| 1 | A human circulating immune cell landscape in aging and COVID-19显示文摘Age-associated changes in immune cells have been linked to an increased risk for infection.However,a global and detailed characterization of the changes that human circulating immune cells undergo with age is lacking.Here,we combined scRNA-seq,mass cytometry and sCATAC-seq to compare immune cell types in peripheral blood collected from young and old subjects and patients with COVID-19.We found that the immune cell landscape was reprogrammed with age and was characterized by T cell polarization from naive and memory cells to effector,cytotoxic,exhausted and reg-ulatory cells,along with increased late natural killer cells,age-associated B cells,inflammatory monocytes and age-associated dendritic cells.In addition,the expression of genes,which were implicated in coron-avirus susceptibility,was upregulated in a cell subtype-specific manner with age.Notably,COVID-19 promoted age-induced immune cell polarization and gene expression related to inflammation and cellular senes-cence.Therefore,these findings suggest that a dysreg-ulated immune system and increased gene expression associated with SARS-CoV-2 susceptibility may at least partially account for COVID-19 vulnerability in the elderly. | Yingfeng Zheng Xiuxing Liu Wenqing Le Lihui Xie He Li Wen Wen Si Wang Shuai Ma Zhaohao Huang Jinguo Ye Wen Shi Yanxia Ye Zunpeng Liu Moshi Song Weiqi Zhang Jing-Dong J.Han Juan Carlos lzpisua Belmonte Chuanle Xiao Jing Qu Hongyang Wang Guang-Hui Liu Wenru Su | 2020 | Protein & Cell2020,11,10: | 10 |

| 13 | Computational Study of Ternary Devices: Stable, Low-Cost,and Efficient Planar Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘Although perovskite solar cells with power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) more than 22% have been realized with expensive organic charge-transporting materials, their stability and high cost remain to be addressed. In this work, the perovskite configuration of MAPbX(MA = CH_3 NH_3,X = I_3, Br_3, or I_2Br) integrated with stable and low-cost Cu:Ni Oxhole-transporting material, ZnO electron-transporting material, and Al counter electrode was modeled as a planar PSC and studied theoretically. A solar cell simulation program(wx AMPS), which served as an update of the popular solar cell simulation tool(AMPS: Analysis of Microelectronic and Photonic Structures), was used. The study yielded a detailed understanding of the role of each component in the solar celland its effect on the photovoltaic parameters as a whole. The bandgap of active materials and operating temperature of the modeled solar cell were shown to influence the solar cell performance in a significant way. Further, the simulation results reveal a strong dependence of photovoltaic parameters on the thickness and defect density of the light-absorbing layers. | 19 | Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Intestinal Preparation Quality of Hospitalized Patients undergoing Colonoscopy显示文摘Objective:To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of intestinal preparation in the process of intestinal preparation for hospitalized patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 320 patients underwent colonoscopy in our department from January to June 2021.They were grouped by random number table.There were 160 cases in the control group and 160 cases in the observation group.The adverse reactions of intestinal preparation and the cleanliness of intestinal preparation were analyzed.Results:Through comprehensive nursing intervention,it can be found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation of colonoscopy in the control group was 24.38%,and that in the observation group was 13.48%.The results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation of colonoscopy was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that the difference was statistically significant.In the control group,105 people qualified in intestinal cleanliness score(>5 points)during enteroscopy preparation,and the cleanliness qualification rate was 65.63%.In the observation group,139 people qualified in intestinal cleanliness score(>5 points)during enteroscopy preparation,and the cleanliness qualification rate was 86.88%.The cleanliness qualification rate of enteroscopy preparation was significantly higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05,which indicates that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the quality of preparation of patients for colonoscopy,improve the compliance of patients and improve the accuracy of examination effect. | Li Liu Fang Fang Yingfeng Huang | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,6: | 0 |
