteoarthritis patients in China显示文摘In this paper, we present the first evidence of differences in the mitochondria-related gene expression profiles of adult articular cartilage derived from patients with Kashin-Beck disease and normal controls. The expression of 705 mitochondria-related genes was analyzed by mitochondria-related gene expression analysis and ingenuity pathways analysis. Mitochondria-related gene expression analysis identified 9 up-regulated genes in Kashin-Beck disease based on their average expression ratio. 19New insights into the structural basis of DNA recognition by HINa and HINb domains of IFI16显示文摘Interferon gamma-inducible protein 16(IFI16)senses DNA in the cytoplasm and the nucleus by using two tandem hematopoietic interferon-inducible nuclear(HIN)domains,HINa and HINb,through the cooperative assembly of IFI16 filaments on double-stranded DNA(dsDNA).The role of HINa in sensing DNA is not clearly understood.Here,we describe the crystal structure of the HINa domain in complex with DNA at 2.55A°resolution and provide the first insight into the mode of DNA binding by the HINa domain.The structure reveals the presence of two oligosaccharide/nucleotide-binding(OB)folds with a unique DNA-binding surface.HINa uses loop L45 of the canonical OB2 fold to bind to the DNA backbone.The dsDNA is recognized as two single strands of DNA.Interestingly,deletion of HINb compromises the ability of IFI16 to induce IFN-b,while HINa mutants impaired in DNAbinding enhance the production of IFN-b.These results shed light on the roles of IFI16 HIN domains in DNA recognition and innate immune responses.Xiangmin Ni Heng Ru Feng Ma Lixia Zhao Neil Shaw Yingang Feng Wei Ding Weibin Gong Qiaofeng Wang Songying Ouyang Genhong Cheng Zhi-Jie Liu 2016Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2016,8,1:1
